By means of analyzing the problems in monitoring plan, design, installation, operation based on maintenance monitoring system installed in subway tunnel section, the improved methods of were proposed for applying to subway monitoring maintenance effectively in the future. The choice of the better monitoring system, the operating method of monitoring system, the confidence and continuity of maintenance monitoring, the performance of responsible monitoring supervision in the phase of the planning of monitoring and design were proposed. The problem and developed plan in the different monitoring systems, the calibration and correction of monitoring system, the analysis for the results and plan for maintenance in the phase of installation of monitoring system and operation were also proposed.

In this paper, chain-shaped multi-level skip-lot sampling plan is designed, which is a normal inspection plan between Choi(1993)'s tightened inspection plan and Choi(1995)'s reduced inspection plan. In every skipping inspection of the proposed plan, when designed numbers of consecutively inspected lots are accepted, switch to the next skipping inspection, and when a lot is rejected, switch to the skipping inspection of two-level lower. Also, the formulae of the operating chareacteristic function, average sampling number and average outgoing quality for the proposed skip-lot sampling plan are derived using the morkov chain approach and their properties are studied and graphically compared with those of the other multi-level skip-lot sampling plans.

This paper proposes the variables repetitive group sampling plan where the quality characteristic following normal distribution has upper or lower specification limit. The problem is formulated as a non-linear programming problem where the objective function to minimize is the average sample number and the constraints are related to lot acceptance probabilities at acceptable quality level (AQL) and limiting quality level (LQL) under the operating characteristic curve. Sampling plan tables are constructed for the selection of parameters indexed by AQL and LQL in the cases of known standard deviation and unknown standard deviation. It is shown that the proposed sampling plan significantly reduces the average sample number as compared with the single or the double sampling plan.

This study aims to make a revitalizing plan for managing and maintaining of facilities which were installed after the rural development projects. The survey was conducted to examine some issues of operating facilities from the developing plan. There were some factors that should be considered in the establishment stage of the project plan when promoting rural development projects. Among them, the preservation and maintenance of rurality, consistency with business plans, connectivity with local resources, and ease of maintenance were less reflective than its importance. And for each facility, systematic consulting on appropriate scale and operational management plans and detailed planning is needed.. It's also necessary to plan action so that the local community can lead. The current or future rural development project will be succeeded when local governments support to strengthening their local groups or people's abilities.

SO and Satellite Broadcaster can operate SO Operating channel in Korea. However, the Broadcasting act does not specify the direction of what purpose the SO operating channel would be operated for. Accordingly, SO and Satellite Broadcaster do not operate SO operating channel or use it as profit channel when operating. In this respect, the cases of U.S. and Japan have been studied to determine how SO operating channel should be operated to make it desirable. In the U.S., it is being used in various ways such as profit channel, multi-access channel and access channel. In Japan, it is mainly focused on the role as local channel, being coordinated with local governments to form public opinion on local news and issues or to announce local events. In Korea, SO is operating local channel similar to the one in Japan rather than SO operating channel, while Satellite Broadcasting is operating SO operating channel mainly for its profits. As SO operating channel is operated on the basis of the broadcasters' expediency without clear stipulation in Korea, we will need to seek the plan to use it for public interests by discussing more the status and operation of SO operating channel.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a successful operating strategy of co-working space. Therefore, the operating elements were identified through a literature research. And then, verified through site investigation and interview of operation managers. We found out that the high level operating elements are 'Co-working management', 'Membership management' and 'Supporting management' And the low level elements of Co-working management are 'Relationship facilitation', 'Networking event & Party' and 'Community & Communication', Membership management's are 'Service diversity & Price plan', 'Promotion & PR' and 'Alliance & Partnership', Supporting management's are 'Space & Interior', 'Facility & Device, Solution' and 'Mentoring & Education'. And the questionnaire was designed and conducted to Co-working space operators through the AHP method. As a result of the collected data analyzing, the highest priority was the operational element 'Community & Communication', and 'space and interior' is next, 'Service diversity & Price plan' is the third. The results were discussed with the relevant experts and it presents the following operating strategies. First, to create an environment suitable to voluntary coworking is the most important element. In particular, good management of 'Community & Communication' should be considered as a high priority operations strategy in a coworking space. Second, interior and space utilization helps in making the environment and atmosphere conducive to coworking. Office devices and facilities such as IT infra, printer, fax, scan, paper...etc are also important elements. But the reason why these necessary items are given a low priority is that these items don't need any special strategy. Third, in order to create a stable profit, 'Service diversity & Price plan' should be the characteristics of each coworking space because it will attract and secure enough customers. This study is valuable, it could be a great guideline for coworking space in an early stage to adopt operating model and strategy

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to pursue an efficient operating plan by surveying the cognition and demand level for major deepening course. Methods : Questionnaire survey was carried out targeting 135 dental hygienists who work in Cheonan and neighboring region. The collected data was performed frequency & percentage, T-test and ANOVA analysis. Results : 1. As for dental hygienists' acquiring academic degree, 77.0% of them responded to have interest. As for a desired route of acquiring academic degree, the major deepening course or Credit Bank System was the highest with 62.2%. 2. As a result of surveying cognition on major deepening course, 73.3% responded to know. A route of having come to know was the largest in senior or friend with 34.8%. Necessity of major deepening course was responded to be necessary with 89.7%. 89.1% of them clarified to have intention of acquiring. 3. The curricular subject, which is desired to be learnt for a plan of operating major deepening course, was the highest in the major field with 63.0%. 4. As a result of comparing an interest, necessity, and intention of acquisition on major deepening course depending on general characteristics, the statistically significant difference wasn't shown. Conclusions : These results suggest that major deepening of course through active public should be aware that many dental hygienists will be subject to a variety of programs and development of clinical course and a practical hands-on education is expected to be strengthened.

The objective of this study was to evolve development strategies used as primary resources for the development plan establishment of public libraries in Yongsan-gu. To reach the aims of this research, this study examined precedent studies related to the status of domestic libraries operation and development plan. This research derived integral factors such as regional characteristics, library facilities, human resources, collections, and budges to be considered for analysis of the current situations. By using in-depth interviews with librarians and professionals, the operational and development plans of public libraries in Yongsan-gu were explored. The findings presented in this study suggested development strategies such as an expansion of library infrastructure and reading culture and development of regional specialization programs and redesign the management system.

This study aims to establish the measures required for strengthening the internal stability of and executing the systematic plan for Gangwon-do in relation to the "urban regeneration preliminary project" launched by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport. The results of this study are as follows. The unit project carried out via the Gangwon-do urban regeneration preliminary project presented the tendency for the standardization of the H/W and S/W projects such as the establishment of the community anchor space and the resident competency reinforcement project. Further, rather than focusing on the contents that could objectively measure the effects of the project, it concentrated more on the performance indicators that are required for verifying the execution of unit projects like the establishment of buildings and operating programs. It was found to be insufficient with regard to the practicality of the project, the correlation with the New Deal Project, and the validity of the project contents. To improve these aspects, Gangwon-do would be required to highlight its distinguishability from the other regions and increase its practicality by operating the field-centered urban regeneration educational program, inducing the participation of experts in each of the areas in case there is a need to execute a project plan and discover a project with placeness. It also needs to focus on strengthening its connection with the urban regeneration new deal project by discovering the resident leaders and professional manpower, and establishing the performance indicators needed for systematically monitoring the regional changes in accordance to the urban regeneration preliminary project.

In the former aviation law, only the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport has to provide air traffic services, In the case of providing aviation transportation service from civilian, such as aviation special education institution, private airfield installer, it was possible to carry out only by receiving a private contract from the government. But at the time of private consignment, the fact that the government has to bear the cost through the contract act. It is pointed out that it is a factor that hinders efficiency in the operation sector. Accordingly, in Article 85 of the Aviation Safety Act, which was enforced in March 2017, legal grounds were established to provide air traffic services excluding the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. At the same time, we have introduced the air traffic services operating certification system, which enables the air traffic services to meet the requirements set by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in order to secure the safety of air traffic. In this study, we examine the major issues and problems of the small private control tower operated by the private institute in Korea. The effect of introduction of the air traffic services operating certification system which can introduce all the institutions which do not belong to the control agency in the former aviation law into the institutional system and the operation plan were examined.
