Background: Self-leadership, an action strategy that can maximize individual capabilities, can affect the organizational commitment of dental hygienists and ultimately improve the quality of medical services. This study aims to demonstrate the need for self-leadership and organizational commitment for dental hygienists and develop measures to improve the quality of medical services. Methods: An online survey of dental hygienists working at dental hospitals and clinics in Seoul and Gyeonggi province, Republic of Korea was conducted from March 28 to May 1, 2022. A total of 341 questionnaires were returned and analyzed. The measurement tools were modified and supplemented based on the theories and models developed by Manz for self-leadership, Mowday for organizational commitment, and Cronin and Taylor for medical services. Descriptive statistics, independent t-tests, ANOVA, simple regression, and multiple regression analyses were performed using SPSS 25.0. Results: In leadership education, self-leadership is based on participation experience, the number of participants, and when and where it is received. Organizational commitment comes from participation experience, and the quality of medical services has been found to affect participation experience and location. Self-leadership had an effect on the quality of medical services (β=0.497, t=10.551, p<0.001; β=0.599, t=13.783, p<0.001; β=0.353, t=7.601, p<0.001) and organizational commitment was found to have a mediating effect. Conclusion: Dental hygienists' self-leadership has a positive effect on the quality of medical services through the formation of appropriate interrelationships within the organization. Therefore, self-leadership programs should be developed, participated in, and promoted to improve the self-leadership of dental hygienists. Moreover, hospitals should improve their environment to provide and improve self-leadership education.

목적 : 본 연구는 앤더슨 행동 모형의 적용을 통해 지역사회 거주 노인의 인지 향상 프로그램의 참여 의사 결정 요인에 대한 실증적인 분석하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 본 연구의 표집 방법은 온라인 설문조사 형태로 시행되었으며, 대상자는 국내 지역사회 거주 65세 이상 노인이었다. 2020년 8월부터 9월까지 2개월에 걸쳐 시행되었으며, 설문에 참여한 대상자는 총 154명이었다. 결과 : 본 연구의 주요 결과로는 첫째, 소인 요인의 성별, 연령, 지역적 특성, 최종학력, 그리고 경제적 상태는 인지 향상 프로그램 참여 의사 간의 상관관계가 없었다. 둘째, 가능성 요인 중 프로그램의 다양성, 흥미도, 그리고 효과성은 인지 향상 프로그램 참여 의사 간에 상관관계가 있었지만, 프로그램의 난이도, 참신성 그리고 전자기기 사용 능력은 인지 향상 프로그램 참여 의사 간의 상관관계가 없었다. 셋째, 욕구 요인의 만성질환 유무, 주관적 건강 상태, 그리고 일상생활 제한 여부는 인지 향상 프로그램 참여 의사 간의 상관관계가 없었다. 결론 : 본 연구의 결과 분석을 통한 기초적 정보와 근거의 결과를 파악하여, 추후 인지 향상 프로그램의 개발에 대한 시사점을 얻을 수 있으리라 생각된다.

본 연구는 국민들의 청와대 국민청원 활용 동인을 분석하는 것에 목적이 있다. 온라인 공간은 숙의민주주의 구현의 실험장으로 활용되어 왔다. 국민 신문고, 다음 아고라 등에서 다양한 여론이 형성되어 실제 국민들의 공감을 얻기도 했다. 문재인 정부 청와대는 국민들의 여론을 수렴하기 위한 방안으로 국민청원 사이트를 개설했다. 30일 동안 20만 명 이상 동의를 얻은 청원에 대해서 부처의 책임자 혹은 청와대 관계자가 직접 답변을 하는 방식으로 운영된다. 본 연구는 청와대 국민청원이 기존 여론 수렴 플랫폼과 어떤 차별성을 가지는지, 왜 국민들이 청와대 국민청원 서비스에 열광하는지 깊이 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 혼합연구 방식을 도입하여 질적, 양적 분석을 수행했다. 먼저 표적 집단 면접을 통해서 청와대 국민청원 이용경험이 있는 사람들을 대상으로 경험을 측정 가능한 구성개념으로 요인화 했다. 그 다음 청와대 국민청원 이용 경험이 있는 우리나라 국민 156명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시했다. 분석결과 상징성, 유용성, 충족성, 신뢰 요인이 국민청원 활용 의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미침을 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 온라인의 숙의민주주의 플랫폼에서 이용자들의 실제 참여를 제고하기 위해서 기술적 측면 보다는 상징성, 유용성, 충족성, 신뢰 요인이 마련될 수 있어야 함을 주장하고자 한다. 더불어서 본 연구는 온라인 숙의민주주의 구현 과정으로 청와대 국민청원이 기존 여론 수렴 플랫폼과 어떠한 차별성이 있는지 살펴보고, 지속 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석했다는 점에서 의의를 가진다고 할 수 있다.

본 연구는 대학 교수-학습의 주체자인 학생과 교수의 온라인 대중공개강좌(MOOC)에 대한 인식에 기초하여 개발 및 활용 전략을 탐색한 것이다. 대학 구성원 모두 MOOC의 기본 개념인 개방, 공유, 참여에 대해 긍정적으로 인식하였으며, MOOC에 대한 이해와 인식 수준은 학부생과 대학원생이 매우 낮은 반면 교수는 그에 비해 상대적으로 높았다. 대학 교육과정의 혁신과 고유 콘텐츠의 확산 목적의 MOOC이 인문학, 자연과학, 사회과학, 기술공학, 예체능 영역의 강좌가 개발되길 원했다. 대학의 학습 주체자인 학부생들은 MOOC이 교양 교육과정 이수나타분야 기초 학습, 비교과 과정으로 이수할 수 있길 원했고, 평생 학습자인 대학원생은 지역시민의 평생교육 강화를 위해 MOOC이 개발 활용되길 원했다. 고품질 교육의 제공자이자 평생 학습자인 교수는 대학교육의 혁신과 고유 콘텐츠의 확산을 목적으로 해당 전공 과정의 심화학습에 MOOC이 활용되기를 원했다. 앞으로 대학은 다양한 MOOC 개발을 지원하고 이수체계를 정립하여 고도화된 고품질 온라인 교육 서비스를 제공해야 할 것이다.

최근에 기업은 신규 고객을 유입시키고, 신규 고객 및 기존 고객과 장기적인 관계를 갖기 위해 연결 플랫폼을 이용한 모바일 바이럴 마케팅 전략을 세우고 실행한다. 상호작용성을 가진 웹 2.0의 출현은 고객 참여의 폭발적 증가를 가져왔고, 실무자들은 고객과 가까운 관계를 구축하는데 도움이 되는 연결 플랫폼에 관심을 갖게 되었다. 그러나 기업에서 활용하는 연결 플랫폼을 이용한 다양한 고객 유입 방법들이 고객 참여 수준을 실제로 높이는지에 대한 효과성 연구는 부족하며, 따라서 이에 대한 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구는 Sashi(2012)의 이론적 연구에 기반하여 신규 고객을 유입시키고, 유입된 신규 고객과 장기적인 관계를 갖기 위한 목적으로 시행된 A사 오픈 마켓 쇼핑몰의 실제 모바일 바이럴 프로모션을 분석하였다. 고객 참여 유형을 분석함으로 모바일 바이럴 프로모션의 효과성에 대한 시사점을 제안한다. 첫째, 온라인 바이럴 프로모션의 즉각적인 효과를 본 결과, 프로모션은 신규 고객 유입에 있어 부분적으로 효과적이다. 둘째, 온라인 바이럴 프로모션의 장기적 효과를 보기 위해 고객의 참여 유형 변화를 살펴 본 결과, 대부분의 경우 유입된 신규 고객은 만족한 고객이 되지 못하였으며, 만족한 고객이 되기까지 시간이 걸리는 지체 현상이 확인됐다.

This article is devoted to the problem of national and patriotic education of young students by means of digital technologies in the conditions of distance learning environment. It is emphasized that national and patriotic education is a powerful means of strengthening the unity and integrity of Ukraine. It is proved that national and patriotic education will be effective under the condition of systematic and purposeful activity on formation of patriotic consciousness in youth, sense of national dignity, necessity of service of ideals and values of the country. Various forms of educational work of national and patriotic orientation at Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University, which were conducted by digital technologies: online thematic lectures, educational classes, round tables, workshops, guest online meetings with famous researchers of historical heritage of Ukraine, online tours of historical places, virtual exhibitions of art, participation in the national-patriotic student camp "Diia" (Action) and etc. The activity of the University Library and V. O. Sukhomlinsky State Scientific and Pedagogical Library of Ukraine of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, which has a significant impact on the formation of national consciousness and social and political activity of students by modern means of information and communication technologies. It is determined that the project "Inclusive 3D map" helps to broaden the horizons and deepen the knowledge of young students, education of a true citizen, the formation of cognitive interest in the subjects studied, motivation to study, raising awareness of Ukrainians on historical and cultural heritage. The study showed that young students take an active social attitude: they speak Ukrainian, want to live and work in Ukraine, respect their homeland, its traditions, cultural and historical past, love to travel and they are tolerant of people with special needs. Promising areas of educational work with students based on the use of a wide range of information and communication technologies, namely 3D games, TV tandems, podcasts, social networks, video resources in national and patriotic education of youth.

본 연구의 목적은 원격교육에서 미디어 멀티태스킹이 학습참여에 미치는 영향에 있어 인지욕구가 매개효과를 나타내는지 확인하기 위함이다. 연구대상은 한 학기 이상 원격교육을 받은 경험이 168명의 대학생이었으며 미디어 멀티태스킹, 인지욕구 및 학습참여에 관한 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS WIN 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석 및 Sobel test를 시행하였다. 연구결과 미디어 멀티태스킹과 학습참여 간 유의한 정적 상관을 보였고(r=.52, p<.001), 인지욕구와 학습참여 간에도 정적 상관을 보였다(r=.39, p<.001). 미디어 멀티태스킹은 학습참여에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며(β=.52, p<.001), 설명력은 27%이었다. 인지욕구가 투입시 미디어 멀티태스킹의 학습참여에 대한 효과가 감소하여(β=.52 ⟶ .44) 미디어 멀티태스킹이 학습참여에 미치는 영향에서 인지욕구가 부분 매개효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다(Z=2.77, p<.01). 따라서 원격교육을 위한 수업계획시 온라인 콘텐츠를 사용하게하고 미디어 멀티태스킹을 촉진하는 학습활동을 구성할 것을 제안한다. 또한 원격수업에서 인지욕구를 촉진할 수 있는 다양한 교수 전략을 개발하고 적용해볼 것을 제안한다.

본 연구는 청소년의 바람직한 식생활 형성을 위해 온·오프라인을 연계할 수 있는 '블렌디드 러닝'의 수업 방식을 활용하여 중학교 기술·가정① '청소년기 영양과 식행동' 단원으로 교수·학습과정안을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서 개발된 교수·학습과정안은 한국교육과정평가원의 '분석-설계-개발-평가 및 수정'모형을 적용하였다. 블렌디드 러닝에 적합한 교과서 내용을 분석하고, 차시별 주제, 교수전략, 매체 및 평가도구를 선정하여 교수·학습과정안을 설계하였으며 이를 활용하여 교수·학습과정안, 활동지, 평가도구를 개발하였다. 또한, 개발된 교수·학습과정안은 전문가 검증을 받아 수정·보완하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 살펴보면, 블렌디드 러닝을 적용한 '청소년기 영양과 식행동' 단원의 교수·학습과정안은 현시점에 부합성이 있는 것으로 나타났으며 블렌디드 러닝을 적용한 온라인 수업에서는 학생들이 모둠 및 발표 활동을 제시하여 학습자들의 참여도 및 흥미가 저하되지 않도록 구성되었다. 그리고 개발된 교수·학습과정안은 수업 의도에 맞게 패들렛, 띵커벨과 같은 원격수업 도구를 사용하여 온라인 환경에서도 원활하게 수업이 진행되도록 개발되었음을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 블렌디드 러닝을 활용한 교수·학습과정안이 온라인 수업에서 청소년기인 학생들의 올바른 식생활을 실천할 수 있는 수업으로 활용될 수 있고, 더불어 다양한 수업환경을 띠는 블렌디드 러닝 수업에서도 효과적으로 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.

본 연구는 워드프레스 서비스의 테마 검색과 커스터마이징에 대한 일반 사용자와 디자이너 사용자의 테마 사용 경험 개선을 목적으로 커뮤니티 중심의 테마 정보 서비스를 연구하였다. 본 연구의 방법은 먼저, 워드프레스 테마의 검색과 선택 과정에서 사용자의 의사 결정에 필요한 테마 정보를 도출하고 테마 정보의 체계를 구성하였다. 그리고 워드프레스 및 웹 서비스 개발 관련 유명 커뮤니티들의 커뮤니티 서비스 구조와 사용자 콘텐츠들을 분석하여 커뮤니티 기반의 테마 정보 서비스 시나리오를 도출하였고, 이를 반영하여 테마 중심의 커뮤니티 서비스 사이트 '테마-딱'을 제작, 완성하였다. '테마-딱' 서비스를 워드프레스 초보 사용자 20명을 대상으로 2주간 사용자 테스팅을 수행한 결과, 주요 서비스 중에서 가장 긍정적인 피드백을 받은 서비스는 테마 템플릿 정보와 이상형 테마 콘테스트였다. 본 연구에서 실험한 다양한 형식의 커뮤니티 콘텐츠와 사용자 참여 데이터들은 오픈 플랫폼으로서의 워드프레스 서비스에 적합한 테마 정보 서비스의 방향을 제시 하고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of real-time remote video instruction using zoom on learners' English reading achievement. The study also sought to identify the efficiency of zoom video lectures and consider supplementing them by surveying learners' opinions and satisfaction regarding zoom video lectures. To this end, control and experimental groups were set up, and two achievement tests and a questionnaire were conducted. The study's results demonstrated that zoom video lectures have a positive effect on learners' English reading achievement. The questionnaire found that learners are satisfied with zoom video lectures for the following reasons: 'increased interest in and motivation towards learning', 'self-directed learning', 'active interaction', 'ease of access', 'ease of information retrieval'. At the same time, the questionnaire also found that some learners are dissatisfied with zoom video lectures due to 'mechanical errors or defects', 'poor audio quality', and 'the need to add customized functions for efficient classes'. In practice, zoom video lectures must be supplemented with automatic attendance processing, convenient data upload and download, and more efficient video screen management. Given the recent increase in online classes, we, as instructors, must develop teaching activities and/or strategies for video lectures that can encourage active participation by learners.
