Optical flow를 이용한 motion estimation에 관한 연구 (A study of a motion estimation with an optical flow)

  • The purpose of image sequence coding is to reduce the spatio-temporal redundancies. The transform coding such as DCT is used for the spatial redundancies. In this paper, the optical flow method is applied to solve the problem of temporal redundancies. So far, pixel intensity conservation has been used to solve the optical flow. We used the neighborhood information as well as pixel intensity conservation. And we compared the merits and demerits of the conventional method and the proposed method in this paper.

  • The physical tool for analyzing collision accidents narrows down to the conservation law of momentum. The conservation law of momentum which is also utilized to investigate or to analyze a traffic accident is essential to Newton mechanics. This paper suggests an alternative analytical tool based on the conservation law of momentum. Simply put, the tool is a alternative qualitative method of analyzing a car's direction to find out whether it is driving over the centerline This paper proposes a deduction theory that use qualitative information to make a qualitative analysis of which car drove over the center line.

  • This paper is aimed to clarify the conservation and reuse of historic areas in modern ages, especially focused rural settlement Honbul village, Namwon city. Honbul village has modern historic areas as well as the korean traditional head houses, and so many narratives. There are old Seodo station building and the other facilities centered on these areas. And so this paper is to conserve and reuse not only this station but also traditional head house as modern cultural assets for revitalizing Honbul village. This study has been done by the field survey and interviews on the basis of the blueprint and its conditions. Through these modern historic areas, it would be for visitors experiencing the sustanable living condition from now on, excellent landscape of Honbul village. And also development of agricultural products and brand naturally increase incomes of farm families, and finally it will go far toward solving the rural problems.

국내산 수목 추출물의 항진균 및 살충활성 (Antifungal and Insecticidal Activity of Methanol Extract from 11 Korean Wood Species)

  • 유기질 문화재 보존 천연 살생물제 개발을 위한 후보물질 조사를 위해 국내 자생하는 11종 수목을 대상으로 각 수목 메탄올 추출물의 9종 목재오염균과 궐련벌레 성충에 대한 항진균 및 살충활성을 조사하였다. 항진균 활성은 목재부후균과 표면오염균에 대해 각각 paper disc soaking 방법과 feeder strip 방법으로 측정되었다. 그 결과, 수목 중 황벽(Phellodendron amurense) 메탄올 추출물은 5 mg/disc에서 Coniophora puteana, Lentinus lepideus, Tyromyces palustris 그리고 Aspergillus niger에 대해 우수한 항균활성을 나타냈다. 또한, 수목 메탄올 추출물의 살충활성은 topical application 방법에 의해 측정되었으며 특히 주목(Taxus cuspidata)과 전나무(Abies holophylla) 메탄올 추출물을 궐련벌레 성충에 25 ${\mu}g$/adult의 농도로 24시간 처리했을 때 56.7%의 치사율을 보였다. 위의 결과로부터 주목과 전나무 그리고 황벽 메탄올 추출물은 각각 충과 목재오염균에 의해 야기되는 생물학적 열화에 대한 유기질 문화재 보존을 위해 유용하게 사용가능할 것으로 사료된다.

Conservation of Multivoltine Silkworm (Bombyx mori L.) Germplasm in India - An Overview

  • Indian multivoltine mulberry silkworm (Bombyx mori L.) strains are poor in silk productivity and fibre quality. However, they are commercially exploited for the past five decades either in the form of pure breeds or cross breeds because of their adaptability to adverse climatic condition and acclimatization to specific regions and seasons. In the present paper conservation strategies of multivoltine silkworm genetic resources are dealt along with detailed information on accessibility of genetic resources, method of genetic resources conservation, characterization of genetic resources for morphological and productivity traits of economic importance. Selection of best ten accessions based on various economic parameters including yarn quality and their scope for future utilization are discussed.

고고 유물에 남겨진 지방의 분석에 대하여 (The Analysis of Organic Residue of Archaeological Evidences)

  • The living body consists of proteins, carbohydrates and fats. The above components are unstable to the change of circumstances ; thus ; when they are buried under the ground for a long time, they are disintegrated by physical effects such as pressure, water etc. However, it was recently reported that the part of the components of living body, especially fat thought in small guantity, remained in a relative stable state for many milleniuns. In addition, turned out that the structure of the composition of the fatty acid and sterol is different according to their species. For example, the plants - rice, barley, bean - and the animals - (togs, cow, pig, fish - have different structure of fat. Residual fat analysis is a research in the chemical composition of fat vemained in archaeological evidences on the basis of chemical structural differences as mentioned here in above. This paper introduces the residual fat analysis of archaeological evidences practical in Japan.

  • This paper represents a critical review of current the relationship between aquaculture and the environment, focusing on the development of marine aquaculture for conservation of resources and environment in Korea. Aquaculture has grown rapidly during the past few decades in Korea. This expansion was possibly because of the growing demand for aquatic products and the failure of the capture fishery to keep pace with the demand. Nevertheless, the aquaculture industry must counter criticisms about adverse environmental effects and lack of sustainability. The productivity of Korean aquaculture is decreasing by environmental pollution, is suffering difficulty because competitive power of the aquaculture industry is weak, external effects of aquiculture is giving negative effects to coastal fishery. Therefore, aquaculture must improve as environmentally sound aquaculture for fisheries sustainability, and intensive aquaculture of high density must convert by low input sustainable aquaculture. Finally, the aquaculture system of Korea has to change to aquaculture for conservation of non - renewable resources and environment, it may contribute to development of Korean fisheries.

  • It is a global consent that we should conserve our energy consumption, due to our awareness to the environmental problems and the limitedness of the natural resource. In the country, the level of energy consumption is more than it is needed, according to its living standard and the proportion of resources imported from other countries. Educational program focused on energy conservation is essential to overcome these problems. This paper outlines a basic study on the development of an energy conservation education program for children. This program makes students aware of the importance and difficulties in energy conservation. The students can then make their own contribution and besides circulation of resources and improvement of health problems.

윤두서필 노승도의 바탕 종이 고찰 (A Study on Paper of Old Monk by Yun Duseo)

  • 윤두서(尹斗緖)필 노승도(老僧圖)는 은지(銀紙)라는 독특한 바탕재료를 사용한 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 보존 환경에 따라 변색이 쉬운 은이 지금까지 안정적인 상태로 전해지는 원인을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법은 문헌 조사, 육안 관찰 및 광학적 조사, XRF 분석으로 표면가공 재료 및 원료 섬유를 분석하였고, 이를 근거로 재현 실험을 수행하여 윤두서필 노승도 바탕종이의 제작 재료와 표면가공 기법에 대해 접근하였다. 연구 결과 바탕 종이는 표면 평활성 및 밀도를 향상시키기 위하여 다각형의 결정을 가진 무기물에 의한 도침처리를 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 XRF 분석 결과, 칼슘 함량이 높게 나타나 기존에 알려진 은(銀)이 아니라 전복 등의 패각류를 분쇄하여 표면 처리한 것으로 추정하였다. 따라서 칼슘 함량이 높은 재료인 패각류를 대상 재료로 한정하고, 그 중에서도 현재 가공되지 않은 패 상태의 전복을 대상 시료로 선정하여 재현 실험을 수행하였다. 전복패를 사용한 재현 실험을 통해 노승도 바탕 종이에 사용된 무기질은 패각류일 가능성이 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 다만 유물과 유사한 수준의 평활도와 광택을 재현하는 데는 한계가 있었으며 이에 대해 보다 세밀한 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.
