취업주부의 부양자역할의식에 관한연구 (The Provider-Role Consciusness of Married Working Women)

  • The study was designed to examine the present state of the provider-role consciousness of married working women in Korea and to identify five variable-clusters which were drawn from the theoretical perspectives. The subjects of this study were 573 married working women whose husbands also had their work. The statistical methods adopted for data analyses were frequencies. oneway ANOVA. Scheffe-test t-test, and multiple regression analysis. The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows; 1) The level of the provider-role consciousness of married working women was slightly high. 2) As for the aspects of the individual attribute variables. educational level job income age native area motive of work. and sex-role identity significantly influenced the provider-role consciousness of married working women. 3) Concerning the family background variables marriage duration number of children mother's experience of employment father's educational level and husbands's income were significantly related to the provider-role consciousness of married working women, 4) As for the social relationship variables. degree of participation in social associations significant others' attitudes toward housewife's work degree of domestic role sharing with husband and wife/husband income ration significantly affected the provider-role conscious-ness of married working women. Based on these findings it came to be revealed that multidirectional perspecitves were useful to identify variables which could predict the provider-role consciousness of married working women, Also it was revealed that the significant others' approvals for women's work were necessary to the establishment of the provider-role consciousness of married working women.

남자대학생의 라이프 스타일 요인이 의복의 구매동기, 정보원활용, 의복선택기준에 미치는 영향 연구 (The Impact of Lifestyle Factors on Clothing Purchase Motives, Information Use, and Selection Criteria in Male College Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of lifestyle factors on clothing purchase motives, information use, and selection criteria in male college students. The sample included 241 male college students, and an instrument was developed based on the previous studies. The statistical analyses used for this study were factor analysis and multiple regression. The result of factor analysis showed that lifestyle consisted of six factors : clothing interest, serif-confidence, social participation, planned clothing purchase, family-orientation, and conservativeness. Clothing purchase motives consisted of conspicuous consumption motives, fashion and individuality motives, and economic motives. Clothing information use consisted of four factors: paper/display, personal advice, fashion show/clothing observation, and electronic media. Finally. clothing selection criteria consisted of practicability, fashion/individuality, and conformity, Multip1e regression revealed that there were significant effects of lifestyle factors on clothing purchase motives, information use, and selection criteria. For example, self-confidence factor had a negative impact on conspicuous consumption motive, personal advice information use, and fashion/individuality criteria. The relative importance of lifestyle factors were different according to different dimensions of clothing purchase motives, information use, and selection criteria.

치과 디지털 활용에 관한 치과위생사의 인식 (Perceptions of dental hygienists toward digital dentistry)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the perceptions of dental hygienists toward digital dentistry. Methods : The subjects were 393 dental hygienists in Daegu Gyeongbuk. A total of 380 data were analyzed except the incomplete questionnaires. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, chi-square test, t-test, one-way ANOVA using SPSS version 18.0. Results : 1. Difference of perception by general characteristics was affected by age, academic background, working career, and married. 2. Difference of perception by utilization of digital facilities was affected by digital camera, CAD/CAM system, oral scanner, and computer system. 3. Difference of perception by digital education experience and intention of participation was affected by stronger intention to participate in digital education and practical exercise. Digital X-ray system and CAD/CAM system were the must-be equipment in education. Conclusions : Utilization of digital dentistry is the motive for education experience in dental hygienists.

In 코도핑 된 p-GaN의 광학적 특성 (In Co-Doping Effect on the Optical Properties of P-Type GaN Epilayers)

  • Mg-doped and In-Mg co-doped p-type GaN epilayers were grown in a low-pressure metal organic chemical vapor deposition technique. The effect of In doping on the p-GaN layer was studied through photoluminescence (PL), persistent photoconductivity (PPC), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) at room temperature. For the In-doped p-GaN layer, the PL intensity increases significantly and the peak position shifts to 3.2 eV from 2.95 eV of conventional p-GaN. Additionally, In doping greatly reduces the PPC, which was very strong in conventional p-GaN. A reduction in the dislocation density is also evidenced upon In doping in p-GaN according to TEM images. The improved optical properties of the In-doped p-GaN layer are attributed to the high crystalline quality and to the active participation of incorporated Mg atoms.

청소년의 자존감과 노동참여 간의 관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relation of Adolescent Self-esteem and Labor Participation)

  • 본 연구는 청소년의 자존감이 노동참여와 어떤 관계가 있는가를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자존감이 학년별로 차이가 있는가를 분석한 결과 자존감(긍정)은 학교 밖 학생들이 가장 낮았고, 재학생은 학년이 높을수록 자존감이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 자존감에 대한 성별 차이에서 남학생이 여학생보다 자존감(긍정)과 자존감(합계)에서 다소 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 자존감과 노동참여 관계를 분석한 결과 자존감이 낮은 집단에서 아르바이트 경험이 있다고 응답한 비율은 50.4%, 자존감이 높은 집단에서는 50.6%이었다. 자존감의 높고, 낮음이 아르바이트 경험과는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 아르바이트 의향과 자존감과의 관계를 분석한 결과 아르바이트 의향이 있다고 응답한 학생 중에 자존감이 낮은 집단의 비율은 50.5%이고, 자존감이 높은 집단의 비율은 49.5%이었다. 따라서 자존감의 높고, 낮음이 아르바이트 의향과는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 아르바이트 이유와 자존감과의 관계를 분석한 결과 자존감이 낮은 집단에서 아르바이트를 하는 이유가 경제적 이유가 아닌 자발적 동기인 경우가 68.1%이고, 경제적 비자발적 동기인 경우가 31.9%이었다. 또한 자존감이 높은 집단에서 아르바이트를 하는 이유가 경제적 이유가 아닌 자발적 동기인 경우가 75.2%이고, 경제적 비자발적 동기인 경우가 24.8%이었다. 자존감이 높은 집단이 자존감이 낮은 집단에 비해서 자발적 동기가 높고, 비자발적 동기가 낮게 나타났지만, 통계적으로 유의미한 차이는 나타나지 않았다.

유튜브를 활용한 온라인 평생교육의 참여동기가 학습몰입에 미치는 영향에서 학업적 자기효능감의 매개효과 분석 (Analysis of the Mediating Effect of Academic Self-efficacy in the Effect of Motivation to Participate of Online Lifelong Education Using YouTube on Learning Flow)

  • 본 연구는 COVID-19 확산으로 학습자가 급증하고 있는 유튜브를 통한 온라인 평생교육의 참여동기, 학업적 자기효능감, 학습몰입 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하였다. 연구를 위해 수도권에 거주하는 성인 학습자를 대상으로 2021년 7월 16일부터 30일까지 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사 참여자는 총 428명이며, 불성실한 응답 19건을 제외하고 총 409부의 결과를 분석하였다. 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구모형의 적합도는 모두 분석에 적합한 것으로 검증되었다. 둘째, 연구모형의 각 경로 계수와 통계적 유의성을 확인한 결과, 유튜브 평생교육 참여동기는 학습몰입과 학업적 자기효능감에 정적 영향을 미치고, 학업적 자기효능감도 학습몰입에 정적 영향을 미치고 있다. 셋째, 유튜브 평생교육 참여동기가 학업적 자기효능감을 매개로 학습몰입에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의미한 부분 매개로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 COVID-19에 의한 평생교육의 디지털 전환을 반영하여 유튜브를 활용한 온라인 평생교육의 참여동기, 학업적 자기효능감, 학습몰입 간의 구조적 관계분석을 검증하였다는 점에서 의미가 있다. 연구결과를 통해 COVID-19 이후에 형성된 평생교육 재규정 필요성 및 디지털 전환의 흐름을 반영하여 평생교육이 학습자의 참여동기를 제고하였다. 또한 학업적 자기효능감을 매개로 학습몰입을 강화할 수 있는 방법을 논의하였다.

대학생의 학과만족도, 진로성숙도의 차이와 진로스트레스에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Difference among College Students' Department Satisfaction and Career Maturity and the Influence on Career Stress)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 학과만족도와 진로성숙도, 진로스트레스에 대한 차이를 분석하고 학과만족도와 진로성숙도가 진로스트레스에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 대학생 824명을 대상으로 학과만족도, 진로성숙도, 진로스트레스 척도를 사용하여 조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 학과만족도, 진로성숙도, 진로스트레스는 학년, 연령, 학교성적, 입학동기, 교우관계, 건강상태에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 학과 만족도 하위요인 교과만족도, 관계만족도, 일반만족도, 인식만족도는 연령, 성별, 학교성적, 입학동기, 교우관계, 건강상태에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 진로성숙도 하위요인 결정성, 참여도, 독립성, 성향, 타협성은 학년, 연령에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 넷째, 진로성숙도와 학과만족도는 진로스트레스에 상당한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 학과만족도와 진로성숙도가 낮을수록 진로스트레스가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 학과만족도와 진로성숙도가 진로스트레스와 상관관계임을 의미한다. 이를 바탕으로 학과만족과 진로성숙이 낮은 상태로 유지하는 대학생을 위한 적극적인 지도와 교육이 필요함을 보여준다.

여성전문인의 능력발전에 관한 연구 - 전문간호사를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Development of Ability Women Specialist -Focused on the nursing specialist-)

  • In the present, since a five-year plan for economic development which was started in the early 60's has been successfully promoted for a quarter century, with consolidation in a department of social welfare in our country the participation. in economic society for women is more required than any other times. As a professional occupation for women is incereaing through a high-standard specialization, I think the upbringing for productive woman expert who has a strong motive of accomplishment as a developed person as well as a technical and skilful capacity which can be contributed to the growth of organization is very important. So in this study, I am evaluating the technical disposition of character of professional nurses working with hospital and also trying to supply the basic data being served to th extension of a skillful ability as a nurse, understanding the important factor related to it. The research method applied here is that we used 527 of formed questionnaires which were distributed to 7 University and General Hospitals, somewhat large in a scale, located in Seoul as an analytical material. It was performed between October 11, 1988 and October 18, 1988. An implement which was invented by Cho Moo-Sung is used after being amended and supplemented, which can measure the disposition of professional character. The formation of questionnaires of the disposition of character is 26 totally, 10 for Open-disposition, 11 for Active-disposition, 5 for wise-disposition, and it was measured. 'Ye', or 'No' through an one-half-standard and the environment of hospital organization is composed 12 questions from one point of 'Very Good' to 5 points of 'Very Bad.' Collected materials were analysed through an electronic calculation into the average value, the standard deflection, percentage, person correlative number, $X^2-test, m$ stepwise multiple regression. Summarizing the result from this research is as follows; 1. The average age of the subjective person of this investigation is 28.6 and the average career as a nurse is 6.0 years. 2. The Open-disposition that technical nurses showed is mostly half and half. 3. The Active-disposition of professional nurses was discovered affirmative largely and what they said in their questionnaires describes that they are very active answering $88.2\%$ for the disposition of self-control, $87.3\%$ for the people who think the training more seriously. 4. It was found out that the wise·disposition of technical nurse showed $90.7\%$ of 'Yes' about a new alternative of inquisitive question and we can see a progressive and profound aspect here. 5. As technical character of nurses, mutual relations between Active-disposition, Active-disposition, and wise­disposition were very profitably revealed as 0.42 in justice relations and also suggested that relations between Open-disposition, Active-disposition, and wise-disposition are 0.27 and 0.20 respectively. 6. What nurses recognize about the environment of hospital organization is reasonably acceptable while they feel very bad about rewards and punishments showing average 3.1 comparing to average 2.2 about time­control each other. Considering the prosperity of Active-disposition upon the result what I mentioned above, th possibility which is contributed to the productive improvement of hospital organization is very great and I think it can be more developed as a professional woman who has a strong motive of accomplishment, in advance.

환경교육 교수.학습 능력 함양을 위한 교수연수의 실시 및 평가 연구 (Implementation and Evaluation of In-Service Teacher Training Program for Teaching-Learning in Environmental Education)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop an in-service teacher training program for professional development in environmental education. In order to achieve the goal, the in- service teacher training program for professional development in environmental education development / implement team is formed to deal with the development and the implementation of the program. The team is composed of environmental education professionals and environmental education teachers. After the development of the program, 20 teachers were selected to implement the program. Then, through various researches such as interview, monitoring, and survey, the evaluation of the program was done. After the evaluation, the feedback on the program was collected in order to apply the final adjustments and changes to the developed training program for professional development in environmental education. The training program is designed to include the wide range of theories and real life cases. It focuses on certain topic, and is implemented through workshop type training method to increase the participation rate. The major motive of the participants was to develop their professionality in environmental education. Based on the analysis of the training program and the workshop, 69.1% of the program is focused on the environmental education/learning theory, and 71.4% is focused on the environmental education teaching method. The environmental education teaching method is focused on the real life teaching method that could be used in many schools. However, the parts on environmental education philosophy, psychology, and evaluation was not included as a part of the program. Also, the evaluation method of the students learning the environmental education was not introduced as a part of the program as well. It is due to the limited time frame of the training program, as well as its focus on the training method of environmental program. Based on the analysis of the evaluation results obtained through monitoring, the training program for professional development in environmental education is successful in terms of focusing the goal of the program around the environmental education/learning theory and environmental education teaching method, which was the motive of the participants. However, the effectiveness of the program differed from participants to participants based on their majors in environmental education, and it did not last long enough. The future training program for professional development in environmental education should consider the backgrounds of the program participants to have various programs prepared for various groups of people. We suggest that the results of this developed program will be applied to "environmental education teacher licence training" in the future.

소극장 공연에 적합한 영상 솔루션 구성과 활용방안 연구 : 뮤지컬 <트레이스 유(2018)>를 중심으로 (A Study on the Compositions and Applications of Video Solution for Small-sized Theater Performance:Focused on the Musical )

  • 본 연구는 소극장 여건에 맞는 영상 솔루션 구성 및 활용방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 맵핑 서버로 밀루민을 선택했는데 이는 프로젝터를 4대 이상 사용하기 어렵고 제작 예산이 적은 소극장의 환경을 반영한 것이다. 미디어 서버의 장단점을 비교하여 제작요건에 적합한 서버를 선택하도록 했으며, 맵핑 프로그래머가 작품의 분석단계부터 참여하여 예술성과 효율성을 높이는 방안을 제시하였다. 뮤지컬 <트레이스 유(2018)>를 토대로 작품의 발단, 전개, 위기, 절정, 반전에 사용된 영상의 변화와 제공된 내러티브의 관계를 분석하였다. 전문가 그룹 인터뷰를 통해 위 내용을 검증했다. 그 결과 밀루민의 경제성에 64.3%, 맵핑 프로그래머의 분석과정 참여에 따른 효율성에 85.8%가 긍정적인 평가를 했다. 영상의 비주얼 모티브를 묻는 질문에 음악적 변화, 가사, 배우의 행동, 대사 순으로 선호했다. 소극장 영상은 플롯의 전환점, 인물의 감정, 서브플롯, 반전과 관련이 있음을 확인했으며 이는 소극장 영상의 모티브는 드라마의 개연성을 떠나서는 생각할 수 없음을 함의하고 있다.
