소비자(消費者) 검사오류(檢査誤謬)를 고려한 제품(製品)의 반환율(返還率) 추정(推定)에 관한 연구(硏究) (Estimation of Product Claim Rate with Consumer's Inspection Error)

  • In claiming for the purchased products, two types of errors can occur from the consumer's point of view. One is to accept defective products and the other one is to reject good products. Due to such errors, Claim rate for the products is expected to be different from that the producer has originally anticipated. In this paper, the probability distribution of the number of claimed products when such consumer's inspection errors are involved is derived. Then, a simple model is provided to estimate the claim rate when such errors are present.

  • This thesis determines the research framework and scale design of leisure food E-Commerce consumer satisfaction degree by referring to previous theoretical model of customer satisfaction degree, the universal satisfaction evaluation index system, and the characteristics of leisure food E-Commerce in China. In this research, consumers who have bought leisure food online are taken as the research object, data are collected by questionnaires, and exploratory factor method is used to screen valid sample data. Through the Empirical Analysis which includes Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Reliability and Validity Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling, it is concluded that website design, logistics delivery service, commodity quality, and after-sales service are the main service quality on which the Leisure food E-Commerce enterprises should take focus. The service quality has significant positive influences on satisfaction degree. On the other hand consumer satisfaction has a significant positive influence on customer loyalty, which will create more earnings for the Leisure food E-Commerce enterprises.

Competitive Analysis among Multi-product Firms

  • We analyze and study competition in differentiated product market using public data source. Understanding competitive market structure is critical for firms to assess how their products compete against other firms in a given market. In this paper, we estimate consumer demand, extend clout and vulnerability framework, and study competition among multi-product manufacturers in differentiated product market. For our empirical analysis, we adopt choice-based aggregate demand model and estimate consumer demand while accounting for unobserved product characteristics. Once we estimate consumer demand, we compute full price elasticity matrix and investigate intra- and inter- manufacturer substitutions among consumers. This research offers a framework for marketers to analyze and understand market structures, leading them to informed decisions.

  • The purpose of this study, where the subjects are people with the job related to cooking or are culinary expert, is to investigate factors that influence consumer's satisfaction on the tableware seen on broadcast, magazine, food service industry and/or other media. First, this study demonstrates three factors that influence on consumer's satisfaction : first factors of the shape, the color, the size of the tableware, second factors of the shape, the color, the quality of the food, third factors of the design, the color, and the quality of the tablecloth.Lastly, this study shows satisfaction that can be affected between the tableware and the food, between the food and the tablecloth, and between the tablecloth and the tableware.In conclusion, the primary factors that influence on consumer's satisfaction are the color of the food, tableware, and tablecloth, that reflects that visual role plays an important role in the food service industry. From now on. more study that will go into details is expected.

Analysis of Correlation between Real-time Sales Ranking and Information Provided by Mobile Movie Platform: Focus on Non-descriptive Information in Google Play Store's Best-selling Movies

  • The cinema circuit is facing a digital, network, and mobile age, which expands non-theater accessibility to movies. Application platforms are situated as the most competitive business model that provide digital content such as games, music, books, and movies. Consumers can acquire content-related information not just offline, but online as well. Therefore, item information provided by application platforms is required. The information provided by application platforms consists of richly descriptive information such as storyline summary, consumer reviews, and related articles, while non-descriptive normative information covers data such as sales ranking, release date, genre, rental or purchase cost, domestic/foreign classification, consumer rating, number of consumer ratings, film rating, and so on. In this study, we surveyed and analyzed statistically the correlation between real-time sales ranking and other comparable non-descriptive information.

Consumer Typology and Online Travel Websites: Heterogeneity between Taiwanese and Korean Young Adults Repurchasing Behavior

  • This research attempts to investigate differences in past experiences of using internet in repurchasing. In doing so, the authors identify online consumer characteristics, particularly one-time and repeat users comparison across geographical borders of Korean and Taiwanese teenage customers. Results show that there are significant differences in online shopping typologies between Korean and Taiwanese customers. While attitude serves as a distinguishing factor for both data sets along the other two dimensions, trust does not. Since researchers have focused on comparisons between Western cultures and Asian cultures' online purchase behavior or Internet use, the current study provides a valuable comparison for this niche population of young customers at least in a Korean-Taiwanese context. The authors also make a brief argument that these findings can influence marketing practitioners and site developers in their strategies.

메타버스 핵심가치에 대한 소비자 기대 수준 조사 (Metaverse Core-value Structure and Consumer Expectations Survey)

  • The capabilities of the metaverse have been demonstrated by representative examples such as Roblox, Fortnite, and Zepeto, and it can enable gaming, social networking services, and other applications. Nevertheless, research on the metaverse has been fragmented owing to conflicting definitions, core values, and characteristics. This ambiguity in metaverse conventions has hindered related research, analysis, and policy establishment. As the confusion seems to aggravate, consistent concepts should be established. Although the coronavirus disease pandemic led to a collapse in metaverse usage, it is regaining public interest since 2022. To promote the metaverse development, we structure core values based on existing research and surveys of consumer expectations. We found that consumers perceive the metaverse as a realistic virtual space and a potential economic opportunity. Hence, it seems necessary to track the extent to which the metaverse core values satisfy consumer demands. Such core values should be consistently reflected in policies and technology development.

세 가지 차원의 무형적 속성이 소비자의 불확실성, 위험지각과 구매 후의 감정에 미치는 영향: 촉각욕구의 조절효과 (The Effect of a Three Dimensional Concept of Intangibility on Consumer's Uncertainty, Perceived Risk and Emotion after Purchase : The Moderating effect of Needs for Touch)

  • 본 연구는 제품과 서비스의 무형적 속성을 물리적 무형성, 일반성, 정신적 무형성 등 세 가지 차원으로 나누고, 무형성이 불확실성과 위험지각에 미치는 영향과 불확실성과 위험지각이 소비자의 구매 후의 감정인 만족과 후회에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 그리고 무형성과 불확실성 및 위험지각 관계에서 개인특성인 촉각욕구가 미치는 조절적 영향에 대해 연구하였다. 연구 결과, 정신적 무형성은 불확실성과 위험지각에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 물리적 무형성과 일반성은 불확실성과 위험지각에 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 불확실성은 위험지각에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 불확실성과 위험지각 모두 후회에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 만족에는 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 조절효과 연구 결과, 수단적 촉각욕구가 높은 사람일수록 무형성과 불확실성, 위험지각 사이에 미치는 영향이 높을 것이라고 예측했는데, 정신적 무형성과 위험지각 간의 가설을 제외하고 모두 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 이 연구 결과는 수단적 촉각욕구가 높은 사람일수록 정신적 무형성이 위험에 미치는 영향을 높게 지각한다는 점을 시사해 준다. 그리고 자기 목적적 촉각욕구가 높은 사람은 무형성과 불확실성, 위험지각 간의 영향이 없거나 수단적 촉각욕구보다 낮을 것이라고 예측했는데, 모두 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 목적없이 즐기는 욕구가 높은 소비자는 무형적 속성의 제품과 서비스에서 불확실성, 위험에 크게 영향을 받지 않는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 소비자가 무형적 속성의 제품이나 서비스를 탐색, 의사결정시의 불안정한 심리와 구매 후의 감정에 이르기까지 소비자의 구매 전 과정의 심리를 살펴볼 수 있었다. 그리고 촉각욕구의 성향에 따라 무형적 속성의 제품과 서비스에 대해 불확실성이나 위험을 감지하는 수준의 차이를 살펴볼 수 있어 기존의 집단세분화와는 다르게 새로운 집단세분화의 방향을 제시했다는데 연구의 의의가 있다.

Effect of Corporate Transparency on Trust and Purchase Intention

  • There is a growing interest in ethical consumption, and consumers are demanding high levels of CSR for their companies. Transparent provision of corporate information among various areas of CSR is also an important topic in the recent consumption situation. In the global fashion industry, it is also a type of radical corporate transparency and ethical management, led by several advanced startups such as Everlane. As a result, the production process is being disclosed. This study empirically analyzes the influence of this fashion product process transparency on the consumer evaluation of the company. According to a survey of 200 Korean respondents, the transparency of the presented fashion firms had a positive effect on corporate trust and purchase intention. It was confirmed that it has. On the other hand, consumer involvement, which has been discussed as an important personal attribute in the associated consumption environment, has no significant moderating effect. In other words, consumers' subjective corporate ethics involvement did not have a significant influence on their corporate transparency evaluation.

디지털제품의 기술혁신 정체에 관한 연구: 소비자의 기술이해도를 중심으로 (A Study on the Stagnation of Technological Innovation for Digitalized Products in the View of Consumer's Technical Aappreciation Ability)

  • 본 연구는 경쟁시장에서 기업의 기술혁신이 정체되는 이유를 '소비자의 기술이해도'와 '진화게임이론'을 사용하여 설명하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 소비자의 행동은 I영역과 II영역으로 나누어진다. 본 연구의 내용은 다음과 같이 정리할 수 있다. 먼저, I영역에서 무수히 많은 기업들은 기술경쟁을 통해 동일 범주 디지털제품의 기술적 속성을 급속히 발전시키려고 노력하며, 소비자집단은 자신들의 소비패턴을 저기술 제품에서 고기술 제품으로 빠르게 이행하려고 한다. 반면, II영역은 소비자의 기술 이해력이 점점 약해지는 구간으로 기술이 발전함에 따라 소비자집단의 제품사용에 대한 효용이 서서히 감소한다. 이에 기업들은 현재의 기술수준에 최대한 머무르고자 하고, 소비자집단 역시 이 시점의 제품기술을 최적이라고 생각하게 되면서 결국 기업들은 기술혁신을 늦추게 된다.
