The average concentration of Pb in 53 samples of canned orange juice currently sold in Korean market was 0.225 mg/kg, and that of Sn, 40.7 mg/kg. There was no appreciable difference in Pb concentration according to elapsed time after manufacturing, whereas Sn concentration increased 0.66 mg/kg per month. During the storage at room temperature or in refrigerator after opening, the Pb concentration increased slowly, reaching 1.7 to 1.8 times of original concentration, whereas Sn concentration increased by 20% per day, resulting in 3 times of original concentration after 7 days. There were no serious changes in Pb and Sn concentration in storage at room temperature or refrigerator for 3 days, when juice samples were opened and transferred to glass container. It is needed that detailed inspection by undertaken to monitor the contents of heavy metals in canned orange juice, since 18% of samples within recommended distribution period exceeded the legal standard for Pb, and recommended that more attention be paid in handling canned orange juice after opening, in order to avoid the hazard from heavy metals.
This study has been implemented to identify the level of satisfaction of the Glass spectacle wearers on various services being given by optical shop workers and help them to provide services of higher quality to the spectacle wearers. The objectives of this study are the spectacle wearers who visited to the 5 Designated optical shops located in Seoul area. All the data has been collected for the 2 months period (Oct. 1 through Dec. 1. 1999.) By using structured, self-described research form. All the collected data were 250 copies in total but evaluated 222 copies only as we excluded 28 copies which has uncertain reply/contents. Major results are as follows: 1. The proportions of objectives by sex was male 54.1%, female 45.9% and by Academic career was University graduates 35.1%, High school graduates 32.4%. 2. The factors impects on the satisfaction level of spectacle wearers were the Employee's service and the status of frame. 3. the factors impacts on the intention for revisit the optical shops were facility status, the responsiveness on wearer s opinion and the employee s services. The factors impect the wearers to build up intention to recommend the visited optical Shops to the 3rd costomer were employee s services, the status of frames, the facility Status and the price level they paid. Considering the results of this study above mentioned, in order to raise up the satisfaction level of glass spectacle wearers, it s thought that the employee (optician) of optical shops have to well acquainted fluent knowledge on the glass spectacles and detailed to the spectacle wearers in a gentle manner and let them build up the reliabily.

This paper examined the structure of internet bookstore users' subjectivity by focusing on their beliefs, values and attitudes.0 methodology was utilized for the study. After constituting 36 Q sample and 28 P sample, data were collect from April 15, 2005 to April 22 2005. The analyses showed 3 types of subjectivity structures. The first one was 'the economic benefit-seeking type.' Those in this type were motivated to use internet bookstores to achieve economic benefits. They paid more attention to the Prices discounted than the web site contents provided by internet bookstores. This type was conspicuously found among college students. The second one was the 'information-seeking type.' People in this category made visits to internet bookstores in order to obtain new information or professional materials. This type was dominantly found among women. The third one was the 'convenience-seeking type.' Those in this type were concerned not only with the accessibility and convenience, but also with such practical issues as delivery, price, applicability, payment, and bonus. This type was conspicuously observed among white collar workers. These findings suggests that in order to make internet bookstores more attractive to users, it is demanded to understand various needs held by users and map out sophisticated marketing strategies on the basis of such a knowledge.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the editorial design of the advertising brochure in relation to the promotion of entering college freshmen. The role and function of the brochure promoting universities have been explained in terms of the editorial design. The special regard is paid to the Grid-system that must be handled with the greatest possible care in editorial design of brochures. In this study, it has not only divided into the three categories (Single Grid-system, Multiple Grid-system and Non-Grid-system) according to the Grid-system, and but also analyzed each case of the modeled college brochure. In the analyses, it is found that the using Grid-system brochures are much more effective than that of the lesser using Grid-system, especia1ly in the communication and design. Therefore, the Grid-system is shown to be crucial tool in the current design process of the college brochures. The suggestion of the using criterion of the Grid-system has also been made for the unity as well as diversity of layout in the editorial design. The study then extends this core object principle with the possible development of the Grid-system that includes the balance of the expression of the contents and the artistic structure of design. Additionally, the relationship between the Grid-system and the visual materials for the creative application to the brochure promoting the universities is presented as the final result of this study.

Work-related low back pain is one of the major factors that cause the loss of working power especially in actively working age, therefore controlling the work-related low back pain is one of the major issues in the field of industrial safety and health. This study was performed for detecting the risk factors and proposing the efficient control program of the work-related low back pain. The subjects were male workers employed at the manufacturing industry in Pusan with longer than 6 months' working duration. The data was collected by self-reported questionnaire and interview from May 1 to October 31,1992. The contents of questionnaire were as follows:. the experience of low back pain within the recent one month, general characteristics(age, marital status, education level, religion, regular exercise), physical characteristics(height, weight), employment status(working duration, daily working hours, rest during work, satis(action fur the job), type of work and working environments(posture, forward bending, lifting and movement, satisfaction for table and chair). The result was analyzed for 608 entire respondents by case-control comparative method. The number of cases was 152 with a history of work-related low back pain, so the relative frequency of self-reported work-related low back pain was 25.0%, and the number of controls was 344 without any history of low back pain. As a result, two characteristics of the employment status(working duration, satisfaction fur the job) and all characteristics of type of work and working environments showed a statistical significance between the case and control groups(p<0.01). The Oddb ratios of these variables for Work-related low back pain were calculated. They were 7.88 for the satisfaction fur chair, 7.86 for lifting and movement,3.31 for satisfaction for table, and 2.22 fur bending forward(p<0.01). And for the multivariate logistic regression analysis confirmed that unsatisfaction for table was independent risk factor for Work-related low back pain. In summary, though this study was based upon the self-reported questionnaire and the subjective complaints, the satisfaction for chair, lifting and movement, satisfaction for table, and bending forward concerned with the type of work and working environments were considered as the main factors causing the work-related low back pain, and the work-related low back pain may be preventable by the ergonomic control of these factors.
This study is focused on the problems and the suggestions of proper ideas for solving them which are arisen from appling CIF, Incoterms 1990 into the contract of sale after reviewing of the contents of traditional CIF contract and the main changes of CIF, Incoterms 1990. This study summerized as follows: First, when the seller provide the buyer with non-negotiable sea waybill or inland waterway document instead of negotiable bill of lading, it is my feeling that the essence of symbolic delivery in traditional CIF contract is fading. And if the buyer has paid for the goods in advance, or a bank wishes to use the goods as security for a loan extended to the buyer, it is not sufficient that the buyer or the bank be named as consignee in a non-negotiable document. This is true because the seller by new instractions to the carrier could replace the named consignee with someone else. To protect the buyer or the bank it is therefore necessary that the original instructions from the seller to the carrier to deliver the goods to the named consignee be irrevocable. Second, CIF term can only be used for sea and inland waterway transport. When the ship's rail serves no practical purposes such as in the case of roll-on/roll-off or container traffic, CIP term instead of CIF term is more appropriate to use. Third, the EDI method still contains many legal and technical problems to be solved in order to be used thoroughly' in the international sale of goods. Therefore, the parties wishing to replace the traditional paper-based trade documents by electronic messages must exchange the agreement on EDI each other in order to prevent and sol ye unexpected problems. Forth, it may be that the goods are to be carried in bulk without such marking or naming of consignee as would amount to appropriation. Then the risk will not pass until effective appropriation has been made. Therefore, the seller needs to appropriate by issuing of separate bills of lading or delivery orders for parts of the bulk cargo. And in case the goods are bought while they are carried at sea, some problems on the passing of risk would arise. One possibility is that the buyer might have to assume risks which have already occured at the time when the contract of sale is entered into force. The other possibility would be to let the pissing of the risk concide with the time when the contract of sale is concluded. The parties are advised to ascertain the applicable law and any solution which might follow there form. Finally, Incoterms are restricted to deal with the main principles for the division of functions, costs and risks between the parties and the rest is left to their individual contract as supplemented by the custom of the trade, the individual terms of the contract of sale and the applicable law. Thus, the parties are advised to ascertain the applicable law on their individual contract of sale in order to solve the problems on the transfer of property, the remedy and so on.

This study carried out field evaluation by experts, monitoring by the public, and visitor satisfaction survey for 88 sites by using cultural property projects that received support from "SaengSaeng Cultural Property"in 2016. The result of the comprehensive evaluation was 'good', the part of planning, outcome, annual special index were 'good', field operation and performance were 'normal'. The field evaluation was rated as 'normal' by experts, monitoring by the public was 'good', and visitor satisfaction survey was also 'good'. The advantages of the project were as follows; increased enjoyment of local cultural assets, utilization of historical and cultural heritage as tourism, expansion of local participation and cooperation. On the other hand, the disadvantages were as follows; shortage of promotion to other local people, deterioration of program's quality, insufficient materials for explanation of cultural assets, insufficient program for staying. We suggested measures to develop the project as follows; developing paid contents in order to secure sustainability, connection with other programs, developing representative program and brand, improvement of environment to participate, strengthening of role for experienced local organization, utilization of local artists and volunteers, exchange between local organization, promoting by government organization, managing existing visitors, establishing of strategy for promotion, improvement of monitoring by the public, strengthening of reflection of visitor's opinions, consulting for each programs.

The purpose of this study is to analyze how managers' reporting choices affect asymmetric cost behaviors in manufacturing firms in Korea and Japan. In order to analyze the contents, SG&A, COGS, and operating expenses (OE), which were the targets of the previous studies, were analyzed using the operating costs paid in cash (OC) and the operating expenses before depreciation (OEBD) proposed by Shust and Weiss (2014). The differentiation of cost behavior was analyzed. The analysis revealed, first, that both Korea and Japan showed the difference between cost behavior of OE and OC. Specifically, the cost stickiness of OC was higher than that of OE. In particular, it showed that Korea firms have a higher intensity of tangible fixed assets that are weakening the cost stickiness compared to Japanese firms. Second, the occurrence of depreciation costs weakens the cost stickiness in both countries. Lastly, the higher the debt ratio, the more aggressively the cost reduction of Japanese companies. We hope that this study will help to improve the relationship between the two countries at the academic level when the Korea-Japan relationship cools down.
Jang Hyeongwang is one of the leading scholars since the era of Toe'gye and Yulgok in Korean Confucianism. Thus, this paper will summarize his schooling, i.e., education in local school(Hyanggyo), specific activities, and the meaning of moral education. Although Toe'gye and Yulgok recognized the problems of local school and their indictment revealed in 16th century, they sought different solutions to overcome the issues. Toe'gye paid attention to establishment of local academy(Seowon) and strengthening its stature in order to renew Confucian education while Yulgok kept an eye on reformation of local school as government educational institution for revitalizing schooling, fostering the talented and establishing moral discipline. In this context, I will summarize Yeoheon's perspective on schooling in terms of the difference with Toe'gye and Yulgok's ideas. Especially, I will analyze his problematique paying attention to restoration of moral order in local communities devastated since Japanese Invasion of Korea in 1592, and how it makes connection with local education and its implication. Furthermore, I will systematically examine the educational regulation of Indong local school(Indong Hyanggyo) he proposed and what its contents and real body he intended. In addition to these, I will suggest how much Yeohon's ideas on local education are meaningful in moral education and what kind of insightful things they would give us in current educational environments.

Since over-the-top (OTT) service has emerged as a new way of consuming video contents, OTT markets grow exponentially and the competition among the OTT services becomes intense. Only limited systematic research effort has been paid to understand why users subscribe such OTT services among other services. Therefore, we used developmental sequential mixed methods approach to find out the quality factors and their effect on post-subscription experiences and continuance intention. In the qualitative study, we derived six factors which a user considers important to continue the subscription. Based on the explored factors, we hypothesized a research model with modified three qualities from ISSM. The proposed research model was validated through quantitative research, a survey of 226 OTT service users in South Korea, using structural equation modeling. The results indicated that content quality is the key factor affecting both perceived enjoyment and satisfaction whereas system quality affects satisfaction, and service quality only affects enjoyment. Enjoyment affects satisfaction which sequentially affects continuance usage intention. This study contributes to research by modifying ISSM through mixed methods. It also provides OTT service providers with insight to enhance users' post experience and continuance intention to use the service through qualities derived from the interview.
