We first confirmed the involvement of MalQ (4-${\alpha}$-glucanotransferase) in Escherichia coli glycogen breakdown by both in vitro and in vivo assays. In vivo tests of the knock-out mutant, ${\Delta}malQ$, showed that glycogen slowly decreased after the stationary phase compared to the wild-type strain, indicating the involvement of MalQ in glycogen degradation. In vitro assays incubated glycogen-mimic substrate, branched cyclodextrin (maltotetraosyl-${\beta}$-CD: G4-${\beta}$-CD) and glycogen phosphorylase (GlgP)-limit dextrin with a set of variable combinations of E. coli enzymes, including GlgX (debranching enzyme), MalP (maltodextrin phosphorylase), GlgP and MalQ. In the absence of GlgP, the reaction of MalP, GlgX and MalQ on substrates produced glucose-1-P (glc-1-P) 3-fold faster than without MalQ. The results revealed that MalQ led to disproportionate G4 released from GlgP-limit dextrin to another acceptor, G4, which is phosphorylated by MalP. In contrast, in the absence of MalP, the reaction of GlgX, GlgP and MalQ resulted in a 1.6-fold increased production of glc-1-P than without MalQ. The result indicated that the G4-branch chains of GlgP-limit dextrin are released by GlgX hydrolysis, and then MalQ transfers the resultant G4 either to another branch chain or another G4 that can immediately be phosphorylated into glc-1-P by GlgP. Thus, we propose a model of two possible MalQ-involved pathways in glycogen degradation. The operon structure of MalP-defecting enterobacteria strongly supports the involvement of MalQ and GlgP as alternative pathways in glycogen degradation.

This paper defines Carlitz's type (p, q)-Genocchi polynomials and Carlitz's type (h, p, q)-Genocchi polynomials, and explains fourteen properties which can be complemented by Carlitz's type (p, q)-Genocchi polynomials and Carlitz's type (h, p, q)-Genocchi polynomials, including distribution relation, symmetric property, and property of complement. Also, it explores alternating powers sums by proving symmetric property related to Carlitz's type (p, q)-Genocchi polynomials.

In this paper, we give some interesting symmetric identities of the (p, q)-Hurwitz zeta function. We also give some new interesting properties, explicit formulas, a connection with (p, q)-Bernoulli numbers and polynomials.

In this paper we discussed some growth properties of entire functions of several complex variables on the basis of (p, q)-𝜑 relative Gol'dberg type and (p, q)-𝜑 relative Gol'dberg weal type where p, q are positive integers and 𝜑(R) : [0, +∞) → (0, +∞) is a non-decreasing unbounded function.

Orders and types of entire functions have been actively investigated by many authors. In this paper, we investigate some basic properties in connection with sum and product of relative (p, q, t) L-th order, relative (p, q, t) L-th type, and relative (p, q, t) L-th weak type of entire functions with respect to another entire function where $p,q{\in}{\mathbb{N}}$ and $t{\in}{\mathbb{N}}{\cup}\{-1,0\}$.

In this paper, two weight conditions are introduced and the multiple weighted strong and weak characterizations of the multilinear fractional new maximal operator 𝓜_ϕ,β are established. Meanwhile, we introduce the ${\mathcal{S}}_{({\vec{p}},q),{\beta}}({\varphi})$ and $B_{({\vec{p}},q),{\beta}}({\varphi})$ conditions and obtain the characterization of two-weighted inequalities for 𝓜_ϕ,β. Finally, the relationships of the conditions ${\mathcal{S}}_{({\vec{p}},q),{\beta}}({\varphi}),\,{\mathcal{A}}_{({\vec{p}},q),{\beta}}({\varphi})$ and $B_{({\vec{p}},q),{\beta}}({\varphi})$ and the characterization of the one-weight $A_{({\vec{p}},q),{\beta}}({\varphi})$ are given.

코로나19의 일일 확진자 수는 천명 후반대에서 2천명대를 유지하고 있으며, 백신접종률이 증가함에도 불구하고 확진자수가 쉽게 줄어들지 않는 상황이다. 변이바이러스는 계속해서 등장하고, 현재는 뮤 변이 바이러스까지 국내에 유입되었다. 본 논문은 코로나 예방전략을 위해 SARIMA 모델을 통해 코로나19 국내 확진자 수를 예측한다. ADF Test와 KPSS Test를 통해 데이터에 추세와 계절성이 있음을 확인한다. SARIMA(p,d,q)(P,D,Q,S)의 p, d, q, P, D, Q의 값은 모형 차수결정 정리로 파라미터를 추출한다. ACF와 PACF를 통해 p, q 파라미터를 추론한다. 차분, 로그변환, 계절성제거 등을 통해 데이터를 정상성 형태로 변환하고, 도식화 하여 파라미터를 도출하고, 계절성이 있다면 S를 정하고, SARIMA P,D,Q를 정하고, 계절성을 제외한 차수에 대해 ACF와 PACF를 보고 ARIMA p,d,q를 정한다.

We construct a general bi-basic inverse series relation which provides extension to several q-polynomials including the Askey-Wilson polynomials and the q-Racah polynomials. We introduce a general class of polynomials suggested by this general inverse pair which would unify certain polynomials such as the q-extended Jacobi polynomials and q-Konhauser polynomials. We then emphasize on applications of the general inverse pair and obtain the generating function relations, summation formulas involving the associated polynomials and derive the p-deformation of some of the q-analogues of Riordan's classes of inverse series relations. We also illustrate the companion matrix corresponding to the general class of polynomials; this is followed by a chart showing the reducibility of the extended p-deformed Askey-Wilson polynomials as well as the extended p-deformed q-Racah polynomials.

In this paper, we define a $p$, $q$-difference operator and obtain an explicit formula which is used to express the $p$, $q$-analogue of the unified generalization of Stirling numbers and its exponential generating function in terms of the $p$, $q$-difference operator. Explicit formulas for the non-central $q$-Stirling numbers of the second kind and non-central $q$-Lah numbers are derived using the new $q$-analogue of Newton's interpolation formula. Moreover, a $p$, $q$-analogue of Newton's interpolation formula is established.
