  • The track pull-in behavior analysis in an optical disk drive (ODD) using plane phase and the evaluations for effecting parameters of it are discussed. Track pull-in, track capture procedure to do track following control, is a key factor to increase data transfer rate. First, the relative velocity between the beam spot of an optical pick-up and the target track of an optical disk is analyzed during the track pull-in procedure. In this process, it is showed that the track error signal has nonlinear characteristics which are depending on the time. Second, Runge-Kutta method to solve the nonlinear equation is applied to find the track pull-in behavior, and some optimal parameters to get stable and fast pull-in condition are obtained. Then, the phase plane analysis for track pull-in procedure is presented. Finally, some comments for the simulated results are discussed briefly.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of adolescent's environmental education experience and peer group on pro-environmental consumption behavior The survey study administered 610 questionnaires to general high school students in Daegu. The main findings of this study were as follows. First, adolescent's pro-environmental purchase behavior was positively correlated to the degree of participation in environment-related events in school, the mother's pro-environmental purchase, use and disposal behavior and environment education experience in society, while the peer group's pro-environmental purchase was positively correlated to use and disposal behavior Also adolescent's pro-environmental use behavior was positively correlated to the mother's pro-environmental purchase, use and disposal behavior, the peer group's pro-environmental purchase, and use and disposal behavior. Adolescent's pro-environmental disposal behavior was positively correlated to the degree of participation in environment-related events in school, the mother's pro-environmental purchase, use and disposal behavior, environment education experience in society, the peer group's pro-environmental purchase, and use and disposal behavior. Second, adolescent's pro-environmental purchase behavior was influenced to the greatest extent by the peer group's pro-environmental purchase behavior, followed by the mother's pro-environmental purchase behavior and use behavior, and to a lesser extent, tv environment education experience in society. Also adolescent's pro-environmental use behavior was influenced to the greatest extent tv the mother's pro-environmental use behavior, followed by the peer group's one, and to a lesser extent, by the mother's pro-environmental disposal behavior. Adolescent's pro-environmental disposal behavior was influenced to the greatest extent by the mother's pro-environmental disposal behavior, followed tv the peer group's one, the mother's pro-environmental purchase behavior and, to a lesser extent, by the degree of participation in environment-related events in school.

  • The present study applies the servicescape concept in the domain of Natural Parks to examine the impact of a natural park's servicescape on visitors' perceived value, overall satisfaction, and behavior intention. The study's findings suggest that the components of Natural Parks' servicescape can be evaluated based on three factors; including facilities, convenience, and comfort, accessibility to the park, and facilities inside the park, such as parking lots, bathrooms, and resting areas, in addition to other facilities. The results also revealed that if visitors had a favorable impression of the park facilities, they would have a favorable impression on the value of the intangible experiences, and general satisfaction and behavior intentions would be positive. Particularly, visitors perceive time in the course of a visit to be valuable, which in turn influences the comfort servicescape factor, which suggests the importance of continuous effort from Natural Park management to ensure a clean and pleasant environment. The present study is the first time the concept of servicescape has been applied in the domain of Natural Parks. Follow-up studies are required to improve the reliability and generalization of the research results.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze teaching behavior based on the learner-centered teaching competency. For the study, the related literatures were reviewed focusing on the experiences and suggestions in developing of learner-centered teaching competency. In addition, interviews with 6 professors were conducted and their teaching design were analyzed. The keys of analysis were perspective of teaching behavior, self-monitoring of teaching behavior, consulting of teaching behavior based on the learner-centered teaching competency. The findings of this study were as follows; most of professors recognized correlations of teaching and learning. But, there were some barriers co-work of learners in teaching behavior.

  • Relaxing an unrealistic assumption of a representative percolation model, this paper demonstrates that herd behavior leads to a high increase in volatility but not trading volume, in contrast with information flows that give rise to increases in both volatility and trading volume. Although detecting herd behavior has posed a great challenge due to its empirical difficulty, this paper proposes a new methodology for detecting trading days with herding. Furthermore, this paper suggests a herd-behavior-stochastic-volatility model, which accounts for herding in financial markets. Strong evidence in favor of the model specification over the standard stochastic volatility model is based on empirical application with high frequency data in the Korean equity market, strongly supporting the intuition that herd behavior causes excess volatility. In addition, this research indicates that strong persistence in volatility, which is a prevalent feature in financial markets, is likely attributed to herd behavior rather than news.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between justice factors and organizational citizenship behavior through the role of leader-member exchange. It is expected that leader-member exchange was mediated on the relationship between justice factors and organizational citizenship behavior. According to this result. leader-member exchange mediate between justice factors and organizational citizenship behavior, also justice factors direct effected to organizational citizenship behavior. Resultingly organizational citizenship behavior effected on justice factors and leader-member exchange. And mediated effect of leader-member exchange was positively related to between justice factors and organizational citizenship behavior As a result, this study is to be more useful to manage employees in organization.

  • In order to further improve the accuracy and time efficiency of behavior recognition in intelligent monitoring scenarios, a human behavior recognition algorithm based on YOLO combined with LSTM and CNN is proposed. Using the real-time nature of YOLO target detection, firstly, the specific behavior in the surveillance video is detected in real time, and the depth feature extraction is performed after obtaining the target size, location and other information; Then, remove noise data from irrelevant areas in the image; Finally, combined with LSTM modeling and processing time series, the final behavior discrimination is made for the behavior action sequence in the surveillance video. Experiments in the MSR and KTH datasets show that the average recognition rate of each behavior reaches 98.42% and 96.6%, and the average recognition speed reaches 210ms and 220ms. The method in this paper has a good effect on the intelligence behavior recognition.

  • Although previous studies have made significant progress in adaptive selling behavior (ASB), few studies have considered salesperson's customer orientation (CO) and learning behavior as determinants of effective sales management (ASB and relationship-making efforts), despite the discussion of important roles of these constructs. The authors test not only the relationships of salesperson's CO and market-based learning behavior to ASB and relationship-making efforts, but also the effects of ASB on relationship-making efforts and performance. The results of the study, which is done with samples of salespeople from Korean companies, indicate that salesperson's CO and market-based learning behavior are identified as significant determinants of ASB. Moreover, both salesperson's ASB and relationship-making efforts have significant effects on sales performance. On the other hand, as per salesperson's relationship-making efforts, salesperson's CO has a positive effect, but salesperson's market-based learning behavior and ASB do not influence his or her relationship-making efforts, which suggest a provocative possibility of conceptualization regarding the relationship between ASB and relationship management efforts.

  • Organizational citizenship behavior refers to the behavior of faithfully performing one's duties and being faithful to other roles. Firefighters' awareness of organizational citizenship behavior is closely related to national and individual safety and is very important. The smooth communication and cooperative attitude of fire department employees means organic unity at the disaster site. The purpose of this study was to analyze the awareness of organizational citizenship behavior among firefighters. As a result of analyzing the overall level of organizational citizenship behavior of firefighters, the average score was 3.83 points (out of 5). In particular, significant implications emerged regarding work-related appointment times and words and actions between co-workers. In the future, we hope that firefighting policy authorities will make a lot of efforts and academic research by subsequent generations will be conducted to make firefighting more trustworthy to the public.
