Recently, as importance of knowledge property right is rising, a patent is being issue. A patent is exclusive rights of knowledge or technique, and it must be registered for approval of rights. Therefore, prediction of patent registration can be important information for company or individuals which gain profit using a patent. In this paper, we proposed a method for prediction of patent registration using text mining and a algorithm for constructing database.

Digital watermarking is a technique which blends intellectual property right with security Blind watermarking 1S one of the difficult watermark technique because original data or inserted watermark is not needed. In this paper, we propose a new blind watermarking method using energy quantization in wavelet domain to insert watermark. The proposed method is robust for various attacks and attack strength because watermark strength is adaptively changed for energy variation of attacks. Simulation results show the proposed method is robust to various attacks such as noise addition, cropping, blurring, sharpening, maintaining imprescriptibility.

Arirang has quite a long history in Korean music. Arirang means the heart is tingling. Jeongseon Arirang is well-known Arirang from the Gangwon province, so it shares certain features of Dongbu minyo (folksong), including the Menaritori. Jeongseon Arirang of Ok-sim Kim is pure and innocent. She has an ingenuous country voice. It is a kind of hope that provides our mental strength. Mental power is as important to our health as a eating right. Jeongseon Arirang sung by Ok-sim Kim is Seoul style of rhythmic pattern and melody. Jeongseon Arirang is designated as the Intangible Cultural Property No. 1 by the Gangwon province in 1971. This article outlines the emotional biography of Jeongseon Arirang of Ok-sim Kim relationship.

Product liability is the law of the manufacturer's responsibilities for the consumers' personal injuries or the losses of property resulted from defective products. In today's many countries, the product liability law are being enacted because of the safety of product use and the protection of consumer's right. In korea, the product liability is going to enforce on July 1, 2002. Though the construction of product liability response system is urgent situation, domestic manufacture company's PL response system is not nearly prepared in present. International trade conflict has been increased since WTO has appeared. Like this, the cause that the number of international trade conflict has been increased is by means of enlargement of agreements range. But some new facts have been added. They are Anti-dumping, subsidy, Countervailing duty, Safeguard, the norm of intellectual property right, the procedure of permitting importing products, Technical Barriers, agricultural products, and the area of textile. Since Japanese government has decided to give lavor import quarters to China without permission of Korea, Korean government formally presented the system of lavor import quarter to WTO DSB due to WTO agreement disobedience of Japan. Accordingly, this paper has the following purpose; to analyze situation on fiber dispute of Japan. Some methods about trade barrier against Japan need to be solved from another viewpoint owing to lavor IQ dispute.

Conventional stereo image acquisition uses a pair of frame grabbers in the CAS(Computer Assisted Surgery) system. In this Paper, we developed a synchronized stereo image acquisition method with only one frame grabber Two images from left and right camera each other. were merged with different color space without time delay and thus only one frame grabber was enough toy stereo image. Due to this synchronous Property of image acquisition, we can improve spatial revolution on the computation of 3D Position. Furthermore the overall costs for 3D navigator can be down and the extraction time of stereo Position tan be shortened.

In this paper, stress contour plots depending on length, load, and diameter of the implant are presented. Depending on the condition and amount of cortical bone, process of implanting can be difficult and stress becomes important. Therefore deciding the right length and diameter of implant is critical. When analyzing stress in the implant, Von-mises yield criterion is often used; however, due to hardship of acquiring the actual material property of surrounding bones, simplified model of a implant was adapted in finite element analysis program of EDISON. The result acquired from EDISON program was then compared with results of different research papers.

ODA projects such as multi-purpose dam, industrial complex, road construction etc. have resulted in environmental damage and resident relocation including destruction of site of living. Even the grandiose developments as ODA projects have made clear the value clashes between development and environmental conservation, and have brought about conflicts between public interests and public environmental right, and the discordance between public interests and private property rights in the recipient country. This study summarizes and analyses the Korea's ODA projects and will suggest the public participation and governance system based on Saemaul Movement, Strategic Environmental Assessment and Environmental Impact Assessment based on the guideline of OECD DAC, and emphasize Strategic Environmental Assessment and Social Impact Assessment in the procedure of ODA projects. In the future the ODA project should be implemented for the overcome of poverty and response to climate change based on the experience and trial and errors of Korea's compact growth and past ODA projects.

This Paper is implementing IPMP system based on Server/client Structured Linux. We referenced OpenIPMP System, which is a reference software of IPMP (Intellectual Property Management and Protection) solution. Using this system, we developed multimedia contents service providing system using MPEG-21's REL(XML), which is applicable to new media service environment.
