Purpose: The aims of this study were to identify successful strategies and propose a community-based participatory global health project model for primary health care capacity development. Methods: The study used case study methodology. A The unit of analysis was an international cooperation health project entitled "Community-based Primary Health Care Improvement in San Lorenzo, Ecuador" using community-based participatory research conducted in 2007~2008. Data were collected through windshield surveys, focus group discussion, key informant interviews, and provider surveys. Results: Identified successful strategies for the international cooperation health project were reciprocal partnership between researchers and community, partners' capacity building, south-to-south cooperation, and continuous monitoring and feedback. Community participation was found to be an essential tenet to guarantee the improvement of primary health care in the underserved rural community. Evidence from the activities of community health practitioners in Korea was applicable to the development of training programs for primary health care providers in Ecuador. Conclusion: Strategies for strengthening primary health capacity may be tailored depending on socio-cultural, political, and economical situations of each country. The model, however, would be applicable to the entire process of community-based global health projects in underserved rural communities of other countries.

Since IT industry has changed very rapidly in technology, market environments, the online community raise new space. However, there have been scanty researches on the on-line community. The primary purpose of this research is to develop and test a model that explains the effect of participatory motives and social influence in on-line community on commitment.

Objectives: This study aims to explain the process of photovoice, to review relevant research cases, and to discuss the issues in photovoice applications for community health promotion. Methods: Literature review is performed on photovoice manuals, systematic review literature on international photovoice research, and Korean photovoice studies. The review was based on 8 research papers and 6 practice manuals. Results: Photovoice so far has specified its orientation to participatory research. Its implementation includes photovoice training, photo taking and sharing, interviews and discussions, photo exhibit, and social action planning for policy change. SHOWeD questions and the like guide photovoice discussions while they face some challenges in application. Social action planning for policy change part of the photovoice needs attention in implementation and evaluation. Conclusions: Adherence to the participatory principles and action research orientation in photovoice requires persistent efforts. Process and impact evaluation with development of photovoice research infrastructure will enhance photovoice application.

이 연구는 평생학습에 참여하는 성인학습자의 참여동기, 프로그램 만족도, 사회적 자본의 구조적 인과관계를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 수행하였다. 또한 성인학습자의 참여동기와 사회적 자본과의 관계에서 프로그램 만족도 변인이 어떻게 매개역할을 하는지 역시 살펴보았다. 연구대상은 평생교육에 참여하는 성인학습자 425명에게 설문을 실시하고 구조방정식모형 분석을 통해 연구가설을 검증하였으며 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성인학습자의 참여동기는 사회적 자본에 정(+)적으로 유의한 결과를 얻었다. 둘째, 성인학습자의 참여동기는 프로그램 만족도에 정(+)적으로 유의한 결과를 얻었다. 셋째, 프로그램 만족도는 사회적 자본에 정(+)적으로 유의한 결과를 얻었다. 넷째, 참여동기와 사회적 자본과의 관계에서 프로그램 만족도는 부분매개 하였으며 유의한 간접효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 사회적 자본의 향상을 위해서 참여동기를 끌어올리는 방안뿐 아니라 평생교육기관에서 제공하는 프로그램 만족도를 통해서 더 향상될 수 있는 만큼 학습자가 만족할 수 있는 다양한 프로그램 개발과 운영, 제도개선이 필요함을 시사한다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 평생교육현장에서 성인학습자의 사회적 자본을 높이기 위한 방안과 평생교육기관의 역할을 제언하였다.

인터넷과 정보기술의 발달로 인해 기록관을 직접 방문하기보다는 홈페이지를 통한 서비스 요구가 확대되고 있는 오늘날 무엇보다 이용자들의 의견과 요구사항을 적절하게 수용할 수 있는 열린 소통도구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 게시판과 이메일, 그리고 전화 이외의 이용자 참여 커뮤니케이션 도구, 특히 이용자들에게 친근감과 실시간 소통을 제공하는 소셜미디어에 대한 정보가 국가기록관의 홈페이지상에 존재하는지와 그 활성화 여부를 한국, 미국, 영국, 캐나다, 중국, 그리고 일본의 기록관을 중심으로 조사하였는데, 소셜미디어중에서 가장 활성화된 도구는 페이스북이고, 미국의 기록관이 가장 다양한 소통 도구를 제공하였다.

Objectives: We used participatory mapping as a tool for empowerment training for promoting health and safety of farmers. We would like to introduce the application of participatory mapping method and report our experiences in a rural community in Korea. Methods: A one-day workshop was offered in six rural villages which were designated as 'safe farm zones'. Each workshop started with an orientation session, followed by a village rounding, presentations of best cases, a group exercise to draw and present a healthy village map. Participants were requested to express their ideas and experiences about healthy and safe residential and working environments on their map. Results: A total of 206 farmers(100 male, 106 female) participated in the workshops. In each workshop, an average of 34.3 farmers participated, and their mean age was 59 years. In the six workshops, the participants proposed a total of 137 action plans. The action plans included improvement of co-working condition, building facilities for recreation, improving traffic safety measures, and improving residential environment. Conclusions: Participatory mapping was successfully developed and applied as a tool for empowering Korean farmers. The participants were able to express their ideas and thoughts about healthy and safe village and action plans on the map. Moreover, some of the actions in the action plans were carried out immediately after workshop.

본 연구의 목적은 장 노년층의 노인 사회활동 지원사업 참여의지에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고 연구 결과에 대한 함축적 의미를 파악하고자 함이다. 이를 위해 먼저, 국내외 노인 사회활동 지원사업과 지역정보화에 대한 선행연구를 한 다음, 장 노년층의 노인 사회활동 지원사업 참여의지에 영향을 미치는 요인을 지역정보화 만족도, 건강 만족도, 경제 만족도, 및 인적관계 만족도로 구성된 설문항목을 설정하였다. 데이터 수집을 위해 정보화교육에 참가한 경험이 있는 전국의 장 노년층을 대상으로 방문설문을 하거나 온라인 설문을 실시하였다. 333개의 유효표본을 통해 분석한 결과, 지역정보화 만족도와 건강 만족도가 노인 사회활동 지원사업 참여의지에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 경제활동을 조절변수로 하여 경제활동을 하고 있는 집단과 경제활동을 하고 있지 않은 집단으로 나누어 분석한 결과, 경제활동을 하고 있는 집단에서는 건강만 허락한다면 지속적 참여의지가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 경제활동을 하고 있지 않은 집단에서는 건강 만족도뿐 만 아니라 지역정보화 만족도까지 중요한 영향요인으로 나타났다. 따라서 지역경제활동 활성화를 위한 지역혁신과 노인 사회활동 지원사업에 참여의지가 있는 장 노년층을 위하여 지역정보화가 선행되어야 하고 또한 지역정보화 만족도를 향상시켜야 할 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 환경변화에 능동적으로 대처했을 때 업무성과가 향상된다는 업무조정이론에 따라 사회복지조직이 코로나 사태와 같은 환경변화에 능동적으로 대처할 수 있는 방안을 찾기 위함이다. 즉, 참여적 의사결정이 직무성과에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 구성원 민첩성의 매개효과를 파악하였다. 조사대상은 수도권 및 충청지역 복지관 종사자이며 310부의 설문지를 분석하였고, 가설검증을 위해 확인적 요인분석, 연구모형분석, 매개효과검증을 실시했다. 연구결과, 참여적 의사결정은 구성원 민첩성과 직무성과에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 참여적 의사결정이 직무성과에 직접적으로 영향을 주는 경로와 구성원 민첩성에 먼저 영향을 준 후 다시 직무성과에 연결되는 간접효과를 포함시킨 부분매개 모형이 적합하다는 것을 확인했다. 본 연구는 사회복지조직에 필요한 참여적 의사결정과 민첩성의 효과를 검증했다는 점에서 학술적 의의가 있으며, 사회복지조직의 직원 채용, 평가, 교육에서 참여적 의사결정과 민첩성 향상 방안을 제시함으로써 실천적 측면에서도 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

본 논문은 헨리 젠킨스가 제안한 참여문화 개념으로 탄막 현상을 분석한다. 탄막은 다른 댓글이나 달리 이용자들이 동영상을 볼 때 익명으로 글을 올릴 수 있도록 하고, 그 시간에 올린 댓글은 곧바로 화면에 뜨는 동시에 다른 시청자도 볼 수 있게 하는 기능으로, 2006년에 일본의 유명한 동영상 사이트인 나코니코(Niconico)에서 처음으로 서비스를 시작하였다. 본 논문에서는 중국 동영상 플랫폼 Bilibili에서의 탄막 현상을 세가지 측면에 집중하여 분석한다. 첫째, 집단지성 하의 창작 공유 측면에서는 사용자들이 자신의 창작물을 만들어 탄막을 통해 다른 이용자들과 공유하는 것이 어떻게 이루어지는지 탐구한다. 둘째, 대중 참여 하의 협력 모델에서는 사용자들이 상호작용을 통해 집단적인 협력을 구현하는 방법과 그 의미에 대해 다룬다. 셋째, 상업자본의 재력 지원 측면에서는 탄막 동영상이 상업적인 이익을 창출하는 영향력을 사례로 분석한다. 또한, Bilibili에서 나타나는 참여문화의 부정적 측면과 도전 과제를 분석한다. 참여격차, 저작권 침해, 그리고 탄막의 과도한 사용과 익명성의 문제와 같은 부정적 측면들을 검토하고 참여문화로서 탄막의 가능성을 실현하기 위한 주요 도전 과제들을 제안하였다. 본 논문은 문헌조사, 사례연구 등 연구 방법을 활용하여 탄막을 종합적으로 분석하고, 이를 통해 참여문화와 탄막이 현대사회에서 어떻게 상호작용하며 진화하는지에 대한 통찰을 도출하고자 하였다. 탄막은 참여적인 매체로서 개인과 집단의 창작과 상호작용을 촉진하는 중요한 도구로서 미디어 산업과 사용자들 사이의 새로운 경계를 개척하고 있지만 그 가능성을 실현하기 위해서는 여러 과제를 해결해야 함을 논의하였다.

Background: The objective of this research is to investigate and provide analysis of the economic participatory change affecting the unmet needs of health care in Korean adults. Methods: We used Korea health panel 4th and 5th data of 10,261 adults. The method of investigation is threefold. First, We identified the regional factors affecting unmet needs of health care. Second, we analyzed the effect of economic participatory change as it affects the unmet needs of health care. Third, we also investigated whether there were discernable differences between the age subgroups. Results: It was determined that influencing factors included sex, education, economic level, and health status. And after the subgroup analysis of age, we found that the economic participatory change was associated with the economical unmet needs of health care especially for those over 40 years of age. Also the population are facing unemployment enduring particular economic hardship in meeting their medical needs. Conclusion: This study finds that there are some policy recommendations for the sake of medical service equality. Medical welfare policy for those 40 years of age and older has been identified as an area that needs improvement. And considering that those 40 years of age and older are facing unemployment enduring particular economic hardship in meeting their medical needs, this study finds a need for government sponsored medical stipends or subsidizing of medical premiums, co-payment, and other fees.
