Currently open spaces of an apartment housing complex are considered in Korea as a negligible live Place that only contributes to enlarge its construction capacity of an apartment without taking its effects on the living quality into account. This trend reduces outdoor playing activities of the children who are the main users of open spaces and consequently has a negative influence on the child's growth. Therefore it is a imminent problem that we should provide open space utilizing plans on the basis of the study upon the types of the children's playing activities within the residential environment. The study purpose is finding about an outside activity of the child takes any influence according to an apartment disposition format.

The study made a comparison of the draft making process and implementation of open spaces in Japan and China, and pointed out the issues to be solved. In summary, we discovered that the Japanese plan emphasizes joint conduct and cooperation between residents and corporation/organization, while the Chinese plan is characterized by its active usage of administrative lines. Regarding the policies of their plans, there are many similarities in the basic issues for both countries. The study clarified the differences in measures responding to geographical and systematic features of each country.

This paper discusses the properties of attractors of Type 1 IFS which construct self similar fractals on product spaces. General results like continuity theorem and Collage theorem for Type 1 IFS are established. An algebraic equivalent condition for the open set condition is studied to characterize the points outside a feasible open set. Connectedness properties of Type 1 IFS are mainly discussed. Equivalence condition for connectedness, arc wise connectedness and locally connectedness of a Type 1 IFS is established. A relation connecting separation properties and topological properties of Type 1 IFS attractors is studied using a generalized address system in product spaces. A construction of 3D fractal images is proposed as an application of the Type 1 IFS theory.

In [25] Taskinen shows that if $\{E_n\}_n\;and\;\{F_n\}_n$ are two sequences of Frechet spaces such that ($E_m,\;F_n$) has the BB-property for all m and n then (${\Pi}_m\;E_m,\;{\Pi}_n\;F_n$) also has the ΒΒ-property. Here we investigate when this result extends to (i) arbitrary products of Frechet spaces, (ii) countable products of DFN spaces, (iii) countable direct sums of Frechet nuclear spaces. We also look at topologies properties of ($H(U),\;\tau$) for U balanced open in a product of Frechet spaces and $\tau\;=\;{\tau}_o,\;{\tau}_{\omega}\;or\;{\tau}_{\delta}$.

In order to solve the current shortage of parking spaces, and redesign the main gate area of the U University, the research investigated some cases of other schools located in Seoul which actively constructed multi-purpose building structures. Those schools are considered to be good samples showing their efforts to fulfill the needs of more parking spaces in their campuses, and to cover with the growing needs of multi-functioned facilities accommodating services of academic affairs, reading room spaces, and amenities. With the investigation, the research finded out the current trends of campus developments from the sample schools, such as underground parking facilities connected with multi-purpose buildings along the main arteries of campuses. Following the trends the research thoroughly examined the present conditions of our school and tried to make some possible alternatives for the facilities. Under the conditions, the research suggested 1)to construct underground parking lots accepting around 1,000 cars under the ivory tower square located in front of University Administration Building, 2)to develop a big-scaled open square at the university main gate, and 3)to build a multi-purpose structure along the main street of the campus, which included administration services, studying spaces, and some commercial facilities.

본 논문의 목적은 주택 소유 여부와 주택유형이 도시녹지공간의 경제가치에 주는 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 공공재로서 녹지공간은 양의 외부효과를 제공하는데, 화폐 외부효과와 기술 외부효과로 나누어진다. 서울을 사례연구 대상지로 하여 선택실험을 진행하였고, 1,000명으로 구성된 온라인 표본을 분석하였다. 분석 결과에 의하면 형평성과 효율성을 고려하여 다양한 유형의 도시녹지를 관리하기 위해서는 두 가지 형태의 외부효과를 차별화하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 모든 조건이 같은 경우에, 아파트 거주자들은 소유 여부가 녹지공간의 경제가치에 양의 유의함을 보여준 반면, 일반주택 거주자들은 그러한 영향이 없었다. 아파트의 경우 세입자들이 느끼는 한계가치와 한계비용이 일치하는 균형점까지 녹지공간을 확장하여 사중손실을 저감할 수 있다. 이와는 상반되게 일반주택의 경우에는 소유 여부가 아니라 가구소득이 어메니티 가치에 유의한 영향을 주었다. 녹지공간의 공적 편익(지불의사액)은 평균적으로 현재 거주지 가격의 16%에서 33% 정도까지 조망이나 접근성의 형태로 구체화되었다. 녹지 접근성의 가치에는 거주지유형의 차이가 유의한 영향을 주지 않았다. 녹지공간을 위한 거주자 프로파일과 정책제언을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this article is to study the concepts of fuzzy mean open and fuzzy mean closed sets in fuzzy topological spaces. Further, in what way they are similar to those of other. Also we discuss some properties of fuzzy mean open and fuzzy mean closed with fuzzy paraopen and fuzzy paraclosed sets in fuzzy topology.

IPIace 시스템은 등록된 사용자 사이에서 효과적인 공동작업을 지원하는 웹 기반 협업지원 시스템이다. 현재 개발된 IPIace 시스템은 자주 일어나는 공동작업을 등록된 사용자가 생성한 팀작업장을 통해서만 지원하고 있으므로 시스템에 등록하지 않은 사용자와의 효율적인 자료공유는 제공하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 IPIace 시스템에 등록하지 않은 사용자에게 효과적인 공동작업을 지원하기 위한 공개 작업공간인 OpenSpace에 대하여 기술한다. IPIace 시스템에 제안된 OpenSpace 를 제공함으로써 기존의 IPIace 사용자와 등록되지 않은 사용자 사이의 자유롭고 편리한 자료공유 기능을 제공한 수 있다. OpenSpace는 플랫폼 독립적인 JSP 및 EJB 컴포넌트 기술을 이용하여 개발되었다.

The aim of this article is to define fuzzy maximal open cover and discuss its few properties. we also defined and study fuzzy m-compact space and discussed its properties. Also we obtain few more results on fuzzy minimal c-regular and fuzzy minimal c-normal spaces. We have proved that a fuzzy Haussdorff m-compact space is fuzzy minimal c-normal.
