From the 24 kinds of literature on the Consumptive disease, it can be concluded as follows. 1. The consumptive disease is the Imparement of deficiency type due to overstrain. it is a general term for these all symptom such as and Deficiency of primordial Qi and Essence of life and blood. 2. The excessive fire due to Yin-Deficiency and the injury of spleen-stomach is accounted much of the cause of Consumptive disease. 3. The main cause of the Hepatic asthenia are the Anger, Consumption and over-thinking. 4. The symptoms of the Consumptive disease are mainly caused by the functional disorder of Liver taking charge of tendons. storing and regulating blood, Heart being in charge of blood circulation. taking charge of mental activities. Spleen taking charge of muscles, transforting and transforming nutrients. Lung taking charge of skins and hairs, taking charge of respirations, Kidney taking charge of bones, storing essence of life. 5. The main symptoms of Hepatic asthenia are flaccidity of muscles and temeons which causes limited movement caused by muscular atonia and the loss of bightness of eyes. 6. The main treatments of Consumptive disease are the invigorating the Spleen-stomach and the invigorating the Kidney and storing essence of life. 7. The treatments of Hepatic asthenia are the moderating the middle and the nourishing the muscles and tendons.

본 연구는 콘텐츠 제공자들이 자사의 콘텐츠를 보다 저렴한 비용과 높은 품질로 제공하기 위하여 이용자들이 가입되어 있는 ISP에게 직접 접속할 수 있는 다양한 기술을 적용할 경우, ISP들이 CP와 인터넷 가입자에게 망 혼잡에 따른 추가적인 접속료를 부과할 수 있다는 모형을 설정하고 분석한다. 이 경우 CP의 시장상황에 따라 ISP가 책정하는 접속료의 수준은 많이 달라질 것이다. CP가 경쟁적인 경우에는 이부제 요금을 적용하고 있는 ISP간 경쟁하에서 접속료는 CP요금과 함께 사회적 최적 상태와 동일하게 결정될 것이지만 CP가 독점적일 경우 ISP는 접속료에 대한 CP 요금 민감도에 따라 접속료 수준을 다르게 책정할 가능성이 있다. CP가 독점적인 경우 규제를 통해 사회후생의 왜곡을 치유할 수 있는데, 사회적 최적 접속료는 CP가 경쟁적인 경우보다 낮은 수준이다. 이는 CP가 독점적이므로 규제에 의해 접속료가 결정되면 그 접속료를 기반으로 CP가 한계비용보다 큰 요금을 결정하기 때문에 규제자는 접속료를 CP가 경쟁적일 때보다 낮게 책정하는 것이 사회후생을 더 증가시키게 된다.

본 논문에서는 ferroelectric(HfO₂)구조가 적용된 3D NAND flash memory의 parameter에 따른 lateral charge migration의 retention과 V_th를 분석하였다. P_s가 클수록 Program 시 ferroelectric에서 가능한 최대 polarization이 크기 때문에 초기 V_th는 P_s 25µC/cm² 보다 P_s 70µC/cm²에서 약 1.04V차이로 커진다. 또한 Program 이후 trap된 전자는 시간이 지남에 따라서 lateral charge migration이 발생한다. Program 이후 gate에 전압을 가하지 않고 ferroelectric은 polarization을 유지하기 때문에 P_s와 크게 관계없이 P_r이 클수록 polarization이 커지고 lateral charge migration에 의한 ∆V_th는 P_r 5µC/cm² 보다 P_r 50µC/cm²에서 약 1.54V차이로 작아진다.

The hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si : H) holds good promise for radiation detection from its inherent merits over crystalline counterpart. For the application to alpha spectroscopy, the induced charge collection in a-Si : H pin detector diodes ons simulated based on a relevant non-uniform charge generation model. The simulation was peformed for the initial energy and the range of incident alpha particles, detector thickness and the operational parameters such as the applied reverse bias voltage and shaping time. From the simulation, the total charge collection was strongly affected by hole collection as expected. To get a reasonable signal generation, therefore, the hole collection should be seriously considered for detector operational parameters such as shaping time and reverse voltage etc. For the spectroscopy of alpha particle from common alpha sources, the amorphous silicon should have about 70${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ thickness.

$^{27}AI$ triple quantum magic angle spinning (3QMAS) NMR spectra of several mordenite (MOR) sample were simulated with the point charge model method and compared with experimental 3QMAS spectra. Signal positions from different tetrahedral (T) sites in 3QMAS spectra are mainly governed by local structures of T sites such as T-O-T angles and T-O bond lengths. When preparation methods, cations in addition to Si/Al rations vary, the local structures of T sites in MOR change enough to alter signal patterns in 3QMAS of MOR. This inhibits to study the of Al distribution variation over 4 different T sites in mordenite during process such as dealumination by 3QMAS spectra.

This paper offer fundamental ones about insulation diagnosis with electromagnetic wave, when discharges occurred. To simulate Partial-Discharge(PD), It is used needle-plane electrode in air. As the voltages applied, measure the electromagnetic wave with monopole antenna and analysis its fundamental characteristics, then, acquired data were operated. The results presented as the form of graph, and the magnitude of charge when occurred PD simultaneously. In conclusion, when the magnitude of charge over 100[pC], the electric field strength changed, and then the magnitude of charge and the electric field strength increased samely.

The proposed system controls the over and under currents of battery for protecting and it was applied algorithm for optimum conditions to estimate the State Of Charge(SOC) and State Of Health(SOH) in charge or discharge mode. It approved the performance and the algorithm for the estimation of SOH, through the experiments which using the charge and discharge tester and the field tests.

The impact of major surface chemical properties of silica sols on the retention and drainage performance of the silica based micrparticle system, Compozil was investigated using four different silica sols. And the effect of silica properties on the interactions with cationic starch and cationic plyacrylamide has also been identified. The surface charge density and the stability over pH of silica sols were increased by introducing aluminosilicate anions at surface. It was found that the charge density of silica sols determined the addition level necessary to attain the maximum retention and drainage. When silica sols were combined with cationic starch, the change density of the product was the critical properties and the degree of microagregation was of minor importance. In the cationic polyacrylamide system the degree of colloid structure appeared to be a more critcial property than the charge density of silica sols.

Ion transport of a polypyrrole/chloride (PPy/Cl) film and a polypyrrole/poly(styenesulfonate) (PPy/PSS) film as a function of applied dc potential was investigated by employing electrogravimetric impedance technique and electrochemical impedance technique. The cation and anion contribution to the whole charge capacitance and the diffusion coefficients of cation and anion in a PPy/PSS film were calculated by fitting the electrogravimetric impedance data with proposed model circuit. The diffusion coefficients of $Na^+$ in a 1 M $NaClO_4$ solution are over 1 order of magnitude larger than those of $ClO{_4}^-$, and $ClO{_4}^-$ contribution to charge compensation decreases as dc potential lowers. The charge compensation of a PPy/Cl film ir a 1 M CsCl solution is carried out largely by $Cl^-$ at 0.2 V vs. Ag/AgCl and by $Cs^+$ as well as $Cl^-$ at -0.4 V.
