개인혁신과 조직혁신의 이슈에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Individual Issue and Organizational Issue of Organizational Innovation)

  • The inner and outer environment surrounding companies becomes more insecure and unpredictable due to sudden changes. Because the change of environment surrounding companies can deeply affect the existence of companies, continuous innovation of organization is required to develope management ability. Also, to conquer insecure present and future of companies effectively, organizations of companies have voluntarily coped with insecurities and intense competitions through endless organization innovation. Externally, globalization, openness, and relaxed regulation intensify competitions; consumers' requests get varied; consciousness of members of organizations have changed. Due to those factors, companies are placed in a situation that they should practice endless inner innovation. Internally, competitive power has weakened due to decline in productivity and inefficiency of indirect parts of company has increased. From those factors, managers increasingly request inner innovation and pursue organization innovation for the purpose of effective usage of extra resources and being prepared for the future. The managers who operate organization innovation think that systematized approach to organization innovation is the most practical, and actually operate the thought. However, the negative side of the thought is not neglectable. To minimize inner and outer resistance and to operate organization innovation successfully, some innovation strategies that properly reflect several issues related to organization innovation should be prepared. Another words, organization innovation should be operated differently by cases that if it focuses on personal perspective or on organization's. For many cases of our country, several techniques of organization innovation have been adopted in a short time and operated without making its original use. Therefore, this study looks into major Issues that should be considered for more successful operation of organization innovation, from both personal aspect and organizational aspect. When considering such aspects and operate organization innovation, there is more possibility to succeed on organization innovation. Now, Korean companies have overcame trial period and reborn as global companies. Take warnings by the ordeal under IMF administration, this is time to secure international competitive power by using developed innovation techniques and transform to superior company. Managers need to recognize that to try successful organization innovation is the shortcut to reborn as competitive company, and should take a continuous and profound search for decisive factors to succeed on organization innovation. To operate successful organization innovation, first, at the step of planning organization. innovation, the company should understand the company's capability, position in market and relationship with competitors. Then, the company should establish a distinguished innovation strategy which is of the whole company's aspect, so that the company can freely choose various technique of organization innovation that suits for the company's capability and needs, and unfold the organization innovation movement. Establishing strategy in the aspect of the total company is very important because it offers clear focus of the purpose of adopt, priority and distribution of resources. Second, at the step of operating organization innovation, the company should define concrete purpose and method to evaluate the results that are expected to obtain by adopting organization innovation in advance. While pushing forward, the company should set proper time of examination(milestone) and inspect if expected results are shown. Third, at the step of afterward management of operating organization innovation, the company requires a thorough afterwards verification if targeted results are obtained and of confirmation of successful or failure factors. Also, the company should cultivate specialists in the company who can accumulate and continuously spread the know-how learned during organization innovation promotion, so the know-how don't remain only in certain departments or to a few people in charge. The company should also give effort to maintain the accumulated innovation techniques to be continued.

농어촌 소규모 중학교 영어 교육과정 편성·운영 개선 방안 사례연구 (A Case Study for Exploring the Ways of Improving the Organization and Implementation of the Curriculum for Small Rural Middle Schools)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 농어촌 소규모 중학교의 교육과정 편성·운영 개선방안을 도출하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 교사·학생 면담과 수업관찰을 통하여 교육과정 편성·운영 실태와 요구를 분석하였다. 전국을 5개 권역으로 나누어 권역별 2개교 씩 총10개 농어촌 소규모 중학교의 사례를 분석하였다. 연구결과 교육과정 측면에서 통합운영학교의 학교(급) 간 교육과정 연계 미흡, 지역사회 측면에서 농어촌 지역 내 교육 시설 및 문화 공간 부족, 교사 수급 측면에서 농어촌 소규모 중학교 교사 수급 문제에 대한 근본적인 해결책 마련 필요와 같은 쟁점을 도출 할 수 있었다. 논의된 쟁점을 중심으로 다음과 같은 교육과정 편성·운영 개선방안을 도출할 수 있었다. 첫째, 교육과정 측면에서 내실 있는 학교(급) 간 통합운영학교 및 공동 교육과정 운영을 위해서는 농어촌 소규모 중학교의 교육과정 편성·운영의 자율권을 대폭 확대할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 지역사회 측면에서 농어촌 지역 내 교육 시설 및 문화 공간 부족에 대한 개선방안으로 교육 및 문화 중심지로서의 학교 공간 혁신과 학생 교육활동 안전 및 편의성 증진을 위한 교통 시스템 구축을 제안하였다. 마지막으로 교사 측면에서 순회교사 운영의 어려움을 개선하기 위해서는 교육청 수준에서 교·강사 인력풀의 체계적인 확대 및 운영 등을 제안하였다.

CSMS의 UNIX Porting에 대한 Feasibility 연구

  • The operating support systems such as CSMS, TLMOS, and SLMOS may be related each other. At the present time, UNIX system is most popular operating system. TLMOS and SLMOS have been developed under the UNIX environment and using C language. On the other hand CSMS was built on HP RTE O. S. using Pascal. When we constuct the operation and maintenance organization by networking several operations support system, the interface of intersystem must be simple and the integrity of whole system must be kept. It is somewhat valuable to investigate transfering CSMS from RTE O. S. to UNIX in order to integrate operations and maintenance systems. Here, we give a basic material about porting CSMS in UNIX.

조직요인과 지식정보 특성 요인이 지식관리 시스템의 조직성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Organization Factors and Knowledge Information Characteristic Factors on Organization Performance of Knowledge Management System)

  • 본 연구는 지식관리시스템을 도입하여 운영 중인 기업체와 기관들을 대상으로 지식관리시스템의 도입요인이 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 조직요인의 하위변수 중 최고책임자의 지원은 조직성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었고, 둘째, 지식정보요인의 하위변수인 지식정보의 품질, 지식정보의 신뢰성, 이용편리성은 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 조직요인의 하위변수 중 비전과 목표는 조직성과에 영향을 미치지 않는 변수로 분석되었다. 이와 같은 본 연구의 분석결과는 선행연구 결과와 일치하는 것임을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 핵심전략과 비전의 수립, 비전과 전략의 명확성과 구체성, 지식관리의 필요성, 핵심지식의 규정화 등으로 측정된 비전과 목표는 조직성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않는 변수로 분석되어 선행연구 결과와는 다르게 분석되었음을 알 수 있었다.

Flight Simulation Training Device Operating Standards for MPL Training Programs in South Korea

  • The Multi-crew Pilot License (MPL) is a new pilot qualification introduced by ICAO to train co-pilots for transport aircraft based on efficient and stable competency to respond to changes in the operating environment and technology. ICAO and the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) require a minimum flight of 240 hours for MPL qualification training, and allow the use of flight simulation training devices (FSTDs) for most of the training, specifying the performance requirements for FSTDs. As South Korea is also preparing for the operation of the MPL training program, it is essential to establish the operating standards for FSTDs required for MPL training. This study aims to identify the international standards for FSTDs related to MPL training, and to compare them with the current operating standards for FSTDs in South Korea for presenting a standard (draft) that can be used when introducing domestic MPL training programs in the future.

  • Many public organizations have been adopting and operating various servers. These servers run on Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems that generally use less than 10% of their capacity. For migrating a public organization to cloud computing, we must first virtualize the server environment. This article proposes a strategy for server virtualization that the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA) has done and describes the effects of a public organization migrating to cloud computing. The NIPA Computer Center planned an effective virtualization migration on various servers. This project of virtualization migration was conducted with the existing policy of separate x86 servers and Unix servers. There are three popular approaches to server virtualization: a virtual machine model, a paravirtual machine model, and virtualization at the operating system layer. We selected a VMware solution that uses the virtual machine model. We selected servers for virtualization in the following manner. Servers were chosen that had the highest rate of service usage and CPU usage and had been operating for five years or more. However, we excluded servers that require 80% or greater rates of CPU usage. After adopting the server virtualization technique, we consolidated 32 servers into 3 servers. Virtualization is a technology that can provide benefits in these areas: server consolidation and optimization, infrastructure cost reduction and improved operational flexibility, and implementation of a dual computing environment.

학습조직화 사업의 강한 리더십이 학습동기에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of Charismatic Leadership on Motivation to Learn in Learning Organization Support Project)

  • 본 연구는 학습조직화 사업에서 상사의 강한 리더십이 조직원들의 학습동기에 미치는 영향과 학습조직 구축수준의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 학습조직화 사업에 참여하는 제조업종의 중소기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 결과 강한 리더십이 학습동기에 유의한 영향(p<.001, ${\beta}=.425$)을 미쳤으며, 강한 리더십의 구성요인 중 비전관련 행동이 학습동기의 구성요인인 과제가치에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 학습조직 구축수준에 따라 강한 리더십이 학습동기에 미치는 영향이 달라지는 조절효과가 나타났으며, 학습조직 구축수준의 구성요인 중 자아완성과 팀학습의 조절작용이 확인되었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 강한 리더십과 학습조직 구축수준이 학습조직화 사업에 참여하는 조직원들의 학습동기에 미치는 영향을 밝힘으로써 성공적인 학습조직 운영을 위한 시사점을 제공한 데 그 의의가 있다.

  • 본 연구는 신발제조업체에 속하는 B산업을 대상으로 액션러닝을 이용한 학습조직에 관한 사례조사를 한다. 구체적인 학습조직 활동의 촉진을 위한 컨설팅 스킬로 액션러닝(action learning)기법을 적용한다. 액션러닝의 경우, 기업의 당면한 문제도 해결하고 프로그램에 참여하는 동안 구성원의 역량도 함께 강화되기 때문에 경영혁신도구로 활용도가 높으며, 불확실성이 높은 환경극복에 좋은 방법론으로 알려져 있다. 사례분석에서 컨설팅에서 기대한 효과가 학습조직의 회의특성에서 긍정적인 변화로 나타나고 있다. 따라서 중소기업의 학습조직 구축에 중요한 시사점을 액션러닝 방식의 컨설팅과정에서 도출할 수 있었다. 연구결과는 기업 내 학습조직의 지속적 운영을 위해서는 기업 환경과 전략을 고려한 학습조직 방향의 수립이 중요하며 새로운 학습조직 운영방법을 터득하여 실천하는 과정의 반복이 필요하다는 점을 제시한다.

Determinants of Investment Capital Size: A Case of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Vietnam

  • This research investigates the determinants of investment capital size in Vietnam's small and medium-sized firms. The study employs a sample of 458 small and medium-sized enterprises in the country. The study is based on data collects in the areas of Hanoi, Bac Can, Buon Ma Thuot and Pleiku Provinces at time series data of October 2019. This study also identifies the factors that affect the size of investment capital in medium and small-sized enterprises in Vietnam. Data are processed via STATA 14.0 and SPSS 20.0 software. The research results indicate that (1) business lines, (2) import and export business, (3) type of business registration, (4) business location, (5) operating time, and (6) the percentage of the organization's capital contribution are factors that impact on the size of the investment capital of the business. Business line and business location have negative impacts on investment capital size. The operating time, the percentage of the organization's capital contribution, import and export business, and the type of business registration have positive impacts on investment capital size. In addition, the findings of this study also suggest that the operation time has the highest impact on investment capital size of the small and medium-sized firms in Vietnam.
