FDANT-PCSV: Parallel Coordinates 및 Sankey 시각화를 이용한 신속한 이상 트래픽 탐지 (FDANT-PCSV: Fast Detection of Abnormal Network Traffic Using Parallel Coordinates and Sankey Visualization)

  • 기업의 네트워크가 대규모화되고 보안시스템 수가 많아짐에 따라 엄청난 양의 보안시스템 이벤트로부터 이상 트래픽을 신속하게 탐지하기란 쉽지 않다. 본 논문에서는 방화벽 등 정보보호 시스템의 보안이벤트를 실시간 탐지하고 분석할 수 있는 트래픽 시각화 분석시스템(FDANT-PCSV)를 제안한다. FDANT-PCSV는 보안이벤트 중 5가지 인자(출발지 IP, 목적지 IP, 목적지 포트, 패킷 길이, 처리상태)를 이용한 Parallel Coordinates 시각화와 4가지 인자(출발지 IP, 목적지 IP, 이벤트 수, 데이터 크기)를 이용한 Sankey 시각화로 구성된다. 또한, 빅데이터 기반 SIEM을 이용하기 때문에 인터넷 및 인트라넷에서 발생하는 네트워크 공격과 네트워크 장애 트래픽을 실시간 탐지할 수 있다. FDANT-PCSV는 사이버 보안 관제요원과 네트워크 관리자가 네트워크 이상 트래픽을 빠르고 쉽게 탐지하여 네트워크 위협에 신속히 대응할 수 있도록 해준다.

  • This paper presents a six sigma application case study for an automobile PCSV manufacturing process using rolled throughput yield improvement activity. Hidden factor and first yield concept is introduced and DMAIC procedure is implemented to maximize the first pass yield. The result of the six sigma project amounts to the reduction of failure cost of 0.1 billion won per year in the PCSV manufacturing process. This paper can benefit six sigma practitioners in some ways.

  • To reduce the shock in shifting, the clutches and the brakes in automatic transmission have to be connected smoothly and disconnected rapidly. It is PCSV(Pressure Control Solenoid Valve) that paly this role of automatic transmission. In this paper, there were two steps in the analysis of the PCSV. The first step was modeling the elctromagnet by the permeance method. The second step was modeling the hydraulic circuit by the pressure differential equa- tion. In addition to this modeling, a experiment was performed and the commercial package program was used in order to justify modeling. The result of modeling coincide with the result of experiment and commercial package program. As a result, this modeling is usable in analysis of dynamic characteristics of the PCSV.

자동변속기 클러치 시스템의 동특성 해석 (Dynamic Characteristics of Clutch System for an Automatic Transmission)

  • In this paper, dynamic characteristics of an AT clutch system were investigated considering the dynamics of check ball and hydraulic control valves. Dynamic model of a pressure control solenoid valve (PCSV) was obtained by Bondgraph and permeance method. Also, the clutch piston and check ball dynamics were modeled by considering the effect of centrifugal force of the oil entrapped in the clutch chamber. In order to validate the dynamic models obtained, plunger displacement of PCSV and pressure response of the clutch supply lines were compared with the available experimental data, which were in good accordance with the numerical results. Using the dynamic model of the clutch system, simulations were performed to investigate the effect of the rotational speed on the response of clutch cylinder pressure, clutch piston and check ball displacement, and oil flow rate into the cylinder and flow rate out of the check valve.

가솔린 엔진 배출가스 제어장치에 대한 고장사례 고찰 (Study of Failure Examples for Emission Gas Control System in Gasoline Engine)

  • 이 논문의 목적은 승용자동차의 배출가스 제어장치에 대한 고장사례 연구이다. 첫 번째 사례의 원인은 퍼지 컨트럴 솔레노이드밸브(PCSV)가 일정한 동작조건에서 열리지 말아야 하나, 오작동 되어 열림으로써 서지탱크로 증발가스가 유입되어 이것이 연료량이 농후한 것으로 측정되었다. 이 결과 엔진의 ECU(Electronic control uint)에서 연료의 분사량을 줄임으로써 공회전시 엔진의 부조화 현상이 발생된 것으로 확인되었다. 두 번째 사례에서는, EGR 밸브를 작동하는 호스가 다른 곳으로 조립되어 진공압력이 공급되지 않았다. 이로 인해 EGR 밸브가 작동되지 않고 다른 곳에서 진공이 누설됨으로써 엔진이 부조화 현상이 발생된 것으로 확인되었다. 세 번째 사례는 두개의 센서 가운데 뒤쪽(Rear side) 산소센서가 다른 자동차의 산소센서로 오장착됨으로 인해 산소량을 감지하지 못해 감속시 급격하게 속도가 줄어든 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서, 배출가스 제어 장치에 관련된 시스템은 최적의 상태로 작동되어 배출가스를 저감하는 역할을 할 수 있도록 철저한 관리가 요구된다.

  • A study to reduce the transient torque in shifting in automatic transmission has been very important issue. Recently it is really dominant to decrease the torque by using independent-acting hydraulic circuit because we can control the clutch pressure actively and elaborately. So we design the new hydraulic circuit to control the clutches in automatic transmission and make the module library of computer simulations, We apply the results to GM model automatic transmission and carry out 1longrightarrow4 shifting simulations. By this work we recognize the capability of active and elaborate clutch pressure control using new hydraulic circuit. In addition We develop the tool to simulate the powertrain system. It is easier to update and exchange the subsystem model or parameters than conventional simulation tools.

  • The objective of this paper is to clarify the flow characteristic, velocity distribution, pressure loss, and other such fundamental data for the canister during loading and purging. The amount of gas that is loaded increases as the loading rate is decreased and the time increased, and the purging improves as the purge rate is increased. The hydrocarbons that are purged initially have a high concentration, and a large amount is purged. During loading and purging, the temperature initially increases and decreases drastically due to heat generation and heat loss.
