The pre-existing medical treatment was done in person between doctors and patients. EMR (Electronic Medical Record) System computerizing medical history of patients has been proceed and has raised concerns in terms of violation of human right for private information. Which integrates "Identification information" containing patients' personal details as well as "Medical records" such as the medical history of patients and computerizes all the records processed in hospital. Therefore, all medical information should be protected from misuse and abuse since it is very important for every patient. Particularly the right to privacy of medical record for each patient should be surely secured. Medical record means what doctors put down during the medical examination of patients. In this paper, we applies fingerprint identification to EMR system login to raise the quality of personal identification when user access to EMR System. The system implemented in this paper consists of embedded module to carry out fingerprint identification, web server and web site. Existing carries out it in client. And the confidence of hospital service is improved because login is forbidden without fingerprint identification success.

최근 인터넷 보급의 확산은 e-Health 분야의 급속한 발전을 가져오고 있으며, 그 결과 개인의 건강정보에 대한 기록 및 관리의 디지털화에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 개인전자건강기록의 특징을 검토하고, 인터넷 기반의 개인전자건강기록 시스템을 적용한 구글헬스 서비스의 구조를 분석해 보고자 하였다. 구글헬스를 통하여 소비자들은 개인의 건강기록을 구축하고 병원과 약국의 의무기록을 불러와 저장하며 자신의 건강기록을 타인과 공유함으로써 보다 편리하게 건강관리를 할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 온라인 건강정보 검색을 손쉽게 할 수 있다. 이는 현재의 의료시스템에 큰 변화의 흐름뿐 아니라 미래 의료시스템의 발전 방향의 예측을 가능하게 하는 사례로서 중요한 의미를 가진다. 따라서 본 연구는 다양한 서비스로의 발전이 예상되는 e-Health 산업에서 개인전자건강기록의 중요성을 인식시켜 줄 뿐 아니라 장단점을 비교분석함으로써 보다 보완적인 개인전자건강기록의 체계를 제시하여 준다.

종이 기록물의 품질 평가에 있어서, 종이 내에 산성도와 함수율이 중요하다. 특히 중요한 종이 기록물에 있어서는 현장에 가서 직접 측정해야 하는데, 현재의 종이 기록물의 품질 평가하는 ISO 표준 분석 방법의 경우에는 파괴적인 방법이면서 현장에서 직접 분석하기에는 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현장에서 직접 측정하면서 비파괴적인 방법으로 분석하기 위해서, 이동 가능한 소형 비파괴 분석기인 근적외선 분광 분석기를 사용하였다. 소형 분광기의 파장 대역은 900부터 1700 nm 파장 대역을 사용하였으며, 확산 반사형 광화이버를 사용하여 종이의 표면에 측정하였다. 그리고 1970 년대부터 2003년까지의 종이 기록물을 사용하여 산성도와 함수율을 측정하였다. 측정 결과는 산성도와 함수율이 각각 0.9 이상으로 두 인자에 대한 높은 상관관계를 확인 하였다. 이로써 소형 근적외선 분광 분석기와 광화이버를 사용하여 이동하면서 종이 기록물의 평가 시스템 개발이 가능한 것으로 확인 되었다.

RFID는 자동인식기술의 하나로서 유비쿼터스 사회를 이끄는 핵심기술로 주목받고 있다. RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)는 관리하고자 하는 사물에 정보가 기록된 태그를 부착한 후, 전파(RF : Radio Frequency)를 이용하여 사물의 정보를 식별(Identification)한 후 사용자가 원하는 서비스를 제공하는 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 출결정보를 이용한 성적처리 시스템을 설계 구현함으로써 성적처리의 정확성과 효율성을 향상시키고자 한다.

The origin and structural development of Do-po have been studied with a consideration of the back piece of Do-po in this paper. This study found that Do-po was in this paper. This study found that Do-po was originally imported from China. This paper reports that an earlier record on Do-po is found in an epitaph(1564) than the record found in S njoSilnok(1607) which is conventionally known as the earliest record on Do-po. The structure of Do-po has been widely known as an“attachment of J n-sam”on slitted back piece of the outwear. However, this study shows that Do-po has been formed by inserting the gusset of the front piece into the back piece of the outwear Jik-nyung. This change can be considered as the economical and practical needs to save the cloth or by the aethetical need of simpler clothing. This study also classifies the shape of gussets largely into nine classes according to the temporal development in the shape of gussets.

In this paper, general classes of continuous distributions are characterized by considering the conditional expectations of functions of upper record statistics. The specific distribution considered as a particular case of the general class of distribution are Exponential, Exponential Power(EP), Inverse Weibull, Beta Gumbel, Modified Weibull(MW), Weibull, Pareto, Power, Singh-Maddala, Gumbel, Rayleigh, Gompertz, Extream value 1, Beta of the first kind, Beta of the second kind and Lomax.

Let {$X_n$, $n{\geq}1$} be a sequence of i.i.d. random variables with absolutely continuous cumulative distribution function(cdf) F(x) and the corresponding probability density function(pdf) f(x). In this paper, we give characterizations of Pareto and Weibull distribution by considering conditional expectations of record values.

In this paper, we obtain some recurrence relations for the quotient moments of the lower record values from the generalized extereme value(GEV) distribution. We also deduce some recurrence relations for the negative moments from the GEV distribution.

In this paper, we obtain the characterizations of the Gumbel distribution by lower record values.

It seems to be less important to quality record than document control. But quality records provide a objectve evidence for certain product. So, the requirements of quality record is more serve than that of design document. It is obvious that quality record control promotes accumulation of know-how. The puepose of this study is to possible implementation methods through analysis of Code requirements. This paper suggests the considerations when establishing the quality records control system.
