본 연구는 초등학교 수학 학습 부진 학생들의 진단평가 결과 및 교사와 학생들의 설문 결과를 바탕으로 초등학교 수학 학습 부진의 발생 경향을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구 결과, 수학 학습 부진 학생들은 저 중학년에서 고학년으로 올라감에 따라 부진이 점차 누적 및 심화되어 나타나는 경향을 보였다. 이는 수학 학습 부진이 저학년 시기부터 시작되어 나타난 결과임을 의미한다. 또한, 단순히 총점수로만 부진 여부를 판별하는 현재의 방법에만 의존하기 보다는 영역별 점수 및 교사와 학생들의 인식 등을 종합적으로 고려할 필요가 있다. 현재의 방법이 또 다른 학습 부진의 원인이 될 가능성을 인식할 수 있었다. 마지막으로, 수학 학습 부진 학생지도를 담당하는 대다수의 교사들과 학생들은 수학 학습 부진의 원인이 학생들 자신의 내재적 요인에 의해 발생한다고 응답하였으며, 이는 수학 학습 부진 학생에 대한 교육적 처치 방안에 대한 연구를 통해 개선될 수 있음을 의미한다. 따라서 학생들이 초등학교 저학년 때부터 수학에 대해 긍정적이고 성공적인 경험을 하여 학습 결손이 생기지 않도록 지원해주어야 하며, 학생들의 객관적이고 체계적인 자료 분석에 바탕을 둔 지도 방법으로의 개선이 필요하다.

Numerous people share their TV experience with other viewers on social media such as personal blogs and Twitter. It means that broadcast media, especially TV, affects the responses on social media. Moreover, the responses affect broadcast media ratings back. Social TV tried to use the relationship in marketing activities such as advertisement by analyzing the TV related social behavior. However, most of them used just the quantities of social media responses. This study analyzes the subjects of the responses on social media about specific TV dramas through topic modeling, and the relationship between the changes of popular topics and viewer ratings of the drama over specified periods. Five representative Korean dramas of 2014 were selected and Blog contents including viewer ratings about the dramas were collected from naver.com which is the representative portal in South Korea. The proposed analysis framework consists of three steps which are Blogs crawling, topic modeling, and topic trend analysis. We found some implications from the results of the topic trend analysis. Firstly, there were specific topics on dramas in social media. Secondly, the topics had some meaningful relationships with viewer ratings. Lastly, there were differences between the topics of dramas with higher viewer ratings and those with lower viewer ratings.

Purpose: This paper deals with establishing Korean national standardization policy through a comparative trend analysis of national standardization strategies and each nation's policy environment. It first investigates the standardization strategies including Korea, the United States, Japan and Germany which is currently leading the 4th Industrial Revolution. Methods: This study compares and analyzes national standardization policies that synthesize the determinants of national standard activities using the STEEP, PEST analysis used for policy environment analysis, and National Standardization Model Canvas(N-STD Model Canvas) applying business model canvas. Results: This study confirms the reasoning and operating system of establishing national standard strategy reflecting the social, economic and political situation and the direction of national standard strategy. Conclusion: Based on the results, this study summarized the policy decision factors necessary for establishing the national standard policy and suggested the management plan in the midpoint of view.

인공지능, 빅데이터, 사물인터넷 등 기술간 융합과 고도화가 지역주력산업에도 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 모든 기술분야가 기술간-산업간 연결이 되어 융합된 기술로 활용되고 있다. 최근 기술동향을 파악하기 위해 특허정보를 이용한 키워드검색을 통해 기술동향 조사 및 분석으로 쉽게 파악이 가능하게 되었다. 본 연구는 방사선 기술발전에서 4차 산업혁명시대 융합기술을 적용한 특허동향을 파악하고 방사선 관련 산업기술경쟁력 강화 및 활용방안을 위한 특허동향 및 분석을 제시하여 수요기술 발굴과 미래 유망기술 예측에 활용하고자 한다.

지난 수년간 인터넷관련 산업과 서비스 이용에 있어서 눈부신 발전을 이루었다. 그러나 이와 더불어 IP, DNS 등과 같은 인터넷주소자원에 대한 관리의 필요성과 안전성을 필요로 하게 되었다. 또한 변화하는 인터넷 환경에 대응하고 HIP, ENUM 등 새롭게 등장하는 인터넷주소자원의 국내 도입과 표준 제정과 더 나아가 국제 표준 제정을 통한 기술 선도를 위해 많은 노력이 필요하다.

본 연구의 목적은 2014 코리아컵 국제체조대회 링 종목 결승전에 참여한 국내외 우수선수를 대상으로 난도 점수, 실행 점수 및 실시기술에 대한 난도요소 분포, 그룹요소별 기술 분포 등에 대한 연기내용을 분석한 융복합연구로서 경기력 향상을 위한 훈련방향 설정과 연기구성 및 기술 습득 전략 수립에 기여하고자 수행하였다. 자료 수집은 경기 성적표와 심판들에게 배포되는 경기결과 자료 및 경기영상을 촬영한 것을 이용하였다. 연기내용 분석 결과에 대한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 우리나라 선수들의 경기기술은 난도가 높은 힘 버티기 보다는 스윙기에 의존하는 특성을 보였다. 둘째, 스윙기 기술에 익숙한 특성을 살려서 난도가 높은 Jonasson과 Roll bwd. slowly with str. arms and body to swallow(2s.) 기술 습득이 필요하다. 셋째, 버티기 기술과 고난도 기술 습득을 위한 기술 감각훈련 및 근력 강화 프로그램이 개발되어야 한다.

본 논문은 재난 상황 발생 시 승객 및 대피자에게 안전하게 대피 경로를 제공하는 동향 분석에 관한 연구이다. 동향 분석을 위해 국내외 논문과 국내특허를 주로 살펴보았으며, 최근 15년 이내의 국내외 논문 31편, 국내 특허 29건, 논문을 통한 기 수행된 국가과제 9건을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 기존의 연구는 대피 유도 시스템 중심으로 수행되었으며, 대피자 관점에서 실제로 활용될 수 있는 수준의 실내 재난 대피 기술에 대한 연구는 전무한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 실내 공간에서 위치인식 기술의 부재 또는 한계점이 있는 것으로 파악되었고 이를 해소하기 위해 기술로 본 논문에서는 실내 위치인식기술의 활용을 제안하였다. 실내 재난 상황을 고려한 새로운 시스템 연구 및 개발의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Recently, the reliability of switching devices for transmission & substation system is very important. Especially, the use of Gas Insulated Switchgear increase gradually. Therefore, We have investigated the fault trend of Gas Insulated Switchgear from 1985 to 1999. This paper presents the fault analysis on 154 kV, 345kV Gas Insulated Switchgear, including 25.8kV Gas Insulated Switchgear. Thus, this paper will help improve design, manufacture, construction technology and maintenance method.

본 연구는 서울의 오존 장기변동 특성을 대표하는 대표측정소를 선정하기 위한 통계적인 기법을 구축하기 위하여 수행되었다. 2002년부터 2011년까지 10년간의 오존 시간 농도자료를 분석에 적용하였다. KZ 필터, 상관관계 매트릭스, 군집분석, 공간 분석 방법을 적용하여 대표측정소를 선정하였다. 상관관계 분석 결과 서울 신정동, 사당동, 번동 측정소의 오존 장기간 변동 추세가 높은 상관관계를 나타내었다. 군집분석에서도 세 측정소가 같은 군집으로 분석되었다. 공간분석 결과, 세 측정소가 다른 측정소와 공간적인 상관관계가 높게 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과와 상관계수값을 고려하였을 때, 신정동 측정소가 서울의 오존 장기변동 추세를 대표하는 측정소로 적합하였다. 본 연구 결과는 오존 이외의 대기오염물질의 분석을 위한 대표측정소 선정에도 적용될 수 있으며, 국가대기측정망의 공간적인 분포의 적절성을 평가하기 위해서도 사용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Especially street fashion d 21st century is not being regarded as one of the subcultures but is playing an important role as a fountainhead d fashion trend. Therefore, Searching and analyzing street fashions helps us to understand the popular fashions d the next season and also it is important in understanding the consumer fashion sense and commercial area. So, we need to understand fashion styles quantitatively and qualitatively by providing visual data and dividing images. The purpose of this study is to design for street fashion on design analysis using web which can update quantitative and qualitative data. through the on site investigation d street fashion, and put the information onto a database.
