Tractor-Semitrailer 차량의 브레이크 시스템 설계 프로그램 개발 (Development of the Design Program of the Brake System for the Tractor-Semitrailer Vehicle)

  • In this paper, the braking performance considering the dynamic weight is analyzed about the tractor-semitrailer vehicle. The basic brake performance, the parking brake performance, the emergency brake performance and the locking point deceleration etc. are to be calculated for the brake system design of the tractor-semitrailer vehicle. This braking performance is related to traffic regulations and braking characteristics according to the vehicle deceleration, the tire-road friction coefficient and specifications of the air brake system. The design program for the braking performance based on various design variables of the vehicle and the air brake system is developed integrating the analysis functions. This design program is developed by an object oriented programming method that is windows based. GUI (Graphic User Interface) function and the convenience of operating are greatly considered.

  • 자동차 후방카메라 시스템은 후진시 차량 후방을 모니터 영상으로 보여주어 인명보호와 주차의 편리, 운전자의 안전 운전을 위한 다양한 서비스를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 우리나라가 독자 개발한 개인용 무선통신 Binary CDMA 신기술을 이용하여 설치가 자유롭고 설치비용과 기술료를 절감할 수 있는 자동차 후방카메라 시스템의 개발방법 및 설계에 관해 연구하였다.

  • The study of the optimization of operating policy of AGV system, which is used in many factory automation environments has been proceeded by many researchers. The major operating policy of AGV system consists of routing and scheduling policy. AGV routing is composed with collision avoidance and minimal cost path find algorithm. To allocate jobs to the AGV system, AGV scheduling has to include AGV selection rules, parking rules, and recharging rules. Also in these rules, the key time parameters such as processing time of the device, loading/unloading time and charging time should be considered. In this research, we compare and analyze several operating policies of multiple loop-multiple AGV system by making a computer model and simulating it to present an appropriate operating policy.

주차장관리 시스템 기지국용 소형 λ/4 폴디드 마이크로스트립 안테나 (Miniaturized λ/4 Folded Microstrip Antenna for Parking Monitoring Base Station System)

  • 본 논문에서는 주차장관리 시스템 기지국용 소형 ${\lambda}/4$ 폴디드 마이크로스트립 안테나를 제안, 설계 및 제작하였다. 제안된 안테나를 소형화하기 위해 먼저 기준 ${\lambda}/2$ 마이크로스트립 패치 안테나에서 방사소자 폭을 줄이고, 다음은 방사소자 길이를 줄여주기 위하여 섭동효과(Perturbation effect)를 이용하여 개구면에 폴디드 구조를 적용하였다. 끝으로 ${\lambda}/2$ 길이의 폴디드 마이크로스트립 안테나를 ${\lambda}/4$ 폴디드 마이크로스트립 안테나로 더욱 소형화시켰다. 설계된 안테나는 중심주파수 425 MHz에서 크기는 $134mm{\times}143.85mm{\times}20.1mm$($0.19{\lambda}{\times}0.2{\lambda}{\times}0.028{\lambda}$, ${\lambda}$는 425 MHz의 한 파장 길이)로 기본 마이크로스트립 패치 안테나와 비교하여 97.2% 소형화 되었다. 또한 -10 dB 대역폭은 2.44 MHz(0.57%)로 측정되었으며 방사패턴은 E-plane $15^{\circ}$에서 최대 1.82 dBi의 이득을 얻었다.

  • Power steering systems far automobile are becoming ever more popular because they reduce steering efforts of the drivers, especially during parking lot maneuver. In this paper, the controller of the motor driven hydraulic power steering(MDHPS) has been designed and developed. This system uses a power source of DC motor instead of engine power source for power steering drive oil pump. The developed MDHPS system is accomplished a highly sensitive power steering resulted from electronic control under variable driving condition. Furthermore, this system is more improvement than type of engine driving far fuel economy.

  • The power wteering system for automobiles is becoming core popular for supporting steering efforts of the drivers, especially for a parking lot maneuver. Though hydraulic power steering has been widely used for a long time, the efficiency of that is not high enough. The motor driven power steering system can solve the problems associated with the hydraulic power steering system. In this study, dynamic model and control algorithm of the ball screw type of MDPS systenem have been derived and analysed by using the method of discrete modeling technology. To improve steering feel and power steering characteristics, the additional scheme is proposed to the conventional power boosting control algorithm. Through simulations, control gain effects to the steering angle gain in the frequency domain were verified. The steering returnability and steering torque phase lag in on-center handing test were performed also.

  • In this paper, a bike management system using 900 MHz RFID technology has been developed. There are limits to the 13.56 MHz spectrum of existing management systems, which are single tag identification and the short possible identifying distance of the technology. In this paper, we use 900 MHz instead of 13.56 MHz in order to make wide recognition and multi-tag identification possible. Granted, there are also many benefits to using 13.56 MHz RFID tags, which include compatibility with existing bike management systems. This system was developed on the 900 MHz band using RFID similarly to existing 13.56 MHz systems in order to be able to manage multiple bikes at the same time.

  • The function of the automatic train operation(ATO) system is to regulate the train ride comfort during start, acceleration and deceleration and execute operation of constant speed travelling and fixed point parking. The mathematical model for the train is presented by considering unknown disturbances which consist of start resistance, travelling resistance, slope resistance, curve resistance and so on. The speed control of ATO system is designed by considering the disturbances. The simulation is executed to verify the speed control performance and compare its performance with that of a PID-type ATO control system under the disturbances. Simulation results show that the control performance of gain scheduled control for ATO system is better than that of the conventional PID controller.

  • Since the bi-modal tram is too long so that the traditional steering system controlled only the first axle increases its turning radius, it is not suitable to the domestic road environment. In addition, it become hard to make fine parking with the traditional steering system. To resolve the problem, the bi-modal tram requires an all wheel steering system (AWS) that the second axle is controlled by the first axle's degree and the velocity of vehicle, and the third axle is steered by the articulation angle's degree and the velocity of degree. This paper addresses the factors for the AWS ECU design, the strategies to solve the problems, the core technologies for the implementation, and also the outcomes and analysis of the performance evaluation of implemented system.

  • 최근 우리나라는 주거 및 주차 공간의 확보를 위해 다양한 필로티 구조물이 건설되어 왔다. 하지만 이러한 필로티 구조물은 1층에 주차 공간을 확보하기 위해 벽체가 없는 돌출된 기둥의 형태로 건설되어 왔다. 이러한 형태는 지진 발생 시 일반적인 구조물에 비해 상대적으로 기둥의 파손이 쉽게 발생하며, 이러한 파손은 구조물의 붕괴로 이어질 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 MPS (Multi Performance System) 면진받침을 활용한 필로티 구조물의 안전성 확보에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 기존에 건설되어 있는 필로티 구조물에 대해 MPS 면진받침 설치 유무에 따른 비선형 동적 해석을 수행하고 해석결과를 비교 및 분석하였다. 최종적으로 각각의 내진성능 평가를 수행하고 MPS 면진받침의 성능을 검증하였다.
