Passion fruit fiber pectin gels represent a new alternative pectin source with potential for food and non-food applications on a commercial scale. Pectic polysaccharides were extracted from passion fruit (Passiflora edulis) fiber using citric acid as a clean catalyst and autoclaved for 20 to 60 min at $121^{\circ}C$. The best condition of pectin yield with the highest molecular weight was obtained with 1.0% of citric acid (250 mg/g dry passion fruit fiber pectin) for 20 min of autoclaving. Spectroscopic analyses by Fourier transform infrared, enzymatic degradation reactions, and ion-exchange chromatography assays showed that passion fruit pectin extracted for 20 min was homogeneous high methoxylated pectin (70%). Gel permeation analysis confirmed that the pectin extract obtained by autoclaving by 20 min showed higher molecular weights than those autoclaved for 40 and 60 min. Passion fruit pectin extracted for 20 min was enzymatically modified with fungal pectinmethylesterase to create restructured gels. Short autoclave treatment (20 min) with citric acid as extractant resulted in a significant increase of gel strength, improving pectin extraction in terms of functionality. The treatment of solubilized material (pectic polysaccharides) in the presence of insoluble material (cellulose and hemicellulose) with pectinmethylesterase and calcium led to the creation of a stiffer passion fruit fiber pectin gel, while syneresis was not observed.

본 연구는 주얼리기업에서 변혁적 리더십이 종업원들의 열정에 미치는 영향과 종업원들의 열정이 혁신행동 및 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 그리고 변혁적 리더십이 혁신행동과 조직시민행동에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 열정의 매개역할 여부에 대해 분석하였다. 분석 결과 변혁적 리더십의 구성요소들이 지적자극, 개별적 배려, 카리스마 순서로 모두 열정에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 종업원들의 열정이 혁신행동과 조직시민행동에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났는데, 종업원들의 열정은 혁신행동에 조직시민행동보다도 더 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 열정은 변혁적 리더십의 구성요소들과 혁신행동 및 조직시민행동 관계에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 주얼리기업에서 변혁적 리더십이 종업원들의 열정, 혁신행동과 조직시민행동을 어떻게 동기부여 시키는지에 관한 새로운 관점을 제시함으로써 주얼리기업의 경쟁력제고에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

Purpose - The environment surrounding the franchise industry in recent years is a big threat to the franchise business. In this perspective, this study examines the effect of franchise CEO's Innovation, CSR Passion, and customer orientation(CO) on customers' perceived service quality(PSQ), affection, and commitments in the context of food-service franchise industry. This study suggests the guidelines on how franchisor uses their passion and customer orientation on customer to maintain and increase the commitments. Research design, data, and methodology - In order to achieve these purposes, research model and hypotheses were developed. Out of 500 respondents received through online survey, 449 respondents were used, because of 51 incomplete respondents. The data were analyzed using frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equational modeling with SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 statistical program. Result - The results of the study are as follows. First, innovation passion has a significant impact on PSQ and customer affection. And CSR passion have a significant impact on PSQ. Second, customer orientation has a significant impact on PSQ and customer affection. Third, PSQ has a significant impact on customer affection and sustainable commitment. Fourth, customer affection has a significant impact on behavioral commitment. Fifth, behavioral commitment has a significant impacts on sustainable commitment. Conclusions - The implications of this study are following as: Restaurants franchisor and CEOs should have a passion for innovation to continuously identify consumer needs and develop new menus and services that meet their needs. Second, franchisor and CEOs need to demonstrate the importance of creating the right environment, creating a fair business, and trying to create products in a given environment. Finally, franchisor and CEOs should demonstrate how to build relationships with customers and how to maintain positive feelings. In addition, it is necessary to appeal to the customers with enthusiasm and a customer-oriented tendency of the entrepreneur of the franchise head office in order to maintain the relationship with the customer and feelings.

본 연구는 그릿(노력과 흥미)과 열정 마인드셋(고정 vs. 성장)에 따라 잠재집단이 존재하는지 확인하고, 각 집단에 따라 우울, 불안, 행복과 같은 심리적 특성과 진로 준비를 위한 적응성에 유의미한 차이가 있는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 만 18세에서 만 25세까지의 대학생 328명을 대상으로 잠재프로파일분석(LPA)을 시행한 결과, 총 4개의 프로파일 그룹을 도출하였다. 도출된 잠재 집단으로, 그릿과 열정성장 마인드셋이 모두 높은 '성장적 성취형(LP1, 22.2%)', 모든 기준에서 평균 수준인 '평균형(LP2, 63.8%),' 그릿이 낮고 열정고정 마인드셋이 높은 '고정적 제한형(LP3, 8.8%),' 그리고 그릿은 낮았으나 열정성장 마인드셋은 높았던 '성장적 표류형(LP4, 5.1%)'이 있었다. 집단별 심리적 특성 및 진로적응성에서의 차이를 살펴본 결과, '성장적 성취형' 집단이 가장 적응적인 수준을 보였고, '고정적 제한형' 집단이 이와 가장 큰 대조를 이루었다. 본 연구는 개인의 심리적 특성에는 그릿이, 진로적응성에서는 열정 성장 마인드셋이 보다 적응적인 영향을 끼칠 수 있음을 시사한다. 따라서 개인의 종합적 심리적 안녕감을 높이고 진로 준비를 위한 적응 수준을 높이기 위한 개입으로 열정 마인드셋과 그릿을 함께 고려할 필요가 있음을 제안한다.

본 연구는 생활체육 참가자들의 감각추구성향이 운동열정과 심리적 행복감에 어떠한 영향력을 미치는지를 규명하여 생활체육 참여를 위한 기초 정보를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 모험스포츠를 생활체육으로 참가하는 동호인들을 대상으로 감각추구성향, 운동열정, 심리적 행복감 척도를 활용하여 자료를 수집한 후 다양한 통계적 분석을 수행하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 분석결과 첫째, 생활체육 참가자들의 성별에 따라 감각추구성향, 운동열정, 심리적 행복감에는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 생활체육 참가자들의 경력에 따라 감각추구성향, 운동열정, 심리적 행복감에는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 감각추구성향의 스릴과 모험은 심리적 행복감의 자아실현감에 경험추구는 심리적 행복감의 쾌락적 즐거움, 몰입, 자신감에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 권태 민감은 심리적 행복감의 몰입에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 감각추구성향 중 스릴과 모험, 경험추구는 운동열정의 조화열정에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤고, 권태 민감은 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 운동열정은 심리적 행복감 모든 하위요인에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

체육전공 대학생이 인식한 지도자의 매력성이 운동열정 및 운동지속의도에 미치는 영향을 알아 보기 위해 총 320부의 설문지를 배포 후 회수하였고 회수된 설문지의 응답내용이 부실하거나 신뢰성이 없다고 판단되는 자료 13부를 제외하고 최종 307부를 SPSS 18.0 Ver. 통계프로그램을 이용하여 탐색적 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이와 같은 방법 및 절차를 통해 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지도자 매력성은 운동열정에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지도자 매력성 운동지속의도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 운동열정은 운동지속의도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This paper examines 'an active nihilism' in Suk-je Sung's novels in detail. The focus of this study is formed from the critical mind in a critical perspective that in Korean novels before and after 2000s, characters who embody 'problematic individuals' of $Luk{\acute{a}}cs$ have disappeared and those close to 'active nihilists' has become the mainstream. The most representative example of this phenomenon is Suk-je Sung's novels. 'Active nihilists' in his novels are described as 'ascetics' who mastered various spheres such as 'billiard', 'baduk gambling', 'alcohol', 'dance', and 'book collecting', and so on. In the sense that they reject the transcendental conditions of the modern world and live in the space and time of play in which they can display their passion and potentiality to the maximum, they beings jumping over the 'reality principle'. Also, what they want to repeat is not the endless exchange of labor and capital according to the capitalist system of exchange but rather the repeated existence of their power and passion. This 'anthropology of power and passion' is 'active nihilism' which could be expressed as the 'subject of creating new value' and 'Dionysian affirmation' by Nietzsche. Suk-je Sung's novels sharply prove the stylistic essence of 'a novel' which has to create its own form every time, constantly renewing the narrative style of the past ideal model. In this respect, they are very problematic and his innovation of a form draws the attention. Further, this will certainly be the important object of research in the diachronic dimension of contemporary Korean novel.

창업의 중요성이 강조되고 있으나 창업기업이 지속하여 생존하는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니다. 따라서 창업기업의 창업만족도를 강화하고 생존율을 제고할 수 있는 방안 마련이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 창업기업의 창업동기, 창업역량, 창업열정이 창업만족도에 미치는 영향과 일반창업기업 및 스타트업의 창업형태에 따른 조절효과에 대해 고찰하였다. 창업동기는 자아실현동기와 친사회적동기로 구분하였다. 창업역량은 마케팅역량과 경험역량으로 구분하였다. 창업열정은 조화열정과 강박열정으로 구분하였다. 온라인과 오프라인으로 창업후 7년 이내 일반창업기업과 스타트업 기업의 경영자 361명으로부터 설문을 받아 실증분석을 진행하였다. 그 결과 자아실현동기, 친사회적동기, 마케팅역량, 경험역량, 조화열정은 창업만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나 강박열정은 유의한 영향을 미치치 못하였다. 또한 창업만족도에 미치는 영향력의 크기는 조화열정, 마케팅역량, 자아실현동기, 친사회적동기, 경험역량의 순서로 나타났다. 일반창업기업과 스타트업의 창업형태에 따른 조절효과는 친사회적동기, 경험역량, 조화열정에서 나타났다. 그러나 자아실현동기, 마케팅역량, 강박열정과 창업만족도간 조절효과의 유의성은 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구는 조화열정과 마케팅역량이 창업만족도 제고에 중요한 요인이라는 학술점 시사점을 제시하였다. 또한, 창업기업 사업주체의 심리적 안정성 지원 프로그램, 전문가를 통한 창업역량 강화 및 자아실현동기와 친사회적 동기를 함양할 수 있는 창업교육 프로그램 강화 등이 필요하다는 실무적, 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.

Constant Structure는 Non-Functional Harmony로써 현대 재즈에 적극적으로 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 McCoy Tyner의 'Passion Dance'에서 Constant Structure Voicing이 어떻게 사용되었는지 분석하고, 이를 토대로 Constant Structure Voicing의 기초적 활용 방법을 연구한다.
