Intercompany online businesses can offer digital information to each company, and yet without legal verification business activities are less efficient. Just one single country cannot control this problem with its own EC law and now international cooperations are being required. Currently, International Regularization is the main agenda among the international organizations such as UNCITRAL, OECD and WTO and so on. Furthermore, most of the advanced nations, including the USA and EU, announce their fundamental strategies for the multilateral regularization in their favor. At the present stage, South Korea's Electronic Commerce law and Digital Signature law went into effect as from July 1, 1999, indicating that they can strike the keynote of the systematic infrastructure for the electronic commerce transactions in this country.

Korea is one of the fastest aging country in the world. The increase in health expenditure is an inevitable problem in an aging country. We examined trend of benefit expenditure in National Health Insurance (NHI) by age group during 2001 to 2016. The benefit expenditure of NHI was 13.0 trillion won (2001) and 48.7 trillion won (2016); that is 3.76 times to 2001. This rapid increase was mostly due to people aged 65 and over. Proportion of beneficiaries aged 65 and over was 6.9% (2001) and 13.7% (2016), benefit expenditure per capita aged 65 and over was 279 thousand won (2001) and 960 thousand won (2016), and utilization days per capita aged 65 and over 21.44 (2001) and 30.23 (2016). This phenomenon was more pronounced in 75 or 85 aged and over. To contain the health costs for older people, the NHI system should be reformed.

Conventional foodservice system has been the most prevalent system across the country. However, all the elementary students throughout the country is not being provided with school lunch program because of the restriction on equipping school foodservice facilities. So commissary foodservice system was introduced to school lunch program in 1991. This study was designed to evaluate condition of existing major equipment including volume, probable useful life, and frequency of use and determine equipment improvements on conventional and commissary school foodservice systems. A questionnaire was developed and mailed to 87 dietians of conventional and 46 dietians of commissary school foodservices in Kyunggi-do. Response rates were 89.1% and 91.3%, respectively . Approximately one third of commissary foodservices were converted from conventional to commissary. Only 52.6% of conventional and 53.5% of commissary foodservice facilities/equipments have been desirable in quality and quantity. Capacity, functional ability, using frequency, and relationship with efficient work management were analyzed according to school foodservice system. Content analysis was conducted regarding to dietitians' opinions on foodservice facilities/equipment.

In the 1950’s, after modernistic hospital is begun to build in our country, there were much changes in hospital construction plan such as function, scale, operation, technology for 40 years so far. Interest about 'Healing environment furtherance' which is one of basic function of hospital within these change is continued. Specially, concept about furtherance of healing environment limited in ward department in the early time is applied to hospital space magnificently whole coming at present. Entrance of hospital and change of Lobby may speak as the representative example. This interest about practically use of lobby is rising gradually. Lobby adds to existed concept of space to the importance revaluated. The first purpose of this study is to investigates main entrance and lobby of representative hospital in our country and to search change and present condition. The second purpose is hereupon to present necessary objective standard with direction of lobby plan in general hospital forward though this.

In this paper, the approach getting a total demand by forecasting the new demand and the replacement demand separately and adding them is used for long term forecasting of durable goods. Cross country analysis using the income as an independent variable and S-shaped growth curve as a fitting model is developed as a method of forecasting new demand. To get the replacement demand the methods using the number of ownership and the replacement rate and the methods using the past demand and the distribution of the product life are proposed. And the theoretical explannation for product life cycle's diversity, which is the one of the major considerations in the long term forecasting, is attempted by the combination of the new demand and the replacement demand patterns. This is applicated the long term forecasting of Korean passenger cars.

One of these efficient solutions, a photovoltaic system using sunlight has been introduced to the building with an advantage such as cost-effective, safe for using and good for environment friendly in light with energy utilization. Recently, many of the apartment housings are built in domestic country. The apartment buildings have been constructed since early of 1970's. now apartment is taking over 50% out of entire housing in korea. The apartment housing applying to a photovoltaic system has been extensively studied in the foreign country but our county runs short. So, It was necessary to technical development of PV application which is suitable in Korean house culture. The objective of this study is to develop the building integrated PV application method for apartment building.

The aim of this study is to examine of the cluster approach to ensure high rates of innovation, information and communication enterprises of information technology cluster in order to enhance the competitiveness of regions. Keeping with the previous literature, the present research determined that the novelty of the problem, concerning of the creation IT clusters as drivers of new generation, i.e. a kind of platform of "startup accelerators" through the creation of previously not existing in the country high-tech industries and sectors of the economy. The study employs system approach involves to determine prospective directions of the formation of clusters of IT industry, also applies structured approach to shows relationships between elements of cluster systems (participants of cluster), as well as focusing on some aspects of cluster development such as networking. Based on this analysis we have proposed to create clusters in regions, which can play the role of translator's innovations at the periphery of the country. This research shows that formation of IT clusters is one of the most successful tools to avoid of dependence of Kazakhstan from raw materials.

Among legal unit of land registration, the minimum unit of land is one parcel. We give the parcel number according to numbering system to confirm the specification of the parcel. In Korea, this parcel number is used for daily life such as the sign of fixed place(address) and the property, of the place of register, of identification card and of legal action. It also plays the important role as a key item connecting the layer of other information system in organizing Land Information System. It is also valued as the sources looking for the process of developing of the country. This study will devote to cadastral history, reform and reestablishment of the country.

This article focuses on the legal systems and practice of intellectual property protection in Japan and China, including the relating civil litigation and administrative litigation procedures. The challenge of balancing the relationship between an invalidation trial and an invalid defense during the process of civil patent infringement litigation is a common issue to be solved in both Japan and China. In addition, it is quite usual that the IP products are being imported and exported across the borders due to the expansion of international trade. Accordingly, one of the most symbolic and difficult issues is how to balance the development of international trade and IP protection in each country. In other words, there is a practical issue regarding whether a parallel import of patented products is acceptable to a country or not. The key to determining this issue depends on the judgment of international exhaustion.
