During the manufacturing process of a propeller for a large scale commercial ships, several times of turn-over process should be required. Propeller turn-over is a indispensible process but not easy because of its heavy weight and complicate shape. Recently, we developed a new type of turn-over system for a large scale propeller. The system consists of turning roller devices, sliding transfer system, clamping devices and so on. In this paper, we described the design process which includes mechanical structure design, dynamic analysis and assembly with a laser tracker.

단백질 또는 peptide bond를 가수분해하는 protease는 현재 산업의 각 분야에서 널리 응용되고 있으며, 사용범위가 점차 확산되고 있는 추세이다. 따라서 본 실험에서는 미생물이 생산하는 단백질분해효소를 분리 정제하여 그의 성질을 규명 및 skin turn-over 효과를 조사하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of Self-efficacy and Social Support in the emotional labor among hospital nurses. Method: Data was collected from 389 nurses in 3 general hospitals by means of structured questionnaires. Data was analyzed with descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient and hierarchial multiple regression using the SPSS 14.0 program. Result: (a) self-efficacy of hospital nurses had no significant moderating and mediating effects between emotional labor and burn out, turn over intention. (b) Social support of hospital nurses had significant mediating effects between emotional labor and burn out, turn over intention. However, social support did not show moderating effects. Conclusion: Social support was a more important predictor of emotional labor than self-efficacy of hospital nurses. This finding suggests the importance of social support to increase hospital nurses psychological well-being and development of organization.

Purpose: This study was done to identify internal marketing activity, emotional labor and work-family conflict that influence turn-over in hospital nurses. Methods: Participants were 513 nurses from 2 general hospitals in Chung-nam and Gyeonggi Provinces, South Korea. Data were collected from September 1 to 30, 2011 using self-report questionnaires. Stepwise multiple regression was used to identify association between variables. Results: The mean score for internal marketing activity was $94.7{\pm}14.7$, emotional labor, $31.4{\pm}5.5$, work-family conflict, $19.6{\pm}4.1$, and turn-over, $13.7{\pm}3.4$. After adjusting for general characteristics, stepwise multiple regression showed that work-family conflict (${\beta}=.20$, p<.001), marketing activity (${\beta}=-.21$, p<.001), and emotional labor (${\beta}=.22$, p<.001) were associated with turn-over. These predictors accounted for 33% of variance in turn-over. Conclusion: The results of this study show that work-family conflict was the most influential predictor indicating a need for the development of strategies to reduce work-family conflict and emotional labor. At the same time internal marketing activity should be supported in the hospital by analyzing the needs for nurses. Also career development programs and mentor systems will be useful for effective manpower management and quality improvement of nursing services.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of private tutor's job stress on the organizational commitment and turn-over intention and to verify the mediating effect of the organizational commitment. The questionnaire survey was peformed for 332 private tutors in special education region in Seoul. The collected data were used as a model of path coefficients obtained through analysis of structure equation model(SEM) and hypothesis verification. The result of the verification is as follows. First, both stress by student and stress by administrative support showed statistically significant negative effects on the organizational commitment. Second, the private tutor's organizational commitment showed a statistically significant negative effects on the turn-over intention. Third, both stress by task and stress by conflict in organization showed statistically significant positive effects on the turn-over intention. Fourth, even if both stress by student and stress by administrative support showed statistically no significant effects on the turn-over intention, they showed statistically significant effects on the turn-over intention with the mediating effect of the organizational commitment. It was confirmed that the turn-over intention can be decreased by relief of the private tutor's job stress and enhancement of the organizational commitment. In this process, it is meaningful to verify the role and function of the private tutor's organizational commitment.

Currently, the minimum breadth as a point available for U-turn setup is designated as "over 9m for one way" in the traffic safety facilities practical manuals, and vehicles allowed to make a U-turn are limited to passenger cars. However, as passenger cars have recently become larger and SUVs (Sports Utility Vehicles) are being popularized, they fail to make a U-turn in one attempt. This causes a traffic jam and a problem with traffic safety. This study proposed, compared, and tested the measured values of actual differences in the turning radius of U-turn by actual cars with estimated values by using PC-Crash, a car accident simulation program. Then, the study forecasted the turning radius of U-turns of Korean passenger cars by using PC-Crash, and proposed appropriate breadth for U-turn setup.

Garolim Bay is typically a semi-enclosed bay without a significant supply of freshwater and sediments from surrounding drainage area. The bay have a variety of subenvironments including deep tidal channels, tidal flats, sand dunes, islands, and inlet. Because environmental quality of bay strongly depends on the exchange of water over benthic subenvironments, it is necessary to analyze quantitatively exchange of water between sea and bay. Hydro-hypsography is the relative distribution of water-surface areas at different depths. The hydro-hypsographic curve in Garolim bay shows that the tidal flats occupy about 77 % of the bay surface. Hydraulic turn-over time (HTT) is 1.32 tidal cycles which indicate well-flushed bay. Hydro-hypsometric techniques will be useful for assessments of health of bays.

In this study, we deal with the system design and development of the automatic page passing machine. In order to turn pages without injury of a book or a musical note, we used an inhalation motor. Also, when we turn over pages. the successive actions of fixation and inhalation are embodied by motors which are operated by a microprocessor. In traditional products. some limited pages must be fixed into the Turning Bar in advance. On the contrary, proposed equipment is able to turn over the pages of a book without laying the groundwork. Experimental results using produced facilities are presented to demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed equipment.
