Product Liability(PL) is a legal policy to deal with global competition by improving domestic industrial competitive power and to reduce the cost of defect products. The purpose of this paper is to address the state of the art solutions to dispute on PL, in reality of a frequent occurrence of global product exchange focussing on product safety that is one of the most important functions of PL and to improve solution of the product safety and reliability responsive to PL. To minimize PL exposure, manufacturers should reflect comprehensive product safety and reliability concepts in establishing PL prevention policies. Total PL prevention policies are composed of total quality management and product safety management system in respect of safety design, risk, and reliability. These PL prevention activities should be performed consistently during the total product life cycle, especially product research and development periods.

PL law seeks consumers'just compensation and effective deterrence through shirting liability principle from negligence to strict liability. Impact analysis of Product Liability(PL) Low requires consumers' perspectives. This paper performed a policy delphi to predict the impact of PL law on consumers. The study surveyed the opinions of 30 specialists in PL area, ranging from government, officials, professors, researchers, consumer activists, to business executives, for three times. The consumer are as follows: first of all, PL law can contribute to damage compensation significantly in that it stimulates consumer complaints through non- court procedures. It is very unlikely that suits will be increased rapidly due to PL because of the current law environment. The degree of influence of PL law on damage compensation will very according to the content of PL law. Secondly, PL law can contribute to deterrence in that it encourages companies' efforts for product safety while it doesn't undermine consumers' attentions to safety. The influence on companies' efforts will vary according to the content of PL law.

물류산업에 속한 기업의 경쟁전략은 글로벌 경쟁에서 개별 기업의 경쟁력만으로는 성장에 한계가 있기 때문에 개별 기업의 핵심역량을 결합하여 공급사슬을 형성하고, 전체 공습사슬의 관점에서 통합 및 최적화를 지향해야 할 필요가 있다. 이에 따라 기업의 물류부분에 대한 아웃소싱이 활발히 이루어지고 있는데, 이는 물류의 흐름관리가 기업의 핵심적인 전문영역이 아니면서도 경영관리상의 많은 노력과 재원을 요구하는 영역이며, 고객의 니즈 변화를 충족시키고 기업의 경쟁적 우위와 차별화의 수단으로 물류서비스에 대한 중요성을 인식하고 있기 때문이다. 국내 물류산업의 아웃소싱 현황은 주로 보관이나 운송 등 부분적인 물류기능에 치중해 있고 토털 형태의 아웃소싱인 3PL 업체의 활용단계는 아직 초보단계에 있는 것이 사실이지만, 물류시장의 개방으로 외국 업체의 진출과 화주기업의 3PL 서비스 질(3PL Service Quality)에 대한 다양한 요구는 3PL 시장의 큰 활성화를 예고하고 있다. 본 연구는 물류전문기업인 3PL 기업의 이용이 확대되고 있는 현 상황에서 서비스품질에 물류의 개념을 적용하여 3PL 기업이 제공하는 물류 서비스품질이 화주기업의 신뢰와 몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지, 또한, 화주기업과 3PL 서비스기업간의 신뢰와 몰입은 화주기업의 물류성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는 지를 규명하고자 한다. 연구결과, 3PL 업체에 대한 신뢰는 물류 서비스품질 요소의 가시성, 전문성에 의해 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 3PL 업체의 가용성, 가시성, 커뮤니케이션 요인이 몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 화주기업의 3PL 업체에 대한 신뢰와 몰입은 화주기업의 운영적, 재무적 성과를 강화하는 것으로 분석되었다. 연구결과를 토대로, 3PL 발전방향에 대한 효과적인 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

실리콘산화막에 $Si^+$이온을 주입하여 열처리를 한 후 상온에서 8K까지 온도를 변화시키며 PL을 측정하였다. 상온에서 50~80K까지는 PL intensity가 전체적으로 증가하였으며 50K 이하에서는 감소하였다. PL intensity가 증가하는 동안 peaks는 blue-shift가 일어났다. PL spectrum에서 peak를 보이는 파장에서 PL의 온도의존성을 측정하였다. 첫 번째 peak가 온도변화에 가장 민감하며 크기가 작은 peak일수록 온도의 영향을 적게 받는다. PL peak의 온도의존성을 분석하였다. 상온에서 50K 범위에서 PL intensity 대 1000/T그림에서 온도역수의 3차 함수로 fitting할 수 있었다. 온도가 내려갈수록 PL intensity가 증가하는 것을 nanocrystal 보다도 O위주 결함(Si-O-O)이나 Si위주 결함(Si-Si-O)들의 quantum size effect로 설명할 수 있었다.

Poly (ethylene oxide)/polylatide/poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO/PL/PEO) tri-block copolymers, which each block is connected by ester bond, were synthesized by coupling reaction of PL with PEO in the presence of pyridine. PL/PEO/PL tri-block copolymer was synthesized by ring opening polymerization of L-lactide initiated by PEO in the presence of stannous octoate. Degradation behavior of the copolymers was investigated in a pH 7.4 phosphate buffer saline (PBS) at 37$\pm$1 $^{\circ}C$. Gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and $^1$H-nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) were used to monitor the change of mass loss, molecular weight and composition of copolymers. In hydrolytic degradation, the PEO/PL/PEO tri-block copolymer with high PEO contents affected the increase of its mass loss, and resulted in the decrease of its molecular weight as well as PEO composition. However, when PL/PEO/PL and PEO/PL/PEO tri-block copolymers had similar PEO contents, PEO/PL/PEO decreased faster in molecular weight and PEO composition than PL/PEO/PL.

Phellinus linteus (PL)-hot water extract (PL-W) or- methanol extract (PL-M) was orally administered alone (single dose of 400, 800, 1600 mg/kg; 800 mg/kg/day for 5 days) or with cyclophosphamide (CY, 20 mg/kg, i.p.) to female ICR mice. Within PL alone-treated group, WBC and plaque forming cells (PFC) to SRBC were slightly and significantly enhanced when compared with control group. The relative thymus and spleen weights, WBC and PFC numbers were significantly decreased by the treatment of CY, whereas those values were markedly increased by the concomitant treatment of CY and PL when compared with CY administration alone. To assess the effects of PL and/or CY on the mitogen response of splenocytes io LPS, mouse splenocytes were stimulated with or without LPS in the presence of various concentration of PL and/or CY in vitro and splenocytes proliferation (SP) was measured by MTT assay. PL alone increased both SP and LPS- stimulated SP. Moreover, SP and LPS-induced SP suppressed by the treatment of CY alone were significantly restored by PL-treatment. These activities were higher by PL-M than by PL-W, These results indicated that PL was able to increase humoral immunity and to inhibit immunotoxicity induced by CY.

이논문에서는 metal organic chemical vapor deposition(MOCVD)에 의해서 성장된 InGaAsP/InP이종접합구조의 격자부정합이 Photoluminescence(PL)효율에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 격자부정합은 (400)과 {511} x-ray reflection을 통해 측정하였고, 부정합 전위의 유무는 x-ray to-pography와 PL imaging을 통해 확인했다. PL강도 측정결과, 상대적으로 높은 PL강도는 탄성적으로 스트레인을 받은 시료에, 낮은 PL강도는 전위로 인해 비탄성적으로 변형된 시료에서 얻어졌다. 성장온도에서 격자정합된 시료의 PL효율이 실온에서 가장 높은 것을 알 수 있었다. PL강도와 X-ray반치폭과 관계에서, 시료의 광전자 특성이 구조적 특성과 밀접하게 연관됨을 알 수 있었다.

기업의 글로벌화 과정에서 제3자 물류서비스(Third Party Logistics Provider, 3PL) 이용이 강화되고 있다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 3PL기업이 제공하는 물류정보시스템의 효과성을 검정하기 위한 연구이다. 이를 위해 3PL 물류정보 시스템의 특성이 화주기업의 공급사슬성과 즉, 물류성과, 고객성과, 조직성과에 미치는 영향과 화주기업의 3PL 기업에 대한 충성도 즉 3PL 기업성과 간의 관계를 검정하고자 한다. 아울러 화주기업과 3PL기업간의 장기관계지향성이 화주기업의 공급사슬관리와 3PL기업성과간의 관계에서 조절역할을 하는지를 검정하여 3PL기업에 전략적 시사점을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 연구의 가설검정을 위해 화주기업을 대상으로 총 205부의 데이터 수집하여 분석에 사용하였으며 SPSS 24.0과 AMOS 21.0 통계프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 3PL물류정보시스템의 정확성, 적시성, 유용성은 모두 화주기업의 공급사슬성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 3PL물류정보시스템의 정확성, 적시성, 유용성은 모두 3PL기업성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 화주기업의 공급사슬성과는 3PL기업성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로, 장기관계지향성은 화주기업 공급사슬성과와 3PL기업성과 간의 관계에서 조절영향을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 3PL물류기업의 물류정보시스템을 통한 경쟁우위확보를 위해 학술적 및 실무적 시사점의 제공을 목적으로 한다.

Objectives: This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of Pueraria lobata (PL) extract on obesity related hormones in rats with estrogen deficiency. Methods: The experiments were performed with the use of ovariectomized rats as estrogen-deficient obesity rat model. They were grouped Normal (sham operation group), Control (ovariectomy group), 50 mg/kg PL (ovariectomy group＋50 mg/kg of PL), 100 mg/kg PL (ovariectomy group＋100 mg/kg of PL), 200 mg/kg PL (ovariectomy group＋200 mg/kg of PL). PL extract was orally administered for 8 weeks once a day. Body weights and serum levels of hormones, such as leptin, estradiol, cholecystokinin (CCK), ghrelin, and adiponectin were estimated by ELISA. Results: PL extract significantly decreased body weight, the serum levels of leptin in estrogen-deficient obesity rats. PL extract significantly increased the serum levels of estradiol and CCK. However, PL extract did not directly effect on the levels of ghrelin and adiponectin in estrogen-deficient obesity rats. Conclusions: It is concluded that PL extract reduced body weight, and regulate the hormones related to energy metabolism. PL extract decreased the serum levels of leptin. PL extract increased the serum levels of estradiol and CCK. These results indicate that PL might have potentials for treatment of obesity and complications during the menopause caused by estrogen-deficiency.

In this paper, we explain Production Liability(PL) law and research Protection and Deference of Manufacturing Company for Production Liability Law. As Protection of Manufacturing company for PL law, we suggest company wide strategy and check list of organization of PL, design, manufacturing field, explanatory note, warning and instruct passage, sales and after service etc as TQM(total quality management) strategic. TQM of protect management of PL, which are all systematic manage of company. We also suggest defence of PL law as inside of company and insure PL insurance as outside of company.
