제조기업의 환경혁신에 대한 원인요인과 촉진요인 (The Influence Factors on the Activation of Environmental Innovations in Manufacturing Firms)

  • This research empirically investigated the influence factors on the activation of environmental innovations (EI) in Korean manufacturing firms. In this study, external factors (compulsory demand, government regulation, normative pressure and imitative pressure) and internal factors (environmental resources, top management support, integration of environmental tasks, capabilities of environmental personnel, and environmental strategy/environmental management systems) were totally considered. The results of a multiple regression analysis showed that influence factors such as top management support, environmental resources and integration of environmental tasks have a significant and positive impact on levels of EI. However, the effects of external factors were not statistically significant. We also examined whether capabilities of environmental personnel as well as environmental resources, which are directly related with degrees of EI, have a moderating impact on relationships between other internal factors and levels of EI. With a subgroup analysis, the moderating role of abilities of environmental personnel were empirically confirmed. Through a multiple regression analysis, the direct effects of external factors on the adoption or construction of internal factors were demonstrated. The effects of government regulation, normative pressure and imitative pressure on internal factors were significant and positive. It was also found that external factors have indirect effects on EI through internal factors. Finally, the results of multiple regression analyses indicated that EI positively influences the achievement of environmental competitive benefits, and environmental competitive advantages can improve the organizational performance of a firm.

공공데이터 융합역량 수준에 따른 데이터 기반 조직 역량의 연구 (A Study on the Data-Based Organizational Capabilities by Convergence Capabilities Level of Public Data)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of public data convergence capabilities of administrative organizations and to explore important variables in data-based organizational capabilities. The theoretical background was summarized on public data and use activation, joint use, convergence, administrative organization, and convergence constraints. These contents were explained Public Data Act, the Electronic Government Act, and the Data-Based Administrative Act. The research model was set as the data-based organizational capabilities effect by a data-based administrative capability, public data operation capabilities, and public data operation constraints. It was also set whether there is a capabilities difference data-based on an organizational operation by the level of data convergence capabilities. This study analysis was conducted with hierarchical cluster analysis and multiple regression analysis. As the research result, First, hierarchical cluster analysis was classified into three groups. It was classified into a group that uses only public data and structured data, a group that uses public data on both structured and unstructured data, and a group that uses both public and private data. Second, the critical variables of data-based organizational operation capabilities were found in the data-based administrative planning and administrative technology, the supervisory organizations and technical systems by public data convergence, and the data sharing and market transaction constraints. Finally, the essential independent variables on data-based organizational competencies differ by group. This study contributed. As a theoretical implication, this research is updated on management information systems by explaining the Public Data Act, the Electronic Government Act, and the Data-Based Administrative Act. As a practical implication, the activity reinforcement of public data should be promoting the establishment of data standardization and search convenience and elimination of the lukewarm attitudes and Selfishness behavior for data sharing.

비정규직이 인식한 조직커뮤니케이션이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Organizational Communication Recognized by Irregular Workers on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment)

  • 최근 다양한 사회경제적 이슈 및 갈등을 야기하고 있는 비정규직은 대체로 고용에 대한 불안감으로 인해 조직에 대한 충성도나 직무만족도가 낮을 수밖에 없는데, 이를 개선하기 위한 방안으로 본 연구는 비정규직의 조직커뮤니케이션 만족도가 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 제 7차 인적자본기업 패널조사 자료 중 비정규직 설문데이터를 구조방정식 모형분석 등을 활용하여 분석하는 방식으로 연구를 진행하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 비정규직이 인식한 조직커뮤니케이션은 직무만족과 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 비정규직의 직무만족은 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 비정규직의 커뮤니케이션 만족과 조직몰입의 관계에 있어서 직무만족이 매개작용을 하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 기존의 서비스업 위주의 연구에서 연구대상을 비정규직으로 확대하였으며, 보다 다양한 업종을 아울렀다는데 의의가 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 비정규직의 조직유효성 향상을 위해 미션 및 비젼 공유, 커뮤니케이션 활성화 제도가 필요함을 시사하고 있다.

한국형 네트워크 마케팅 기업의 조직문화가 고객 지향성과 서비스지향성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of the Organizational Culture of Korean Network Marketing Companies on Customer Orientation and Service Orientation)

  • 본 연구는 한국형 네트워크 기업의 구성원들이 지각하고 있는 조직문화 유형이 고객지향성과 서비스지향성에 미치는 영향관계를 확인하고자 2020년 9월 7일부터 25일 까지 약 2주간에 204명을 응신 결과 중 최종 165명에 대한 유효설문결과를 SPSS 24.0 및 AMOS 24.0 통계패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 다음과 같은 결과를 나타냈다. 첫째, 조직문화가 고객지향성에 미치는 영향에 관한 분석결과 조직문화 의 하위 요인인 관계지향문화, 혁신지향문화, 위계지향문화, 과업지향문화유형은 모두 고객지향성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 즉, 조직문화는 단편적인 어느 하위구성 유형 하나가 아닌 종합적인 작용으로 긍정적 의미부여가 된다는 측면에서 고객지향성에 통계적으로 유의하게 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 조직문화가 서비스 지향성에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 조직문화는 서비스지향성에 정(+)의 영향관계를 나타냈다. 즉, 조직문화의 하위 구성요인인 관계지향·혁신지향·위계지향·과업지향은 서비스지향성에 긍정적 요인으로 작용하는 것으로 분석되었다.

유통기업 리더의 코칭행동이 구성원의 조직시민행동과 이직의도에 미치는 영향: 진정성리더십의 매개효과와 감성지능의 조절효과 (The Effect of Distribution Enterprise Leader's Coaching Behavior on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Turnover Intention: Mediating Role of Authentic Leadership and Moderating Role of Emotional Intelligence)

  • Purpose - In accordance with the recent changes in the management environment, leaders are required to have an ability of drawing and inducing potential of each worker. Coaching, as one of the strategies of human resources development, is drawing people's attention. This study aims to inquire about the mechanism of leader's coaching behavior which influences the attitude and behavior of workers. Firstly, this study intends to illustrate what kind of influences the leader's coaching behavior can give on organizational citizenship behavior and turnover intention of workers. Secondly, it plans to verify the mediating effect of authentic leadership in the relationship between leader's coaching behavior and organizational citizenship behavior and turnover intention of workers. Thirdly, it aims to prove the moderating effect of emotional intelligence in the relationship among leader's coaching behavior, organizational citizenship behavior and turnover intention of workers. Research design, data and methodology - In order to figure out how the leader's coaching behavior influences attitude of workers, authentic leadership is considered as mediating effect. As for a moderating effect, we have determined emotional intelligence which attracts attention in the recent studies on organizational behavior, so as to investigate the correlation among variables. As for study sample, it was targeted to 236 organizational members of distribution corporations whose leader's coaching behavior is required. For reaching the purpose of study, SPSS 20 was applied for the analysis. Results - The research findings can be summarized as follows: Firstly, leader's coaching behavior gives significant positive influences on organizational citizenship behavior. Moreover, leader's coaching behavior gives negative influences on turnover intention of organizational members. Secondly, the mediating effect of authentic leadership was proved in the relationship between leader's coaching behavior and attitude of workers. Based on the analysis, it turned out that authentic leadership doesn't give a mediating effect in the bilateral relationship. Lastly, the moderating effect of emotional intelligence was proved in terms of how the leader's coaching behavior influences the attitude of workers. The research result shows that the emotional intelligence influences towards the negative direction, in the correlation between coaching behavior and organizational citizenship behavior On the other hand, in the relationship with turnover intention, It was significant effect. Conclusions - Based on the research findings, we have intended to inquired about the mechanism of leader's coaching behavior which influences the attitude and behavior of workers. Furthermore, in the operational level, the following implications can be given: the importance of coaching activation in the operational level was confirmed, through inquiring into the influence of leader's coaching behavior on workers. Moreover, the importance of emotional intelligence, which has been steadily raised, was also confirmed. It is necessary for future study to carry out additional research on various factors of coaching which can influence the effectiveness of coaching, for instance, coaching process, coach's competency, characteristics of coaching customers, relationship with coaching customers and coaching system.

전자상거래 도입 영향요인들에 관한 통합적 연구: 공급업체 전자상거래를 중심으로 (Studies on the Influence Factors of E-commerce Adoption: The Perspective of Suppliers' E-commerce)

  • 본 연구는 전자상거래 도입에 대한 기존의 영향요인들을 원인요인, 촉진요인과 지원요인으로 구분하고 이들 간에 선후 영향 관계가 있는지 여부를 실증적으로 규명하였다. 전자상거래 도입에 대한 영향요인들의 일반 분석에서는 경쟁정도, 조직간 신뢰, 공급업체의 압력과 능력, 최고경영층 지원과 조직의 자원 능력이 유의한 양의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 영향요인들 간의 상호 관계를 분석한 결과, 외부환경 불확실성은 인지된 경제적 효익과 공급업체의 압력과 능력에, 경쟁정도는 투자자산의 한정성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 그리고 인지된 경제적 효익, 조직간 신뢰와 공급업체의 압력과 능력은 최고경영층 지원에, 조직간 신뢰와 공급업체의 압력과 능력은 조직의 자원 능력에 유의한 양의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 매개 영향을 분석한 결과에서는 경쟁정도가 인지된 경제적 효익, 공급업체의 압력과 능력, 최고경영층 지원과 조직의 자원 능력을 통해 전자상거래 도입에 간접 영향을 미친다는 것이 입증되었다. 그리고 공급업체의 압력과 능력과 인지된 경제적 효익이 최고경영층 지원과 조직의 자원 능력을 통해 간접 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 결국, 전자상거래 도입의 원인요인인 격심한 경쟁은 촉진요인인 인지된 경제적 효익과 공급업체의 압력과 능력에 영향을 미쳐서 전자상거래 도입을 촉발시킨다. 그리고 이러한 원인요인과 촉진요인의 영향은 지원요인인 최고경영층 지원을 제고시키고 조직내 자원 확충을 가져와 전자상거래 도입이 실질적으로 시작되게 된다.

장애인복지관 전문인력의 임파워먼트와 조직몰입의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of the Job Satisfaction between the Relationship of Empowerment and Organizational Immersion of Professionals in Community Rehabilitation Facilities)

  • 본 연구는 장애인복지관 전문인력의 임파워먼트와 조직몰입의 관계와 직무만족의 매개효과를 검증하였다. D광역시와 C도 지역의 14개 장애인복지관의 전문인력 348명을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 분석결과, 장애인복지관 전문인력의 임파워먼트가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향과 직무만족의 매개효과가 검증되었다. 임파워먼트의 조직몰입에 대한 직접효과에 비해 직무만족을 매개한 간접효과가 더 큰 것으로 분석되었다. 분석결과를 기초로 장애인복지관 전문인력의 조직몰입을 증진시키기 위해 임파워먼트와 직무만족을 향상시킬 수 있는 대책을 제안하였다. 임파워먼트를 높이기 위해 의사결정권, 전문성향상을 위한 연수기회, 적합한 슈퍼비전 등이 제공될 필요가 있다. 직무만족을 향상시키기 위해 전문적 윤리의식의 교육, 사례발표의 진행, 감정노동의 적절한 관리 등이 바람직하다.

조직 문화적 특성의 정보기술 하부구조와 지식경영 활동들에 대한 영향 (The Effects of Cultural Characteristics on IT Infrastructure and Knowledge Management Activities)

  • This study empirically investigated the effects of both organizational culture(i.e., innovative, supportive and bureaucratic) and information technology(IT) infrastructure(i.e., knowledge storage, transfer and search IT) on the knowledge management(KM) activities(i.e., knowledge creation, sharing and application) in Korean manufacturing firms. We also partially demonstrated the impact of KM activities on the KM performance(i.e., KM satisfaction) of a firm. Through multiple regression analyses, it was found that innovative and supportive culture, and IT infrastructure have a positive impact on the activation of KM activities. The results of this study also showed that the innovative and supportive culture positively influence the adoption of IT infrastructure, and through the construction of IT, they have an indirect effect on KM activities. With a structural equation modeling technique, the causal relationships among organizational culture, IT infrastructure, knowledge management activities, and KM performance were confirmed. Hence, it is concluded that culture and IT infrastructure have direct effects on KM activities, and culture also indirectly influences KM activities through the adoption of IT infrastructure.

원가기획, 지식경영 활동들과 기업 혁신 (Target Costing, Knowledge Management Activities, and Corporate Innovation)

  • This study empirically investigated the relationships among organizational culture, target costing, knowledge management activities, and corporate innovations. The results of this study showed that innovative and supportive culture positively affects the adoption degrees of target costing. According to the results, it was observed that target costing as well as innovative and supportive culture have a positive impact on levels of knowledge management activities(i.e., knowledge creation, sharing, storage, and application). It was also demonstrated that organizational culture has an indirect effect on activation of knowledge management activities through target costing. Thus, to enhance knowledge management activities, target costing must be aligned with appropriate types of organizational culture. In examining the impact of knowledge management activities on the frequencies of product and process innovations, no significant effect was found. Additional analyses that compare across three groups(i.e., low level group, middle level group and high level group in knowledge management activities) and between two groups(i.e., between high level group and middle level group or between high level group and low level group) were performed. The results of comparison showed that the degrees of product and process innovations are highest in high level group, but no significant differences are found in the degrees of innovations between middle level group and low level group.

사례기반추론을 이용한 정보시스템 가치평가 모형개발에 관한 연구 (The Development of Value Evaluation Model of Information System using Case-Based Reasoning)

  • It is needed to evaluate information systems actively which has already developed to improve future performance of the organization and foster the activation of information system. The introduction or development of information system also can bring about a organizational success. To measure exactly the organizational performance of information systems, it is needed to develop a new valuation model for a specific information system from a objective pint of view, as well as to equip a standard methodology using BSC measurement. The information system valuation from a objective point of view is of importance as the basic information for the decision to obtain information system. This paper takes aim at investigating a new information system valuation model and developing a information system valuation system using case-based reasoning for predicting currency value of information system in each organization. A new information system valuation system is developed as a web-enabling base. Using this, users are able to estimate the value of specific information system on a real time efficiently.
