지역경제활성화를 위한 충청북도 허브정책수립 및 적용에 관한 연구 (Study on the herb policy and its application of Choongbuk for the activation of local economy)

  • This study surveys the herb industry, which plays an important role in the economy activation of the advanced countries, and by which Choongbuk, as one of local authorities, makes the first attempt in Korea. It describes the direction of the policy and application, came to a conclusion as follows. 1. Choongbuk is arranging a Herb garden as the first step in connection with the exsiting plan, It could be highly rated because there has been no example yet in korea and therefore it could involve risks. 2. The selection of site will be decided by the Do-authorities considering traffic network and accessibility. Therefore Shi and Gun authorities could have a passive and formal attitude for this policy. 3. The size of the herb garden, by modeling Japanese and European herb garden, will be 15000 pyung(4545m), From the point of view it is a start, the herb garden has still tasks to solve, e.g. lack of experience, organizational and technological problems.

  • 본 연구는 스마트워크 도입의 활성화를 위해 스마트워크의 시간유연성, 공간유연성, 자원유연성, ICT 인프라 속성이 스마트워크 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이러한 영향을 지역의 제조업을 대상으로 직군, 기업규모에 따른 스마트워크의 유형 선호도를 중심으로 분석한 결과 스마트워크 도입초기에 나타날 수 있는 ICT인프라의 영향이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 기존의 스마트워크에서 강조되어온 시간과 공간의 유연성은 낮은 반면에 자원의 유연성이 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 스마트워크의 도입 전 대면중심의 수직적 조직문화에서 성과중심의 수평적 조직문화로의 변화와 집단지성과 협력을 통한 조직문화로의 변화를 인식함으로써 제조업의 구성원 모두에게 만족을 줄 수 있는 스마트워킹의 성공가능성을 제시하고 있다.

Impact of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Job Satisfaction through Empowerment

  • 본 연구는 서울시에 소재한 일반기업의 사무직 종사자 546명을 대상으로 조직시민행동, 임파워먼트 그리고 직무만족의 관련성에 대해 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 21.0을 이용하여 실증분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과로는 첫째, 조직시민행동의 임파워먼트 관계에서 참여적 행동이 자기결정력에 정(+)의 영향을 주었고, 임파워먼트 요소인 자기 결정력과 영향력/의미성이 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 조직시민행동과 직무만족의 관계에서는 이타주의가 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 직무만족에 대한 직접효과와 간접효과를 살펴보면, 조직시민행동의 이타주의는 직접효과가 높았고, 참여적 행동은 간접효과의 값이 더 높았다. 반면에 임파워먼트의 요소인 자기결정력과 영향력/의미성은 조직시민행동보다 높은 값을 나타냈다. 따라서 직무만족에 영향을 주는 요소는 임파워먼트가 가장 중요한 요소임을 알 수 있었다. 그러므로 구성원들에게 부여된 임파워먼트의 효과성을 지속적으로 모니터링하고, 교육을 통해 업무 역할에 대한 의미성과 자기결정력을 제고하면 자율성이 높아져 조직의 활성화에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

해운물류정보시스템의 활성화를 위한 실태분석 연구 (A Study on the Actual Condition Analysis for Shipping Logistics Information System Activation)

  • The information technology(IT) development of telecommunication, along with the informationalization over the world, enables the firms to process their inner and outer operations through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system. And the concept of logistics has become more important to the enterprises in strategic sense because it had aggrandized itself to more comprehensive and integrative concept. Also the world shipping market is more competitive than any other market. In these environment, to maintain competitve power, shipping firms process operations by Logistics Information system(LIS), And then, reduce the working processes, working time and its costs. So the LIS has become more important in developing our national logistics system and industry. Therefore, this study purposes on empirically analyzing the activation factors of shipping LIS and the relationship these factors with logistic performances in the shipping industry. Considering environments of Shipping logistics information system, this study sets up the research model and hypothesis to examine the activation factors of shipping LIS and the relationship these factors with logistic performances. We used the field data on the 163 numbers of firms(29 overseas shipping companies and 133 forwarding Agency) to get the empirical evidence. According to the study results, The shipping LIS activation factors which the sample firms recognized as important: were top manager's support, well structured communication channel, strategic plan's connection and inner informationalization level. And IS organization & human resources, IS discipline & training, software development, IS organizational alignment, database management system, information standardization, competitive advantage, financial support and government support represent partially significant. Also, the current shipping LIS's main problems are expensive system cost, standardization of working process's, institution's imperfection and system's interaction defect. So these problems must be improved to activate shipping LIS.

국내 뿌리산업에서 품질경영활동이 경영성과에 미친 영향 (The Effect of Quality Management on Business Performances in Fundamental Manufacturing Industry)

  • Recently, fundamental manufacturing industry such as casting foundry, plasticity, welding etc. is rise to concerned. This study is the analysis of using structural equation method in order to verify the significant activation factor of quality management activities and the effect on business performance in fundamental manufacturing industry. To perform this research, we surveyed CEOs, managers, workers working for manufacturing business. We analysed valid 357 questionnaires that we could use for this research using SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 18.0. The results through this research is following. First, we verified the relationship between organizational supports and employee's participation to quality management activity, we could get the result that positive influence on to interrelation. Second, we analysed that organizational supports had a meaningful effect on not process performance but business performance. Third, we found that employee's participation to quality management activity had a significant to business performance, and process performance had a meaningful effect to business performance.

임상치과위생사의 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Influencing factors of turnover intention in the clinical dental hygienists)

  • Objectives: The objective of the study was to investigate the influencing factors of turnover intention in the clinical dental hygienists. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 415 dental hygienists in Gyeonggi, Chungcheong, Jeolla, and Kyongsang province from October 1 to December 31, 2014. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS statistics 19.0 with a significance level of 0.05. The study instruments included 9 questions of the general characteristics of the subjects, 7 questions of job related characteristics, 16 questions of job stress, 20 questions of job satisfaction, 10 questions of burnout, 15 questions of organizational commitment, 10 questions of happiness index, and 10 questions of turnover intention measured by Likert 5 point scale. Results: Turnover intention was significantly related with job stress, burnout, and organizational commitment. Conclusions: In order to reduce the turnover intention in the hospital workers, it is very important to manage the human resources through continuous development of the competence and performance activation program.

공공부문 스마트워크 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Activation Plan of Smart Work in Public Sector)

  • 이 연구는 공공부문 스마트워크센터 사용자에 대한 AHP 설문을 이용하여 정책의 지속적 사용 및 확산을 위한 우선 정책 과제를 도출하고, 분석결과를 토대로 대응 방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. AHP 설문을 위한 정책과제의 대분류는 기술 인프라 개선, 제도 개선, 인식 개선의 세 가지로 구성하였다. 기술 인프라는 스마트워크 기술개선과 스마트 워크 시설개선으로, 제도 개선은 법제도 개선과 추진체계 개선으로, 인식개선은 조직문화 개선과 사용자 인식개선으로 각각 중분류하였다. 총 12개의 정책과제 중 조직문화 개선이 중요성과 긴급성 측면에서 가장 우선적인 정책과제로 분석되었으며, 인사복무규정 개선, 정책결정자의 리더십, 사용자의 인식 개선 과제 등이 우선적으로 해소되어야 할 것으로 나타났다.

우리 나라 병원들의 건강증진 서비스 도입 현황과 이에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Current Status of Hospital-based Health Promotion Programs in Korea and the Factors Influencing Their Introduction)

  • Objectives : To investigate the current status of hospital-based health promotion programs in Korea and to elucidate the factors which affect to the process of implementation. Methods : We conducted a mail survey of all 875 hospitals in Korea from March to May 2001. In reference to 12 specific kinds of health promotion programs, hospital CEOs were asked whether their hospital have such programs, whether they are fully staffed and whether the program is paid for by the patients. Contextual factors(location, hospital type, number of beds, length of operation, public/private status, economic level of the community, the level of competition) and organizational factors (the extent of market, compatibility with vision, formalization), strategic types of the CEOs (defender/analyser/prospector) were also surveyed. The relationships between each variable and the implementation of health promotion services, activation of services, and the target groups(patient/community resident) were analyzed by univariate analysis and the independent effects of these variables were examined with multiple logistic regression. Results : 100 of 125 hospitals responding (84.8%) had mere than one health promotion program. However, they showed fluctuations in the adoption rate of each programs, meaning that comprehensive health promotion services were not provided. Many programs were not fully staffed and few hospitals had paid programs. In factors affecting health promotion service implementation, private hospitals showed a higher rate in implementation than public hospitals. In contrast, when the competition among nearby hospitals was intense, the level of implementation of service lowered. In the strategic type of the CEOs, the prospectors were shown to have instituted more health promotion programs in their hospitals and the analysers had a greater tendency to have programs for community residents than the defenders. Conclusion . Considering the above results, contextual factors may contribute greatly to the introduction of health promotion services in Korean hospital, although the CEO's personal preference and organizational factors play a larger role in the activation of services. Additionally, the CEO's personal preference may be the major influencing factor in the introduction of programs for community residents.
