지하공간에 대한 제연설비 성능기준의 적정성 고찰(I) (A Study on Appropriateness of Performance Criteria of Smoke Control System for Underground Spaces (I))

  • This study is intended to evaluate the characteristics of smoke spreading and the appropriateness of evacuation time extended by operation of smoke control system during fire within the underground space of the building structured in compliance with the smoke control system performance criteria from the local fire safety standard, which has been currently applied to the buildings in Korea. Using the heat release per unit weight of the combustibles, a numerical analysis both in case of smoke control system in operation and the system not in operation was carried out at the several different shopping malls. From the viewpoint of securing the evacuation time, the results were compared in an attempt to assess the appropriateness of the fire safety criteria.

직무분석을 통한 컴퓨터 운용사 자격검정 출제기준 개선 연구 (Job Analysis for the Improvement of criteria for preparation of Qualification test of Computer Operation Engineer)

  • 이 연구는 컴퓨터운용사의 구체적인 직무 분석을 통하여 컴퓨터 운용사 자격의 출제기준을 개선하는데 목적이 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해서 본 연구에서는 산업계, 학계 전문가 7명으로 구성된 직무분석 위원회에서 데이컴(DACUM: Development A curriculum)법으로 직무분석을 실시하여 직무범위, 등급, 응시자격, 검정 기준, 출제 기준, 검정 방법 등의 구성 내용을 추출하였다. 또한 이 연구에서는 컴퓨터 운용사의 출제기준을 개발을 위한 직무분석의 모형을 절차별로 정리 제시하였는데, 1단계는 직무분석 준비(자료 조사 및 면담, 전문가 선정), 2단계는 직무모형 설정(1차 전문가 협의회 및 1차 현장 검토)하였고, 3단계는 지식, 기능, 도구 추출(2차 전문가 협의회 및 2차 현장 검토), 4단계는 코스 및 교과목 선정(3차 전문가 협의회), 5단계는 출제기준 설정(3차 현장 검토)의 과정을 통하여 컴퓨터운용사의 자격의 출제기준을 제시하였다.

델파이기법을 이용한 가덕신공항 운영당국 설립시 참조공항 선정기준 도출에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Reference Criteria for Airport Selection in the Establishment of the Gadeok New Airport Corporation using Delphi Techniques)

  • It is anticipated that Gadeok New Airport will be constructed, and the entity responsible for its operation will be a new airport authority, not the existing airport corporation, as the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport has announced its plan to establish the Gadeok New Airport Construction Authority. Based on the precedents of existing airport corporations, it is expected that the future authority will undergo organizational changes to become an airport corporation. This study seeks to establish criteria for selecting overseas airports for benchmarking when researching the entity that will operate the newly established Gadeok New Airport authority. To provide a specific basis for selecting overseas airports for the future operation of Gadeok Airport, the Delphi survey method will be used to derive criteria. Currently, when examining the participation of local governments in regional airports, Gimhae International Airport is operated solely by the Korea Airports Corporation, receiving criticism for the lack of participation by the local government, such as Busan City, in decision-making related to airport operation and local reinvestment. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to provide early direction for improvement in this regard.

  • Inside the factory buildings of aprecision industry (which produces semiconductors or TFT-LCD), thousands of vibration-sensitive precision equipments operate in the clean rooms. Various utility equipments that are installed around them for proper operation cause various sources of noise and of vibration to exist inside the clean rooms and thus deteriorate the noise and the vibration environment within. In this study, we check if the existing transient vibration phenomenon is caused by the vibrations that arise from operating the utility installed near these equipments; compare and evaluate the vibration criteria of precision equipments regarding the transient vibration phenomenon; and check the efficiency of these criteria.

배전선로 운전용량 상향에 따른 개폐기 설치 기준 분석 (Analysis of the Switch Installation Criteria by Increasing Operating Capacity in Distribution Line)

  • The present assignment in installing the number of switches for distribution line was made on the basis of a normal feeder capacity 7,000kVA in KEPCO(Korea Electric Power Corporation), Korea. But the normal capacity is revised to 10000kVA in 1998. Even increasing limit of the operating capacity of the distribution lines enables us to give some benefit for the operation flexibility and investment cost of the distribution system. It is disadvantageous in the viewpoint of supply reliability. In distribution systems, switches are equipped to improve the reliability of distribution systems by minimizing the outage section due to fault and maintenance. Utility generally improves the reliability by minimizing the length of outage section, which is caused by fault and maintenance, through switch equipment on distribution system. In order to cope with the changes such as operation capacity, it is necessary to study whether the present criteria is reasonable or not, also to confirm whether the present criteria of installing switches in line is improved or not. In this study, we proposes the number of switch per feeder on the basis of present operation capacity in distribution system.

실시간 저수위 및 용수공급 취약성 지표를 활용한 농업용 저수지 운영 기준 개발 (Development of Operation Rules in Agricultural Reservoirs using Real-Time Water Level and Irrigation Vulnerability Index)

  • The efficient operation and management strategies of reservoirs in irrigation periods of drought events are an essential element for drought planning and countermeasure. Korea Rural Community Corporation has developed the real-time water level observation system of agricultural reservoirs to efficiently operate reservoirs, however, it is not possible to predict drought conditions, and only provides information of current situation. Hence, it is necessary to evaluate accurate irrigation vulnerability and efficiently reservoir operation rules using current water level. In this paper, the improvement methods of reservoir operation planning were developed with water supply vulnerability characteristic curves comparing to automatic water gauge at agricultural reservoirs. The 11 reservoirs were simulated applying the reservoir operation rules which was determined by irrigation vulnerability characteristic curves criteria and real time water level, and evaluated water supply situation in 2012 year. The analysis of results can be identified probabilistic possibility of water supply failures compared with the existing reservoir operation criteria. These results of efficient reservoir operation rules can be achieved enable irrigation planners to optimally manage available water resources for decision making, and contributed to maintain the water supply according to demand strategy for agricultural reservoirs management.

통행속도에 기반한 오르막차로 동적 운영방안 평가 (Evaluation of Dynamic Lane Allocation Method at Climbing Lane Section)

  • 교통소통을 개선하기 위해 설치된 오르막차로의 운영효율은 교통상태에 따라 달라지는 것이 관측된다. 교통운영측면에서 교통량(v/c)이 증가하고 중차량 구성비가 증가할 경우, 오르막차로는 오히려 교통혼잡의 요인으로 작용하기도 한다. 이는 교통류 상태에 따라 오르막차로를 동적으로 운영하면 효과가 있다는 것을 시사하지만, 교통운영측면에서 이를 효과적으로 제어할 계량적인 기준은 없는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 오르막구간에서의 동적차로운영기준의 필요성을 제시하고, 교통특성에 맞는 기준을 수립하여 이에 대한 효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 낙동분기점 마산방향의 오르막구간을 선정하여 교통량비(v/c), 중차량 구성비 등을 교통운영변수로 VISSIM 분석을 시행하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과, 오르막구간의 평균통행속도가 50km/h일 때 오르막차로의 개방과 폐쇄를 결정하는 운영기준(임계통행속도)으로 적절한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 오르막차로 동적운영에 따른 효과를 분석한 결과, 동적운영의 경우 일반적인 개방과 폐쇄보다 편익이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

  • The Criteria of strong motion seismograph installed at free surface and structure is developed as a cooperative project of KEERC considering seismicity and state of seismic instrumentation of Korea. The background of this development and basic concepts are summarized in this report. The criteria of seismic sensor and recorder is also introduced. It is highly recommended to apply this criteria to installation and operation of seismograph at free surface and structure.

국가공역체계 내에서 군용 무인항공기 비행규칙에 관한 제언 (A Proposal on the Aviation Rules of the Military UAV in the National Airspace System)

  • Military UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) operated as a RC(Remotely Control) model level within the limit of the military special use airspace until now. However, the high and medium altitude of URA(Unmanned Reconnaissance Aircraft) which the ROKAF have been trying to import recently is at the UAV level and needs the criteria for the classified airspace flights. The required flight criteria includes operator location, mission operation limit, equipment, etc., which are the principle and standard applied based on the airspace use for UAV. Also, the general flight rules, visual flight rules, instrument flight rules are required in order to have to be applied to the actual flight. Besides, an appliance regulation needs to be arranged regarding two-way communication, ATC and communication issue, airspace and area in-flight between UAS( Unmanned Aircraft System) users. An operation of the UAV in the air significantly requires the guarantee of the aircraft's capacity, and also the standardized flight criteria. A safe and smooth use is ensured only if this criteria is applied and understood by the entire airspace users. For the purpose, a standardized military UAV flight operations criteria that is to be applied for each airspace by UAV is to be prepared through analysis of the present state, a legend UAV system, and a special character analysis.

  • 이수목적 수량관리를 위한 보장수량과 수력발전 등을 고려한 최적화 기법은 이상가뭄 또는 특이 수문년을 포함하는 경우에는 적용에 한계가 있다. 이러한 관점에서 Hashimoto 등(1982)에 의해 제안된 물부족에 관련된 3가지 평가기준을 혼합정수계획법을 통해 최적화모형에 반영하기 위한 Moy 등(1986)과 Srinivasan 등(1999)에 의해 제시된 바 있다. 그러나 이들 연구는 용수공급용 단일 저수지에 대해 한정되어 발전을 포함하는 다목적댐에 적용할 수 있는 정식화 연구는 부진한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 다목적댐의 용수공급 및 수력발전 최적화 문제에 위험도 평가기준을 도입하여 운영평가를 위한 정식화 형태를 개선하였으며, 개선된 모형을 금강수계 대청다목적댐에 적용하여 그 실효성을 평가하였다.
