본 연구는 중소기업의 관리자의 리더십 유형과 조직동일시을 이해하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 중소기업의 관리자 리더십과 조직동일시가 직무만족에 미치는 영향력과 조직신뢰의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 분석 자료는 중소기업 직원을 대상으로 하였으며, 수집된 자료는 다중회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 리더십 유형 중 변혁적 리더십과 거래적 리더십은 직무만족도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 조직동일시는 직무만족도에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 중소기업의 조직신뢰에 대한 매개효과는 변혁적 리더십→조직신뢰→직무만족도, 거래적 리더십→조직신뢰→직무만족도, 조직동일시→조직신뢰→직무만족도와의 관계에서 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해서 중소기업 관리자의 리더십과 조직의 역할의 중요성을 알 수 있었다. 또한 중소기업은 조직비전을 통해서 조직구성원들에게 조직에 대한 긍정적인 이미지를 심어주는 전략이 필요하다.

녹농균은 병원, 물, 토양 및 대기 등의 많은 자연과 인공환경에서 서식하는 기회주의적 병원체로, 병원 내 감염 등의 심각한 문제점을 야기할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 신뢰높은 표준화 방법인 International Organization for Standardization (ISO)을 적용하여, 물과 토양에서 220개의 녹농균의 추정 집락을 분리하였으며, 생리생화학적 특성으로 녹농균을 동정하였다. ISO/NP 16266 방법을 적용하였을 때, 총 220개의 추정 집락 중 방류수에서 drain swab으로 채취한 오직 1개의 집락만이 최종적으로 녹농균 양성으로 확정되었다. 한편, ISO에서 2014년 새롭게 제안한 1,10 phenanthroline 저항성 실험은, 환경 중 P. aeruginosa를 검출 및 동정하기 위해 적합한 방법으로 사료된다.

본 연구는 2010년에서 2019년까지 정부합동감사에서 지적된 처리과 기록물관리 현황을 분석하였다. 15개 지방자치단체 총 43개의 감사결과를 대상으로 정량분석을 통해 처리과 기록관리 업무영역별 문제점을 다각도로 파악하였으며, 연도별 기록관리 지적사항을 분석함으로써 처리과 기록물관리 문제점을 알아보고 시사점을 도출하였다.

순간 노출된 형태의 판단 과제에서 균질 연결성의 효과를 체계적으로 검증하기 위해 두실험이 수행되었다. 상하로 연결되거나 분리되어 배치된 두 괄호의 정체 판단에서 관찰된 부적 반복효과가 분리된 자극판을 예상하는 지각 태세에 기인할 가능성(실험 1)과 반응 편중 및 짧은 노출시간에 기인할 가능성(실험 2)을 검토하였다. 실험 1은, 연결된 자극판만을 사용하여, 도형의 한 부분으로 지시된 표적만을 보고하는 조건과 전체 도형을 보고하는 조건 모두에서 부적 반복효과를 관찰하였다. 실험 2는, 노출시간을 늘여 정확 보고율을 높이는 동시에, 애매한 도형을 이용하여 반응 편중의 정도를 계산하였는데, 반응 편중 효과의 제거 후에도 여전히 부적 반복효과를 관찰하였다. 본 연구의 결과는, 과제의 요구가 없어도 균질 연결된 형태들이 분석적으로 처리될 수 있음을 가리키며, 나아가 균질 연결성이 지각 조직화의 원리라는 가설을 부정하는 것으로 보인다.

조직은 정보 보안 기술에 대한 지속적인 투자를 통하여 다른 기업들보다 정보자원에 대한 경쟁력을 높이고 있다. 그러나 정보보안 기술 및 정책을 실행에 옮기는 조직원의 정보보안에 대한 관심이 상대적으로 저조하다. 본 연구는 정보보안 분야에 계획된 행동이론, 공정성이론, 그리고 동기이론을 적용하여 조직원의 정보보안 준수의도를 높이기 위한 메커니즘을 찾는다. 연구대상은 정보보안 정책을 도입한 조직의 조직원들이며, 서베이를 통하여 유효샘플 383개를 수집하였다. 연구가설 검증은 구조방정식 모델링을 실시하였다. 결과는 조직공정성, 외재적 동기(제재), 내재적 동기(조직일체화)가 계획된 행동이론의 세부 요인들에 영향을 주고 개인의 정보보안준수의도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 분석 결과는 조직의 보안정책에 대한 조직원들의 준수의도 향상을 위한 전략적 접근 방향을 제시한다.

The purpose of this research is on the identification of the effects of perceived interactivity formed by the electronic collaborative referral system on the organizational loyalty. Two channels through which the effects proceeded were investigated. One is the "system channel" which consists of "interactivity of the inter-organizational system ${\rightarrow}$ intention of using the system ${\rightarrow}$ organization loyalty" (hypothesis 1, 2), that is the channel which anticipates that a better understanding on the interactivity of the inter-organizational system makes the intention of the using the system strong, and this strong intention results the higher organization loyalty. The other is "organization channel" which consists of "interactivity of the inter-organizational system ${\rightarrow}$ perceived interactivity on the counterpart ${\rightarrow}$ perceived relation benefits with the counterpart ${\rightarrow}$ organization loyalty" (hypothesis 3, 4, 5). The channel means that as the perceived interactivity of users on the inter-organizational system becomes greater, the perceived interactivity with the counterpart is increasing. And this makes the users feel that more benefits can be obtained by the relationship with system providing organization, and finally makes the organization loyalty that is the intention to maintain the relationship greater. The corroborative evidence data confirm the two channels are obtained by questing on the electronic referral system of Samsung Medical Center to the doctors of the first and second collaborated hospitals or clinics, and by analyzing statistically. The verification result for the "system channel" showed that as the perception on the interactivity of inter-organizational system was increasing, the intention for consistent using increased(support hypothesis 1), and then the organization loyalty that is the relationship maintaining indication by using the referral system also increased(support hypothesis 2). And the confirmation result for the "organization channel" indicated that the perceptive interactivity on the counterpart increased as the understanding on the interactivity of inter-organizational system increased(support hypothesis 3), consecutively, with the intuitive relation benefits increase with the counterpart(support hypothesis 4) the organization loyalty means the intention to maintain the relationship was confirmed to increase(support hypothesis 5). These results demonstrate that when the perceived interactivity in using many systems at the collaboration between organizations is increasing, the positive image on the systems creates the consistent system using intention, and the positive image increases the wants for preserving the relationship with counter organization. In addition, the perceived interactivity of inter-organizational system users affects directly on the perceived interactivity of the counter organization, so the important role of inter-organizational system in promoting the interactivity between cooperative counterparts was recognized. And the perceived interactivity on the counter organization become greater, the influence on the perceived benefits from cooperation is positive. Therefore, the perceived interactivity by using inter-organizational system was confirmed as a prerequisite for the continuous relationship.

본 연구는 비영리단체에 기부를 하는 소비자들의 자선충동의 동기가 심리적 성과에 미치는 영향을 탐색적으로 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 자기결정성 이론에 근거한 비영리단체에 대한 자선충동 동기가 소비자-비영리단체 간의 동일시를 매개변수로 하여 기부충성도에 영향을 미치는 요인임을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과 비영리단체의 자선적 충동 동기의 경우 개인의 자율성과 해당 비영리기관과의 관련 및 유능성이 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 특히 관련 및 유능성의 경우 비영리 단체와의 동일시에 중요한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 기부자들이 비영리단체에 대한 심리적 측면에서의 자선충동 동기에 관한 연구가 전무한 실정에서 자선모금기관이 재원을 확보할 수 있는 효과적인 마케팅 전략을 구축하는데 기초자료를 제공하며 소비자들의 자선충동 동기에 대해 탐색하는 최초의 연구로서 중요한 의의를 가진다.

국제해사기구(International Maritime Organization, IMO)에서는 선박의 해상 충돌을 방지하기 위하여 SOLAS의 요구조건에 따라 모든 선박에 대하여 선박자동식별장치(Automatic Identification System, AIS)를 의무적으로 장착하도록 권고하고 있다. AIS를 사용하면 타선에 대한 제원 및 항행정보의 획득이 가능하여 충돌방지뿐만 아니라 광역관제, 조난 선박의 탐색구조 등 안전관리에도 활용이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 AIS 장비를 사용하여 ADS-B (Automatic Dependent Surveillance - Broadcast) 개념 기반의 항공감시용 송수신기를 구현한 결과에 대하여 살펴보도록 한다. 기본적으로 AIS는 해상에서 사용되기 때문에 고도 정보를 사용하지 않지만, AIS 장비 내부에 사용하는 GPS (Global Positioning System) 칩셋에서 제공하는 고도 정보의 추출이 가능하다. 고도 정보를 포함한 감시 메시지 형식을 정의하고, SOTDMA (Self-Organizing Time Division Multiple Access) 방식을 개선하여 ADS-B 송수신기를 구현하였다. 적용 결과를 확인하기 위하여 지상시험 및 비행시험을 수행하였다.

The ultimate goal of CSV activities is to increase consumer loyalty to the company, brand or organization concerned. Thus, for a professional sports club, CSV activities will ultimately aim to enhance the loyalty of spectators who are consumers of the club. Subjects of this study are the spectators of professional volleyball. We distributed 300 survey to people who were aware of the club's CSV activities among the home spectators of Hyundai Capital SkyWalkers. Data processing was performed using SPSS 23 and AMOS 18 for the analysis of confirmed factors, correlation analysis, reliability analysis, and structural equation model analysis. From these results, we were able to come up with the social problem resolution and long-term orientation among the CSV activities of professional volleyball clubs which affect the club identification. And the identification formed within the spectators of the clubs through CSV affects the club loyalty directly or through the medium of club emotion. Professional volleyball clubs need to identify the problems the community has in planning and proceeding with CSV activities and seek strategies to address them together, and approach them from a long-term oriented perspective.
