A Study on the Business Model of China's Online Tourism Industry (중국 온라인 관광업 비즈니스 모델에 관한 연구)

  • With the rapid development of the social economy and the continuous improvement of living standards, a favorable environment has been provided for the rapid development of the tourism industry. The highly developed Internet technology has provided people with more convenient online travel. With the rapid development of online tourism, tourism-related Internet businesses are also developing rapidly. This study first introduces the research background and significance of the study, and suggests the necessity of Ctrip's business model optimization study based on the development of social economy such as online tourism development hotspots and business model research issues. Ctrip explains the current status of research inside and outside the online travel industry and business model, in-depth introduction and analysis of related concepts and theories such as online travel and OTA business models, and expands them based on expert research. Several aspects such as insufficient Ctrip's existing business model, high current operating costs, major factors affecting suppliers, and slow development of new business were suggested, and alternatives were suggested to solve these problems. Ctrip maintained a sustainable competitive edge, including Ctrip's business model optimization strategy for value creation and innovation and Internet business model optimization strategy for customer value chains.

  • The purpose of this study is to define the concept of value-added services on online music platforms, put forward a model of users' willingness to use value-added services on online music platforms, and explore the way its influencing factors affect users' willingness to use. This study is based on the stimulus-response model, combined with the characteristics of online music service platforms, using information value, social value, and entertainment value as independent variables, using flow experience as a mediating variable, and self-awareness as a moderator variable, and then researches on the use of users. influence of will. Empirical analysis was carried out in this study using SPSS and AMOS statistical analysis tools. It is verified that the value-added services of online music platforms have a positive and positive impact on consumers' flow experience and usage intention. This research can fill in the theoretical defects of online music platform service, which has positive and important significance for music platform operators to improve their service capabilities and improve their income.

The Effect of Consumers' Trust in Communication with Online Fashion Mall Avatars on Performance Expectancy and Re-use Intentions (소비자의 온라인 패션몰 아바타에 대한 커뮤니케이션 신뢰가 아바타에 대한 성과기대 및 재사용의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigates the effect of consumers' trust in communication with online fashion mall avatars on performance expectancy and re-use intention. For the empirical study, 207 adults were surveyed using a 5-point Likert scale, and the results were analyzed with SPSS 21.0. The analysis reveals the following results. First, the factor analysis of trust in communication with the avatar, performance expectancy, and re-use intention revealed cognitive and affective trust as subfactors of the trust in communication with the avatar, while purchase choice expectations and performance expectancy were identified as subfactors of performance expectancy for the avatar. A total of five factors, including re-use intention, were recognized. Second, the trust in communication with online fashion mall avatars significantly positively affected performance expectancy for the avatar. Among the subfactors, cognitive trust was determined to have a greater influence on purchase choice expectations than affective trust. Third, the performance expectancy for the online fashion mall avatar significantly positively affected re-use intention. Notably, the subfactor performance expectancy had a greater influence than purchase choice expectations. Finally, trust in communication with online fashion mall avatars significantly positively affected re-use intention. Accordingly, the sub-factor cognitive trust had a greater influence on re-use intention than affective trust. The results of this study are academically significant in that they empirically test the influence relationship between trust in communication, performance expectancy, and re-use intention, considering the personal characteristics of online fashion mall avatars on consumers using the Meta-UTAUT model in the fashion field.

Effects of Foodservice Franchise's Online Advertising and E-WOM on Trust, Commitment and Loyalty

  • Purpose: One of the characteristics of service companies such as foodservice franchise is that it is easy to imitate, so many brands can imitate the menu that is popular with consumers. Therefore, foodservice franchise company should develop a brand that customers can identify from other brands in order differentiate it from its competitors. In order make the foodservice franchise company identifiable from other brands, it is possible through communication with customers. Therefore, this study proposes a new research model to analyze customer loyalty through online advertising and online word of mouth trust and immersion. Online was provided to customers through a mixture of advertisements and word of mouth, but previous studies have only considered online advertisements or online word of mouth. In addition, we want to verify the difference according to gender, which is an important variable in researching the online information processing behavior of customers. Research design, data, and methodology: The questionnaire of this study was surveyed on 20 years of age or older who have visited the restaurant franchise store within the last 3 months among the foodservice franchise companies operating SNS. During the survey period, 400 surveys were surveyed for a total of 20 days from April 1 to April 20, 2020. Result: The research results are as follows. First, in this study, the effect of online advertisement and online word of mouth on trust and immersion was studied. Second, this study verified the social influence theory in online advertising and online word of mouth. Third, the effect of online advertising and online word of mouth on loyalty according to gender was verified. Fourth, compared to existing advertisements, online advertisements are suitable for marketing by foodservice franchise companies because they can interact with consumers, modify advertisements immediately, execute extensive advertisements at low cost, segment the market, and measure advertisement effectiveness. The recent online expansion has been expanded to mobile-based, allowing foodservice franchisees to provide new communication services such as SMS (Short Message Service), multimedia messaging services, and location-based services. Fifth, a foodservice franchise company can increase brand awareness through online marketing or induce the use of offline stores. Sixth, franchisor can grow into a sustainable company only when they use resources efficiently. Conclusions: Trust is important in foodservice franchise information. This trust has a significant impact on customer commitment and loyalty.

Factors Affecting Suicide Ideation among University Students (대학생의 자살생각에 영향을 미치는 요인 - 위험 및 완화요인을 중심으로 -)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to investigate life stressors and mitigating factors affecting suicide ideation amongst university students in Korea. Methods: Study participants were recruited online from one of the universities in Seoul. The total of 794 samples were included in the final dataset. First, correlation analyses were performed among life stressors, depression and mitigating factors. Second, factorial analysis was conducted to explore different dimensions of he life stressors experienced by the university students. Finally, we used logistic regression to find out the relationship between university students' sub-stressors or mitigating factors, and suicide ideation. Results: Three sub-stressors were identified - interpersonal relationship stress, academic stress and economic stress. All of these stressors were significantly associated with suicide ideation. However, none of them significantly predicted suicide ideation controlling for depression. All mitigating factors - health related behaviors, social support and leisure activities - were statistically significant and negatively related to depression, yet only social support had a significantly negative association with suicide ideation. Conclusions: In conclusion, Social support is the most important factor which may affect suicide ideation among university students in Korea.

The Association between Adolescents Risk Behavior and Smoking (청소년 위험행동과 흡연과의 상관성)

  • Purposes: The purpose of this study was to examine the association between risk behaviors and smoking in Korean adolescents. Methods: This study used data from online survey of youth health behavior in 2017. Data from a total of 54,411 people (27,139 male, 27,272 female) were included in the analysis. chi-square test, simple logistic regression, multiple logistic regression were performed using SAS 9.4. Findings: Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that risk behaviors such as drinking alcohol experience, sexual experience, drug use experience and high caffeine energy drinks intake experience had a significant effect on smoking. Adolescents with drinking experience were more likely to smoking than those who had no experience(OR=8.58, 95% CI: 7.67~9.60). Adolescents with sexual experience were more likely to smoking than those who had no experience(OR=4.47, 95% CI: 3.91~5.11). Adolescents with drug use experience were more likely to smoking than those who had no experience(OR=2.32, 95% CI: 1.63~3.32). Also, adolescents with high-caffeine energy drinks intake experience were more likely to smoking than those who had no experience(OR=1.37, 95% CI: 1.23~1.53). Practical Implications: All the risk behaviors were significantly associated with smoking rates. Results of this study suggest that physicians and health workers in medical institutions and health centers should simultaneously serve education and consultation for the smoking cessation as well as for the prevention of risk behaviors.

A Study of Cheater Detection in FPS Game by using User Log Analysis (사용자 로그 분석을 통한 FPS 게임에서의 치팅 사용자 탐지 연구: 인공 신경망 알고리즘을 중심으로)

  • In-game cheating by the use of unauthorized software programs has always been a big problem that they can damage in First Person Shooting games, although companies operate a variety of client security solutions in order to prevent games from the cheating attempts. This paper proposes a method for detecting cheaters in FPS games by using game log analysis in a server-side. To accomplish this, we did a comparative analysis of characteristics between cheaters and general users focused on commonly loaded logs in the game. We proposed a cheating detection model by using artificial neural network algorithm. In addition, we did the performance evaluation of the proposed model by using the real dataset used in business.

A Novel Sensorless Low Speed Vector Control for Synchronous Reluctance Motors Using a Block Pulse Function-Based Parameter Identification

  • Recently, speed sensorless vector control for synchronous reluctance motors (SYRMs) has deserved attention because of its advantages. Although rotor angle calculation using flux estimation is a straightforward approach, the DC offset can cause an increasing pure integrator error in this estimator. In addition, this method is affected by parameter fluctuation. In this paper, to control the motor at the low speed region, a modified programmable cascaded low pass filter (MPCPLF) with sensorless online parameter identification based on a block pulse function is proposed. The use of the MPCLPF is suggested because in programmable, cascade low pass filters (PCLPF), which previously have been applied to induction motors, the drift increases vastly wl)en motor speed decreases. Parameter identification is also used because it does not depend on estimation accuracy and can solve parameter fluctuation effects. Thus, sensorless speed control in the low speed region is possible. The experimental system includes a PC-based control with real time Linux and an ALTERA Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD), to acquire data from sensors and to send commands to the system. The experimental results show the proposed method performs well, speed and angle estimation are correct. Also, parameter identification and sensorless vector control are achieved at low speed, as well as, as at high speed.

Gaussian noise addition approaches for ensemble optimal interpolation implementation in a distributed hydrological model

  • The ensemble optimal interpolation (EnOI) scheme is a sub-optimal alternative to the ensemble Kalman filter (EnKF) with a reduced computational demand making it potentially more suitable for operational applications. Since only one model is integrated forward instead of an ensemble of model realizations, online estimation of the background error covariance matrix is not possible in the EnOI scheme. In this study, we investigate two Gaussian noise based ensemble generation strategies to produce dynamic covariance matrices for assimilation of water level observations into a distributed hydrological model. In the first approach, spatially correlated noise, sampled from a normal distribution with a fixed fractional error parameter (which controls its standard deviation), is added to the model forecast state vector to prepare the ensembles. In the second method, we use an adaptive error estimation technique based on the innovation diagnostics to estimate this error parameter within the assimilation framework. The results from a real and a set of synthetic experiments indicate that the EnOI scheme can provide better results when an optimal EnKF is not identified, but performs worse than the ensemble filter when the true error characteristics are known. Furthermore, while the adaptive approach is able to reduce the sensitivity to the fractional error parameter affecting the first (non-adaptive) approach, results are usually worse at ungauged locations with the former.

  • Research about tool condition monitoring has been done until now for product automation and unmaned system. But it is hard to apply it to the industrial field due to its cost and reliability. This paper presents the new method of tool wear measurement using Marpos gauge. This is a kind of touch sensor, so its cost is lower than vision system. And it is not affected by dust and illumination, which are important in vision system. This proposed method use tool clearance angle to measure flank wear. Experimental results compared with vision system shows that this method is available for tool condition monitoring system.
