국내 온라인 명품 패션 플랫폼 마케팅전략 분석 (Analysis of Marketing Strategy in Domestic Online Luxury Fashion Platform)

  • 본 연구는 명품 패션 스타트업 플랫폼인 발란·트렌비·머스트잇 3사를 연구대상으로 선정하여, 각 3사의 온라인 사이트에서 진행하고 있는 마케팅 믹스 전략을 비교, 분석하는데 목적이 있으며, 우리의 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 명품 플랫폼 3사의 상품전략은 하이엔드 브랜드부터 SPA 브랜드 까지의 상품구성과 여성복, 남성복 이외에 키즈, 홈리빙 등과 같은 상품구성이 특징이며 이외에도 중고상품, 예술품등 에 이르는 상품군의 다양화가 특징으로 보여진다. 또한, 명품플랫폼의 가격전략은 동일제품이어도 명품 플랫폼에 따라 가격 차이를 보이고 있는데, 이는 3사 플랫폼이 모두 병행수입과 구매대행의 유통구조로 운영하며, 이러한 플랫폼의 유통 운영방식 차이에 따라 플랫폼이 직접 마진을 결정하는 구조로 보여진다. 따라서 각 플랫폼마다 가격 경쟁력의 우위를 확보하기 위해 백화점 등 오프라인 매장에 없는 할인쿠폰, 적립금 등을 통해 오프라인 매장보다 저렴한 명품구매의 기회를 제공하고 있었다. 마지막으로 명품 플랫폼 3사의 판매촉진전략은 가격할인, 할인쿠폰, 상시세일 등의 가격할인 판촉과 회원가입/리뷰 적립금, 이벤트, 상품정보, 배송서비스, 사회공헌활동, SNS활용 등의 가치부가적 판매촉진을 활용하고 있었다.

여수시 산후건강관리지원사업과 출산장려 신규정책지원에 대한 후향적 연구 (A Retrospective Study on the Yeosu-si Postpartum Health Care Support Project and New Policy Support to Encourage Childbirth)

  • Objectives: This study analyzed an online survey targeting women and Korean medicine doctors who participated in the Yeosu City Postpartum Health Center Support Project. Through this, we would like to discuss the direction of support for postpartum health care support projects and new policies to encourage childbirth. Methods: In this study, we examined the results of an online survey from 73 women and 29 Korean medicine doctors. We examined 39 items, including basic information, childbirth-related items, Korean medicine treatment-related items, business satisfaction, and policies, answered by 73 women and 29 Korean medicine doctors who responded to the online survey. Results: The average age of women was 33.62±4.19 years, and the average age of Korean medicine doctors was 49.82±8.60 years. Musculoskeletal pain appeared most commonly in both maternal and Korean medicine doctors' online surveys. The visit date from the date of delivery was 36.87±27.06 days. Gungguijohyeol-um and Boheo-tang were widely used. The survey score of women whose main symptoms improved after taking herbal medicine was 3.04±1.15 points, and the survey score of Korean medical doctors was 4.13±0.74 points. The positive response to the policy was 73.7% for satisfaction with the overall policy to encourage childbirth, 54.8% for perceived support, and 65.7% for reduction of economic burden. Conclusions: Women who participated in the postpartum health care support project and received Korean medicine treatment and Korean medicine doctors who performed Korean medicine treatment were very satisfied. The most frequent postpartum symptom was musculoskeletal pain. The degree of improvement in main symptoms after taking herbal medicine was higher among Korean medicine doctors than among women. Among childbirth policies, the areas that should be prioritized are childbirth support projects and postpartum care projects.

오픈마켓 의류구매에서의 재품 및 쇼핑몰 속성 만족이 구매행동에 미치는 영향 -쇼핑몰 신뢰, 재구매 의도, 추천 의도를 중심으로- (The Influences of Satisfaction of Product and Shopping Mall Properties on Clothing Purchasing Behavior in Internet Open Market -Focusing on Mall Reliability, Repurchase Intention, and Recommendation Intention-)

  • This study aims to find out the influence of satisfaction of the product and shopping mall attributes on mall reliability, repurchase intention, and recommendation intention in internet open market. For this purpose, this study surveyed 266 male and female consumers in their 20's~40's for empirical analysis who have ever purchased clothing through internet open markets. Respondents are selected using the convenience sampling through online survey in August 2011. For statistical analysis, descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and regression analysis are carried out using SPSS for Windows 12.0. The results are as follows; First, it was identified that there were Significant differences in consumers' satisfaction on product and shopping mall attributes according to purchase price, degree of purchase, and the demographics. Second, it was identified that performance, sewing condition, the stability of the form, texture, harmony with other clothes, the response of people, fashionability, seller, origin, detailed explanation on products, interaction with shopping malls, and ease-of-use have significant influence on the reliability of open market. Third, it was identified that easiness to be active in, the stability of the food, design, suitability to T.P.O, price, origin, detailed explanation on products, product assortment, reputation of shopping malls, ease-of-use, and delivery charge policy have significant influence on the repurchase intention. Fourth, it was identified that easiness to be active in, the stability of the form, design, suitability to T.P.O, price, origin, detailed explanation on products, product assortment, reputation of shopping malls, ease-of-use, and delivery charge policy have significant influence on the intention to recommend.

Airtouch 기술을 활용한 스마트융합 DID 시스템 설계 (Airtouch technology smart fusion DID system design)

  • 본 연구는 터치스크린 방식의 정보전달 기기인 DID 시스템에 Airtouch 기술을 융합하여 새로운 방식의 정보전달 시스템을 개발하는 것이다. 대학의 학내 공지사항, 교육정보 및 취업정보 등을 열람하고 활용 할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하고 Airtouch 기술을 구현하여 원격조작 및 공유 콘텐츠 스토어, 클라우드 서비스 개발을 통한 콘텐츠 동기화 기술 구현으로 스마트융합 DID 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 키넥트는 USB 인터페이스를 가지고 있기 때문에 정보기기와 연결하여 사용 할 수 있으며, 저렴한 가격의 제품으로 키넥트 센서를 활용하여 Airtouch 기술을 구현한다. 논문에서는 유형의 입력장치 없이 사용자의 손동작만으로 정보기기와 상호작용이 가능한 시스템인 Airtouch 기술을 활용한 스마트융합 DID 시스템을 개발하여 사용자의 손 움직임을 추적하여 이를 바탕으로 마우스 포인터를 조작할 수 있고, 사용자의 손동작을 통해 정보기기에 명령을 내릴 수 있도록 하였다. Airtouch 기술을 활용한 스마트융합 DID 시스템 기술 활용으로 온라인 교육산업, 광고홍보, 정보화 산업 등 여타 산업에 파급효과를 증대시킨다. 또한, 폭넓은 범용성을 가지고 기존의 인터페이스 장치들을 대체기술 활용성이 무한 확장이 가능하다.

A Study on Information System Improvement for Air Logistics SCM

  • Compared with land logistics and sea logistics, air logistics takes not only less transportation time, but also makes just-in-time delivery possible. Because of this, in spite of high freight rates, many shippers make good use of airlines. To cope with borderless competition in this global age, most shippers using air logistics want to receive diverse information including just-in-time cargo delivery and dangerous situation as well as convenience and speed in job handling. Nevertheless, most domestic forwarders, who perform many kinds of important businesses for air logistics, mainly put emphasis on demanding information from overseas partners through their business agreements, that is, focusing on horizontal integration, instead of sharing information or improving job performance among air logistics participants. As a result, it is almost impossible to satisfy the needs of shippers. Airline users want to remove the uncertainties over their cargo movement. And in time of emergency, they want to take immediate measures through speedy information sharing and decision-making. In order to satisfy shipper's needs, all the organizations participating in the air logistics supply chain-cargo senders, cargo receivers, forwarders, transporters, licensed customs brokers, airlines as well as foreign partners-have to set up a vertical cooperation system. For effective air logistics SCM, it is very important to remove overlapping jobs, strengthen the efficiency of job handling, and provide online monitoring on cargo information in order to support decision-making. To this end, this paper has applied the concept of RTE (Real Time Enterprise), a new business management system, which tries to maximize competitiveness by removing many hindrance factors on an ongoing basis in managing and fulfilling core business processes based on up-to-the-minute information. In order to realize RTE-based information system for air logistics SCM, this paper has analyzed the information required by business process and by air logistics participant, and suggested the method for information sharing, point of time for information input and output, and its means.

20세 이상 성인의 먹방 시청 시간에 따른 식행동 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study of the Dietary Behavior of Adults Aged 20 and Over according to the Mukbang Viewing Time)

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between watching mukbang (eating broadcasts) and dietary and health behavior in adults who watch mukbang. Methods: The questionnaire was administered on a self-written basis through online and offline formats to 800 adults (400 men and 400 women). The contents of the survey consisted of general characteristics, mukbang viewing time per week, breakfast intake frequency, preference for menus when viewing mukbang, delivery food intake frequency per week, late meal intake frequency per week, and health behavior. The subjects were divided into three groups according to mukbang viewing time. Results: The body weight of viewers was significantly higher when mukbang viewing time was over 14 hours for both men and women. In particular, based on the BMI (body mass index), those who watched mukbang for more than 14 hours were found to be overweight. People with more than 14 hours of mukbang viewing time per week were found to prefer mostly carbohydrate-rich food and meat, while those with less than 7 hours of mukbang viewing time per week showed a higher preference for vegetables and fruits. An analysis of the frequency of breakfast eaten showed that the rate of skipping breakfast was the highest for those who watched mukbang for more than 14 hours per week, and the rate of eating breakfast daily was the highest in the case of fewer than 7 hours of viewing. In the case of high mukbang viewing time per week, the frequency of food delivery and night eating was high. When mukbang viewing time was high, the viewer's interest in health was low and the frequency of exercising too was low. Conclusions: Viewers with high mukbang viewing time showed undesirable health and eating behavior. Thus, it is believed that proper nutrition education on improving eating habits and raising the awareness of correct eating habits is necessary for such viewers.

On the Integrated Operation Concept and Development Requirements of Robotics Loading System for Increasing Logistics Efficiency of Sub-Terminal

  • Recently, consumers who prefer contactless consumption are increasing due to pandemic trends such as Corona 19. This is the driving force for developing the last mile-based logistics ecosystem centered on the online e-commerce market. Lastmile led to the continued development of the logistics industry, but increased the amount of cargo in urban area, and caused social problems such as overcrowding of logistics. The courier service in the logistics base area utilizes the process of visiting the delivery site directly because the courier must precede the loading work of the cargo in the truck for the delivery of the ordered product. Currently, it's carried out as automated logistics equipment such as conveyor belt in unloading or classification stage, but the automation system isn't applied, so the work efficiency is decreasing and the intensity of the courier worker's labor is increased. In particular, small-scale courier workers belonging to the sub-terminal unload at night at underdeveloped facilities outside the city center. Therefore, the productivity of the work is lowered and the risk of safety accidents is exposed, so robot-based loading technology is needed. In this paper, we have derived the top-level concept and requirements of robot-based loading system to increase the flexibility of logistics processing and to ensure the safety of courier drivers. We defined algorithms and motion concepts to increase the cargo loading efficiency of logistics sub-terminals through the requirements of end effector technology, which is important among concepts. Finally, the control technique was proposed to determine and position the load for design input development of the automatic conveyor system.

시판 보냉팩 개수에 따른 진공포장 냉동 넙치(Paralichthys olivaceus) 및 고등어(Scomber japonicus) 필렛의 상온유통 중 선도유지능 비교평가 (Comparative Assessment of Freshness Preservation in Vacuum-Packed Frozen Olive Flounder Paralichthys olivaceus and Mackerel Scomber japonicus Fillets During Room Temperature Distribution Using Varied Quantities of Commercially Available Cold Packs)

  • The surge in online seafood consumption has increased parcel delivery, leading to a need to implement effective preservation methods. As the cold chain system is not fully established in Korea, styrofoam boxes and cold packs are commonly used for low-temperature seafood distribution. The impact of cold packs on product preservation depends on the number utilized. Herein, the freshness of vacuum-packed frozen fish fillets (Paralichthys olivaceus and Scomber japonicus) stored at 25±0.5℃ for up to 84 h was measured. Chemical (pH and volatile base nitrogen), microbiological (viable cell count), and physical (odor intensity) properties were assessed using 2 or 4 cold packs in a styrofoam box. Four cold packs yielded lower values, indicating superior freshness, and extended fish freshness by approximately 12 h compared with two cold packs. Therefore, it is recommended to use a minimum of 4 cold packs (-350 g/cold pack) in a styrofoam box for distributing approximately 300 g of frozen fish fillets at room temperature during the summer, considering an average delivery period of 2 days in Korea.

전자상거래 플랫폼을 활용한 인도네시아 수출확대방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Strategies for Expanding Exports of Indonesia utilizing E-commerce Platform)

  • 인도네시아는 지속적인 경제성장, 중산층 성장, 인터넷(SNS포함) 사용자 증가, 모바일 브로드밴드 서비스 접근성 확대 등으로 전자상거래 시장이 크게 발전하고 있다. 특히, 스마트폰 기기의 보급 확대로 모바일과 SNS를 통한 소비자들의 온라인 쇼핑이 급증하고 있다. 본 연구는 인도네시아 전자상거래 시장특징, 문제점, 진출사례 및 시사점 등을 상세하게 분석하여 전자상거래 플랫폼을 통한 한국 중소기업의 인도네시아 수출확대방안을 제시했다. 본 연구는 국내외 연구기관, 무역지원기관, 현지 진출 전자상거래업체 등으로부터 입수한 자료를 심층 분석하여 전략을 도출하였다. 인도네시아에 대한 수출확대를 위해서는 오프라인 시장을 직접 공략하기 보다는 기 구축된 온라인 플랫폼을 통해 간접 진출하는 것이 효과적일 수 있다. 현지 소비자들의 기호를 충족시키고 독창적인 제품을 개발하여 온라인 플랫폼에 입점한다면 효과적으로 시장을 공략할 수 있다. 인도네시아 전자상거래 플랫폼을 활용한 수출확대방안으로는 현지 온라인 판매유통망 구축, 물류배송 및 결제시스템 구축, 무슬림시장 공략을 위한 할랄 인증 취득, 철저한 시장조사를 통한 현지화 시장진출전략 수립, 한류 마케팅전략의 적극적 실행, 제품차별화 및 시장세분화 전략 수립, SNS 모바일 마케팅 전개 등이다.

  • 오늘날 매우 복잡한 비디오와 방송 작동들 속에서, 방송사들은 확실히 방송중이나 온라인에서 멀티스크린 시청자들에게 높은 품질과 저지연을 방송하는데 거듭 어려움을 겪는다. 적응 비트율(ABR) 프로토콜들은 인터넷비디오가 다양한 멀티스크린 장치를 가능하게 해준다. 하지만 비디오 품질은 종종 중요하지 않고 오늘날 대형화면에 방송되고 가치 있는 선형 방송 컨텐츠에서는 받아들일 수 없다는 것이 입증될 것이다. ABR에서 미디어 정보 처리 기술은 서비스 제공자들이 제어를하고 집에 모든 스크린에 선형 비디오 서비스가 관리된 품질을 제공한다. 그리고 그것은 단일화된 IP 비디오 사회기반시설을 가진 큰 대형화면을 포함한다. 새로운 멀티스크린 보조 ABR (MSA-ABR)은 기부 컨텐츠, 가상 속에 온라인 출판 서비스, 집중 클라우드 사회기반시설의 절차를 수행하는 방송시설을 대한 멀티스크린 보조 ABR (MSA-ABR)을 기반으로하는 클라우드를 사용하도록 제안된 관리시스템을 가져다 준다.
