대형할인점 부설주차장의 설치기준 재검토 및 활용방안 연구 (A Study on the Re-examination of Parking Requirements for Discount Stores and the Utilization Plan of Parking Space)

  • 본 연구는 대형할인점 부설주차장들의 주차수급현황을 정량적 정성적으로 분석하고, 합리적 설치기준의 재검토와 기설 주차장의 효율적 활용방안을 살펴보았다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다; 첫째, 모든 연구대상 할인점 주차장들은 실제 주차수요에 비해 여유가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 할인점의 입지유형에 따라 부설주차장 이용률에 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 주차장 설치기준은 현재기준 대비 최소 20% 감축하여도 주차수급에 무리가 없을 것으로 판단되며, 할인점 입지여건에 따라 감축률에 차이를 두어야 할 것이다. 넷째, 기설 주차장의 여유 공간을 활용하기 위해 쇼핑외 목적 차량의 주차허용에 대해 적극 검토해볼 필요가 있을 것으로 파악되었다.

  • 본 논문에서는 주차 시설 이용 현황 중 하나인 차량 번호판 조사를 수행하도록 한다. 차량 번호판 조사는 주차 차량이 얼마나 오랫동안 주차해 있었는지를 파악한다. 또한 주차 회전율 과 평균 주차 지속 시간 등의 파악에 매우 편리한 방법이다. 관찰자가 없이 카메라를 이용하여 조사 시간 간격을 주어 조사하도록 한다. 조사 시간 간격을 각 주차된 차량에 부여하여 평균 주차 지속 시간을 결정하도록 한다. 또한 주차면 1개당 1시간당 주차 차량 대수인 주차 회전율을 조사한다. 이렇게 구해진 주차 지속 시간은 주차 시설을 비효율적으로 사용하고 있는 부분을 찾아내는데 중요하다. 주차 회전율 또한 주차장의 효율성을 검토하는 중요한 요소이다. 실험을 통하여 주차장의 주차 지속 시간과 주차 회전율을 파악했다.

  • It seems that outdoor-space has been properly neither planned nor used in the Mixed-Use Dwellings. The purpose of this research is to analyze the present condition and problems of outdoor-space utilization in the Mixed-Use Dwellings to find the application and the correlativity between outdoor-space types and forming factors. The results are as follows; 1) Entire samples of outdoor-space are classified into 6 groups by the road and site jointing type and the building layout type. 2) There are 5 prime factors forming and utilizing outdoor-space, which are the hierarchy of the road, the way of parking area utilization, the types of business in the commercial part, combining type of two uses which are residential and commercial, and the type of access to each part of them. 3) Amongst the factors, the way of parking area utilization, combining type, and the type of access are greatly related to the type of outdoor-space in the Mixed-Use Dwellings.

지능형 주차 관제를 위한 실내주차장에서 실시간 차량 추적 및 영역 검출 (Realtime Vehicle Tracking and Region Detection in Indoor Parking Lot for Intelligent Parking Control)

  • A smart parking management requires to track a vehicle in a indoor parking lot and to detect the place where the vehicle is parked. An advanced parking system watches all space of the parking lot with CCTV cameras. We can use these cameras for vehicles tracking and detection. In order to cover a wide area with a camera, a fisheye lens is used. In this case the shape and size of an moving vehicle vary much with distance and angle to the camera. This makes vehicle detection and tracking difficult. In addition to the fisheye lens, the vehicle headlights also makes vehicle detection and tracking difficult. This paper describes a method of realtime vehicle detection and tracking robust to the harsh situation described above. In each image frame, we update the region of a vehicle and estimate the vehicle movement. First we approximate the shape of a car with a quadrangle and estimate the four sides of the car using multiple histograms of oriented gradient. Second we create a template by applying a distance transform to the car region and estimate the motion of the car with a template matching method.

  • 쇼핑몰, 백화점등이 대형화됨에 따라 사용자들을 위한 주차장도 대형화된 면적을 제공하고 있다. 따라서 시설물 관리업체는 주차 상황판 또는 안내요원을 배치하여 사용자의 주차 편이성을 제공하고 있지만 추가적인 설치 비용과 인건비가 소요되는 문제가 있다. 이 논문에서는 스마트 기기를 활용하여 사용자가 주차 공간의 현 상황을 파악하고 빈 공간을 효율적으로 검색하기 위한 주차 시스템을 설계한다.

Smart Vehicle Parking Management System using Image Processing

  • The term parking management system usually refers to the custom built hardware intensive systems installed in building and malls. However, there are many places where such expensive solutions cannot be installed due to various reasons, like cost and urgent/temporary setup requirements. This project focuses on developing a parking management system based on image processing to detect vacant parking slot in an area where automated systems are not installed. Camera images of the parking area are subjected to image processing algorithm which marks virtual slots in the area and extracts occupancy information to guide the incoming drivers about availability and position of vacant spaces. The application consists of two interfaces: one for the guidance of the incoming drivers and the other one for the administrator. The later interface also informs the administrator if a car is not parked properly in the virtual slot. This parking system would reduce the stress and time wastage associated with car parking and would make the management of such areas less costly.

  • 최근 제주도내 자동차 보유 대수와 관광객 렌트카 이용이 급증함에 따라 주거나 상가 밀집 지역에서 주차 문제는 갈수록 심화되고 있어 이에 따른 주차 공간 확보 및 기존 주차 공간의 활용할 수 있는 시스템이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 주변 맛집 정보, 관광정보, 실시간 주차장 이용현황을 제공하는 서비스를 도입하여 도내 무료 공영주차장 및 유료주차장의 주차 가능 공간을 실시간 공유할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템은 웹, 앱으로 구성되어 있으며 실제 주차장에 설치된 적외선 센서와 CCTV 이미지를 분석하여 현재 주차장의 사용 중인 공간과 비사용 중인 주차 가능 면수를 실시간 분석하여 서비스 이용객들의 편의를 제공한다.

건축물의 용도별 자전거주차장 설치기준 및 실태에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Installation Regulation and Condition about a Bicycle Parking Facility of Buildings)

  • The purpose of this paper is to suggest rules and regulations about a bike parking facility, With the objective of expanding bike parking facilities for the comfort of bikers. In Korea, the requirements to establish the facility comply with several regulations like laws for the encouragement of bike usages, rules and regulations for the encouragement of bike usages, regulations of Gyeonggi Regional Corporation rules and Korea National Housing Corporation(Korea Land and Housing Corporation) and requirements for the approval of green buildings. Such rules regulate the number of parking spots depending on the number of nearby houses and the size of a parking facility. Amongst the foreign regulations about the facility is 'obligatory regulations for the establishment of a bike parking facility' in Japan. In the United States, all states apply rules about the bike facility to determine the number of bike parking spots in accordance with the number of car parking spots. Comparing Korean rules regarding the bike parking facility with those of foreign governments will give a good insight into the current situation of Korean regulations. In order to investigate the current usage of bikes, 30 houses in Goyang city, 35 schools, 16 retails shops and 20 medical centers were researched. Thereafter, a correlation test between the size of buildings and the number of bike parking spots was carried out. The result of the test indicates that there is a lack of space for bike parking. It is recommended that the bike parking facility be installed with a convenient access to a building in order to increase the rate of bike usages.

공동주택단지 인공지반 식재환경 개선방안 (Improvement Plan for Artificial Ground Landscaping of Underground Parking Lot in Apartment Complex)

  • Most planting grounds have converted to the artificial ground of the upper part of underground parking lot in apartment complex recently by increasing utilization of underground parking area. This study has examined the composition of each ground and planting status. The study presents problems of planting plans in artificial ground landscaping in apartment complex. This study has conducted reference and field research. It has researched green space planning, planting characteristics and measures condition of soil depth in 3 regions surveyed. The results are listed below. First, hybrid ground has the highest percentage and natural soils has the lowest percentage in the composition of green space in apartment complex. Artificial green space is composed of a number of small-scale grounds. Second, The study has found that planting characteristics don't reflect soil properties. On the other hand, planting deep rooting big arbors has a high proportion in artificial Ground. Third, the study has figured out 98% of fit in minimum soil depth for growth. Fourth, planters and landscaping stones are constructed in case of small green space. On the other hand, mounding is constructed in case of large green space. However in case of mounding types it has low fit, so it needs to improve this problem.

주거단지내의 주거환경개선 방안에 관한 연구 - 이면도로 공간을 중심으로 - (A Study on the improvement of Residential Environment in Housing Area)

  • This study is about the improvement of housing environment through the research and analysis on how district-level roads are used and what the residents want about housing environment. The results are as follows: 1. As a result of the research on space usage, we could get the conclusion that street furniture occupies much space in the district-level roads, and the main causes of the space usage problems are from cars. 2. Because much space is used for parking, the district-level roads supposed to be the place for the pleasant and safe housing is changing into the main cause of the housing problems. Therefore we should find how to prevent the housing environment from being deteriorated through pridicting the traffic generation of future residential area. 3. Most residents park their cars near their houses in the district-level roads. In order to solve this problem, we have to secure the parking space and guarantee the safe traffic by designing the road space efficiently in spite of the inconvenience.
