We use a path analysis to identify influential latent variables on employees' anticipated commitment to a merged bank. Survey samples are taken from Hanvit bank which is a merged form of Hanil and Sangup. Latent variables used in the path analysis are perceptions of organizational support, contact conditions, organizational unity, employee threat and organizational commitment. We find an interesting pre-merger group membership effect as well as merger pattern perceived by employees on the path for the anticipated commitment to the merged bank.
A path g in the plane $R^2$ is the sequence of the points $(t_0, t_1, \ldots, t_n)$, with coordinates in $Z^2$. The point $t_0$ is the starting point and the point $t_n$ is the arriving point. An elementary step of g is a couple $(t_i, t_{i+1}), 0 \leq i \leq n - 1$. We denote the length of the path g by $\mid$g$\mid$ = n.
As the fastest growing flowmeter technology, multi-path ultrasonic flow-meters are gaining wider range in petroleum industry for liquid hydrocarbon custody transfer measurement. This paper describes the mult-path ultrasonic flowmeter, URO-Ex1000 the requirements necessary to prove and test in Korea & China. URO-Ex1000 haver a good results with accuracy range, but a little exceed with repeatability.
Multi-path ultrasonic Sow measurement system uncertainty is determined by assigning an expected error of each component of flow measurement and then defining the total flow measurement uncertainty as square root of the sum of squared values of the individual error. Sources of uncertainty for flow measurement are geometry, transit time and velocity profile integration uncertainty. A theoretical uncertainty model for multi-path ultrasonic transit time flowmeter configured with parallel 5 chords, is derived from and calculated by dry calibration method.

It is essential to construct on efficient material flow system for the successful introduction of automated manufacturing systems. Automated Guided Vehicle System(AGVS) ploys a significant role more and more in modern manufacturing environments, because of the flexibility and the precision they offer. However, as the size and the complexity of systems increase, the problems of dispatching, routing and scheduling of AGVs became complicated due to their independent and asynchronous demands. In this paper, we review relevant papers, and provide a new and more efficient method for partitioning the AGV system by introducing the concept of Central Path. This method named Central Path design has advantages, since each partitioned workstation group is served by one AGV and the material handling between groups is performed by special AGV that is used for the Central Path. Therefore the congestion problems never occur. Furthermore Central Path Design has a high flexibility for alteration and extension of system. Finally, we demonstrate its efficiency using simulation.

A conventional LDO(Low Dropout Regulator) uses one OPAMP and one signal path. This means that OPAMP's DC Gain and Bandwidth can't optimize simultaneously within usable power. This also appears that regulation property and settling time of LDO can't improve at the same time. Based on this idea, a proposed LDO uses two OPAMP and has two signal path. To improve regulation property, OPAMP where is used in the path which qualities DC gain on a large scale, bandwidth designed narrowly. To improve settling time, OPAMP where is used in the path which qualities DC gain small, bandwidth designed widely. A designed LDO used 0.5um 1P2M process and provided 200mA of output current. A line regulation and load regulation is 12.6mV/V, 0.25mV/mA, respectively. And measured settling time is 1.5us in 5V supply voltage.
This paper describes a mini linear optical pickup actuator. To reduce the size, inner yokes are designed to guide the mover and outer yokes of permanent magnets are removed. Magnetic circuit method is used to determine the thrust force. Virtual path method is proposed to analyze the open magnetic circuit analysis. The magnetic circuit of the proposed actuator can be a closed circuit due to the virtual path model of the outer magnetic flux. The validity of virtual path method is evaluated by comparing to the FEM analysis. Structural vibration is investigated using FEM and the design of the mover is modified to improve the vibration characteristic. Dynamic characteristic experiments shows that the performance of the proposed actuator is enough to be used as a coarse and fine seeking actuator simultaneously and the thrust force margin for loading a focusing actuator is guaranteed.
Most existing studies on time-dependent networks have been focused on finding a minimum delay path given a departure time at the origin. There, however, frequently happens a situation where users can select any departure time in a certain time interval and want to spend as little time as possible on traveling the networks. In that case. the delay spent on traveling networks depends on not only paths but also the actual departure time at the origin. In this paper, we propose a new problem in time-dependent networks whose objective is to find an optimal departure time given possible departure time interval at the origin. From the optimal departure time, we can obtain a path with minimum delay among all paths for possible departure times at the origin. In addition, we present an algorithm for finding an optimal departure time by enumerating trees which remain shortest path tree for a certain time interval.
This study analyzed performance changes by an inner flow path of impeller groove for side channel type ring blower using CFD. Two models have the same side channel and clearance while one has an inner flow path and the other doesn't. To analyze the performance change of a ring blower, overall performance and local flow field were analyzed. For the overall performance, pressure increase and impeller torque were checked under the design flow condition. Under the design flow condition, pressure increase was greater for the model with the inner flow path. The model with the inner flow path showed improved efficiency because the area subject to torque decreased due to the creation of inner flow path. To analyze local flow field, a section was created from the representative location of each impeller groove toward the direction of radius. Inner channel pressure distribution depending on the rotation direction shows that the model with the inner flow path has pressure equilibrium of working fluid through the inner flow path. Velocity distribution of inside impeller groove shows that flow field was coupled and appeared to form an inner wall where the flow field was stabilized.

The probabilistic roadmap (PRM) method, which is a popular path planning scheme, for a manipulator, can find a collision-free path by connecting the start and goal poses through a roadmap constructed by drawing random nodes in the free configuration space. PRM exhibits robust performance for static environments, but its performance is poor for dynamic environments. On the other hand, reinforcement learning, a behavior-based control technique, can deal with uncertainties in the environment. The reinforcement learning agent can establish a policy that maximizes the sum of rewards by selecting the optimal actions in any state through iterative interactions with the environment. In this paper, we propose efficient real-time path planning by combining PRM and reinforcement learning to deal with uncertain dynamic environments and similar environments. A series of experiments demonstrate that the proposed hybrid path planner can generate a collision-free path even for dynamic environments in which objects block the pre-planned global path. It is also shown that the hybrid path planner can adapt to the similar, previously learned environments without significant additional learning.
