Morphological difference of the renal glomerulus at different age groups have been studied in young (three month-old), adult (twelve month-old) and old (thirty month-old) Fisher strain 344 rats. Pieces of the tissues were taken from renal corticies prefixed with 2.5% glutaraldehyde-1.5% paraformaldehyde (0.1 M Millonig's phosphate buffer, pH 7.3), following by post-fixation with 1% osmium tetroxide (0.1 M Millonig's phosphate buffer, pH 7.3) and embedded within Araldite. The ultrathin sections contrasted with uranyl acetate and lead citrate were observed under a JEM 100CX electron microscope. The mean thickness of glomerular basal lamina and Bowman's capsule were determined by measuring the thinnest portion of basal lamina, and by taking the average of 50 readings from electron micrographs at different ages. The numerical changes of the slit pores were compared based upon the numbers over the length of 10um of glomerular basal lamina. The results were as follow: 1. The thickness of glomerular basal lamina is increased during aging; 140.4 nm in young rats, 270.0 nm in adult ones, and 437.8 nm in old ones. 2. The thickness of basal lamina of parietal cells of Bowman's capsule is 187.5 nm in young rats, 914.0 nm in adult ones, and 2850.0 nm in old ones. 3. The numbers of the slit pores of basal lamina are reduced during aging, 30.3 slit pores/$10{\mu}m$ in adult ones, and 24.2 slit pores/$10{\mu}m$ in old ones. 4. Accumulation of dense intracytoplasmic filamentous material in the parietal cells of Bowman's capsule is increased in the vicinity of the basal lamina during aging. The proximal tubule-like epithelial cell in Bowman's capsule is observed at one glomerulus in a young rat. 5. The endothelial cells are edematous and form balloon-like structure protruding into capillary lumen in young and old rats. 6. Cytoplasm of the podocyte shows a variety of alteration during aging, such as swelling of mitochondria and of endoplasmic reticulum, and increase of microtubules, microfilaments, lysosomes and lamellated myelin structures, etc. Accumulation of dense intracytoplasmic material in the foot processes is increased in the vicinity of the basal lamina during aging. The podocytic membrane-like structures are seen in young and o]d rats. 7. The mesangial matrices and mesangial cells are increased during aging, and slight swelling of endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi cisternae in young and old rats.

The objective of the study was to obtain standard sizes of body of the high school girls for designing clothes and developing pattern grading of clothes. In 1972, 342 students, selected by the stratified cluster random sampling method, at three high schools in Seoul were measured on forty-one items by the R. Martin method. Statistical techniques of mean, standard deviation, coefficient variable, maximum and minimum, range, t-test were utilized to analyze the data. The findings of the study were as follows ; 1. No differences were found among the age groups in the all measured variables. 2. Stature, bust girth, hip girth, acromion width, posterior waist girth/stature ratio of the high school girls were significantly smaller than those sizes of adult women. This result implies that those sizes will be increased as the students grow up. But upper arm girth, upper arm girth/bust girth ratio, and thigh girth/bust girth ratio were bigger than those sizes of adult women. Waist girth, thigh girth, total head height/stature ratio, acromion width/stature ratio, and foot length/stature ratio were nearly similiar to those of adult women. 3. According to the result of t-test, waist breadth, spinailiaca anterior height/stature ratio, thigh girth/bust girth ratio, and thigh/hip girth ratio of the 15 year old group were significantly different from those of the 16 year old group at the level of 0.05. Bust girth, weight, foot breadth, posterior croth length, and cervical height/stature ratio of the 16 year old group were significantly different from those of the 17 year old group at the level of 0.01. Hip girth, upper arm girth, waist breadth/stature ratio, and neck base girth/bust girth ratio of the 16 year old group were significantly different from those of the 17 year old group at the level of 0.05.

세계적으로 유가하락과 더불어 경제가 침체되면서 우리나라도 저성장의 기조를 보이고 있고, 노동 시장에서는 취업난이 가중되고 있으므로 취업영향 요인을 파악하여 적절한 취업 정책을 수립하는 것이 절실한 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 제17차년도 노동패널자료를 사용하여 취업에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 한다. 성인 생애주기는 청년기, 중장년기와 노년기로 구분하였으며 취업에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 인구통계학적 변수, 직업관련 변수 그리고 건강관련 변수를 고려하였다. 의사결정나무분석을 사용하여 분석한 결과 청년기에는 학력이 가장 중요한 요인이었으며, 중장년기에는 가장 중요한 요인이 성별이었고, 남성의 경우 건강상태, 여성의 경우, 직업훈련경험, 연령, 건강상태의 순으로 나타났다. 노년기에도 성별이 가장 중요한 요인이었고 그 다음으로 건강상태, 학력 등의 순으로 나타났다.

본 연구의 목적은 성인여성의 성인애착, 책임귀인, 자아존중감이 친밀한 관계에서 심리적 폭력에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위하여 시도되었다. 본 연구는 서술적 조사연구로 성인여성을 대상으로 자가보고식 설문지를 이용하여 수집된 137명의 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과 연령(36세 이상)과 연애경험(4회 이상), 책임귀인의 정도가 높을수록 심리적 폭력피해가 높게 나타났다. 또한 연령(36세 이상)과 연애경험(4회 이상), 성인애착이 높을수록 심리적 폭력 가해가 높게 나타났다. 반면 자아존중감은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 안정형 성인애착 증진과 적대적인 귀인 감소를 위한 중재방안을 개발하여 성인여성의 심리적 폭력을 줄이기 위한 노력이 필요하다.

본 연구는 성인 학습자의 영어 패턴 연습에 대한 측정 시기별 습득 효과를 알아보고자 40대와 65세 이상의 성인 기초 영어 학습자 집단과 유사한 영어 수준에 있는 8세 아동 집단을 대조군으로 하여 패턴 연습으로 학습한 내용을 측정 시기를 달리하여 진단하였다. 먼저, 연구 참여자를 대상으로 사전 테스트 실시 후 유사한 영어 수준에 있는 학습자를 선정하여 인칭 일치와 시제의 학습 내용을 패턴 연습으로 지도 한 후 사후 테스트를 하였고, 4주 후 다시 지연 테스트를 실시하였다. 그 결과 성인 학습자의 경우 사후 테스트에서는 40대 학습자가 가장 높은 상승폭을 보여주었고, 65세 이상의 성인 학습자도 아동과 비교하면 더 우수한 습득 효과를 보여주었지만, 지연 테스트에서는 타 연령에 비해 가장 큰 하락폭이 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 성인 학습자의 특성을 이해하고 약점을 보완한 교수법 연구가 필요하다.

The serotonin-immunoreactive (5-HTil neurons have been investigated in the brains of lanra, pupa and adult from Pieris ropae. There are ca. 54 5-HTi neurons in 5-instar larva, ca. 20 in 2-dav-old pupa and ca. 118 in 1-day-old adult, respectively. Most of these 5-HTi neurons are interneurons, but efferent and afferent 5-HTi neurons were also observed. Most of the 5-HTi neurons project into the central neuropils of postembrvonic brains. The larval brain contains abundant 5-HTi processes in the central neuropils, including those in three cerebral commissures. But in the pupal brain the 5-HTi processes are restricted in small numbers to the given regions of central neuropil. The adult brain contains a large number of 5-HTi processes in mushroom body, central body complex, lateral protocerebrum, protocerebral bridge, antennal lobe, and tritocerebral and suboesophageal neuropils. However, the 5-HTi processes are not found in the optic lobe of the brains. One prominent feature of the 5-HTi fibers in the postembrvonic brains is the fact that they are greatly arborized.

1. Objectives The purpose of this study lies on the objectification of the Sasang Constitutional diagnosis. This study was analyzing the constitutional characteristic of adult men voices by PSSC-2004. 2. Methods The study was conducted on the subjects inputted /a/ 2.5-3 sec of 231 adult men voices to PSSC-2004. The statistical analyses are applied to three groups: total group, under 55 year-old group, over 55 year-old group. The group of total 231 was composed with 5 Taeyangins, 32 Soyangins, 102 Taeumins and 92 Soeumins. The under 55 years old group was composed with 4 Taeyangins, 23 Soyangins, 83 Taeumins and 77 Soeumins. The over 55 year-old group was composed with 1 Taeyangin, 9 Soyangins, 19 Taeumins and 15 Soeumins. 3. Results 1) In total group, the Soeumin's mean value of center pitch(4)$(1,000{\sim}2,000Hz)$ was significantly high compared with the others (P=0.034). 2) In total group, the Soeumin's group 3 APQ was significantly low compared with the others (P=0.042). 3) In under 55 year-old group, the Soeumin's center value of center pitch 4$(1,000{\sim}2,000Hz)$ was significantly high compared with the others (P=0.025) 4) In over 55 year-old group, no statistical significance was found between the Taeyangin, Soyangin, Taeumin and Soeumin. 4. Conclusions In under 55 year-old group, Soeumin's voice showed high pitched sound (clearness) at the low frequency (1000-2000Hz). In over 55 year-old group, there is no significant differences. This fits in with that 'Soeumin's voice is 'Yu-tone' born by 'Shang-tone', very short and high.' 'Yu-tone' corresponds to 'Ra' and witch is highest among Gong, Shang, Gao, Chi and Yu. This is related with the appearance that the Soeumin's voice is weak, thin and high tone. Therefore it is supposed that Soeumin adult men's voices are thick, and there are vibrations of the ending. It is accepted one of the Soeumin's characters like as a mild tremor of limbs and deep breath caused by Soeumin's Qi-deficiency. This outcome accords with the theory that Soeumin's Qi is less than the Other constitutions.

Objectives The purpose of this study was to objectify the diagnosis of Sasang constitution. It was analyzed the adult female voices into 44 factors with PSSC-2004. Methods The study was conducted on the subjects inputted /a/ 2.5-3 sec of 217 adult women voices to PSSC-2004. The statistical analyses are applied to three groups: total group, under 55 year-old group, over 55 year-old group. The group of total 216 was composed with 8 Taeyangins, 60 Soyangins, 66 Taeumins and 83 Soeumins. The under 55 year-old group was composed with 6 Taeyangins, 53 Soyangins, 55 Taeumins and 76 Soeumins. The over 55 year-old group was composed with 2 Taeyangins, 7 Soyangins, 11 Taeumins and 7 Soeumins. Results 1. In total group and under 55 year-old one, Soeumin's center pitch were significantly high compared with the others(P=0.005)(P=0.019). It was significant for distinction between Taeumin and Soeumin at the result of post mortem. 2. In over 55 year-old group, Soeumin's center freq.(total) and center freq.(1) were significantly high compared with the others(P=0.024)(P=0.016). In under 55 year-old group, Soeumin's center freq.(4) was significantly high(P=0.025). While Taeumin's center freq.(3) in under 55 year-old group and center freq.(4) in over 55 year-old group were significantly high(P=0.049)(P=0.043). 3. In over 55 year-old group, Soeumin's APQ(center), APQ(2/5), APQ(3/5), APQ(4/5) and APQ(2/3) were significantly high compared with the others. It was significant for distinction between Taeumin and Soeumin at the result of post mortem(P=0.004) (P=0.003) (P=0.004) (P=0.013) (P=0.004). 4. In over 55 year-old group, Soeumin's APQ(1/3), APQ(1/2), APQ(2/2) and zeroover APQ were significantly high compared with the others (P=0.013) (P=0.003) (P=0.008) (P=0.012). 5. In over 55 year-old group, Taeyangin's octave 3 shimmer was significantly high compared with the others(P=0.000). 6. In under 55 year-old group, Taeyangin's total energy was significantly high compared with the others(P=0.040). 7. In under 55 year-old group, Taeyangin's zeroover energy sum was significantly high compared with the others(P=0.038). Conclusions From above result, there is the possibility of efficiency standard guide for constitutional diagnosis by analyzation of the voices.

Adult type of osteochondritis dissecans of elbow is very rare condition. We describe a case of a osteochondritis dissecans of capitellum in 51-year-old male patient. We performed arthroscopy procedure for removal of loose osteochondral fragments. After I year follow-up, the patient gained good result.
