조직구성원의 웰빙이 조직이 혁신성 및 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Employee Well-being on Organizational Innovativeness and Performance)

  • 본 논문은 통제나 시스템, 제도의 개선 등 외재적 방법이 아닌 조직구성원의 마음을 얻는 근본적인 방안이 제고되어야 한다는 생각으로 조직구성원이 근로생활에서 느끼는 웰빙을 혁신성 제고의 주요 요인으로 보고 이에 대한 검증을 시도하였다. 국내 기업 조직구성원들을 대상으로 설문조사 한 것을 분석한 결과, 본 연구에서 웰빙의 구성요인으로 선택한 상사신뢰, 의사소통, 직무만족, 조직몰입은 모두 조직의 혁신성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이 영향력은 다시 신제품 개발능력으로 이어져 조직의 혁신성이 신제품 개발능력에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 그동안 조직의 혁신성에 대한 선행연구들에서 영향요인으로 고려되지 않던 '구성원의 웰빙'을 중심으로 조직 혁신성에 대한 새로운 모델을 제시하고 검증하였다는 그 의의가 있다고 하겠다.

The effect of Adversity Index Perceived by Organizational Members on Entrepreneurial Orientation and Organizational Learning Competency

  • We study confirmed the relationship between the adversity index, entrepreneurial orientation, and organizational learning competency perceived by organizational members as follows. First, the adversity index showed a positive (+) effect on entrepreneurial orientation (hypothesis 1) and organizational learning competency (hypothesis 2). Second, the entrepreneurial orientation was statistically significant in organizational learning competency (hypothesis 3). Third, the partial mediating role of entrepreneurial orientation (Hypothesis 4) was confirmed in the process of the adversity index affecting organizational learning competency. Meanwhile, the main implications of this study are as follows. First, it is the aspect that provides additional theoretical implications in the reality that studies on the adversity index and entrepreneurial orientation that affect organizational learning competency are lacking. Second, it is the aspect that the importance of adversity index and start-up orientation was confirmed in improving organizational learning competency based on securing differentiated competitiveness for the advancement of the organization's sustainability management system. In addition, it is the aspect of drawing practical implications for strategic human resource management and human resource development to systematically improve it.

대한적십자사 혈액원 간호사의 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인: 긍정심리자본, 의사소통능력, 사회적 지지를 중심으로 (Factors Influencing Organizational Commitment of Nurses in Korean Red Cross Blood Center: Focusing on Positive Psychological Capital, Communication Ability, and Social Support)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identifying factors influencing organizational commitment of nurses in Korean Red Cross Blood Center (KRCBC). Methods: A cross sectional survey was conducted for 224 nurses who worked for more than three months in KRCBC. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire from August 28 to September 20, 2018. Data were analyzed using independent t-test, Mann-Whitney U test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis with SPSS (ver. 23.0). Results: The mean score of organizational commitment was 3.37±0.52 on a scale of 5 points, the mean of positive psychological capital was 3.51±0.51, communication ability score was 3.60±0.48, and social support score was 3.68±0.57. The factors influencing organizational commitment of nurses in KRCBC were social support (β=.41, p<.001), job satisfaction (β=.27, p<.001), and total length of employment in KRCBC (β=.19, p=.016). The model explained 36.1% of the organizational commitment of the nurses. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop an organizational commitment program for strengthening social support and job satisfaction to improve organizational commitment of nurses in KRCBC. Such a program is eventually expected to improve the quality of nursing care of nurses with a short career in KRCBC.

건축공사 현장 조직 커뮤니케이션에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors of Influencing the Communication of Building Construction Field Organizations)

  • 건축공사 현장 조직의 협업 능력이 현장 조직 관리에 매우 중요한 요소이다. 현장 조직의 협업은 조직 커뮤니케이션과 관련이 있어 커뮤니케이션을 향상시키면 조직의 능력을 향상시킬 수 있다. 그러나 건축공사 현장 조직 커뮤니케이션과 관련된 연구는 미흡하다. 따라서 본 연구는 건축공사 현장 조직 커뮤니케이션에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 현장소장 리더십이 개인적 배려와 이상적 영향 특성을 가지고 있을 때, 현장 조직문화가 합의문화 특성을 가지고 있을 때 커뮤니케이션이 더 잘 이루어졌다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구결과는 건축공사 현장 조직 커뮤니케이션을 향상시켜 조직을 체계적으로 관리하는데 기여할 수 있다.

조직 내 정치와 구성원 간 갈등이 의사소통의 질에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 간호조직을 대상으로 (The Effects of Organizational Politics and Conflicts on Quality of Communication among Nurses)

  • 조직 내 정치와 갈등은 어떠한 유형의 조직에서도 발견되는 일상적인 현상이며, 다양한 조직성과 및 산출 변수들에 영향을 주고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 간호조직 내 정치와 갈등에 관한 선행연구는 많지 않은 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구는 그 동안 간호조직 관련 연구에서 배제되어온 조직 내 정치와 갈등이 간호사 사이 의사소통의 질에 어떠한 영향을 주고 있는지 분석하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 A대학병원 간호사 310명이며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS21을 활용하여 기술통계, 피어슨상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 조직 내 정치와 부정적 유형의 관계갈등은 수직적, 수평적 의사소통의 질에 부(-)의 영향을 주고 있었으며, 긍정적 유형의 업무갈등은 정(+)의 영향을 주고 있었다. 공식적 의사소통의 질에 대해 조직 내 정치와 관계갈등은 부(-)의 영향을 주고 있었으나, 업무갈등은 유의하지 않았다. 조직 내 정치와 갈등은 비공식적 의사소통의 질에는 유의한 영향을 주고 있지 않았다. 줄세우기나 편가르기와 같은 조직 내 정치적 행위와 조직 구성원 간의 감정적인 갈등 현상에 대한 적극적인 관리가 필요함이 강조되며, 나아가 간호조직 내 정치와 갈등에 대한 본격적인 실증연구가 확대되어야 할 것이다.

건축프로젝트 현장 조직 커뮤니케이션이 성과에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Site Organization's Communication on Performance of Building Construction Projects)

  • 건축프로젝트의 성공적인 수행을 위해서는 현장 조직의 커뮤니케이션 수준을 높여서 조직 구성원의 협업 능력을 향상시켜야 한다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 건축프로젝트 현장 조직을 대상으로 현장 조직 커뮤니케이션이 프로젝트 성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 파악하는 것이다. 연구 결과 커뮤니케이션 품질은 프로젝트 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 정보공유는 프로젝트 성과에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 건축프로젝트 성과를 향상시키기 위해서는 현장 조직에서 정보공유를 일정수준 이상 달성해야 하고, 커뮤니케이션 품질을 향상시켜야 한다. 본 연구 결과는 건축프로젝트 현장 조직의 수행관리 체계를 구축하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

The effect of Organizational Culture on Organizational Justice and Job Performance

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational culture (innovation culture, relationship culture, hierarchy culture, task culture) as perceived by organizational members and its impact on organizational justice and job performance. This contributes to providing additional data for the revitalization and development of the organizational system for efficient management and operation measures included in the organization's sustainable management. To this end, the hypothesis established through the traditional process of quantitative research was tested as follows. First, organizational culture showed a positive effect on organizational justice. Second, organizational culture had a positive (+) effect on job performance. Third, organizational justice was significantly analyzed in terms of job performance. In other words, the importance of systematic re-establishment and continuous implementation of organizational culture (innovation culture, relationship culture, hierarchy culture, task culture) and organizational justice consistent with organizational characteristics was emphasized in order to improve job performance, which is the result of organizational competitiveness. In addition, it is the aspect of drawing practical implications for strategic human resource management and human resource development to systematically improve it.

  • This study is to explore the relationship between trust in local administrative organization and organizational performance. Local administrative organizations provide the citizens with administrative services. Heightening the organizational performance contributes the citizens' happiness and the stream of times through organizations' change. To provide high quality of administrative service to citizens, trust in organizations is more important than any other capital. The improvement of organizational performance needs through this social capital. Factors about trust variables and organizational performance variables are extracted through the theoretical discussions. To do the research, public servants in 7 local administrative organizations of Gangwondo were asked to do the survey about how trust in organizations affects organizationa performances. The results explain that trust variables are related to organizational performance, and the local administrative organization which is high in trust is high in organizational performance. Trust in local administrative organizations improves the organizational performance internally and the organization will obtain trust from the citizens externally.

The Effect of Ethical Leadership on the Organizational Effectiveness

  • Empirical studies of superior's ethical leadership on organizational effectiveness of organization member have been done in various fields. However, it is difficult to find the previous research on civil servant in public sector. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyse causal relationship of ethical leadership and organizational effectiveness and to suggest theoretical and political implication for enhancing the level of civil servant's organizational citizenship behavior. As the result of analysing the causal relationship of superior's ethical leadership and organizational citizenship behavior, the factor of organizational effectiveness as the public attitude, this study shows that normative behavior, communication, reinforcement, and right decision-making have significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Based on these results, this study suggested theoretical and political implication and the limitations of study.

종합병원 질향상 사업 담당자의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 관한 연구 (Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment of Quality Improvement Coordinators in General Hospitals)

  • This study was planned to provide basic data for activating quality improvement by genera hospital with more than 400 beds across the country, of which 65 coordinators answered. Main results of the study are as follows.. 1. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment by individual characteristics were compared. It was revealed that the sense of self-efficacy was related to job satisfaction positively. But job satisfaction and organizational commitment by locus of control showed no significant difference. 2. In terms of the characteristics of QI activities, the active participation of QI coordinators in QI planning process and smooth communication among hospital staffs were showed positive relationship to job satisfaction significantly. 3. Also support system was proposed as most significant variable related to the job satisfaction and the organizational commitment of QI coordinators. Especially support to QI activities by CEO's, seniors, and other hospital staff was a factor to enhance the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of QI coordinators. 4. In the aspect of organizational culture, culture which were tendency to be recognized high autonomy in their work and organizational identity strongly and to operate reasonable compensation system were related to job satisfaction and organizational commitment positively. The more formalized climate, supportive communication, cooperative teamwork and promoting creative/risk take behavior, it showed the higher organizational commitment. 5. For the aspect of QI job characteristics, QI coordinators' job satisfaction was high when QI office was arranged for independent department which was exclusively in charge of QI activities and their role is exclusively in charge of QI. It can be concluded that organizational support in the aspect of relation and finance and efforts of encouraging their motivation and providing on the job training program are need.
