학령기 행동문제의 위험요인과 보호요인으로서의 또래관계 (Peer Relationships as Risk and Protective Factors in the Behavior Problems of Elementary School Children)

  • This study examined relationships between peer variables and externalizing behavior problems of 290 4th and 5th grade children in elementary school. The children completed the Friendship Quality Scale and the peer nomination questionnaire. Parents and teachers rated behavior problems of children using the Connors' Rating Scale. Results indicated that rejected children had more behavior problems than popular, average, or neglected children. Socio-emotional supports from a close friend and satisfaction with the friend were negatively related to behavior problems. Behavior problems were mainly predicted by low peer acceptance, and behavior problems of rejected children were negatively and strongly related to socio-emotional supports of a close friend. In conclusion, peer rejection was a risk factor and a friend's support was a protective factor for externalizing behavior problems in 4th and 5th graders.

청소년의 자아정체감, 사회적지지와 정신건강과의 관계 (The Relationships of Ego-Identity, Social support and Mental health of Adolescents)

  • 본 연구에서는 청소년의 자아정체감, 사회적지지와 정신건강과의 관계를 검증하였다. 연구대상은 경기도 지역 K시에 소재한 중 고등학교 각 2개 학교의 중학생 169명, 고등학생 178명으로 총 347명을 대상으로 상관계수와 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년의 자아정체감, 사회적지지, 정신건강 간의 관계를 살펴보면, 청소년의 자아정체감, 사회적지지의 하위변인에서 정신건강의 하위변인 중 강박증과 친구지지, 적대감 및 공포증과 교사지지, 신체화와 미래확신성, 친밀성, 교사지지, 친구지지, 우울증과 미래확신성, 정신증과 미래확신성을 제외한 모든 하위영역에서 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중다회귀분석 결과, 정신건강에 영향을 미치는 가장 높은 변인은 자기수용성, 목표지향성, 부모지지, 친밀성, 주체성 순으로 나타난 반면, 미래확신성, 주도성, 교사지지, 친구지지는 통계적으로 유의미한 예측변인이 아닌 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 자기수용성, 목표지향성, 친밀성, 주체성 수준이 높은 청소년과 부모지지를 높게 지각하는 청소년의 정신건강 수준이 높음을 나타내고 있다.

성인 지적장애인 아버지와 어머니의 심리적 안녕감 설명모형 연구 (A study on the psychological well-being of the parents of the adult intellectual disabilities - on the fucus of gender differences.)

  • 본 연구는 성인기 지적장애인 아버지와 어머니의 심리적 안녕감에 스트레스원, 자원이 미치는 효과를 돌봄평가(돌봄스트레스, 돌봄만족)가 매개하는 효과에 대한 설명모형을 검증하고, 아버지와 어머니의 차이를 살펴보고자하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 2009년 12월 1일부터 2010년 1월 22일까지 충청북도에 위치한 장애인복지관 8개소, 장애인주간보호시설 5개소, 장애인직업재활시설 8개소를 이용하는 성인지적장애인 부모 400명을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였으며, 불성실한 응답 30부를 제외한 370부를 분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과 돌봄스트레스를 내생변수로 자녀의 일상생활기능, 자녀의 부적응행동, 부모의 건강상태의 직접효과가 유의하였다. 돌봄만족을 내생변수로 가족지지, 전문가지지, 돌봄스트레스의 직접효과가 유의하였다. 심리적 안녕감을 내생변수로는 돌봄만족과 돌봄스트레스의 효과가 유의하였으나, 부모건강상태의 영향은 유의하지 않았다. 간접효과의 경우 돌봄스트레스의 매개효과를 보면, 일상생활기능, 부적응행동, 부모건강상태가 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 돌봄스트레스가 매개하는 효과가 유의하였다. 돌봄만족의 매개효과의 경우, 가족지지, 전문가지지, 돌봄스트레스가 심리적 안녕에 미치는 영향을 돌봄만족이 매개하는 효과가 유의하였다. 다집단분석 결과 성별에 따라 차이가 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보인 경로는 친구지지→돌봄만족, 돌봄스트레스→심리적안녕, 전문가지지→돌봄만족이었다. 이상의 결과에 기초하여 실천적 제언을 제시하였다.

학교폭력 피해아동의 학교적응과 보호요인 (School Adjustment and Protective Factors of School Violence Victims)

  • This study examined school adjustment and protective factors of school violence victims in 1128 5th and 6th graders. Children completed questionnaires. Descriptive analysis showed that 52.5% of the participants had experienced school violence at least once over the past 9 months. Boys reported more school violence than girls. Victims of school-violence experience showed lower levels of school adjustment than other students, but victims with protective factors of high self-esteem, teacher's support, internal locus of control, and parents' democratic fostering attitude showed better school adjustment. While these protective factors had a positive influence on children's school adjustment, friend's support had a negative influence.

고등학생의 사회적 지지가 자살생각 예방에 미치는 영향 - 성별, 학년, 학교유형의 조절효과를 중심으로 - (The Effect of Social Support for High School Students on the Prevention of Suicidal Ideation - The Moderating Effect of Gender, Grader and School Type -)

  • 본 연구는 고등학생의 사회적 지지가 자살생각에 어떤 영향을 미치고 있는지 살펴보고, 고등학생 자살의 위험 요인이 사회적 지지와 자살생각의 관계에서 어떤 조절효과가 있는지를 검증하였다. 구체적으로 사회적 지지 세 가지 하위요인을 친구지지, 교사지지, 부모지지로 구분하고 독립변수로 설정하였다. 그리고 자살생각을 종속변수, 성별, 학년, 학교유형을 조절변수로 하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사지지, 친구지지, 부모지지 모두 자살생각에 유의미한 부적(-) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자살생각은 여학생이 남학생 보다, 인문계 학생이 전문계 학생보다 더 높았다. 셋째, 친구지지와 부모지지가 자살생각을 감소시키는 효과는 여학생보다 남학생이 더 컸다. 넷째, 교사지지와 부모지지가 자살생각을 감소시키는 효과는 2학년보다 1학년이 더 컸다. 분석결과를 토대로 일선 고등학교 교사들과 인터뷰도 수행하였다. 이를 통해 고등학생의 자살과 관련된 사회문제를 완화하기 위한 실천적 방안을 제안하고 정책적 수단마련의 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다.

고등학생 흡연과 스트레스 및 사회적 지지와의 관련성 (Relationships of smoking, Stress and Social Support of High School Students)

  • Objectives : The purpose of the present study was to explore a possible interaction effect of stress and social support on the smoking status and identify smoking related factors of high school students, Methods : A cross-sectional design was used for this study. A total of 1,251 high school students from Gyeonggi-do were selected using stratified-proportional random cluster sampling methods, The participants completed a set of questionnaires to measure their smoking status, stress, social support and sociodemographic information, The obtained data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, $x^2$-tests and hierarchical logistic regressions. Results : The interaction effect of stress and social support on smoking status was not supported. However, stress, sex, types of school, parent's smoking and friends' smoking were significantly predicted the smoking status of the high school students. Conclusions : In relation to the prevention of adolescents' smoking, it is recommended to decrease the stress levels of students, to make adolescents' parents cease smoking, and to educate adolescents on how to refuse the temptation to smoke or pressure from their smoking friend.

성조숙증 여아의 자아존중감 영향요인 (Factors Influencing Self-esteem of Girls with Precocious Puberty)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing self-esteem among girls with precocious puberty. Method: A cross-sectional descriptive survey design was used, with a convenience sample of 146 girls with precocious puberty and 146 their mother or father. Data were collected using self-report questionnaires from July through August, 2017. Results: The item mean score for self-esteem in girls with precocious puberty was 2.56 (${\pm}0.26$). Stepwise multiple regression showed that friend support (${\beta}=.51$, p<.001), family support (${\beta}=.19$, p=.015) and the recognition of intimacy with mother (${\beta}=.18$, p=.005) were factors influencing self-esteem among girls with precocious puberty. Conclusion: To promote the self-esteem of girls with precocious puberty, it is necessary to plan an intervention strategy that includes support for the girls as well as support for their friends and parents.

노년 초기 재혼자의 결혼성립 과정과 결혼만족에 관한 연군 (The Marital Process of Completion and Marital Satisfaction of Remarried People at Early Old Age)

  • The Purpose of this study was to explore the relation between the marital process of completion and marital satisfaction. The Data was collected by in_depth personal interview. Fifteen respondents who had been remarried for over 5 years were chosen by a researcher independently from a province in South Korea and comprised 8 females(over 55 ages) and 7 males(over 60 ages ). The Results were as fellows: 1. The Remarriage process of completion was an important process for arranging a marriage with a partner. This process was reached through the remarriage motive of the remarried person who was chosen by introduction of a family member or a friend and through meeting with a familiar friend. The factors were remarriage motive, meeting with a spouse, children's response about remarriage, and remarriage decision. 2. The success of the marital process of completion depended on a support from families and friends in order to develop their conjugal relation. Therefore conjugal relation was an important relation in marital satisfaction. Particularly, the parents-child relation, relation between a stepbrother and stepsister, and social support for remarried persons were important relations in their marital satisfaction.

우울 및 스트레스, 사회적 지지가 청소년 자살생각에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Effects of Depression, Stress, and Social Support on Adolescents' Suicidal Ideation)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 자살생각에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보고 이를 바탕으로 청소년의 자살생각의 감소와 자살예방을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구결과 인구사회학적 특성에서는 유의미한 영향력이 나타나지 않았으며, 우울, 스트레스, 사회적 지지는 자살생각에 유의미한 영향력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 우울과 스트레스가 높을수록 자살생각이 증가하는 것으로 나타났으며, 다른 요인의 영향력을 통제한 상태에서도 사회적 지지가 낮아질수록 자살생각은 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 근거로 정책제언을 하면, 첫째, 가족지지체계는 부모자녀간의 관계증진을 위한 다양한 교육에 참여할 수 있도록 제도적 접근이 필요하다. 둘째, 학교지지체계는 교사와 또래간의 지지적 관계형성 프로그램과 친구지지 자원체계 구축이 필요하다. 셋째, 지역사회지지체계는 다양한 지역네트워크 조성을 통한 통합적 지지체계 구축이 필요하다.

여성결혼이민자의 사회적 지지와 관련 변인 메타분석 (A Meta-Analysis of the Variables Related with Social Support for Female Marriage Immigrants)

  • This research aims to integrate study results through a meta-analysis of previous studies on the variables related with social support for female marriage immigrants. Based on the results, this study established the foundation of an integrated social support system for female marriage immigrants which considers both the functional perspective and structural perspective of social support, and suggested plans for an efficient support system. All social support was positively associated with female marriage immigrants marriage life, child-rearing behavior and attitude, reduction of stress and depression and psychological stability. In relation to the effect size of each variable related with all social support, the marriage variable had the biggest relationship with it, followed by the parenting variable, the psychological variable and the stress variable in that order. With reference to the relationship with related variables according to the sub-domain of social support, from the structural perspective, spousale support showed a high relationship with the marriage variable and the stress variable. It was also especially, very highly related with the marriage variable. In addition, a married woman's family support and expert support had an intermediate relationship with the marriage variable, and the husband's family support and friend support had a low relationship with it. From the functional perspective, material support had a very high relationship with the marriage variable, whereas it had a low relationship with the stress variable and the psychological variable. Emotional support was also highly related with marriage variable, but showed an intermediate or low relationship with the psychological variable and the stress variable. On the other hand, informational support displayed an intermediate relationship with the stress variable and the psychological variable, and a high relationship with the marriage variable. Lastly, evaluative support had a high relationship with the marriage variable and the psychological variable. Based on these results, this study proposed plans for an integrated social support system as follows. First, education ought to be provided for the spouses, and support for marital adjustment should be offered. Second, there plans should be made for continuous bonding with the family of origin, and support should be given to address changes in awareness of the relationship with the husband's parents. Third, it is required to revitalize the local community and self-help groups, and provide the female marriage immigrants with opportunities to participate in social activities.
