Because of the reason that the meningioma is enhanced lately, we started the study to maximally enhance the meningioma. we were to know the relation between meningioma and vessels in the skull and compared 3D CT angiography with the conventional angiography. we got the data from 6 patients performed by both 3D CT angiography and there were 5 cases in sphenoidal ridge and 1 case parasagittal sinus. Injecting the contrast media at 3 ml/sec, 120 ml and then the CT number reached 100, we started the study using the medical system Program(smart prep). The scan parameters were HS-Mode(1.25 mm / 7.5 mm) right after being injected all and reconstructed with 0.5 mm interval. We compared the study with the conventional angiography after reconstructing the images required by using 3D-Med software Program(Rapidia). Seeing the consequences, the maximum enhancing time in the menigioma is about 120~180 seconds after injecting the contrast media and we distinguished the relation between vessels and tumors at the time and 1 case showed us the aneurysm with a tumor clearly at the time too. It was very helpful to the operation that the 3D images required by injecting the contrast media to the patients with meningioma distingushed between tumors and vessels dimensionally.
Objective: The objective of this study was to establish a program model for use in wide-spread cervical cancer screening. :Methods: Cervical cancer screening was conducted in Zhongshan city in Guangdong province, China through a coordinated network of multiple institutes and hospitals. A total of 43,567 women, 35 to 59 years of age, were screened during regular gynecological examinations using the liquid-based ThinPrep cytology test (TCT). Patients who tested positive were recalled for further treatment. Results: The TCT-positive rate was 3.17%, and 63.4% of these patients returned for follow-up. Pathology results were positive for 30.5% of the recalled women. Women who were younger than 50 years of age, urban dwelling, low-income, had a history of cervical disease, began having sex before 20 years of age, or had sex during menstruation, were at elevated risk for a positive TCT test. The recall rate was lower in women older than 50 years of age, urban dwelling, poorly educated, and who began having sex early. Ahigher recall rate was found in women 35 years of age and younger, urban dwelling, women who first had sex after 24 years of age, and women who had sex during menstruation. The positive pathology rate was higher in urban women 50 years of age and younger and women who tested positive for human papillomavirus. Conclusion: An effective model for large-scale cervical cancer screening was successfully established. These results suggest that improvements are needed in basic education regarding cervical cancer screening for young and poorly educated women. Improved outreach for follow-up is also necessary to effectively control cervical cancer.

Recently, the trend is an increase in prep and existing entrepreneurs returning to farming, people who take over the business and work on a secondary inauguration, and those who are in the field of processed food or exposing farm arisen from the activation of the sixth industry. However, the fact is that majority of an agricultural education is about production process technology education of farm product and processed food under a government-affiliated organization, so the education for start-up, management, or marketing are scarcely proceeding. Rapidly changing customers' demands and trends, agricultural product and food market opening cause a crisis in the field of agrifood. To turn this crisis into opportunity, return farmers need to be fully qualified as an entrepreneur and enterpriser, so that they improve their business mind-set such as plaining, manufacturing and marketing items in a customer perspective, and have ability to take action against imported goods. Also there is a necessary education to change recognition and enhance their ability as an entrepreneur. This study gives a proposal that an agricultural education should expand and strengthen for practician in the field of agrifood to inspire mind-set, change recognition, and enhance their ability as an entrepreneur, and aim at basically figuring out reality of current agricultural education which has not been systematically studied yet, and also establishing theories associated with that. This study is composed of present state, content, drawback, improvement plan of the current agricultural education intended for five of education managers and instructors who provided various education about inception towards farmers, returning farmers, and prep entrepreneurs who have already started up or get ready to do the business in agrifood field.

Mo isotope, one of highly redox-sensitive isotopes, has been shown to be useful tracers of geochemical processes. Many studies for Mo isotope have documented with the help of recently developed analysis tools, but it has not yet been documented in the Korea. In this study, we introduce two-stage column separation method of Mo using column tube (BioRad PolyPrep(R) column, 10 ml) and anion exchange resin (BioRad Resin AG(R) 1-X8, 200-400 mesh). Mo isotope ratios in the solid SRMs (BHVO-2, SDO-1, PACS-2) and liquid SRM (IAPSO) were measured on MC-ICP-MS (Multi-collector Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer) and then compared with reference Mo isotope ratios. Mo isotope ratios in our study overlap with reference Mo isotope ratios within analytical error.
A tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum cv. Naomi F1) juice was separated into ascorbate and phenolic portions using a Sep-pak $C_{18}$ cartridge, and its each portion was tested for inhibition of N-nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) formation. Ascorbate and phenolic portions of tomato juice inhibited NDMA formation by $81.37{\pm}0.25%$ and $72.03{\pm}0.25%$, respectively. The phenolic portion was further fractionated by prep-HPLC and inhibitory effects of NDMA formation by 4 fractions $(1{\sim}4)$ from tomato juice was tested under the different pH conditions (pH 1.2 and 4.2). Fraction 2 inhibited NDMA formation by $50.10{\pm}0.46%$ (pH 1.2) and $64.30{\pm}0.20%$ (pH 4.2), respectively. Fraction 2 was further separated into 4 subfractions $(2a{\sim}2d)$. Subfraction 2b especially inhibited NDMA formation by $70.62{\pm}0.45%$ (pH 1.2) and $75.30{\pm}0.45%$ (pH 4.2). This subfraction was confirmed o-coumaric acid through the analysis of GC-Mass spectrum, $^1H-NMR$ and $^{13}C-NMR$.
This study compared the dentin adhesion to composite resin according to air-dry, blot dry, application of rewetting agent on air-dry or blot dry dentin surface by microleakag test and SEM observation. For microleakage test, class V cavity preparations with dentinal margins were prepared on both buccal and lingual surfaces of 40 extracted human molars. For SEM observation, occlusal dentin of 20 extracted human molars were exposed. After etched the dentin, prepared teeth were randomly divided into four groups; D group: air dry for 10-15 sec., B group: blot dry with moist cotton pellet, D-R group: air dry and rewet with Aqua-Prep F for 20 sec., B-R group: blot dry and rewet with Aqua-Prep F for 20 sec. Treated cavities and surfaces were filled or constructed using One-Step adhesives and Aelitefil composite resins. Specimens were stored in distilled water for 24 hours. For microleakage test, the specimens were thermocycled and soaked into 2% methylene blue. The specimens were sectioned longitudinally and evaluated for microleakage under steromicroscope. The data were statistically analysed by Kuskal-Wallis Test, Mann-Whitney and Wilcoxon signed ranked tests. For SEM observation, the specimens were bisectioned mesiodiatally. After decalcified and deproteinized, specimens were observed under SEM. The results of this study were as follows; 1. The microleakges on dentinal margin were the highest in D group compared with B group, D-R group, and B-R group(p<0.05). But there was no significant difference between B group, D-R group and B-R group. 2. D group showed gap and a few resin tags between dentin and composite resin. 3 B group, D-R group, and B-R groups showed close adaptation between dentin and composite resin. It showed that resin rags in B group were numerous and long, in D-R group were few and short, in B-R group were numerous and short or long. 4. Adhesive layer showed in D-R group ($10{\;}\mu\textrm{m}$) and B-R group ($3{\;}\mu\textrm{m}$) In conclusion, use of rewetting agent to dry dentin was efficient to dentin adhesion, also it did not provide reverse effect on blot dry dentin.
We have screened total 32 herbal drugs to find the highest activity against human cariogenic enzyme, glucosyltransferase (GTase) from the extracts of Magnoliae bark. The extracts were separated into three phases, i. e. water, n-butanol and ethylacetate according to their solvent polarity. Among them, ethylacetate fraction had approximately more than 70% of total activities, and the active principle was further isolated by prep. HPLC following silicagel column chromatography to yield single compound as white powder. The chemical structure of the compound was finally elucidated to be 4,4'-dihydroxy-3,3'-dimethoxylignan from the spectral data of FAB-MS. $^1H-\;and\;^{13}C-NMR$ spectrometries. The compound was also shown to have relatively strong antibacterial activity against ten types of cariogenic oral bacteria and one kind of Actinomyces sp.
UV-curable aliphatic epoxy acrylates were prepared by the reaction of glycerol diglycidyl ether (GDE) with 2-carboxyethyl acrylate (2-CEA) or 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate (2-HEA). The structures of the epoxy acrylates were characterized by FT-IR, $^1H$-NMR, and $^{13}C$-NMR and the yield was obtained by prep-LC. The UV- and the thermal-curing behaviors of the product were investigated using photo-DSC and DSC, respectively. The reactivity of 2-CEA was higher than 2-HEA and the yield of the product (GEA-C) which was prepared using 2-CEA was about 83%. The maximum UV-curing time ($T_{max}$) of the GEA-C contained non-reactive components and by-product was about 10 seconds. The GEA-C showed low color difference (${\Delta}E^*$), low viscosity, and good thermal stability - its value was 2.51, 192 cps, and $299^{\circ}C$ (at 5% weight loss), respectively. The activation energies ($E_a$) of thermal-curing reaction calculated from Kissinger and Ozawa-Flynn-Wall method were 91~92 kJ/mol.
To find out the relationship between the experience of clinical practice and the performance confidence, some 2nd and 3rd grade students in D health college who completed clinical practice in 2008. Sept. were surveyed. The results are as follows. 1. During the clinical practice of the dental hygiene students, the performance experience was highest in the basic prep. part among every part. As for the dental hygiene part, the students showed more than 70%, rather higher performance experience in the following parts: arrangement before and after treatment, suction, basic instruments setup, local anesthesia setup, extraction setup, resin filling setup, temporary filling setup, cements mixing, and ligation and removal setup. 2. As for performance confidence, those with performance experience showed higher performance confidence than those with only observation experience or with no experience in every treatment field except basic prep. (p < 0.001). 3. It was proven that the hygiene students have seldom had performance experience in other treatment parts except in assisting treatment part in clinical practice. In order to improve future performance experience on dental hygiene activities, subsequent research is needed to set more specific and objective criterion about the dental hygiene students' clinical practice.
The application of Nd:YAG laser and irrigants to the root surface can change its surface configurations. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Nd:YAG laser and irrigants on the apical seal of obturated canals. In this study, 66 single rooted teeth were randomly assigned to 4 group of 14 teeth each. 8 teeth were served us positive and negative controls. The teeth were divided into 6 groups as follows. Group A: Nd:YAG laser, 5% NaOCl + Rc-prep Group B: Nd:YAG laser, Saline Group C: 5% NaOCl + Rc-prep Group D: Saline Group E: Positive control Group F: Negative control 66 teeth were instrumented using Maillefer ProFile$^{\circledR}$ (Orifice Shapers, .04 taper, .06 taper Dentsply, Switzerland). Two of each group were selected at random, and the canal wall surfaces were examined under a SEM. 12 teeth of each group were obturated using by lateral condensation technique. Specimens were immersed in india ink for 7days, decalcified by 10% nitric acid, dehydrated by 75. 80. 85, 90, 95 and 100% alcohol in order cleared by methyl salicylate and then measured of dye penetration with stereomicroscope($\times$15 magnification) and Image Pro plus. The data were analyzed statistically by one-way ANOVA test and Duncan's Multiple Range test. The results were as follows : 1. The mean leakage was 0.128$\pm$0.376 for group A, 0.237$\pm$0.325 for group B, 0.397$\pm$0.468 for group C, 0.586$\pm$0.402 for group D, and there were statistically significant differences between group A and group D, group B and group D. (p<0.05). 2. Group A had better sealing ability than Group C, but there was statistically no significant differences. (p>0.05). 3. Group B had better sealing ability than Group D and there was statistically significant difference. (p<0.05). 4 Group A had better sealing ability than Group B, but there was statistically no significant difference. (p>0.05). 5. Group C had better sealing ability than Group D, but there was statistically no significant difference. (p>0.05). 6. As a result of observation under SEM, Smear layers were removed in Group A, B. but Smear layers were partially removed and smear plugs were remained in Group C, Smear layers were not removed in Group D. To be specially, Melting of smear layer were showed in Group C. 7. These results suggests that the laser has a potential in reducing the apical microleakage of obturated canals.
