물품 검사를 위한 X-선 영상 처리 시스템 개발 (The Development of X-ray image processing system for product inspection.)

  • 최근 제품의 소형화로 인해 물품의 표면뿐 만 아니라 내부 부품 결함 검사 또한 필요하게 되었다. 일반적으로 생산 공정에서의 물품에 대한 검사로 광학 검사를 많이 이용한다. 하지만 이는 표면상의 결함만을 검사할 뿐 물품 내부의 검사는 하기 어렵다. 이러한 제한점을 극복하기 위해 광학 장치 대신 X-선 발생 장치를 이용하여 영상을 얻는 동시에 제품 불량을 판별할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 머신 비전 기능을 이용하여 X-선 영상을 얻은 후 영상 처리를 통해 설정한 기준 값에 설정한 오차범위 수준이면 통과, 그렇지 않으면 불량으로 인식되도록 프로그램 하였다. 또한, 물품의 불량 유무 결과와 그 수치는 사용자가 저장할 수 있도록 하였다.

  • 물품 검사를 위한 산업현장에서는 물품의 표면뿐만 아니라 내부 부품결함 검사 또한 필요하다. 일반적으로 생산 공정에서의 물품 검사로 광학 검사를 많이 이용한다. 하지만 이는 표면상의 결함만을 검사할 뿐 물품 내부의 검사를 수행하기는 어렵다. 이러한 제한점을 극복하기 위해 광학 장치 대신 휴대용 X-선 DR 영상 획득 장치를 이용하여 영상을 실시간으로 얻는 동시에 제품 불량을 판별할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. X-선 영상을 얻은 후 머신영상 처리를 통해 설정한 기준 값에 오차범위를 허용하면 통과, 그렇지 않으면 불량으로 인식되도록 시스템을 개발하였다. 또한, 물품의 불량 유무 결과와 그 수치는 사용자가 저장할 수 있도록 하였다.

  • This paper shows a non-contact optical method to inspect micron scale parts which will be manufactured in micro-factory system. This inspection system should have some characteristics like a small size, flexibility, and high measuring speed. In the viewpoint of measuring capabilities, it also has resolution under micron scale with measuring range over millimeter scale. Two methods will be presented in this paper, one is Moire and the other is white-light scanning interferometry. Also some experimental results will be presented to show the possibilities of the proposed inspection system.

다중패턴 홀로그램을 위한 자동광학검사 시스템 (Automatic Optical Inspection System for Holograms with Multiple Patterns)

  • We propose an automatic inspection system for hologram with multiple patterns. The system hardware consists of illuminations, camera, and vision processor. Multiple illuminations using LEDs are arranged in different directions to acquire each image of patterns. The system software consists of pre-processing, pattern generation, and pattern matching. The acquired images of input hologram are compared with their reference patterns by developed matching algorithm. To compensate for the positioning error of input hologram, reference patterns of hologram for different position should be generated in on-line. We apply a frequency transformation based CGH(computer-generated hologram) method to generate reference images. For the fast pattern matching, we also apply the matching method in the frequency domain. Experimental results for hologram of Korean currency are then presented to verify the usefulness of proposed system.

  • 3D scanners are needed in various fields, and their usage range is greatly expanded. In particular, it is being used to reduce costs at various stages during product development and production. Now, the importance of quality inspection in the manufacturing industry is increasing. Structured optical system applied in this study is suitable for measuring high precision of mold, press work, precision products, etc. and economical and effective 3D scanning system for measuring inspection in manufacturing industry can be implemented. We developed Structured light 3D scanner which can measure high precision by using Digital Light Processing (DLP) projector and camera. In this paper, 3D image scanner based on structured optical system can realize 3D scanning system economically and effectively when measuring inspection in the manufacturing industry.

  • Developed shape awareness technology and vision technology for optical ten slant in this research and including external form state of lens for the performance verification developed so that can be good achieve badness finding. And, establish to existing reflex data because inputting surface badness degree of scratch's standard specification condition directly, and error designed to distinguish from product more than schedule error to badness product by normalcy product within schedule extent after calculate the error comparing actuality measurement reflex data md standard reflex data mutually. Developed system to smallest 1pixel unit though measuring is possible 1pixel as 3.7$\mu\textrm{m}$${\times}$3.7$\mu\textrm{m}$(0.1369${\times}$10/sub-1/$\textrm{mm}^2$) the accuracy to 10/sub-1/mm minutely measuring is possible performance verification and trust ability through an experiment prove.

  • An aspheric lens is one of a key point optical element in the optical industry. The feature of an aspheric lens is not to have the spherical aberration. An aspheric lens is also essential element for high-precision and light-weight in the optical machine. Generally it have been used in a tailor progression an aspheric lens modelling much. In this study we applied a lay back-tracer using a index of refraction to draw a creative aspheric lens. Also we developed the automatic design program for aspheric lens. We manufactured the aspheric lens and executed a comparison experiment for refraction situation of shape and straightness experiment to inspect the drawn aspheric lens in this study.
