Designing a Platform Model for Building MyData Ecosystem (마이데이터 생태계 구축을 위한 플랫폼 모델 설계)

  • The Fourth Industrial Revolution was triggered by data-driven digital technologies such as AI and big data. There is a rapid movement to expand the scope of data utilization to the privacy area, which was considered only a protected area. Through the revision of the Data 3 Act, laws and systems were established that allow personal information to be freely transferred and utilized under their consent. But, it will be necessary to support the platform that encompasses the entire process from collecting personal information to managing and utilizing it. In this paper, we propose a platform model that can be applied to building mydata ecosystem using personal information. It describes the six essential functional requirements for building MyData platforms and the procedures and methods for implementing them. The six proposed essential features describe consent, sharing/downloading/ receipt of data, data collection and utilization, user authentication, API gateway, and platform services. We also illustrate the case of applying the MyData platform model to real-world, underprivileged mobility support services.

  • Advanced Intelligent Network Intelligent Peripheral (AIN IP) is one of the AIN elements which consist of Service Control Point (SCP), Service Switching Point (SSP), and IP for AIN services, such as play announcement, digit collect, voice recognition/synthesis, voice prompt and receipt. This paper, featuring ISUP/INAP protocols, describes the procedures for call setup/release bearer channels between SSP/SCP and IP, todeliver specialized resources through the bearer channels, and it describes the structure and procedure for AIN services such as Automatic Collect Call (ACC), Universal Personal Telecommunication (UPT), and teleVOTing(VOT).   • Letters of Credit are the most common method of payment for goods in the export trade, and banking practice relating to letters of credit is standardised by the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, which are a set of rules issued by the International Chamber of Commerce. The current version is UCP 600, which took effect on July 1, 2007. To assist the practitioners of Documentary Credits, the KCCI(Koea Chamber of Commerce and Industry) authorised a new publication-Official Commentary on UCP 600. This new publication added the word "official" in the title. In order to being an official commentary, the terms and expression should be correct and unified. But there is some problems in official commentary and legal phraseology. The problem was appeared that ICC UCP 600's were translated into Korean UCP 600 version. For example, "Issuing Bank", "Applicant", "Port of discharge", "A date of pick-up", "Shipper's load and count", "Courier Receipt", "Charter Party", "Bill of Lading", "Cover Note", "Exclusion Clause", "Insurance Certificate", "Declaration, Underwriter". If can be used 'Official Commentary on UCP 600', the above statements should be a compliment though take a wide professional opinions or held a public hearings. The Purpose of this paper is to point out the problems and substitute the term used and unify the expression in official commentary.

Implementation of On-site Audio Center based on AoIP

  • Recently, rapid advances of Ethernet and IP technology have brought many changes in the sound industry. In addition, due to AoIP-based audio transmission technology, various problems of the acoustic system (sound quality deterioration due to long distance transmission, complicated wiring) have improved dramatically. However, when many distributed audio systems are connected with AoIP equipment, if there is a problem in the equipment, it is impossible to operate the connected system. AoIP equipment only can transmit audio signals but cannot adjust the system for acoustic environment. In this paper, AoIP equipment is to be installed with sound equipment on a one-to-one basis, so that various existing problems can be solved and adjustment of sound quality (reverberation, echo, delay and EQ) can be possible by AoIP-based OAC (On-site Audio Center) with built-in DSP function. As a result, uncompressed real-time transmission by distributed transmission/receipt module in OAC (On-site Audio Center) and high quality sound by adjustment of sound quality with built-in DSP can be acquired. It is expected that OAC based sound system will be the industry standard in ubiquitous environment.

  • This study is to review "on board notation" on a bill of lading under letter of credit transactions. A bill of lading is a type of document that is used to acknowledge the receipt of a shipment of goods. However, UCP 600Article 20 (a)(ii) requires the bill of lading to indicate that the goods have been shipped on board a named vessel at the port of loading stated in the credit by pre-printed wording, or an on board notation indicating the date on which the goods have been shipped on board. The shipped on board statement should relate to loading on board the named vessel at the port of loading stated in the credit. But it doesn't seem that the on board notation clause in the UCP 600 reflect current shipping practice fully because of the various kinds of on board notation and the confusion surrounding their use. There is a need to understand accurately the meanings and requirements of "on board notation" under UCP 600 and the related regulations. So, This paper will be studied the requirements and indication method of "on board notation" on the bill of lading and presented the practical implications under the bill of lading transactions. This study was based on documentary research including preceding research.

  • The sales activity of most of small manufacturing companies is based on orders of buyers. The process of promotion, receipt and selection of orders of the manufacturers is closely coupled with the load status of the production lines. The decision on whether to accept an order or not, or the selection of optimal order set among excessive orders is entirely dependent on the schedule of production lines. However, in the real world, since the production scheduling activity is mainly performed by human experts, most of small manufacturers are suffer from being unable to meet due dates, lack of rapid decision on the acceptance of new order. To cope with this problem, this paper deals with the development of an agent for selecting an optimal order set automatically. The main engine of selection agent is based on the typical job-shop scheduling model since our target domain is the injection molding company. To solve the problem, we have formulated it as IP (Integer Program) model, and it has been successfully implemented by ILOG and selection agent. And we have suggested an architecture of an agent for tackling web based order selection problems.

  • This paper designs the secure FTP model which provides origin non-repudiation and receipt non-repudiation service that sender and recipient profit of each other to prevent the repudiated of transmission of message and which provides the delivery non-repudiation service to prevent the repudiated of file reception and fact of the transmission failure of an error from the network. The FTP model which is designed to use the GSS-API and in order to have compatibility from source level, with security service it provided the interface which is consistent, establishes the secure context which application client and application server for is safe the session key which overhead from opening to the public key system with efficient key use and it used it minimized.

  • A handover is a technology that enables data transmission and receipt seamlessly while a mobile station moves from the current base station to another base station. The handover is basically classified into two types; a horizontal handover which changes a radio link only without changing a network link, and a vertical handover which changes both in heterogeneous networks. In this paper, we propose a vertical handover protocol in a dual base station which supports both of W-CDMA and WiBro networks based on SDR (Software Defined Radio), verify the rightness using a state transition diagram and a Petri-net, and evaluate the performance of the proposed protocol using NS-2 simulator.

  • This paper describes the design and implementation of a 3-tiered proxy driving system utilizing smartphones. This system provides customers with a convenient request facility, and enables proxy drivers to provide a prompt service based on customer's location information. Implemented system supports two methods such as the existing phone-call and the online requesting method using smartphones. Performance analysis shows that the higher the ratio of online requests, the greater the effect of decreasing of phone jockey's workloads and the reduction of request processing time through the automation of receipt and processing. From a proxy driver company's standpoint, this system minimizes the increase of phone jockeys, and improves customer satisfaction through good service quality. This system also helps the company reduce the cost and increase the market share.
