1D 방법에 의한 6MeV 전자선의 output 인자 결정 (Determination of output factors by 1D method for 6MeV electron)

  • 6MeV 전자선의 output 인자를 결정하기 위해 간편하게 output 인자를 예측하는 수단인 1D(Dimension) 방법을 이용하였으며 그리고 1D 방법으로 결정된 output 인자를 개별적 beam cutout 하에서 직접 측정한 output 인자와 비교하여 1D 방법의 정확성을 분석하였다. 1D 방법은 정방형 field의 한 변과 항상 동일한 한 변을 갖는 사각형 field의 output 인자로서 규정되며, 임의의 사각형 field (X,Y)의 output은 1D output 인자의 곱으로 주어진다. 6MeV 전자선의 대단히 큰 정방형 field의 output은 1D 방법을 사용하면 실제보다 높은 값을 나타내지만 교정인자 CF=C.[(X-10)(Y-10)/$\mid$(X-10)(Y-10)$\mid^{1/2}]$를 적용하면 개별적 cutout하에 직접 측정된 output 인자와 잘 일치하였으며 그 오차 범위는 1% 이내였다.

  • Firstly, this study has analyzed the following factors affecting the optimum specifications and design of distributive transformers: 1. Facilities installation cost per unit power output. 2. Facilities operating & maintenance cost per unit power output. 3. Production cost per unit power output. 4. Load factor. 5. Loss factor. Secondly, it has clarified the relations between the following factors and the specifications and design of distributive transformers; 1. No-load loss., 2. Load loss., 3. Voltage regulation., 4. Exciting current. Finally, it has determined the method of the most economic design for the transformers using the above factors and relations, and, for optimum the illustrative purpose, suggested their optimum specifications, way of evaluation, and merits by means of typical example.

  • In this paper, 200 W power supply for LED driver has been designed, analyzed, simulated and tested. Input AC voltage of 100VAC-240VAC was converted to DC voltage by high power factor converter. Output voltage was controlled, and output current was controlled by constant current when output current was reached to LED maximum rated current. By simulation and experimental test, voltage and current control and high power factor characteristics are verified.

  • Power factor improved for single-phase buck-converter is studied in the paper. To sinusoidal waveform the input current with a near-unity power factor over a wide variety of operating conditions, the output capacitor is operated with voltage reversibility for the supply by arranging the auxiliary diode and power switching device. Then the output voltage is superposed on the input voltage during on time duration of power switching devices in order to minimize the input current distortion caused by the small input voltage when changing the polarity. The tested setup, using two insulated gate bipolar transistors(IGBT) and a microcomputer, is implemented and IGBT are switched with 20[kHz], which is out of the audible band. Moreover, a rigorous state-space analysis is introduced to predict the operation of the rectifier. The simulated results confirm that the input current can be sinusoidal waveform with a near-unity power factor and a satisfactory output voltage regulation can be achieved.

  • Previous AC/DC PFC Boost Converter perceives feed forward signal of input and feedback signal of output for average current-mode control. Previous Boost Converter, the quantity of input current will be decreased by the decrease of output current in light load, and also power factor comes to be decreased. Also the efficiency of converter will be decreased by the decrease of power factor. The proposed converter presents the good PFC(Power Factor Correction), low line current hormonic distortions and tight output voltage regulations using non-dissipative snubber. The proposed converter also has a high efficiency by non-dissipative snubber circuit. To show the superiority of this converter is verified through the experiment with a 640W, 100kHz prototype converter.

  • A novel voltage-fed single-stage power factor correction (PFC) full-bridge converter based on asymmetric phase-shifted control for battery chargers is proposed in this paper. The attractive feature of the proposed converter is that it can operate in a wide output voltage range without an output low-frequency ripple, which is indispensable in battery charger applications. Meanwhile, the converter can maintain a high power factor and a controllable dc bus voltage over a wide output voltage range. In this paper, the realization of PFC and the operation principle of asymmetric phase-shifted control are given. A small-signal analysis of the proposed single-stage power factor correction (PFC) full-bridge converter is performed. Experimental results obtained from a 1kW experimental prototype are given to validate the feasibility of the proposed converter. The PF is higher than 0.97 over the entire output voltage range with the proposed control strategy.

열선 유속계에 대한 유체 온도의 보정 (The Correction of Fluid Temperature for Hot-wire Anemometer)

  • This paper reports by simple method that is quickly corrected the effects of fluid temperature for the hot wire anemometer. We are concerned with a variable output of hot wire anemometer on arbitrary fluid temperature. Hot wire by measuring boundary layer of turbulent flow has been calibrated by arbitrary temperature lower than 10$0^{\circ}C$, and velocity lower than 20m/s. As a result, we could pick up the temperature factor affected by output of hot wire anemometer from related in output of arbitrary temperature to output of room temperature. By using temperature factor on the output of hot wire anemometer, we also obtained that the relationship of velocity was of no effect by temperature of fluids. About results of calibrated hot wire, uncertainly of velocity is 2.15% at room temperature and 3.1% at arbitrary temperature.

  • In conventional three-phase rectifiers, it was necessary to use a transformer to obtain low output voltage. In this paper, we propose a new three-phase rectifiers circuit that achieves low voltage by using a very simple circuit configuration that does not have a transformer and does not need any complex control. We also describe the operation principle of the proposed circuit, and derive a theoretical formula for its current waveform. On the basis of this formula it also explores the theoretical input/output current characteristics, theoretical current amplification factor, and theoretical output voltage characteristics of these theoretical values with experimentally obtained input/output current characteristics, current amplification factor, and output voltage characteristics, allowed us to confirm the soundness of our theoretical analyses.

  • 매트릭스 컨버터에서 입력필터의 최적설계는 대단히 중요하다. 그러나 입력필터에 포함된 인덕턴스와 커패시턴스 성분으로 인해 입력 역률이 저하되고 최적 필터 설계에도 불구하고 출력 주파수와 부하에 따라 역률이 바뀌게 되므로 운전조건이 변하면 매트릭스 컨버터의 장점 가운데 하나인 높은 역률을 유지하는 것이 힘들게 된다. 본 논문에서는 매트릭스 컨버터에서 입력필터를 사용할 경우 부하나 출력 주파수가 변동하더라도 입력 역률을 거의 1로 유지할 수 있는 새로운 형태의 공간벡터변조기법을 제안하고 이를 구현할 수 있는 방법을 제시했다.

고역률을 갖는 단일 전력변환 AC-DC 컨버터 (Single Power-conversion AC-DC Converter with High Power Factor)

  • This paper proposes a single power-conversion ac-dc converter with a dc-link capacitor-less and high power factor. The proposed converter is derived by integrating a full-bridge diode rectifier and a series-resonant active-clamp dc-dc converter. To obtain a high power factor without a power factor correction circuit, this paper proposes a suitable control algorithm for the proposed converter. The proposed converter provides single power-conversion by using the proposed control algorithm for both power factor correction and output control. Also, the active-clamp circuit clamps the surge voltage of switches and recycles the energy stored in the leakage inductance of the transformer. Moreover, it provides zero-voltage turn-on switching of the switches. Also, a series-resonant circuit of the output-voltage doubler removes the reverse-recovery problem of the output diodes. The proposed converter provides maximum power factor of 0.995 and maximum efficiency of 95.1% at the full-load. The operation principle of the converter is analyzed and verified. Experimental results for a 400W ac-dc converter at a constant switching frequency of 50kHz are obtained to show the performance of the proposed converter.
