학교급식에서의 절임배추 이용 실태 및 구매 촉진에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Use of Salted Cabbage and the Purchasing Promotion in School Foodservice)

  • In recent years consumers have become used to products geared toward a more convenient lifestyle, thus, the demand for salted-cabbage, for use in preparing Kimchi is increasing. This study aims to investigate purchasing factors, the satisfaction and demands of salted-cabbage, and to ascertain a marketing strategy for expanding the use of salted cabbage in food-service departments of schools. Self-administered questionnaires were collected from 131 buying agents who manage food materials for schools, and statistical data analysis was completed using the SPSS V.14.0 program. 46.9% of the participating respondents were from elementary schools, 27.7% from middle schools, and 25.4% were from high schools.. Most of the subjects (67.9%) recognized the salted cabbage retailed for foodservice, but 62.3% of these had not purchased them, due to both their lack of trust in the sanitation and raw material handling of the food product, and the high price. Respondents considered different factors when deciding whether or not to purchase: the origin (local or imported) of the cabbage, hygiene, and taste, as well as characteristics such as the cabbage weight, package weight, and package materials. The score of post-behavior intentions as well as overall satisfaction was rather high. Also, they perceived the need of strategic promotion for enlarging the market portion of salted-cabbage. These results will done the guidelines for diversifying the salted-cabbage market and for creating an added value of agricultural products in rural areas.

패션제품의 숫자 결합 상표명에 대한 이미지와 태도에 관한 연구 (Image and Altitude on the Alpha-Numeric Brand Name of Fashion Products)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the images on the alpha numeric brand name of fashion products, to identify the influences of clothing pursuit benefit on the brand name image and to determine the significant images on the attitude and purchasing intention. The data were collected via a self-administered questionnaire from 270 male and female students of undergraduate school in Kyongnam province during the March, 2004. Using SPSS 12.0 package, Cronbach's a, frequency analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed. The results could be summarized as follows: First, the image dimensions of alpha-numeric brand name were composed of natural, new, active, urban, impactive and interesting image. Clothing pursuit benefits were composed of the brand value, attractiveness, fashion, individuality and economic value pursuit, Second, Clothing pursuit benefits had an significant effect on the image preference of alpha-numeric brand name. Especially, individuality pursuit and attractiveness pursuit have influenced on the natural, new, active, urban images. Third, the new, active, impactive, natural images had significant effects on the attitude, purchasing intention and conformity of products.

인터넷 쇼핑몰에서의 의류제품 구매행동에 관한 연구 -위험지각을 중심으로- (Apparel purchase behavior among internet shoppers -Focusing on perceived risks-)

  • The objectives of the study were to examine apparel purchasing behavior in internet shopping malls and the level of perceived risk when internet users purchase online. For this research, 15,000 internet users were given questionaries via E-mail, or special website online. The sum of 1958 questionaries were used for statistical analyses. Using, SAS package, factor analysis, Crobach's ${\alpha}$, t-test, $\chi$$^2$-test, frequency and multi-response analysis were performed. As the results, 19% out of internet users had bought apparel products through internet shopping malls. Men had more purchasing experiences in apparels as well as general products than women. Among apparel products, T-shirts/shirts were purchased the most by internet shoppers. For perceived risks, 6 factors(quality risk, time/convenience risk, size and appearance risk, privacy risk and social/psychological risk) were investigated for this study. The level of perceived risk was lower when people had a purchasing experience in internet shopping mall than when they didn't. The level of perceived risk was lower when people had purchasing intend about apparels than when they didn't. Based on these results, marketing strategies will be suggested.

시판용 육수 제품의 구매 수용 태도 - 특급 호텔 조리사를 중심으로 - (Purchase Accommodation Attitude of Commercial Stock Merchandise - Focused on Cuisiniers of Deluxe Hotels -)

  • The purpose of this study is to validate the evaluation of stock, which has relation with self-esteem and career for the development of commercial stock. This study conducted a survey of purchasing attitudes & receptiveness in order to hold an accurate course for developing stock. According to the analysis, the results are as follows. It examined the cuisiniers of deluxe hotels who mainly use stock of Seoul and the capital region. A total of 350 samples were distributed and 289 samples were selected for the research. Statistical analysis of collected data executed frequency, percentage, average, reliability analysis, factor analysis using SPSSWIN 12.0 PC package programs. Making stock, cooking skills, cooking methods, quality of food ingredients and cooking recipes are important. Also, sensory characteristics such as color, odor, and taste should be considered. Career and self-esteem act on the purchase accommodation attitude of commercial stock. Commercial stock products more than 1,000 mL or 2,000 mL of liquid styles need packing of vacuum pack(vinyl). Based on the result of this study, we will make efficient use of research data for the development of commercial stock products and we will be able to improve conservation of taste with good quality by making by hand through standardization and mass production of traditional culinary skills.

인터넷 쇼핑가치가 의류 제품의 인터넷 쇼핑행동에 미치는 영향 -쇼핑몰 속성 지각과 위험지각을 중심으로- (The Effects of the Internet Shopping Values on Internet Shopping Behavior of Apparel Products -Focused on the Shopping Mall Attributes and Perceived Risks-)

  • The purposes of this study were to determine the components of internet shopping value and to identify how those influence on the consumers' internet shopping behavior of apparel products. The data were collected via a self-administered questionnaire from 221 male and female students who have the shopping experiences for apparel products on the internet shopping malls, living in Kyongnam province. Using SPSS 12.0 package, $Cronbach's \alpha$, factor analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA, Duncan multiple range test and stepwise multiple regression analysis were performed. The results could be summarized as follows; 1) According to the internet shopping values, college student consumers were classified into three groups, utilitarian value shoppers, hedonic value shoppers and low interest shoppers. 2) As a results of the ANOVA among the three groups, significant differences were found in the internet shopping mall attributes and perceived risks. 3) Internet shopping values-hedonic and utilitarian shopping values, internet shopping mall attributes and perceived risks had an significant effect on the attitude and purchasing intention of the internet shopping mall.

A Study on the Improving Measures of Private Brand Clothing Products in Domestic Department Stores

  • The purpose of this study is to present suggestions to improve the problems the domestic department stores face by analyzing and comparing the status of the development of PB which is absolutely critical for the specialized domestic department stores to survive, and to search for the future course which may lead to boosting sales and profit by developing the strategic PB products. Selected for this study were atotal of 20 PB's out of domestic as well s foreign PB's in the 4 big department stores. The data were analyzed with SAS package employed as per the by items frequency, percent, mean and standard deviation. From the above study, following viewpoints can be taken into account for the future development of PB ; First, the active will of the excutive is basically necessary for successful development of PB, by relying on long-term investment. Second, the existing mid or low-price goods should be in line with the mid or high price one's development for domestic merchandising with focus on middle or high class society. Third, the stock burden, biggest problem of PB, can be solved by discount policy at optimum prices and success rate of merchandising prediction.

농수산물 유통용 포장상자 개선 (Development of Corrugated Paperboard Box for Agricultural and Fishery Products)

  • 국내 농수산물 유통용 골판지 상자의 65% 이상이 이중 양면골판지 (DW) 상자를 사용하고 있다. 이것을 양면 골판지(SW) 상자로 대체시 강도의 변화 및 경제성을 검토한 결과는 다음과 같다. 이중 양면골판지 상자에 비해서 양면골판지 상자의 압축강도는 46%에서 98%까지 높았고 가격은 8% 더 저렴한 경우도 강도는 높게 나타났다. 이중 양면골판지 상자를 양면골판지 상자로 대체시 날개부분에서 절약되는 금액은 405억원으로 자원 절약 효과는 13%에 달했다. 따라서 국내 골관지물 유통용 골판지 상자로는 양면골판지(SW) 상자로 대체하는 것이 바람직하고 사료되었다.

  • To evaluate customer satisfaction of hotel food and beverage products, developing items for the measurement is necessary through studying the properties of food and beverage products. The properties consist of human service, physical and systematic service. Human service includes appearance and uniforms, courtesy and kindness, quickness and precision of the service, well-educatedness, moral sense and etc. Physical service includes the taste of food and beverage, diversity of food and beverage, outlets' cleanness and atmosphere, refinement of fixture, furnishing and table ware, the admission passage to the hotel and parking lot facilities, and etc. Systematic service includes passages of movement to outlet, arrangement of outlet, reservation management system, operation of events and package goods, temperature and ventilation system and etc. The price is also one of important variables to measure customer satisfaction index, so it is included to the investigating items. As shown some hotels have several satisfactory items but most items are unsatisfactory because expected service is better than perceived service. Therefore, the hotels which lack human service need the reinforcement of service education, the hotels which lack physical and systematic services need the improvement, the development and the renovation according to the unsatisfactory items. And the hotels whose price item is unsatisfactory need to consider the policy.

천연염색제품 구매 평가기준 및 구매 후 만족도 (A study on the Purchase Appraisal Standard and Post-purchase Satisfaction of Natural Dyeing Products)

  • The purpose of this study was to find purchase appraisal standard and post-purchase satisfaction for natural dyeing products. The data used for this study were collected from the women in their from 20's to 50's who are living in the regions of Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam in Korea. The questionnaire of 537 copies was used for a statistical analysis. To analyze data, 2-test, t-test, Cronbach's a test, factor analysis, ANOVA, Duncan test, regression analysis, etc. were carried out. A used statistical package was SPSS 14.0. The analysis results were as follows. The purchase appraisal standards for natural dyeing products were identified as practicality and reliability, suitability of use, symbolic property of status, design property, and convenience of buying. As the analysis result for purchase appraisal standard according to the demographic characteristics, the purchase appraisal standard according to most demographic characteristics showed significant difference. The factors of post-purchase satisfaction for natural dyeing products were verified as product modification and durability, design and price, hygienic property and product quality. As the analysis results of post-purchase satisfaction for natural dyeing products according to demographic characteristics, the post-purchase satisfaction according to demographic characteristics showed significant difference. The factors affecting post-purchase satisfaction were verified as product quality, kinds of item, color change, product lifespan, color change, etc. Consequently, because the purchase appraisal standard of natural dyeing product is very various, it is necessary to enhance post-purchase satisfaction of natural dyeing products by reflecting these factors in advance at the product development stage.

한국과 일본의 제과 및 식품류 포장재 비교 연구 (Comparison Study on Confectionery and Food Packaging between Korea and Japan)

  • 한국과 일본 제품 간의 포장공간비율, 포장재 사용량을 분석하여 양국의 포장재 사용현황을 비교하였으며, 국내 제과류 포장의 개선 방향을 제시하기 위하여 국내 제품을 재설계하여 원천감량 가능성을 알아보았다. 일본제품이 한국 제품보다 전반적으로 단위 제품 당 적은 포장 면적을 이용하고 있으며, 상대적으로 낮은 공간비율을 보여 국내의 제품보다 작은 포장에 많은 양의 제품을 충전하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 일본 제품의 필름을 분석한 결과, 재질이 단순화된 2중의 올레핀계열의 필름을 많이 이용하고 있음에도 상대적으로 좁은 실링폭의 포장설계가 많았다. 출시된 국내 제품과 비교하여 포장 공간 용적과 실링폭을 감소시킨 원천감량 포장 샘플을 설계해봄으로써 국내 제과류의 경우 15% 이상의 원천감량이 가능함을 알 수 있었다.
