Ancient Greek mathematician Euclid left three books about mathematics. It's 'The elements', 'The data', 'On divisions of figure'. This study is based on the analysis of Euclid's 'On divisions of figure'. 'On divisions of figure' is a book about the construction of the shape. Because, there are thirty six proposition in 'On divisions of figure', among them 30 proposition are for the construction. In this study, based on the 'On divisions of figure' we explore the direction for construction education. The results were as follows. First, the proposition of 'On divisions of figure' shall include the following information. It is a 'proposition presented', 'heuristic approach to the construction process', 'specifically drawn presenting', 'proof process'. Therefore, the content of textbooks needs a qualitative improvement in this way. Second, a conceptual basis of 'On divisions of figure' is 'The elements'. 'The elements' includes the construction propositions 25%. However, the geometric constructions contents in middle school area is only 3%. Therefore, it is necessary to expand the learning of construction in the our country mathematics curriculum.

In this study, seasonal customs are analyze the appropriate festival for each 24 seasonal divisions of the year. Recover the intrinsic value of the festival and selected the target villages and each village should investigate elements of the festival. The village were sought activation of a rural village by setting the festive season. (1) 24 seasonal divisions of the year festival is a small town festival, the festival's program is based on the experience-oriented. Based on period seasonal customs and season plays are set up 24 seasonal divisions of the year festival's program. (2) Survey area is the rural tourism village carried seven villages at Cheongju-si in Chungcheongbuk-do. (3) 24 seasonal divisions of the year festival establish as possible to the festival program is based on 24 seasonal divisions of the yearfestival seasonal customs, seven villages were set on the festival. on the season sesipung through the festive season as possible to the festival program was set up, seven villages were set on the festival. The first standard, festivals and events that are currently made. Second,now ongoing in the village is experience program and a 24 seasonal divisions of the year seasonal customs resource. (4) As a result, each period of the festival was set in the village. (5) By festival setting recover intrinsic value of the festival by taking advantage of 24 seasonal divisions of the year. The common interests of the rural town of experience, the rising interest in each town and village festivals activation of the network can be achieved.

Objective: This study aimed to investigate how the eco-centered early childhood education by seasonal divisions influences the child's nature-friendly attitude and emotional intelligence. Methods: Forty 5-year-olds from 2 preschools in Gyeonggi were selected through convenience sampling and were divided into the experimental group (21) and the comparative group (19). The experimental group received eco-centered childhood education by seasonal divisions 2 or 3 times a week (33 in total). Pre-post data were collected on both groups and analyzed via t-test and ANCOVAs. Results: The key result was as follows: eco-centered childhood education by seasonal divisions influenced positively the nature-friendly attitude and emotional intelligence of children. Conclusion: Based on the result, it is recommended that eco-centered early childhood education be applied in childhood education and that relevant program be developed. Eco-centered education by seasonal divisions is meaningful in early childhood so that children can be harmonious with the nature. Furthermore, the study should be continued for the development of qualified eco-centered education.

Although heart transplantation is a final therapeutic option in pediatric patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCMP), the shortage of pediatric heart donors is a major obstacle. In adults with DCMP characterized by cardiac dyssynchrony, cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) is known to be an effective treatment option. However, there is a lack of evidence on the effectiveness of CRT in infants with DCMP. Several studies have reported improvement in hemodynamics and cardiac performance following CRT in infants with DCMP. Here, we report CRT in an infant with DCMP during extracorporeal membrane oxygenation with 5 months of follow-up.

유클리드의 저작 중 원론을 제외한 다른 저작들은 상대적으로 널리 알려지지 않았고 이들 저작에 관한 연구 역시 충분히 이루어지지 않았다. 이 글에서는 유클리드의 저작 중 하나인 분할론을 그 역사와 함께 소개하고, 분할론이 어떤 내용으로 어떻게 구성되어 있는지 분석한 후, 분할론의 수학교육적인 의의와 활용 방안에 대하여 간략히 살펴본다.

Amikacin is a semisynthetic derivative of kanamycin and primarily active against aerobic Gram-negative-pathogens with limited activity against Gram-positive bacteria. Meager study was reported on pharmacokinetic data on multi-days administration of amikacin. Hence, pharmacokinetics study was done in five clinically healthy goats (n = 5), after intravenous bolus injection of amikacin sulfate at the dose rate of 10 mg/kg body weight daily for three consecutive days. The amikacin concentrations in plasma and pharmacokinetics-parameters were analyzed by using microbiological assay technique and noncompartmental open-model, respectively. The mean peak plasma concentrations (Mean ${\pm}$ SD) of amikacin at time zero ($Cp^{0}$) was $114.19{\pm}20.78$ and $128.67{\pm}14.37{\mu}g/mL$, on day 1st and 3rd, respectively. The mean elimination half-life ($t_{1/2}ke$) was $1.00{\pm}0.28h$ on day 1st and $1.22{\pm}0.29h$ on day 3rd. Mean of area under concentration-time curve ($AUC_{0{\rightarrow}{\infty}}$) was $158.26{\pm}60.10$ and $159.70{\pm}22.74{\mu}g.h/mL$, on day 1st and 3rd respectively. The total body clearance ($Cl_{B}$) and volume of distribution at steady state (Vdss) on day 1st and 3rd were $Cl_{B}=0.07{\pm}0.02$ and $0.06{\pm}0.01L/h.kg$ and $Vdss=0.10{\pm}0.03$ and $0.11{\pm}0.05L/kg$, respectively. No-significant difference was noted in both drug-plasma concentration and pharmacokinetics-parameters, respectively. Amikacin concentration in plasma was found higher up-to 4 h and 6 h onward on down-ward trends favour to reduce toxicity. Which also support the pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic way of dosing of aminoglycosides and hence, amikacin may be administered 10 mg/kg intravenously daily to treat principally Gram-negative pathogens and limitedly Gram-positive-pathogens.

본 연구는 분석과 종합에 대한 역사적 출발이라고 볼 수 있는 유클리드의 저작인 '자료론'과 '분할론'에 대한 분석 연구이다. Euclid의 원론에 비해 거의 관심이 없는 두 문헌에 대한 분석을 통해 사고활동으로서의 분석 및 종합에 대한 의미를 살펴보았다. 먼저 분석, 종합이 포함된 다양한 용어들에 대한 개념을 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 본 연구에서 사용한 분석과 종합의 개념을 명확화하였다. 또한 두 문헌에 제시된 명제에 대한 분석을 통해 분석은 '외재적 분석'과 '내재적 분석'으로 분류하였는데, 외재적 분석은 제시된 명제에 자체에서 외형적으로 드러난 수학적 대상, 요소, 성질, 속성에 대한 분석이고, 내재적 분석은 외재적 분석의 결과로 추출된 수학적 대상, 요소, 성질, 속성에 대한 재분석 혹은 결합 및 관련성의 추출을 통한 분석이다. 종합은 '이론적 종합'과 '경험적 종합'으로 분류하였는데, 이론적 종합은 경험보다는 논리적, 이성적 과정을 통한 새로운 대상의 추출이고, 경험적 종합은 과거의 학습 경험과 이에 대한 활용을 통한 대상의 추출이다. 이러한 분류를 기초로 하여 초등학교 교과서에 제시된 문제를 통해 실제 적용하여 탐색하였다.

The purpose of this research which, surveyed target hospitals, was to evaluate job operations by surveying the influences of Quality Improvement (QI) activities in various divisions related to a decrease in their back-up orders. Statistical data analyses were completed using the SPSS 11.0 program. The results can be summarized as follows Before QI there were 147 cases of back-up orders ; after QI there were 83 cases, decrease of 64 cases. This was 44%, less than the projected goal of 50%. For each item, there was a decrease of 40 nurse cases, 9 patients and patron cases,9 test surgery deliverly cases and 5 doctor cases after QI. The registering of midnight meals was not shown after QI, due to the Order Communication System (OCS) settlement. After performing QI, the average manual operation per month was reduced from 840 minutes to 498 minutes, of which the difference was 342 minutes, and the average of 342 minutes per month could be used for the peculiar operation of each division. This QI activity provided a good opportunity for establishing cooperation among divisions in providing meals to patients through interactions among divisions. It was recognized that these interactions were effective only when medical services were achieved through organized cooperation among divisions. Among the 7 items included on the patient satisfaction questionnaire, “satisfaction with offered menus” (p<0.01) showed significantly higher scores before QI. However “satisfaction with meal times” (p<0.01) showed significantly lower scores before QI.

Prochloraz of fungicide was applied on Mycogone perniciosa causing wet bubble in cultivated mushroom, Agaricus bisporus. In vitro, Prochloraz was an excellent fungicide on two strains of Mycogone, tolerant and non-tolerant to Benomyl, respectively. At the low dosage, Prochloraz more inhibited mycelial growth of mushrooms than Benomyl. At the higher dosage, Benomyl more inhibited the mycelial growth than prochloraz. The higher yield of sporophore of the mushroom with low inferction rate was abtained from several trial of Prochloraz. Prochloroz was concluded to be effective fungicide on Mycogone perniciosa on Agaricus cultivation.
