간호사가 인식한 조직의 특성과 투약오류보고장애요인간의 정준상관관계 (Canonical correlation between organizational characteristics and barrier to medication error reporting of nurses)

  • 본 연구는 간호사들이 인식한 안전 분위기와 업무환경을 포함한 조직의 특성과 투약오류보고장애요인간의 관련성을 검증하기 위한 연구이다. 수정된 안전 분위기, 업무환경, 투약오류보고장애 문항을 활용하여 7개 병원의 334명의 간호사들을 대상으로 하여 조사하였다. 자료수집기간은 2012년 9월 한달 간이었고, 서술적 통계, Pearson correlation coefficient, canonical correlation을 적용하였다. 조직의 특성은 투약오류보고장애와 세 가지 유의한 상관이 있었다. 첫 번째 정준상관계수는 .50(Wilks' ${\lambda}$=0.61, df=32, p<.001)이었고, 두 번째는 .35(Wilks' ${\lambda}$=0.81, df=21, p<.001), 세 번째는 .22(Wilks' ${\lambda}$=0.93, df=12, p=.018)이었다. 첫 번째 정준상관은 높은 안전 분위기와 업무환경이 오류보고에의 두려움을 제외한 투약오류보고와 관련이 있었다. 두 번째 식은 '의료인간의 안전 분위기'의 높은 지각과 높은 '병원에의 간호사 참여'와 '인적 자원의 적절성'은 낮은 '불안감'과 '행정자들의 반응'과 관련이 있었다. 투약오류보고장애를 위한 전략과 안전 분위기와 업무환경과 같은 조직의 특성의 진보가 적용되어야 한다.

Systematic Evaluation Effects of Culture on the Effectiveness of Small and Medium Firms in Tra Vinh of Vietnam: With AHP and Regression

  • Organizational culture has been recognized as a determinant of corporate Effectiveness. Cultural components could affect corporate Effectiveness to different extents. However, it seems that none of the previous studies have evaluated and compared these influential extents of cultural components. The current research applies analytic hierarchy processes to assess and rate the significance extents that, cultural components play in resulting in corporate Effectiveness. Then, the current work utilizes regression analyses to re-evaluate the significance extents for the robustness of analytic hierarchy processes. The findings indicate that clan culture is the most vital component in explaining corporate Effectiveness. In contrast, adhocracy culture is the least important component in affecting corporate Effectiveness. Market culture is a cultural component that is ranked the second in determining corporate Effectiveness, and next is hierarchy culture which is the third. The findings are in support of the positive influences of clan, market, and adhocracy cultures on corporate Effectiveness; whereas it found the negative impact of hierarchy culture on corporate Effectiveness.

  • This paper has investigated the cultural practices influencing business performance and integrity in selected Malaysian contractors and has discussed culture related issues to improve the management of cultural capitals in the Malaysian construction industry. Issues of current enterprise culture and applicable cultural practices, leadership styles, enterprise axiology and integrity, cultural practices and loyalty, and identification of organizational culture are discussed during the semi-structured interviews and questionnaire survey. Conclusions has been drawn that the people oriented and task oriented management style have a similar quantity of supporters in Malaysian contractors. The integrity and profit are respectively identified as the enterprise axiology in the ethical and economic perspective. The monkey culture is considered as the most applicable type for the cultural practice and the current enterprise cultures applied in the Malaysian contractors are mostly positive to both the organizations and society.

  • 우리나라의 중소기업은 전체 사업체 수의 99.8%, 종사자 비중의 87.8%, 전체 생산액의 48.4%를 차지하는 등 국가경제의 근간을 형성하고 있으며, 고용창출, 기술혁신, 산업의 다양성, 지역균형개발 등 여러 측면에서 국민경제 발전에 있어서 실질적인 원동력이 되고 있다. 이로 인해 중소기업은 기술혁신을 통해서 기술역량을 확보하는 것이 더욱더 필요해졌다. 하지만 대부분의 중소기업은 자금부담 능력은 물론 R&D인력, 연구장비 등 R&D 역량이 대체적으로 부족한 실정이다. 이에 정부에서는 중소기업 지원을 위해서 정부 출연(연)을 통해 다양한 정책적 지원을 강화하고 있다. 즉, 정부출연연구소는 산업 전반의 혁신활동을 증진시키고, 기업의 기술역량을 강화하기 위해 R&D를 통해 창출된 지식과 기술을 꾸준히 시장에 제공하고 있으며, 중소 중견기업이 견실한 기업으로 도약할 수 있도록 인력지원, 장비지원/연구시설 등을 통해 기업들을 지원하는 역할을 수행하고 있다. 특히 중소기업은 국민경제에서 차지하는 비중이 높을 뿐만 아니라 정치, 경제적인 면에서도 그 영향력이 커서 중소기업의 경쟁력 제고는 지속적인 경제 성장을 위해 반드시 달성해야 할 국가적인 주요 정책목표가 되고 있다. 이러한 이유로 중소기업의 경쟁력 제고를 위해 기업을 둘러싸고 있는 환경, 전략, 조직문화 등과 같은 추상화된 개념들 사이의 관계를 구체적으로 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 중소 벤처기업이 지속적인 경쟁력을 유지하기 위해 외부환경과 전략, 조직구조의 일치성(fit)을 추구할 때, 중소 벤처기업의 업종별, 영업형태별로 어떠한 조직문화가 기업성과(영업이익)에 유의미한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 665개 기업을 대상으로 실증분석을 하였다. 삼원분산분석(3-way ANOVA)을 통해 기업성과(영업이익)에 대한 중소 벤처기업의 업종, 영업형태, 조직문화의 주효과 및 상호작용효과를 검증한 결과, 중소 벤처기업의 업종은 통계적으로 유의미한 주효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 영업형태와 조직문화는 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 중소 벤처기업의 세 가지 독립변수 간의 상호작용효과를 분석한 결과, 업종, 영업형태, 조직문화 간에는 통계적으로 유의미한 상호작용효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 살펴보면, ICT 서비스의 경우, B2B 기업은 관계지향적 문화, B2C 기업은 위계지향적 문화, ICT 기기의 경우는 B2B와 B2C 기업 모두 과업지향적 문화에서 기업성과가 상대적으로 높게 나타났으며, SW 기타의 경우, B2B와 B2C 기업 모두 위계지향적 문화에서 기업성과가 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 이는 기업의 업종과 영업형태별로 적합한 조직문화가 존재한다는 것을 보여주고 있어, 향후 중소 벤처기업의 육성 및 기업성과와 관련된 촉진정책을 수립할 때 의미 있는 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

공무원의 공공봉사동기가 혁신행동에 미치는 영향: 윤리적 리더십의 매개효과와 조직문화의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Public Service Motivation on the Innovative Behavior of Public Officials : With a focus on the mediating effects of ethical leadership and the moderating effects of organizational culture)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 공무원의 공공봉사동기가 혁신행동에 미치는 영향에서 윤리적 리더십의 매개효과와 조직문화의 조절효과를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 한국행정연구원에서 공무원을 대상으로 조사한 2021년 공직생활실태조사 자료를 활용하였다. 연구결과, 공공봉사동기는 혁신행동과 윤리적 리더십에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 윤리적 리더십은 혁신행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 윤리적 리더십은 공공봉사동기와 혁신행동의 관계에서 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 조직문화 중 위계문화와 혁신문화에서 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 다음과 같은 정책적·실무적 시사점을 제시한다. 첫째, 공무원의 국가 경쟁력을 유지하고 공공조직의 변화에 대응할 수 있는 혁신행동을 향상시키기 위해 윤리적 리더십을 강화할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 최근 공무원 시험 경쟁률이 하락하고 있다. 이는 공무원 조직의 관료주의에 대한 MZ세대의 부정적인 직업관이라 볼 수 있다. 따라서 변화하는 시대에 맞게 공무원 조직도 미래지향적인 혁신문화로 변화할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 국민들과 직접 대면하는 공무원들에게 권한위임 등을 통한 유연성과 자율성을 향상시키는 등의 대안을 통해 혁신문화를 조성하는 방안에 대해 논의가 필요하다.

지식자기효능감이 종업원의 지식공유의도에 미치는 영향: 개인성과기대 및 과업성과기대의 매개효과 검증 (The effect of knowledge self-efficacy on employee's knowledge sharing intention: Analysis of mediating effects of personal outcome expectation and performance-related outcome expectation)

  • Despite the organizational benefits of knowledge sharing among employees, many workers are reluctant to share their knowledge with their colleagues. Most organizations have taken a lot of actions to facilitate knowledge sharing among employees, including developing reward systems, enhancing social networks and interpersonal relationships and crafting organizational cultures that support knowledge sharing. To date, however, earlier studies have demonstrated that knowledge doesn't flow easily when an organization makes a concerted effort to facilitate knowledge sharing. The issue whether or not employees are motivated to share their knowledge with others is definitely the main concern in knowledge sharing. The purpose of this study is to explore the conditions under which employees are inclined to share knowledge with other members. Specifically, we examine the effect of knowledge self-efficacy on knowledge sharing intention. In addition, we attempt to investigate medicating effects of personal outcome expectation and performance-related outcome expectation on the relationship between knowledge self-efficacy and knowledge sharing intention. To test the proposed hypotheses in our study, we collected data via a survey with a sample of 210 employees in 23 firms in Korea. The major findings of the empirical research are as follows: 1) knowledge self-efficacy was positively related with knowledge sharing intention. 2) personal outcome expectation has turned out to have a mediation effect on the relationship between knowledge self-efficacy and knowledge sharing intention. 3) performance-related outcome expectation also mediates the relationship between knowledge self-efficacy and knowledge sharing intention That is, this result indicates that knowledge self-efficacy has indirect effect on knowledge sharing intention through personal outcome expectation and performance-related outcome expectation. Based on these findings, implications of the research findings and recommendation for future research are discussed.

지식경영과 e러닝 통합의 성공요인에 대한 연구 - LG전자 사례를 중심으로 - (Critical Success Factors for Integration of Knowledge Management and e-Learning from LG Electronics Company's Experiences)

  • The LG Electronics case shows the process whereby an organization evolves as a learning organization through the integration of e-learning and knowledge management. In other words, it shows the process whereby e-learning is recognized as an important means of solving a problem concerning actual worksite operations, as it became one of the daily activities in the organization. In terms of organizational learning, this process points to the fact that e-learning is emerging as the fastest and most effective means of transferring the internally shared value of a company. Recently, advanced corporations and organizations have been endeavoring to boost their internal and external customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, paving the way for changes in their organizational cultures, and establishing learning organizations through e-learning. Therefore, from an advanced viewpoint, e-learning within a company is not a simple system of transferring educational contents, but is a knowledge portal concept connected with knowledge management. To achieve this end, the organization is required to undergo changes that is, it should make the acquisition of learning possible through e-learning and a knowledge management system (KMS) in order to improve corporate performance. Since LG Electronics is utilizing e-learning as a strategic means to change the paradigm of corporate education, and, in particular, is attempting to integrate this with knowledge management, insights that will facilitate the understanding of the core success factors in and challenges to the integration of knowledge management and e-learning can be obtained through this case.

임상간호사의 성역할갈등, 회복탄력성, 간호조직문화가 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향 (Influence of gender role conflict, resilience, and nursing organizational culture on nursing work performance among clinical nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing nursing work performance among clinical nurses in the hospital. Methods: This descriptive correlational study collected data from 122 clinical nurses who were working in three tertiary referral hospitals in Busan. The data were collected, using self-reported questionnaires, from September 2 to October 14, 2019. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 25.0 program. Results: Nursing work performance was significantly associated with resilience, innovation oriented culture, relationship oriented culture, and hierarchy oriented culture. The factors significantly influencing nursing work performance of the participants included relationship oriented culture (β=.27, p=.015), hierarchy oriented culture (β=.25, p=.003), resilience (β=.19, p=.035), and total clinical career (β=.18, p=.030), which explained 27.3% of nursing work performance (F=8.59, p<.001). Conclusion: The results indicate that there is a need to improve communication skills among multidisciplinary team members and to harmonize hierarchical and relational cultures in order to enhance nursing work performance. In addition, this study suggests developing interventions for enhancing the resilience of clinical nurses.

간호사가 인지한 투약오류관리풍토와 오류보고의도의 관계에서 변혁적 리더십의 역할 (Role of Transformational-leadership in the Relationship between Medication Error Management Climate and Error Reporting Intention of Nurse)

  • Purpose: The objective of this study was to identify the moderating and mediating effects of transformational-leadership in the relationship between medication error management climate and error reporting intention. Methods: Participants in this study were 118 nurses from 11 hospitals in Korea. The scales of medication error management climate, transformational-leadership and error reporting intention of nurses were used in this study. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, partial Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression were used for data analysis. Results: Higher transformational leadership group members had higher error management climate (t=3.88~4.64, p<.001) and higher intention to error reporting (t=2.49, p=.014). There were significant positive correlations between subcategories of medication error management climate and transformational leadership (r=.37~.51, p<.001). But error reporting intention was related to the transformational leadership (r=.28 p=.002), two subcategories such as 'learn from error' (r=.26, p=.004) and 'medication error competence' (r=.25, p=.008) of medication error management climate. Transformational-leadership was a moderator and a mediator between medication error management climate and error reporting intention. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, transformational-leadership promotion training program to construct medication error management climate and to improve error reporting intention should be needed.

일개 중소병원 간호사가 경험한 언어적, 신체적 폭력 사건 실태 (A Survey on Nurses' Experience of Verbal and Physical Violence in Small and Medium-sized Hospitals)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the types of violence experienced by small and medium sized hospital nurses. Methods: Data were collected from March 1 to 30, 2017, using self-report questionnaires. Responses from 87 nurses were analyzed using descriptive statistics, $x^2$ test, Fisher's exact test, t-test. Results: The majority of the respondents experienced violence from patients (60.2%), visitors (25.5%), doctors (12.2%), and other staffs (2.0%). Verbal violence (80.5%) and physical threats (74.7%) were more frequent than physical violence (25.3%). Violence occurred throughout the hospital. However, verbal violence ($x^2=20.85$, p=.005) and physical threat ($x^2=20.80$, p=.006) were statistically significant according to the department. Violence occurred most frequently in surgical ward, followed by artificial kidney room, emergency room, and outpatient department. Conclusion: Most nurses are exposed to frequent violence. These results suggest that hospital should improve the respective organizational cultures and develop promotional programs and administrative policies to prevent violence. Also, hospitals should develop of violence intervention policies and education programs and counseling programs for nurses.
