본 논문은 상시진동데이터로부터 구조물의 고유진동수 및 감쇠비를 추정하는 기법을 소개한다. 제안된 기법은 TDD기법에서 추출된 모드형상과 상호상관신호로부터 직교 잡음이 제거된 자유진동함수를 추출하고 시스템 인식기술을 적용하여서 각 모드별 고유진동수와 감쇠비를 추정한다. 제안 알고리즘의 정확도는 수치적으로 기존의 기법과 비교분석 되었다. 제안 알고리즘의 현장 적용성 검토는 서해대교 보강형의 수직방향 가속도에 대한 상시진동데이터를 통하여 검증되었으며, 총 24개의 저차모드가 추출되었다.

Depth error correction effect for maladjusted stereo cameras with calibrated pixel distance parameter is presented. Intra and extra parameters should be obtain to determine the relation between image and world coordination through experiment. One difficulty is in camera alignment for parallel installation: placing two CCD arrays in a plane. If the pixel distance parameter which is one of intra parameter is calibrated with known points, such error can be compensated in some amount. Such error compensation effect with the calibrated pixel distance parameter is demonstrated with various experimental results.

An excess carrier lifetime extraction method is derived for physics-based insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) models with consideration of the latest development in IGBT modeling. On the basis of the 2D mixed-mode Sentaurus simulation, the clamp turn-off test is simulated to obtain the tail current. The proposed excess carrier lifetime extraction method is then performed using the simulated data. The comparison between the extracted results and actual lifetime directly obtained from the numerical device model precisely demonstrates the accuracy of the proposed method.

Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)는 특징 추출과 분류의 두 단계로 나눌 수 있다. 그 중 특징 추출 단계의 커널의 크기, 채널의 수, stride 등의 hyperparameter는 CNN의 구조를 결정할 뿐만 아니라 특징을 추출하는 데에도 영향을 주기 때문에 CNN의 전체적인 성능에도 영향을 준다. 본 논문에서는 Parameter-Setting-Free Harmony Search(PSF-HS) 알고리즘을 이용하여 CNN의 특징 추출 단계에서의 hyperparameter를 최적화 하는 방법을 제안하였다. CNN의 전체 구조를 설정한 뒤 hyperparameter를 변수로 설정하였고 PSF-HS 알고리즘을 적용하여 hyperparameter를 최적화 하였다. 시뮬레이션은 MATLAB을 이용하여 진행하였고 CNN은 mnist 데이터를 이용하여 학습과 테스트를 했다. 총 500번 동안 변수를 업데이트했고 제안하는 방법을 이용하여 구한 CNN 구조 중 가장 높은 정확도를 가지는 구조는 99.28%의 정확도로 mnist 데이터를 분류하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

This paper describes a parameter extraction method for HBT(Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor) equivalent circuit model without measurements of special test structures or numerical optimizations. Instead, all equivalent circuit parameters are calculated analytically from small-signal S-parameters measured under different bias conditions. These values being extracted from the cutoff mode can be used to extract intrinsic parameters at the active mode. This method yields a deviation of about 1.3 % between the measured and modeled S-parameters.

In speech signal processing, it is necessary to estimate exactly the pitch. We propose a new algorithm which uses the correlation coefficient between the original and the repeated segmental waveform in the frame as a parameter in the pitch extraction. The correlation coefficient in the frame reflects the periodic component and the transient ratio of the waveform.

무선 센서 네트워크의 다양한 연구 분야 중에서 철조망에서의 표적의 침입 탐지 및 식별에 관한 연구는 산업시설, 보안지역, 교도소, 군사지역, 공항 등 다양한 분야에서 사용된다. 현재 철조망 감시는 대부분 유선 센서 노드를 통한 유선 센서 네트워크 환경에서 이루어지고 있다. 기존의 유선 센서 네트워크는 100bps 이상의 높은 데이터 전송률을 통해 수신되는 높은 샘플링 신호를 이용하여 고속 푸리에 변환에 의한 신호의 주파수 분석 기법을 사용해 왔다. 하지만, 유선 센서 네트워크의 높은 데이터 전송률과 비교하여 무선 센서 네트워크의 센서 노드는 유선 센서 네트워크에 비해 매우 낮은 데이터 전송률을 가진다. 따라서 무선 센서 네트워크에서 수신되는 신호의 샘플링이 매우 낮고, 유선 센서 네트워크에서 사용된 고속 푸리에 변환에 의한 신호의 주파수 분석에 따른 주파수별 특징 추출을 할 수 없다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 철조망 감시를 위한 높은 데이터 전송률을 보장하는 유선 센서 네트워크에 비해 제한된 통신자원과 센서 노드의 낮은 데이터 전송률로 인해 수신되는 한정적인 신호의 정보를 이용한 무선 센서 네트워크에서 철조망의 표적 침입 탐지 및 식별을 위한 특징 추출 알고리즘을 제안한다.

In this paper, we describe the crossover of the parasitic capacitance at the interconnections for the system miniature, analyse ground capacitance and mutual capacitance due to actually coupled line in the ICs or MCMs. From the results of deviding interconnection line with infinite parts, using Green's function with image charge method and moments, we could obtain 70% decrease of system runtime parasitic inductance because of simplicity of transforming formular.

Attitude and position parameter of satellite is needed in producing digital elevation model. This paper propose a method which determines the order of polynomial and initial values of satellite exteria parameters using header file of computer compatible tape. Experiments on a SPOT level 1A full science show that planimetric error is 11m and the altimetric error is about 18.3m.
