In order to accomplish the purpose of study, data on 212 physically challenged persons who lived in B city and participated in community sports were analyzed. Korean version of positive psychological capital created by Taehong Lim (2014) through the reconstruction of scales developed by Luthans, Youssef and Avolio(2007) and Sangwan Jeon and Jonghun Yang's (2009) level of participation in community sports was reconstructed through modification·improvement as measurement instrument. An exploratory factor analysis, reliability test, paired difference test, and multiple regression analysis was carried out by using SPSS 18.0 program for data processing. First, It was shown that there was a significant difference in positive psychological capital according to gender, age, and disability grade among physically challenged persons' socio-demographic characteristics. Second, it was shown that, among sub-variables (period, frequency and intensity) of level of physically challenged persons' participation in community sports, the frequency of participation and the intensity of participation had a significant effect on self efficacy. On the other hand, it was shown that the period of participation didn't have a significant effect. Third, it was shown that the frequency of participation had a significant effect on optimism. On the other hand, it was shown that the period of participation and the intensity of participation didn't have a significant effect. Fourth, it was shown that the frequency of participation and the intensity of participation had a significant effect on hope. On the other hand, it was shown that no significant effect was produced on the period of participation. Fifth, it was shown that the frequency of participation had a significant effect on resilience. On the other hand, it was shown that no significant effect was produced on the period of participation and the intensity of participation. Sixth, it was shown that the frequency of participation and the intensity of participation had a significant effect on positive psychological capital. And it was shown that no significant effect was produced on the period of participation.

The strong demand for corporate social responsibility has led to growing consumer boycotts of corporate misconduct. Although there are differences over the legality of the boycott, it is important to develop the boycott in an effective and correct way because of its positive effects in terms of consumer rights and society. This study identified the factors and their influences on the intention of continuing and stopping boycotts when the boycott was becoming popular. In addition, in accordance with the duration(low/high) and intensity(low/high) of consumer boycott participation, the relative influence of antecedent factors on the continuous and discontinuous intention of boycotts was examined. A total of 272 questionnaires were collected from consumers currently participating in the boycott and analyzed. The analysis showed that the preceding factors had discriminatory effects on the intention of continuing and stopping the boycott, and the effects of the preceding factors on the intention of continuing and stopping the boycott were different depending on the duration and intensity of the boycott. Based on the research results, this study suggested implications, limitations, and future research directions.
This study is to examine the relation between leisure constraints and participation by leisure type of security agents. By using purposive sampling method, this study collected 387 questionnaires in 14 private security service registered in 2009 at the Seoul National Police Agency. Cronbach's $\alpha$ .673. The conclusion are as follow. First, leisure constraints difference in socio-demographic characteristics such as sex, age, education level, income, position, job pattern. Second, in case of hobby and cultural activities, higher time constraints showed lesser frequency of participation, higher structural constraints showed lesser period of participation, higher personal constraints showed lesser intensity of participation. On the other hand, high time constraitns had high intensity of participation. In case of play and entertainment activities, even with high self-conscious constraints, it showed increased frequency and period of participation and high personal constraints showed increased period of participation but in contrast, higher structural constraints showed decreased frequency of participation and period. In case of viewing and appreciative activities, even with high interpersonal constraints, frequency and period of participation increased and higher time constraints also had increased period of participation. On the other hand, higher structural constraints showed decrease in frequency of participation and period.

Using a multinomial logit model with the panel-data set of Vietnam manufacturing firms, this paper investigates the impacts of foreign direct investment (FDI) - small and medium enterprises (SMEs) linkages and other factors on SMEs' participation in the global value chain (GVC). We consider GVC firms are those engaging in any of the three modes including (i) using domestic inputs to export (D2E), (ii) using imported inputs to produce for the domestic market (I2P), (iii) using imported inputs to export (I2E). We discover that FDI-SME linkages statistically encourage Vietnamese SMEs to integrate into the GVC via I2P and I2E, while no statistical association between FDI-SME linkage and D2E participation is found. GVCs participation likelihood is also positively correlated with the introduction of new product introduction. The establishment of firms' production facilities in industrial zones and foreign ownership are both reported to be significantly decisive factors to SMEs' decisions on GVC participation. Besides, there is a strong association between firms' attributes, i.e. employment, capital intensity as well as financial access, and their participation in the GVC. Local governance quality (proxied by the Provincial Competitiveness Index) and the share of skilled labor at the province-level can facilitate firms' integration into GVCs, while greater market concentration may be a hurdle to such potential.
