The propagation of plane waves in a linear, homogeneous and isotropic nonlocal generalized thermoelastic solid medium is considered in the framework of Lord and Shulman generalization. The governing field equations are formulated and specialized in a plane. Plane wave solutions of governing equations show that there exists three plane waves, namely, P, thermal and SV waves which propagate with distinct speeds. Reflection of P and SV waves from thermally insulated or isothermal boundary of a half-space is considered. The relevant boundary conditions are applied at stress free boundary and a non-homogeneous system of three equations in reflection coefficients is obtained. For incidence of both P and SV waves, the expressions for energy ratios of reflected P, thermal and SV waves are also obtained. The speeds and energy ratios of reflected waves are computed for relevant physical constants of a thermoelastic material. The speeds of plane waves are plotted against nonlocal parameter and frequency. The energy ratios of reflected waves are also plotted against the angle of incidence of P wave at a thermally insulated stress-free surface. The effect of nonlocal parameter is shown graphically on the speeds and energy ratios of reflected waves.

This papaer presents a new algorithm for the P-wave detection in the ECG signal. Digital differentiation method (7-point derivative) is used for detecting P-waves exactly. This algorithm can detect various parameters of PR, PP, RR interval, which are important to diagnosis AV blocks and WPW syndrome. Especially, this algorithm can detect P-waves very efficiently not only in well-preprocessed waves but in pccr waves with noise and artifact. And it enables to develope more reliable automatic diagnosis algorithm.

This study was concerned, after the oxide films(50 [.angs.]) were grown in a furnace and the MOS capacitor fabricated, with experimental comparison and verification about the Interference Effect of Electronic Waves in the ultra thin oxide/silicon interface. The average error was about 0.8404[%] in n'gate/p-sub and about 0.2991[%] in p$^{+}$gate/p-sub. Therefore, it was predicted that the Interference Effect of Electronic Waves can overcome somewhat according to the gate polarity.

P, SH, SV 파를 동시에 발생시킬 수 있는 타격방법을 고안하여 3성분 지오폰으로 수신함으로써, 발생된 탄성파를 벡터형태로 획득하고 분석하는 연구를 수행하였다. 시험자료로는 94 m의 측선을 따라 2 m 간격으로 설치한 수신점에서 0.5 ms 간격으로 512 ms 동안 기록한 24채널 자료를 사용하였다. 획득한 시험자료의 수직성분에는 굴절 및 반사된 P파가 뚜렷하게 기록되어 있으며, 측선에 수직한 수평성분에는 SH파, 측선에 평행한 수평성분에는 직접 P파와 PS 변환파가 비교적 강하게 기록되었다. 동시에 획득한 수직 및 측선에 수직한 수평성분에 각각 기록된 P파 및 SH파 초동을 굴절파 토모그래피 방식으로 역산한 결과, P파 및 S파 속도 토모그램을 얻을 수 있었으며, 이 두 속도단면으로부터 동포아송비 값을 효과적으로 구할 수 있었다.

The near field is discretized into finite elements, and the far field into infinite elements. Closed form far-field solutions to three fundamental problems are used as the shape functions of the infinite elements. Such infinite elements are capable of transmitting all surface and body waves. An efficient scheme to integrate numerically the stiffness and mass matrices of these elements in presented. Results agree closely with those obtained by others.

비기하적 $S^*$ 및 $P^*$파를 계산하고 그들의 특정적 성질을 추론하였다. 이들 파는 점진원의 불균질성 P파에 의해 매질의 자유표변 또는 두 매질사이의 접촉면에서 발생하여 매질 속을 균질성 S파 또는 P파로서 전파된다. 진원점과 수진점이 지표면이 아니라, 지하 깊이에 위치해 있을 때에도 계산이 가능하도록 만들어진 반사도 기법을 이용하여 이들 파의 합성지진파를 계산하였다. 이 계산과정에서 각 매질층에 대한 전파행렬식을 효과적으로 계산하는 방법을 제시하여 계산시간과 컴퓨터의 필요한 기억용량을 줄일 수 있도록 하였다. 계산된 합성지진파로부터 자유면에서 발생한 $S^*$파와, 매질 접촉면에서 발생한 반사 $S^*$파, 투과 $S^*$파 및 투과 $P^*$파에 대한 방사양상을 산출하였다. 여러 방사방향에 대한 이들 파동의 변위변화는 극의 반전, 진폭의 단순감쇠 빛 비단순변화등의 현상이 속도구조에 따라서 다르게 나타났다. 선두파 형식의 $S^*$ 및 $P^*$파에 대해서는 수진점 거리증가에 따른 진폭감쇠 정도를 유추하였다.

천부 탄성파 탐사 기록에서 신호부를 약화시키는 레일리파를 제거하고, 초동 인지가 어려운 S파 신호를 강화하는 방법을 제시하고자 다성분 복소트레이스 분석법에 기초한 분극 필터를 작성하였다. 이 분극필터의 효율성을 시험하기 위해서 단순한 수평 2층 모델 자료를 유한차분법으로 합성하였다. 그 결과 타원운동을 하는 레일리파가 비교적 잘 제거되고 선형운동의 P파와 S파도 효과적으로 분리됨을 볼 수 있었다.

SH파 굴절법 토모그래피와 표면파 분산자료 역산을 통하여 2차원 S파 속도단면을 각각 구하였고, 비교 목적으로 P파 속도단면도 함께 구하였다. P파와 표면파는 지표에 수직하게 타격하여 발생시켰으며, 100 Hz와 4.5 Hz 수직지오폰 24개로 각각 수신하였다. SH파는 50 kg 나무원목의 좌우를 타격하여 발생시켰고, 8 Hz 수평 지오폰으로 수신하였으며, 좌측타격에서 우측타격을 빼주어 SH파 신호를 강화하였다. 초동주시 토모그램과 표면파 분산곡선으로부터 역산과정을 거쳐서 구한 S파 속도단면을 비교한 결과, 두 단면의 전체적인 양상은 서로 비슷하지만, 표면파 역산으로 구한 S파 속도단면이 전반적으로 작은 값을 갖는 경향을 보인다. 잡음에 취약한 SH파는 P파 및 PS 변환파 도달 이후에 기록되어 초동선택이 어려운 문제가 있으며, 균질한 수평모델을 가정하는 표면파의 분산곡선 역산은 측방 변화가 심한 곳에서 지하구조를 정확히 밝히는데 한계가 있음을 보인다.

In this study, a P- and T-wave detection algorithm in ECG, obtained by minimized filtering to prevent waveform distortion, has been realized. The algorithm uses two slope tracing waves, the descending slope tracing wave and the ascending slope tracing wave, developed for efficient determination of slope inverting points and sudden slope changing points. The algorithm generates the slope tracing waves which trace the original ECG wave, and subtracts one tracing wave from the other to detect P- and T-waves. The algorithm has been applied to MIT/BIH database in order to verify its efficacy and validity in practical applications.
