  • Recently, the application of construction IT (Information Technology) is recognized as an essential tool for the effective construction management and construction CALS. And the large construction projects are already using PMIS tool, and the application of construction IT tool will be accelerated by rapid popularization of computerized construction management system. This study defines a concept of construction IT and suggests an improved method to apply construction IT tool for construction supervision system.

  • In this study on the appliable Asphalt sheet of monolithic and inorganic matter waterproofing ,Fing material using of field because of problem of complex waterproofing sheet. Before this cement polymer modified waterproof coating and appliable asphalt sheet of monolithic whether have stability by method of construction about all style waterproofing that evaluate to new method of construction development naturally big emphasis put and try to approach. Did performance test item first at, as a result, drew by suitable thing in all KS items. This is considered to have more effective spot construction work because if means that have stability by material as well as method of construction.

  • The aim of this paper is improvement plan of mechanical field construct production system in Korea construction industry market. Recently Korea's construction production system is changing rapidly. While change, mechanical system construction field must prepare proper system for construction production system and later mechanical construction work will give order directly. Through this study the author will show the improved mechanical field construct production system and it can useful future construction industry production system in Korea.

  • Today, the potential safety risk is increased due to a construction industry is high-rised, mechanized, and complexed. Most workers injured in accident caused by lack of safety awareness. Therefore the safety education is focused in construction site, but it can not get workers' interest and has many problems to reduce construction accident. This study will investigate the effects of education used BIM intended for workers in construction site to verify the objective effectiveness in future.

  • In this paper, we introduce a new technique for automatic construction of steel frames in high-rise buildings. Basically, we combine advanced robotic technologies to building construction techniques. Four main topics will be developed such as: 1) Planning and synthesis of automatic construction system, 2) Development of construction factory system with climbing oil-pressured robot, 3) Core techniques for automatic assembly for steel frames, and 4) Intelligent resource management system. We expect that this new technique will increase the construction efficiency and will alleviate the manpower shortage problem in the aging society.

  • Recently our government operates earned value management system (EVMS) for improving work management system of the construction projects over specific scale. The EVMS is based on the integrated management between construction cost and schedule. the existing systems, however, are focused on the cost management by using work quantity. This study suggests a work management model to integrate construction cost with activity information. The model introduces a work task concept as a tool that can connect construction rest to activity information. The suggested model in this study is verified by using actual data for the applicability to practical construction projects.

  • Increasing construction costs are required due to increasing the supply of small type houses with changes in multi-family housing trends. However, a sharp rise in the construction cost of small type houses can raise the sale price, threatening the stability of national housing. Therefore, this study aims to estimate the change in the construction cost of small type houses from the basic construction cost of the sale price ceiling system and suggest an improvement plan.

  • Recently, defect management have been considered as one of the major issues for more large-sized and complicated in domestic construction industry. However, the defect management have not been performed systematically because of special manpower, excessive amount of documents, 2D based inspection work, unclear traditional checklists, complicated work process and difficulty in communicating construction information. Therefore, the construction field manager could not performed the quality inspection and defect management work on time as well as the reliability of recorded quality and defect factors was decreased. The primary objective of this study is develop a Construction Defect Management Application CDMA) using a mobile (smartphone). The application can be sharing a huge information and communication technology based on RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification), BIM (Building Information Modeling) which enables field mangers to efficiently gather the information of defection in construction on-site.

  • BTL사업 형태로 발주되는 교육시설의 공사에서는 소요 공기 최소화와 임시교사 설치로 인한 별도의 비용 소모, 그리고 학기 중에 학교 사용자들이 겪는 불편사항으로 주무관청, 민간사업자 그리고 학교사용자의 갈등이 깊어지는 문제가 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 당면 과제를 공법적인 측면에서 해결하고자, 기존 학교 공사에 일반적으로 적용되는 RC공법과 최근 몇 년 사이에 교육시설의 대안공법으로 주목받고 있는 모듈러 공법을 포함한 몇 개의 대안을 설정하고 교육시설의 BTL사업에 적합한 건축공법을 제안하였으며 각 대안에 소요되는 공사비를 산출하고 공사기간을 분석하여 이를 평가하였다.
