지역약사의 시리즈형 OTC 약물에 대한 약사의 직능 수행에 대한 평가 (Relationship between the Series named OTC Products and Pharmacist's Professional Workloads in Community Pharmacy)

  • Background: Currently, the over-the-counter (OTC) drug market is flooded with series OTC products. The pharmacist must follow the OTC product's indication, given that the most critical role of a pharmacist is the right selection and recommendation of an OTC drug for a patient's symptoms in a dynamic pharmacy environment. Therefore, pharmacists must know each OTC product information precisely to avoid any ambiguity due to several OTC series brand names. Objective: We evaluated the risk and effectiveness of OTC series medicines. Methods: From December 5 to December 18, 2019, an online survey was conducted among 145 community pharmacists. Results: A total of 51.0% of pharmacists knew the difference between products named in a series and could explain it spontaneously. Only 0.7% of the pharmacists admitted to not knowing the difference between products named in a series. While 42.9% of pharmacists who owned a pharmacy opined that the OTC medicines named in a series have health benefits for patients, 50.0% of employee pharmacists admitted that they were rather confused because there are several OTC series medicines. In contrast, 69.2% of pharmacists who owned pharmacies and 72.2% of employee pharmacists admitted that OTC series drugs with names similar to popular OTC drugs sell better. Conclusion: While pharmacists had different opinions regarding OTC series drugs per employment status, they opined that OTC series are more helpful in pharmacy management than completely new brand names. Further studies in this regard are needed.

라이브 커머스의 의사사회적 상호작용이 경험 만족도에 미치는 영향 - 자아 이미지 일치성의 조절된 매개효과를 중심으로 - (The effect of live commerce's para-social interaction on satisfaction with the experience - Focused on the moderated mediation effect of self-image congruity -)

  • Live-streaming commerce business is growing as the consumption of video content and Smartphone shopping increases. This study examines the following three aspects: whether para-social interaction influences perceived interactivity; whether seller trust affects satisfaction with the experience; whether relationships are controlled by a moderated mediator of self-image congruity. An online survey was conducted with 203 women aged 20-30 years. They were asked to respond to the survey after watching a beauty category live-streaming commerce broadcast. The results revealed that the para-social interaction had a significant effect on perceived interactivity, seller trust and satisfaction with the experience. The findings also indicated that the perceived interactivity and seller trust mediated the relationship between para-social interaction and satisfaction with the experience. Regarding the mediated moderation effect of self-image congruity, it was statistically significant between para-social interaction and perceived interactivity through seller trust. A higher level of consumer's self-image congruity influenced the greater effect of para-social interaction on live commerce experience. This study makes important theoretical contributions to the para-social interaction in mobile commerce industry by emphasizing the mediating role of perceived interactivity and seller trust. This is achieved by examining the moderating effects of self-congruity on satisfaction with the experience. The results also verify the seller's crucial role in live-streaming commerce market which leads to the consumers greater fulfillment.

외식업 점주의 배달앱 서비스 이용에 대한 지각된 혜택 및 희생이 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향: 가치기반수용모델을 중심으로 (The Effect of Restaurant Owners' Perceived Benefits and Sacrifices on the Continuous Use Intention of Food Delivery App Services: Focusing on the Value-Based Adoption Model)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of perceived value on the intention of continuous use of food delivery app services form the perspective of restaurant owners. We adopt the value-based acceptance model (VAM) in order to derive influential factors (i.e., perceived benefits and perceived sacrifices) that affect perceived value, which in turn leads to the continuous use of food delivery app services. In addition, the moderating role of restaurant type in the relationship between perceived benefits/sacrifices and perceived value. Design/methodology/approach An online survey was conducted on restaurant owners who are using domestic food delivery app services. Samples were collected using the quota sampling method in accordance with the current market share of food delivery app services. A total of 235 participants (restaurant owners) were identified as a valid sample and used for the final analysis. Findings Research findings of the study are as follows. First, sales increase and operational effort decrease among perceived benefits had a significant positive impact on perceived value. Second, perceived cost among perceived sacrifices had a significant negative impact on perceived value. Third, perceived value had a significant positive effect on the intention of continuous use. Finally, the moderating role of restaurant type was found only in the effect of operational effort decrease on perceived value.

Measuring Psychological Support for the Unemployed: The Case of Kakao NEET Project

  • This paper attempts to investigate Korean youth Not in Education, Employment and Training (NEET) and how daily activities and community participation may influence their positive emotions and job search desire. First, we conducted a focus group interview with 16 NEETs who participated in the Kakao NEET Company project. The project allowed participants to experience employment by founding a virtual company in which each participant selected a daily activity to perform as part of the company's operations. Second, the interview responses were categorized and assigned emotional values using the card sorting technique and multi-dimensional analysis (MDS). A total of 11 emotional values were derived through this process. Finally, a social network analysis was conducted in order to measure the density of relations among the emotional values. Results suggest that immersion, confidence, belongingness were the three highest values evaluated by participants. Furthermore, network diagrams imply that the stronger participants perceived social support and belongingness with others, the stronger their responsibility grew, further leading them to establish steady goals. In particular, the high eigenvector score for "desire for job" suggests that emotional values are sequentially connected to the immersion-social support-responsibility-goal-job desire. This sequence suggests that digital services that are developed with the aim to enhance social values such as the Kakao NEET Project may engender motivation and confidence in youth NEETs. The overall results suggest that a systematic approach to policymaking should be considered in order to provide fundamental solutions and expand opportunities for social participation and emotional comfort, as social isolation due to low self-esteem has been reported as one of the reasons for NEETs' failure in the labor market.

중국 진출 한국 패션 브랜드의 CSR 적합성이 소비자 만족 및 브랜드 태도에 미치는 영향과 자민족 중심주의의 조절효과 (The Influence of Korean Fashion Brands' CSR Fit with Chinese Consumers on Consumer Satisfaction and Brand Attitude Moderated by Ethnocentrism)

  • To help korean fashion brands establish CSR activities in the chinese market in the future, this study investigated the influence of korean fashion brands' CSR fit with Chinese Consumers on Consumer Satisfaction and brand attitude, with the moderating effect of ethnocentrism. An online survey was conducted with 20-39 year-old consumers in China from April 18 to April 30, 2021. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 24.0 and Amos 24.0. The results of this paper are as follows. First, environmental CSR fit had the greatest impact on consumer satisfaction, followed by financial CSR fit and social contribution CSR fit. Second, environmental CSR fit and social contribution CSR fit had positive effects on brand attitude, while financial CSR fit did not have a positive effect on brand attitude. Third, as customer satisfaction has a favorable effect on brand attitude, it can be inferred that the greater the satisfaction customers feel for a Korean fashion brand in China, the more positive the attitude they develop toward Korean brands. Fourth, there was no significant difference between groups that had a high and low degree of ethnocentrism, confirming that ethnocentrism does not have a moderating effect on consumer satisfaction. On the other hand, in the relationship between environmental and social contribution CSR fit and brand attitude, there was a greater impact in the low ethnocentrism group compared with the high ethnocentrism group, which verifies the moderating effect of ethnocentrism.

수정된 IPA 기법을 적용한 오디오북 서비스품질에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Service Quality of Audiobook Using Revised IPA)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to examine the review of previous studies based on audiobooks, 1) using the IPA method, we examine the quality of audiobooks that listeners perceive as important and the quality of preferred audiobooks, 2) improvement directions for activating audio content and audiobook platform, to seek ways to establish strategic plans for the audiobook market. Design/methodology/approach This study conducted and experiment using three factors(usability, information and interaction) used in web service quality(WebQual). Usability consists of the availability of time, such as the use of audiobooks for hobbies and the ease of search. Information consists of the trends of the times, topics of converation and the latest trends. Interaction consists of the proportion and depth of celebrities. After that, grid analysis was performed using the traditional IPA method and the revised IPA method. It was judged that identifying and analyzing the preference for service provision and new content was more valuable than the Performance used in the existing method. Findings According to the results of the empirical analysis, it was found that the conversation material corresponding to informativity did not affect the audiobook during the online quality analysis. It is believed that improvements can be found through content production related to entertainment, webtoons, and general common sense that can increase listeners' interest. In addition, it was found that the advertising effect of celebrities corresponding to interactivity did not affect the results of this study, which should increase the concentration and immersion of listeners by increasing the technology for audiobooks.

  • 최근 교육시장의 변화와 코로나로 인해 과외 시장 및 온라인 학습시장으로 소비자들이 이동하여 대형 교육 프랜차이즈 사업이 매출액을 중시하는 입장에서 수익구조를 극대화하는 비즈니스 모델로 재편되고 있다. 교육환경의 변화로 교수자 중심에서 학생 중심으로 개별 맞춤 서비스를 제공하고, 학생들 스스로가 자기주도 학습이 가능할 수 있도록 학습동기를 부여하고 학습기술을 배양할 수 있는 새로운 학습균형 모델이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 수학 교육서비스 프랜차이즈 사업을 운영하는 가맹본부 입장에서 최근 교육 트렌드와 소비자의 욕구를 만족하면서 기업의 수익구조를 향상 시킬 수 있는 새로운 수학 프랜차이즈 모델(K-MODEL)을 제안한다. K-MODEL은 차별화 콘텐츠 및 서비스, 학습 및 운영 프로세스, 학습 성취도 향상을 위한 다양한 프로그램을 개발하여 가맹본부와 가맹사업을 진행하는 가맹점사업자들이 안정적인 수익구조를 가질 것으로 기대한다.

외식업체 키오스크의 지속 이용 의도에 대한 연구: 만족도의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Continuance Use Intention of Kiosk Services: The Mediating Role of Satisfaction)

  • 비대면 서비스가 보편화 되면서 키오스크가 외식업 분야에서 중요한 서비스 채널로 주목을 받고 있다. 본 연구는 외식업체를 중심으로 확산되고 있는 키오스크 이용 경험이 있는 시니어들을 대상으로 지속 이용 의도에 영향을 미치는 선행 요인들을 살펴보았다. 50-70대 시니어들을 대상으로 온라인 조사를 실시하였으며, 총 420명의 응답 자료가 최종 분석에 사용되었다. SPSS 25.0과 Amos 23.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구조 모형 분석을 실시하였고, 매개효과를 검정하기 위해 부트스트래핑 방법을 이용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 키오스크의 인지된 유용성, 기대 일치가 키오스크에 대한 만족도를 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 키오스크의 인지된 유용성과 만족도가 키오스크에 대한 지속 이용 의도를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 키오스크의 만족도가 인지된 유용성이 키오스크에 대한 지속 이용 의도에 미치는 영향력을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 키오스크의 만족도가 기대 일치가 키오스크에 대한 지속 이용 의도에 미치는 영향력을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 키오스크를 수용한 시니어들의 긍정적 반응을 이해하고, 시니어들을 배려한 키오스크 이용 환경을 구축하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

Analysis of differences in K-pop Content Update Preference Cycle and Price Elasticity

  • 이 연구는 디지털 환경 변화에 대응하기 위해 수익구조를 온라인으로 전환하고 팬덤 기반 마케팅을 강화하는 국내 팬덤 커머스 플랫폼을 대상으로 케이팝 콘텐츠 업데이트 주기와 가격의 변화가 소비자 구매 의사에 영향을 주는지에 관한 실증연구이다. 이를 위해 팬덤 플랫폼 전문가를 대상으로 FGI를 실시하고 이를 기반으로 디자인한 결합분석을 활용하여 설문조사를 수행하여 콘텐츠 업데이트 선호주기에 따른 가격탄력성의 차이를 확인하였다. 그 결과 케이팝 콘텐츠 가격탄력성의 비탄력적인 특성을 확인할 수 있었으며 콘텐츠 업데이트 선호주기에 따른 가격탄력성의 변화는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 이 연구는 앞으로 성장하게 될 팬덤 커머스 시장의 마케팅 전략을 세우는데 활용할 기초자료를 제공한다.

기업의 사회적 책임이(CSR) 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향 - 브랜드 신뢰와 e-WOM의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on Brand Loyalty-The Mediating Effect of Brand Trust and e-WOM)

  • 브랜드 경쟁 시대에 기업은 소비자의 브랜드 신뢰도 및 충성도를 높이기 위해 많은 노력을 하고 있다. 기업의 사회적 책임이 기업의 브랜드 신뢰도 및 충성도를 높이는데 큰 역할을 하고 있다. 한편, 현재의 Covid-19 유행은 기업의 디지털 전환 속도를 가속화 했으며 소비자가 기업의 온라인 평가에 더 많은 관심을 기울이게 만들었다. 본 연구는 중국 소비자 시장을 기반으로 기업의 사회적 책임, 인터넷 입소문(e-WOM), 브랜드 신뢰를 통해 브랜드 충성도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 연구하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 확인하기 위해 본 논문에서는 중국과 한국에 있는 중국인 소비자를 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 총 469개의 유효 설문이 사용되었고 수집된 데이터는 SPSS21.0를 활용해 실증 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같이 요약된다. (1) 기업의 사회적 책임은 브랜드 신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. (2) 기업의 사회적 책임은 브랜드 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. (3) 브랜드 신뢰는 브랜드 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. (4) 브랜드 신뢰와 인터넷 입소문은 기업의 사회적 책임과 브랜드 충성도의 사이에 긍정적인 매개효과가 나타낸다.
