Resent, requirement of residents is socially increasing for apartment. Apartment housing os developed to reduce the housing shortage caused by urbanism after industrialization in Korea. The Purpose of this study is to analyze the casual relationships of housing satisfaction, living Life-Cycle on all residents of apartment housing. This study develops a theoretical model based on the previous studies, and testifies the hypothesis through analyzing to questionnaires form 643 residents of apartment housing. Then, the data were analyzed by SPSS12+ program package in terms of frequency, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study is summarized as the followings: The perceived quality had positive effects on the factor of living Life-Cycle and housing satisfaction. Finding of this study can provide valuable information for a criterion of decision making to consumer and a marketing strategy of housing construction company.

ERP is a new concept which attempts to combine the applications of BRP and information technology in order to enhance the competitive positions of the firms in a rapidly changing environment. It is expected that a paradigm transition will take place which transforms the current practice of in-house development into the introduction of ERP packages. In response to this trend. ERP introduction strategies need to be investigated. This paper reports the case study of Standard Telecom Co. in successfully implementing Oracle ERP applications package. It describes the background, implementation strategy, project management, benefits, and the critical success factors of the Vanguard Project.

Due to environmental change in market, delivery satisfaction to customers and reduction of lead time are critical in the make-to-order manufacturing system. A case of production scheduling process restructuring is studied for one company which employed ERP system. Based on the standard module ERP package provided, they modified and added several functions for their specific processes, and implemented it in production scheduling. The ratio of delivery satisfaction has been improved from 51.1% to 60.8%, and manufacturing lead time has been reduced from 43 days to 30 days in average during 10 months. Moreover, they achieved several side effects such as real time production scheduling and workload analysis, information sharing over all departments, and improving flexibility in receiving orders.

Mixed-model production lines are often used in manufacturing systems. In production lines, different product types are simultaneously manufactured by processing small batches. This paper describes a new welding assembly technology involving the development of experimental models for a mixed-model production line in an automobile company. Due to the extensive number of models, the design of a welding assembly system is complicated. Performance evaluation is an important phase in the design of welding assembly lines in a mixed-model production environment. In this study, a new welding assembly technology for a mixed-model production method was used to weld the package tray and dash panel of a vehicle.

This paper presents the design of high speed bit and word processor for sequence logic control using a FPGA. This FPGA is able to execute sequence instruction during program fetch cycle, because the program memory was separated from the data memory for high speed execution at 40MHz clock. Also this processor has 274 instructions set with a 32bit fixed width, so instruction decoding time and data memory interface time was reduced. This FPGA was synthesized by V600EHQ240 and Foundation tool of Xilinx company. The final simulation was successfully performed under Foundation tool simulation environment. And the FPGA programmed by VHDL for a 240 pin HQFP package. Finally the benchmark was performed to prove that the designed for bit and word processor has better performance than Q4A of Mitsubishi for the sequence logic control.

The target company of this study goes ahead with plan to adopt ERP systems. Hereupon, I want to present the issues which should be considered in the process of ERP system implementation. This study focuses on the manufacturing system, but it also discusses important issues on the selected business area. This study covers the material benefits and functionalities of ERP package, as well as the Importance of studying and understanding on business process, organization change management, and information technology And this case study start with a long-term plan and consider its own unique characteristics and environmental factors.

This paper analyzed twenty-six production-related KPI(Key Performance indicator) factors of business diagnosis, such as personnel, equipment, materials, operations and quality affecting company business competition to 186 small machinery manufacturers in 2010. Also, we explained the concept of Business Positioning and divided research subjects into four Business Positioning Groups formed break-even point ratio & fixed cost ratio to sales and then we compared between the 4 groups using Logistic Regression analysis by SAS statistical software package. The objective of this study is two-fold. The first is to find out production-related KPI factor of superior Business Positioning Group. The second is to suggest improvement ways for small manufacturers in order to get better profitable Business Positioning.

Already, ERP system come to high level which is stabilized and support independent business process of many industry sectors. Therefore, important success factors for ERP project are change management and organization activation. Although most companies had previous good plans, but those are not satisfied. Because of failed to change management and discontinued next activity for promotion. This paper studied success factors of project team and plan for organization activation. Also, it proposed next study subject about investigate the role of the member of task force team as a factor that makes the ERP system a success. The results of this study can be used for a successful construction of the ERP system as a solution about internal problems of Project team.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the product characteristics and spatial configuration in a retail store. This study utilized the analytical method of Space Syntax, and the software package used for the analysis was New-wave and Pesh. The qualitative study focused on the showroom of 'H INTERIOR', a leading furniture company in Korea, and examined the accessibility of the space. The result showed that the main accessible route was well established in the retail store, and more trendy and fashionable products were likely to be displayed in more accessible places. Also, the products in the selected showroom were arranged according to the pricing information, so that products with lower price were displayed in more accessible places. This study suggested that it be important to adequately and appropriately display the products in relation to the characteristics of products, and implied that the method of Space Syntax was useful to strategically evaluate the display in retail spaces.
