발생기 흰쥐 위와 소장점막의 gastrin, somatostatin 및 serotonin세포에 대한 면역조직화학적연구 (Immunohistochemical Studv on the Gastrin, Somatostatin and Serotonin Cells in the Gastric and Small Intestinal Mucosa of Rat during Development)

  • The developmental changes of three enteroendocrine cells, i.e. gastrln, somatostatin and serotonin, of gastric and small intestinal mucosa in pre- and postnatal rat were examined by peroxidase-antiperoxidase (PAP) method. In the course of development, gastrin cells were obsenred in the pyloric gland region and the whole part of small intestine, while somstostatin and serotonin cells in the whole gastric gland region and small intestine. More entroendocrine cells were detected in the pyloric gland region and duodenum than in the other portion. In the stomach, gastrin, somatostatin and serotonin ceils were first obsenred in the pyloric Bland region on 17, 19 and 19 days of gestation respectively. The small intestinal gastrin and serotonin cells were first appeared in the duodenum and iriunum on 17 and 15 days of gestation respectively, and somatostBtin cells in duodenum on 17 days of gestation. The number of cells examined from the stomach were increased from fetal to weanling period and showed a decrease during adult period: the notable increase was shown at the end of suckling period or at early weanling period. The cells of the small intestine increased from fetal to suckling period, especially, these cells markedly increased at the end of fetal period or at early suckling period, and decreased from weanling period. The shape of these cells was oval or fusiform during fetal period. In the stomach, most of gastrin cells turned out to be oval and open-type from suckling period, while the remaining two tripes of cells were oval and open- or closed-type. In the small intestine, 311%Ves of cells examined were changed to fusiform and open-type from the end of fetal period. Three types of cell were distributed over the stratified epithelium on 15 and 17 days of gestation. In the stomach, these cells were distributed lower gastric pit and gland from the following fetal period, and were detected mainly on the upper part of gland from suckling period, and then obsenred on the whole part of gland. In the small intestine, most of cells distributed over only between epithelium of villi on 19 days of gestation, increased in number on the crypt from following fetal period, and also observed abundantly in the crypt at adult period.

홍채 촬영용 광학계 개발 (Development of an Optical System for Iris Photographing)

  • 한의학, 진단학에서 사용되는 홍채 촬영용 광학계를 설계 제작해 보았다. 전체 구성은 광원부, 결상광학계, 촬상구동부, 진단 S/W로 되어있다. 결상광학계는 FD60, BACD5의 재질로 색수차를 제거한 0.58X배의 축소광학계로 설계하였다. 결상광학계의 국산화는 제품 전체의 원가절감에 큰 기여를 하게 되었다. 제작되어진 촬영장치는 외국제품과 비교해 볼 때 영상의 입체감에서 우수한 성능을 가직 가지게 되었다.

  • This paper presents micro step driving method using VHDL(Very high speed integrated circuit Hardware Description Language) which can configure CPLD(Complex Programmable Logic Device). Using VHDL which can do abstractive programming is similar to high level language. The whole block divided into five parts with freq. divide part, saw-tooth wave generation part, sine-cosine wave generation part, comparative part, out part. In the result of this study, peripheral circuits are to be simple and using LPM(Library of Parameterized Modules) is more easily to configure circuit. It is easy to verify and implement by using VHDL. To subdivide one natural step, we confirm that using micro step driver is expected that the rotor motion is stepless very smooth.

대광원의 상하부 휘도차가 불쾌글레어 평가에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Luminance Difference on Discomfort Glare from a Large Glare Source with Non-uniform Luminance)

  • Discomfort glare from windows is an important issue in window and daylighting design. This study aims to investigate the effect of luminance difference between the lower and the upper part of a large glare source. Experiments were conducted using a luminous body divided into two parts, the upper part and the lower part. The degree of discomfort glare from the luminous body was examined. The result shows that the part with lower luminance is perceived as a glare source when the part has higher luminance then the background luminance. The degree of discomfort glare was estimated for the experimental conditions, and compared to the observations. The estimation was made using two methods: one summed the glare sensation for each section, and the other used the average luminance of the whole luminous body. The result of the comparison shows that the method using the average luminance has approximate values to the observations. Consequently, the use of the average luminance was proposed for evaluation of discomfort glare from non-uniform large glare sources.

한국여성의 체표면적에 관한 연구(제1보) -체포면적 및 그의 안분비율에 대하여- (A Study on the Body Surface Area of Korean Women (Part I) Body Surface Area and It's Rational Rate)

  • The purpose of study was to measure to body Surface area and the rational rate of Korean adult's women. The subjects are 20 years old to 49 years old women (Their bust width ranges from 74.5 to 101.5 cm, the height from 144.6 to 163.3 cm, the weight from 44.2 to 74.0 kg, Rohrer Index from 1. 02 to 1. 89). As the experimental method, both the gypsum method, by which the shape of body can be copied as it is, and weighing method, from which planed body surface area can be measured with consistant thickness of polypropylene film used. The results were obtained as follows. 1. After dividing the Korean adult's women into four groups (single and married women in their twenties, those in their thirties, those in their fourties). The change of body surface area was reviewed in accordance with age groups. No great difference among age group was showed in whole body surface area. 2. average value of body surface area is 1, 514m^2 and the part of trunk shows the biggest difference to the age groups. 3. After dividing the middle of body into two groups, the relation of symmetry of each parts is reviewed with difference in body surface area. The results shows that the part of head & neck and lower limbs are symmetrical. The part of trunk and upper limbs are unsymmetrical. 4. Regional rates of each part of whole body surface area are follows. head $4.98\%$, each-lobes $0.46\%$, neck $2.01\%$, face$2.48\%$, upper trunk $19.64\%$, lower trunk $13.91\%$, upper armpits $1.76\%$, lower armpits $12.52\%$, hands $4.64\%$, thighs $18.89\%$, lower legs$13.10\%$, feet $6.01\%$.

흉부 전산화 단층 촬영 검사 시 발생하는 생식선 차폐 유무에 따른 산란 선량 차이에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Difference of Scattered Rays with or Without Gonadal Shielding During Chest Computed Tomography)

  • 생식선 차폐를 하지 않았을 때 전부, 양 측부, 후부, 생식선 부위의 산란선을 측정하고 Xenolite nolead Apron(0.35 mm Pb), Xenolite nolead Apron(front 0.35 mm Pb Mix back 0.25 mm Pb, Skirt overlap), Half Apron(0.5 mm Pb)로 차폐 후 각각의 산란 선량을 측정하였다. 흉부 전산화 단층촬영 검사 시 검사 부위의 산란 선량은 272 μSv가 측정되었고, Apron으로 차폐하지 않았을 시에 평균 전부 43 μSv, 좌측부 81 μSv, 우측부 82μSv, 후부 38.8 μSv, Gonad 부위 16 μSv로 측정되었다. Xenolite nolead Apron으로 위쪽 부분만 차폐하고 측정했을 전부 11.2 μSv, 좌측부 43.1 μSv, 우측부 45.3 μSv, 후부 12 μSv, Gonad 부위 5.2 μSv로 측정되었다. Xenolite nolead Apron(Skirt overlap)으로 Pelvis 부위를 360° 감싼 후 선량을 측정하였을 때 전부 5.6 μSv, 좌측부 22.4 μSv, 우측부 15.7 μSv, 후부 6 μSv, Gonad 부위 3.2 μSv로 측정되었다. Xenolite nolead Apron(Skirt overlap)으로 Pelvis 부위를 360° 감싼 후 선량을 측정하였을 때 전부 5.6 μSv, 좌측부 22.4 μSv, 우측부 15.7μSv, 후부 6 μSv, Gonad 위 3.2 μSv로 측정되었다. Half Apron으로 위쪽만 차폐하고 측정했을 때에는 전부 10.7 μSv, 좌측부 42.6 μSv, 우측부 40.6 μSv, 후부 11.3 μSv, Gonad부위 4.7 μSv로 측정되었다. 골반 부위를 360° 차폐하는 방법이 80% 이상 선량 감소를 보였고, 전부 차폐 시 70% 이상의 선량 감소 효과를 보였으며 모든 전산화 단층 촬영 검사에 있어 피폭선량 경감을 위한 연구와 차폐 가능한 장비를 활용하는 다양한 기법에 관한 지속적인 연구가 필요하리라 사료된다.

표준체(標準體) 보험계약(保險契約)의 사인(死因)에 대한 통계적(統計的) 고찰(考察) (Study for the Cause of Death in the Life Insurance Polices Standard Risk)

  • We've reviewed 5,067 cases of claims by death that had occured for about 5 years from January, 1979 to October, 1983. As a result, We came to following conclusions; First, the greater part of deaths above mentioned were due to the Disease of Adult such as the Malignant neoplasm(18.4%), a Heart disease(10.4%), Liver cirrhosis(9.1%) and the Cerebrovascular disease(7.6%) as well as Accidental Death(26.5%), which were occupied by 72% of the whole. Second, classifying them by medical examination or non-medical, deaths in case of non-medical examination showed 80.8% of the. whole. And for age, sections ranging from 40 to 49 and from 30 to 39 took the overwhelming portions by 36.9% and 29.8% respectively, both of which showed 66.7% of the whole. Third, for the period elapsed, deaths within 1 year from the entrance showed 21.3% and that from 1 years to under 2 years, 19.9%. Thus the rate of early death under 2 years stood for 41.2% of the whole. Fourth, for occupation of the insureds, commerce occupied 20.4%, company employees 14.4%, agriculture 13.3%. These three categories marked 48.8% of the whole. From this, it appeared that the accidental death rate of the insured with the risky occupation was much greater than orthers.

홉필드 모델을 이용한 J-리드 검사 경로 생성 (Path planning of the J-lead inspection using hopfield model)

  • As factory automation is required, using the vision system is also essential. Especially, the pateh planning of parts with J-lead on PCB plays a import role of whole automation. Path planning is required because J-lead is scatteed compaed to L-lead on PCB. Therefore, in this paper, we propose path planning of part inspection with J-lead to use Hopfield Model(TSP : Traveling Salesman Problem). Then optical system suited to J-lead inspection is designed and the algorithm of J-lead solder joint and part inspection is proposed.

  • This paper proposes partial image encryption system for secure transmission of images. Partial image encryption is suitable for real-time processing purpose of multimedia data that needs compression and encryption. Compression part uses modified SPIHT algorithm and encryption part uses AES. Partial image encryption is significant reduction in encryption time in comparison with whole image encryption.

  • In this paper, we characterize the whole class of vector fields that can be linearized by a given nominal state transformation and a feedback linearizing controller. The necessary and sufficient condition for a given uncertain vector field to be so-called "completely linearizable by the nominal coordinate transformation" is given in terms of Lie Bracket of uncertain vector fields and some suitable vector fields of the nominal system.
