한국형 고속전철 객차 개발 연구 (The Study of passenger Car Design of korean High Speed Train)

  • This study was carried out about the system engineering, the design, and Mock-up for the development of passenger car of Korean High Speed Train of maximum operating speed of 350km/h. The design was studied to carbody section & lay out, ring, fitting, carbody, electrical system based on Korean-TGV. The design of aluminium alloy carbody which was enabled to reduce the weight of carbody structure and was studied with construction of air-tightness. Air pressure controlled system provided to comfort passenger due to a reduction of difference pressure between inside and outside of passenger room on running of the tunnel. The Interior design was performed in order to satisfy high speed and comfort to study by the modern design. The electrical system was designed two parts of logic and network for high reliability of train.

  • 현대화펀드를 통한 여객선 건조 지원을 통해 거주구 실내공간 디자인 수준은 향상되었지만, 여전히 선원이 활동하는 작업공간은 크게 개선되지 않는 상태이다. 본 연구는 여객선 선원 작업공간 중 조타실과 기관실의 색채환경을 조사한다. 선박 작업공간 환경의 실내디자인 특수성을 제시하고 이에 맞는 색채환경, 제안하는 색값을 통해 선원의 정신건강 증진과 안전한 근무환경을 조성하는 것에 있다.

KTX 의자 설계에 따른 객실 Speech Privacy 평가 (Evaluation of Speech Privacy on the Seat-design in High-speed Train Passenger Cars)

  • This study investigates the effects of seat-design elements such as seating arrangement, shape, and height on speech privacy in high-speed trains. For the evaluation of speech privacy, acoustic simulation software was used to reproduce room acoustical conditions in passenger cars on the basis of in-situ measurement data. The influences of speech source directivity and source height on privacy distance ($r_P$) were investigated, and it was found that $r_P$ determined using an omni-directional source was relatively shorter than that determined using a directional source. It was also found that $r_P$ decreased when the source height was lower than the height of the seat-back because the seat-back blocked the propagation of speech from the sound source. The effect of seating arrangement was not significant when comparing the vis-a-vis seating and one-side seating arrangements. In addition, among the alternative seat-designs, the seats that block the space between the seats and cover the space near the ear were found to show significantly enhanced speech privacy in high-speed train passenger cars.

여객선 기관실의 설계 옵션 평가를 위한 결정 지원 프레임 워크 (A Design Decision Support Framework for Evaluation of Design Options in Passenger Ship Engine Room)

  • Most real world design evaluation and risk-based decision support combine quantitative and qualitative (linguistic) variables. Decision making based on conventional mathematics that combines qualitative and quantitative concepts always exhibit difficulty in modelling actual problems. The successful selection process for choosing a design/procurement proposal is based on a high degree of technical integrity, safety levels and low costs in construction, corrective measures, maintenance, operation, inspection and preventive measures. In this paper, a design decision support framework using a composite structure methodology grounded in approximate reasoning approach and evidential reasoning method is suggested for design evaluation of machinery space of a ship engine room at the initial stages. An illustrative example is used to demonstrate the application of the proposed framework.

  • The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the noise level and the noise source for domestic trains. We measured and analyzed the interior noise, the rolling noise and the engine noise at Honam line(Seodaejeon-Jangseong) for passenger and power cars. The noise level is below 69㏈A for Seamaeul PMC(Powered Motor Car) coachs, below 65㏈A for Seamaeul and Mukungwha coachs, over 80㏈A for the driver's room of PMC and diesel-electric locomotives.

  • This study is about design of vehicle for air tightness to pressure waves of high speed train. When the train runs to high speed over 300km/h, the comfort of passenger come down due to difference pressure between inside and outside of passenger room. The car-body was carried out the design of air-tightness, and the analysis of inside pressure of vehicle in tunnel by TG_TUN of ALSTOM Co. The result of analysis should be used the design of air pressurized system and car-body of G7 high speed train project.

선박기관실의 소음 저감을 위한 차폐공명기의 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of a Resonator to Reduce the Ship Engine Room Noise)

  • It is known that elimination of ship engine room noise is impossible thing, so the working environment in the engine room is getting worse because ships are recently built with huge engines to take higher sailing power. In the yacht and cruise yacht, the engine room noise is more serious because they have bigger engines relative to their hull sizes. The noise generated from the main engine makes the employee to hearing loss and the transmitted noise make the uncomfortable conditions in the cabins of ship. The noise generated by ship engine must be attenuate for the employee and passenger. In yacht and cruise yacht, the noise levels in cabines are the most important criterions to the value of commodities. In this study, the noise absorbtion barrier which have resonators is experimentally studied by the 1/3 octave band noise elimination rates(%).

  • In this study, an air cleaner is considered to improve comfort, safety, and health of automobile passengers. The performance and installation conditions of the air cleaner have been studied to investigate their effects on the air quality in the cabin room using numerical analysis. A five-passenger sedan and a seven-passenger minivan that have comparatively large indoor volume have been considered. The distributions of the local mean age and the volume averaged age of indoor air are calculated according to the variation of the placement and the air flow of the air cleaner. In addition, a decrease of contamination concentration, especially VOCs(volatile organic compounds), by the air cleaner is numerically analyzed with time-accurate unsteady calculation to quantify the effect of the air cleaner on the indoor air quality. As a result, the effective installation and operation conditions of the air cleaner for the automobile cabin room could be suggested.
