In the present study, a group of subjects consisting of "Fire Professional Engineers" was selected to examine the effects of life safety awareness and safety behaviors of the subjects on life safety through an analyses of the descriptive statistics, factors, reliability, and correlation; simple regression and three-stage regression analyses on mediation were also carried out based on the hypotheses developed. The results showed that the degree of safety behavior increased by 72.1% in accordance with the increased safety awareness of fire professional engineers; the life safety was also increased by 61.5% and 64.5% by the increases in safety awareness and safety behavior of fire professional engineers, respectively. In addition, the safety behaviors demonstrated a partial mediatory effect in the relationship between safety awareness and life safety. All hypotheses (H1, H2, H3, H4), established for the present study, were accepted based on statistical verifications that justified an amendment of the Acts pertinent to firefighting service focusing on life safety; the data are expected to be exploited to reflect significance of life safety.
This study investigated what effects the relational benefits perceived by the customers of solely operated beauty salons have on customer satisfaction, recommendation intention, and defection intention through the convergence of cosmetology and business management. For this, a total of 322 customers of solely operated beauty salons were chosen as final valid samples. For data analysis, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and correlation analysis were performed using SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 18. For a hypothesis test, lastly, path analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling. The study results found the following: First, among the relational benefits perceived by the customers of solely operated beauty salons, confidence benefits and social benefits had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Second, the relational benefits perceived by the customers of solely operated beauty salons had a positive effect on recommendation intention. Third, confidence benefits and social benefits had a negative effect on defection intention. Fourth, customer satisfaction had a positive effect on recommendation intention. Fifth, customer satisfaction had a negative effect on defection intention. Sixth, in relationship between the relational benefits perceived by the customers of solely operated beauty salons and recommendation/defection intention, customer satisfaction revealed partial mediating effects.

소자가 고집적화 됨에 따라, 비저항이 낮고 electro migration (EM), Stress Migration (SM) 특성이 우수한 구리(Cu)를 배선재료로서 사용하고 있다. 그러나, 구리는 Si과 $SiO_2$의 내부로 확산이 빠르게 일어나, Si 소자 내부에 deep donor level을 형성하고, 누설 전류를 증가시키는 등 소자의 성능을 저하시킬 수 있는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 그러나, electroplating 을 이용하여 증착한 Cu 박막은 일반적으로 확산 방지막으로 쓰이는 TiN, TaN, 등의 물질과의 접착 (adhesion) 특성이 나쁘다. 따라서, Cu CMP 에서 증착된 Cu 박막의 벗겨지거나(peeling), EM or SM 저항성 저하 등의 배선에서의 reliability 문제를 야기하게된다. 따라서 Cu 와 접착 특성이 좋은 새로운 확산방지막 또는 adhesion layer의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 Cu 배선에서의 접착성 문제를 해결하고자 Metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD)을 이용하여 제조한 코발트(Co) 박막을 $Cu/TaN_x$ 사이의 접착력 개선을 위한 adhesion layer로 적용하려는 시도를 하였다. Co는 비저항이 낮고, Cu 와 adhesion이 좋으며, Cu direct electroplating 이 가능하다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 하지만, 수소 분위기에서 $C_{12}H_{10}O_6(Co)_2$ (dicobalt hexacarbonyl tert-butylacetylene, CCTBA) 전구체에 의한 MOCVD Co 박막의 경우 탄소, 산소와 같은 불순물이 다량 함유되어 있어, 비저항, surface roughness 가 높아지게 된다. 따라서 구리 전착 초기에 구리의 핵 생성(nucleation)을 저해하고 핵 생성 후에도 응집(agglomeration)이 발생하여 연속적이고 얇은 구리막 형성을 방해한다. 이를 해결하기 위해, MOCVD Co 박막 증착 시 수소 반응 가스에 암모니아를 추가로 주입하여, 수소/암모니아의 분압을 1:1, 1:6, 1:10으로 변화시켜 $Co/TaN_x$ 박막의 특성을 비교 분석하였다. 각각의 수소/암모니아 분압에 따른 $Co/TaN_x$ 박막을 TEM (Transmission electron microscopy), XRD (X-ray diffraction), AES (Auger electron spectroscopy)를 통해 물성 및 조성을 분석하였고, AFM (Atomic force microscopy)를 이용하여, surface roughness를 측정하였다. 실험 결과, $Co/TaN_x$ 박막은 수소/암모니아 분압 1:6에서 90 ${\mu}{\Omega}-cm$의 낮은 비저항과 0.97 nm 의 낮은 surface roughness 를 가졌다. 뿐만 아니라, MOCVD 에 의해 증착된 Co 박막이4-6 % concentration 의 탄소 및 산소 함량을 가지는 것으로 나타났고, 24nm 크기의 trench 기판 위에 약 6nm의 $Co/TaN_x$ 박막이 매우 균일하게 형성된 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과들은, 향후 $Co/TaN_x$ 박막이 Cu direct electroplating 공정이 가능한 diffusion barrier로서 성공적으로 사용될 수 있음을 보여준다.
Purpose - Environmental issues, climatic changes, and greenhouse gases are problems to be solved at a global level. With an increased emphasis on the environmental and social responsibility of the management of companies, the manner in which companies approach quality-oriented culture and their individual sustainability management are being discussed as truly important issues to help them secure their competitiveness and growth strategies. This study proposes strategic directions to help manufacturers not only in expanding their competitive quality-oriented company culture but also in strengthening their sustainability management abilities. This study conducts a literature review and empirical research to examine how significantly the variables of a quality-oriented company culture, customer-centered management, and process-centered and supply chain management-centered cooperation affect sustainability management performance in relation to economic profitability, environmental integrity, and social responsibility. Research design, data, and methodology - To verify research models and hypotheses, the study examined 170 companies using a questionnaire survey conducted over six weeks, and involved the performance of data analysis on 146 samples. Questionnaire responses were calibrated based on a Likert scale. The study used the Smart PLS 2.0 program designed for PLS (partial least squares), an analysis instrument of SEM (structural equation modeling). The study then verified empirical research hypotheses working on reliability analysis, validity analysis, factorial analysis, and path analysis. Results - Among the nine hypotheses, four are accepted and the rest are rejected. A quality-oriented company culture focusing on customer-centered management significantly influenced the maintainability management performance of environmental integrity and social responsibility, while economic profitability was dismissed. A process-focused quality-oriented company culture was significantly concerned with economic profitability but not with environmental integrity or social responsibility. A supply-chain cooperative company culture had a significant effect on economic profitability but not on environmental integrity or social responsibility. Conclusion - This study proposes strategic directions to help manufacturers expand their competitive quality-oriented company culture as well as strengthen abilities with sustainability management. It conducts a literature review and empirical research to examine how significantly the variables of quality-oriented company culture, customer-centered management, and process-centered and supply chain management-centered cooperation affect sustainability management performance in relation to economic profitability, environmental integrity, and social responsibility. There are two main conclusions. First, companies should consider the need for social responsibility management and environmental transparent management-focused maintainability management as avenues to create new markets and business, thereby helping the companies secure a reputation for having a customer and process-centered quality-oriented company culture by creating shared values between supply chains and enabling win-win situations through cooperation. Second, we are marching towards a creative win-win era from a society of conflicts and ruptures. Companies should understand that social responsibility management and supply chain management (SCM)-focused cooperation are the foundations of sustainable development, as they try to improve their culture while pursuing both win-win relationships with interested parties and equity in various conflictive relations.
Purpose - This study aims to investigate a solution to reduce the negative reactions arising from the performance of duties or the job distress of workers in the service industry, because human resource statistics regarding workers in the service sector have been unreported, while concerns regarding exposure to emotional exertion and poor working conditions have been continuously increasing. Research design, data, and methodology - This study specifically focused on workers in highway service areas. It differs from previous studies because it involves the perspective of the person-organization fit and regards workers' cognition of leaders through the psychological distance toward the leader and the contact frequency between workers and leaders within the framework of the leader-individual fit. Moreover, this study highlights the role of the self-leadership of workers as an important factor that becomes manifested in the individual-level fit to the organization. Hence, this study investigates whether the positive role of the above factors, in turn, could reduce job distress. Workers from highway service areas in Gyeonggi-do province provided data; 141 valid questionnaires are collected. SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 19.0 were used to test the reliability and validity of constructs. Simple regression, multiple regression, and 3 step mediation tests were used to test the hypotheses after the correlation tests. Results - Results indicated that leader-member contact frequency and psychological distance have negative effects on job distress but positive effects on self-leadership. A mediation test revealed that self-leadership, in the relationships between contact frequency and job distress and between psychological distance and job distress, resulted in partial mediation and full mediation, respectively. Conclusions - The result can be understood through two different possible explanations. First, service area workers generally possess a positive perspective toward their leaders. This can be interpreted to mean that increased contact frequency and psychological distance would be considered as supports from the leader, rather than intrusive controls or management schemes. Therefore, the management in highway service areas should invest efforts in increasing contact frequency as well as maximizing psychological similarities by adopting the viewpoints of workers in terms of moral and ethical management, to reduce the workers' job distress. The results relating to self-leadership also indicate that increased contact frequency must be accompanied by intentions for the effective promotion of workers' self-leadership. It also signifies the necessity of a strategic approach by leaders to induce workers to perceive "in-group"ness as suggested both by the similarity-attraction theory and by the social identity theory. In addition, the results of the mediation test of self-leadership indicate that because workers' self-leadership activates upon increased contact frequency by the leader, it should not be a means of control and should not be utilized only from the perspective of management. It is also suggested that strategies such as transfer of authority could have a positive effect in promoting the expansion of self-influence from workers.
Purpose - This research aims to investigate the factors that influence consumer's overseas online shopping behavior. Consumers adopt overseas online shopping as a new buying way and more and more consumers prefer overseas online shopping than traditional shopping ways. Consumers' behaviors in this shopping experience can be different from other shopping experiences. With the increase of overseas online shopping, we need to find antecedents and results of overseas online shopping. Especially there would be positive or negative factors which influence overseas online shopping motivation. To find the relationship, this study examines self-efficacy and impulsivity as major factors which influence overseas online shopping. We also suggest that several attitude factors increase self-efficacy and it is positively related to customer satisfaction. On the other hand, we assume that overseas online shopping factors influence impulsivity of buying and it will decrease customer satisfaction. Research design, data, and methodology - This empirical study data were collected from Korean people who experience overseas online shopping. The subjects for this study were confined to shoppers who used overseas online shopping within the past six months. A total of 267 responses were gathered. SPSS 23.0, PLS 2.0 software were used in the data analysis. Descriptive statistics were used to show sample characteristics. We examined reliability, validity test for constructs. All measurement items used seven-point scales(1= very strong disagree, 7 = very strongly agree) drawn from previously published papers. Partial Least Square method was applied to find the relationship between antecedent factors and dependent factors and hypotheses were estimated. Results - Results show that perceived superiority, perceived ease of use, perceived transaction safety, perceived behavioral control positively affect self-efficacy. Self-efficacy influences positively to consumer's post purchase satisfaction. Perceived monetary benefit and perceived uniqueness motivated impulse buying. This can make consumer's post purchase dissatisfaction. Conclusions - This paper attempted to confirm the existence of both the positive and negative faces of overseas online shopping. The result reveals that self-efficacy is a major factor which may increase satisfaction in the overseas online shopping. Usually, we can think monetary benefit and uniqueness of products motivate overseas online shopping. But it can also intrigue impulse buying and negatively affect customer relationship. Therefore companies should provide enough products information to their potential customers and they might apply adequate processes such as recommendation, comparing systems to build long term relationship with their customers.
The concrete creep deformation of a hybrid composite section can cause additional deformation of the composite section and the stress relaxation of pre-compressive stress on the concrete section due to partial restraint of the deformation. In this study, the stress relaxation coefficient method (SRCM) is derived for simple analysis of complicate hybrid or composite sections for engineering purpose. Also, an equation of the stress relaxation coefficient (SRC) required for the SRCM is proposed. The SRCM is derived with the parameters of a creep coefficient, section and loading properties using the same method as the constant-creep step-by-step method (CC-SSM). The errors of the SRCM is improved by using the proposed SRC equation than the average SRC's which were estimated from the CC-SSM. The root mean square error (RMSE) of the SRCM with the proposed SRC equation for concrete with creep coefficient less than 3 was less than 1.2% to the creep deformation at the free condition and was 3.3% for the 99% reliability. The proposed SRC equation reflects the internal restraint of composite sections, and the effective modulus of elasticity computed with the proposed SRC can be used effectively to estimate the rigidity of a composite section in a numerical analysis which can be applied in analysis of the external restrain effect of boundary conditions.
Purpose: This study set out to propose plans for more efficient and effective clinical practice by investigating the current state of clinical practice in the field of dental technology and thus provide basic data to develop pre- and post-education programs for clinical practice. Methods: The subjects include dental technicians at dental technical laboratories that were appointed as the place of clinical practice by the Department of Dental Technology of G University. The survey period spanned from December 22, 2014 to January 20, 2015. Total 250 questionnaires were distributed to them, and 190(76.0%) were returned. After excluding 23 whose answers were uncertain or seemed to lack reliability, total 167(66.8%) were used in final analysis. Results: 1. The most frequent practice the student did during clinical practice was articulator attachment, which was followed by pin operation or model making, one's own task and practice, sand and crow sculpturing, burying, casting, and grinding. 2. In case of going through the entire process, porcelain had the most students at 39(23.4%), being followed by crown & bridge at 28(16.8%), clinical model at 23(13.8%), full denture at 17(10.2%), and partial denture at 17(10.2%) in the order. 3. Of the students, 59.8%(30.5% for reinforced basic practice; 29.3% for intensive practice education) said that intensive practice education should be reinforced in school; and 22.3% said that intensive theory and practice education was needed, which indicates that 82.6% voiced their opinion of reinforcing education around practice. 4. The students felt that they lacked diligence, passion, and theoretical knowledge somewhat and were relatively good at clinical adaptation and operational skills. Conclusion: The findings show that the students felt an absolute lack of practice education as the school education was focused on theory and national exams in the field of dental technology, thus raising a need to reinforce practice education. Of all the respondents, 62.9% said there was a need to improve the current education with a focus on jobs. In future, education of dental technology should work to bring up able dental technicians that can perform in clinical dental technology right after graduation by reinforcing job-based practice education.

With rapid climate change and increasing global warming, the distribution of evergreen broad-leaved trees (EBLTs) is gradually expanding to the inland regions of Korea. The aim of the present study was to analyze the survival rate of 148 EBLT plantations measuring 180 ha and to determine the optimal plantation size that would help in coping with climate change in the warm, temperate climate zone of the Korean peninsula. For enhancing the reliability of our estimated survival model, we selected a set of 11 control variables that may have also influenced the survival rates of the EBLTs in the 148 plantations. The results of partial correlation analysis showed that the survival rate of 67.0±26.9 of the EBLTs in the initial plantation year was primarily correlated with plantation type by the crown closure of the upper story of the forest, wind exposure, and precipitation. For predicting the probability of survival by quantification theory, 148 plots were surveyed and analyzed with 11 environmental site factors. Survival rate was in the order of plantation type by the crown closure of upper story of the forest, wind exposure, total cumulative precipitation for two weeks prior to planting, and slope stiffness in the descending order of score range in the estimated survival model for the EBLTs with the fact that survival rate increased with shade rate of upper story to some extent.

Multivariate models were developed for the simultaneous spectrophotometric determination of copper (II), nickel (II) and zinc (II) in water with 1-(2-thiazolylazo)-2-naphthol as chromogenic reagent in the presence of Triton X-100. To overcome the drawback of spectral interferences, principal component regression (PCR) and partial least square (PLS) multivariate calibration approaches were applied. Performances were validated with several test sets, and their results were then compared. In general, no significant difference in analytical performance between PLS and PCR models. The root mean square error of prediction (RMSEP) using three components for $Cu^{2+}$, $Ni^{2+}$ and $Zn^{2+}$ were 0.018, 0.010, 0.011 ppm, respectively. Figures of merit such as sensitivity, analytical sensitivity, limit of detection (LOD) were also estimated. High reliability was achieved when the proposed procedure was applied to simultaneous determination of $Cu^{2+}$, $Ni^{2+}$ and $Zn^{2+}$ in synthetic mixture and tap water.

제 5 장 계약 해지 및 이용 제한
제 15 조 (계약 해지)
회원이 이용계약을 해지하고자 하는 때에는 [가입해지] 메뉴를 이용해 직접 해지해야 합니다.
제 16 조 (서비스 이용제한)
① 당 사이트는 회원이 서비스 이용내용에 있어서 본 약관 제 11조 내용을 위반하거나, 다음 각 호에 해당하는
경우 서비스 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
- 2년 이상 서비스를 이용한 적이 없는 경우
- 기타 정상적인 서비스 운영에 방해가 될 경우
② 상기 이용제한 규정에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 회원에게 서비스 이용에 대하여 별도 공지 없이 서비스 이용의
일시정지, 이용계약 해지 할 수 있습니다.
제 17 조 (전자우편주소 수집 금지)
회원은 전자우편주소 추출기 등을 이용하여 전자우편주소를 수집 또는 제3자에게 제공할 수 없습니다.
제 6 장 손해배상 및 기타사항
제 18 조 (손해배상)
당 사이트는 무료로 제공되는 서비스와 관련하여 회원에게 어떠한 손해가 발생하더라도 당 사이트가 고의 또는 과실로 인한 손해발생을 제외하고는 이에 대하여 책임을 부담하지 아니합니다.
제 19 조 (관할 법원)
서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁에 대해 소송이 제기되는 경우 민사 소송법상의 관할 법원에 제기합니다.
[부 칙]
1. (시행일) 이 약관은 2016년 9월 5일부터 적용되며, 종전 약관은 본 약관으로 대체되며, 개정된 약관의 적용일 이전 가입자도 개정된 약관의 적용을 받습니다.
