재해사례에 의한 건설현장 안전정보시스템 구축에 관한 연구 (Development of the Safety Information System according to the Construction Site Accidents)

  • 건설현장은 전산업 근로자의 $10\%$ 미만인 근로자가 전산업 재해의 $30\%$를 차지하는 재해다발 업종으로 중대재해 사고가 매우 심각하다. 이는 건설업이 갖고 있는 특수성에 기인하는 것으로써, 건설업에서의 사고예방 업무는 교육, 훈련, 정보의 직접적인 접근과 장기적인 접근을 요구한다. 사고사례는 건설공정에 따른 위험 위해 요소 등 본 작업에 관련한 모든 정보가 함축되어 있으므로 각 개별적인 사건에 대한 조사의 정보가 잘 이루어진다면 이는 사고예방에 있어서 좋은 정보를 제공하게 될 것이다. 이와 같은 관점에서 본 연구는 한국산업안전공단에 의해 조사된 $1992\~2000$년간의 빌딩과 APT를 대상으로 중대재해의 80여건을 Data Base화하고 건설공정의 안전정보를 제공하기 위하여 필요한 건설안전 정보시스템을 개발하는데 있다.

건설업 기초안전보건교육의 실태분석 및 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis and Improvement of the Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training for the Construction Industry)

  • With regard to the basic safety and health education in construction industry issued on January, 26, 2012 by Occupation Safety And Health Acts, this study conducted a survey with self-administered questions for workers in the construction field in order to comprehend the problems since introduction of basic safety and health education. By analyzing the effectiveness of the safety and health activities, this study sought to reduce the trials and errors as well as to secure the improvement toward the early settlement of the basic safety and health education in construction industry. As a result of the question investigation, the survey respondents in the field sites who finished the basic safety and health education showed positive attitudes toward the improvement of safety awareness and the prevention of accidents. They also needed constant implementation of the education. At the same time, the government should improve the education program with strong policies to secure the effectiveness of the basic safety and health education in construction industry.

네일미용·메이크업 산업체의 인력 요구분석과 NCS 교육, 국가기술자격과의 관계 (Analysis of Manpower Demand in the Nail Art/Makeup Industry and Its Relationship with NCS Education and National Technical Qualification)

  • This study analyzed the qualifications necessary and manpower required in the Jeju nail art and make-up industry. We aimed to investigate the relationship between NCS education and national technical qualifications. For this study, 164 participants were given a questionnaire, and the collected data were analyzed via frequency analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS Ver. 18.0. The results of this study are as follows: 1. Matching job seekers with available positions was more difficult in nail art businesses than in makeup businesses. The main routes by which practitioners found jobs were Internet job sites and acquaintances. In addition, experience was the first consideration in hiring employees. 2. Those in high positions had less intention of employing students who had received NCS education, than those in lower positions. Intention to employ NCS graduates was high in businesses that found their employees through Internet job sites, vocational training institutes, acquaintances, or colleagues. Nail art workers prioritized NCS educational units in the following order: nail care, nail shop hygiene, gel nails, cosmetic nail removal, and tips/wraps. Makeup workers had the following priorities: basic makeup, wedding makeup, makeup shop safety, and hygiene management. They also mentioned basic occupational skills such as communication skills, interpersonal skills, and problem solving skills. Moreover, the new national licensing system was found to reflect competency in the most important skill sets.

조선왕조 궁중음식(宮中飮食) 중 만두류(饅頭類)의 문헌적 고찰 (A Literature Review on the Mandoo in the Royal Palace of Joseon Dynasty)

  • This article examines the different types of Mandoo as recorded in 15 royal palace studies from the Joseon dynasty (1392-1909). The types of Mandoo during the Joseon dynasty were Byeongsi (餠匙), Mandoo (饅頭), EMandoo (魚饅頭), Rukmandoo (肉饅頭), Yangmandoo (月羊饅頭), Saengchimandoo (生雉饅頭), Golmandoo (骨饅頭), Dongkwamandoo (冬果饅頭), Chaemandoo (菜饅頭), Chimchaemandoo (沈菜饅頭), and Saenghapmandoo (生蛤饅頭). The frequencies of the different Mandoo types during the Joseon dynasty were in the following order: Mandoo (29.8%), Emandoo (19.1%), Rukmandoo (14.9%), Byeongsi (12.8%), Yangmandoo (6.4%), Saengchimandoo (4.3%), Golmandoo (4.3%), Dongkwamandoo (2.1%), Chaemandoo (2.1%), Chimchaemandoo (2.1%), and Saenghapmandoo (2.1%). "Muja-Jinjakeuigwe (戊子進爵儀軌)" (1828년) gijumi (起酒米) is not used, suggesting that Koreans could see perched Mandoo. "Musin-Jinchaneuigwe (戊申進饌儀軌)" (1848) configurations of materials Mandoo, SoongChimchae (沈菜), Dupo (豆泡), Nokdujangum (綠豆長音). Now, we enjoy mandoo's ingredients based documents materials. Further studies will be conducted on recipes and ingredients recorded in Euigwe in order to develop a standardized recipe for Mandoo.

  • 최근 양중대상 건설자재의 부피와 중량이 증가함에 따라 양중작업에 따른 안전사고의 위험성이 높아지고 있다. 또한 건설현장 공정의 50% 가량에 사용되는 타워크레인의 경우 그동안 '비자주식 장비'라는 이유로 건설기계가 아닌 유해 ${\cdot}$ 위험 기계로 분류되어 설치시에는 노동부의 안전검사를 받으나 설치 이후 상태는 관리되지 않고 있다. 그러나 최근 타워크레인을 건설기계에 등록한다는 내용의 '건설기계관리법 시행령'을 개정하여 곧 시행할 예정이라는 방침에 따라 크레인 안전운행에 관련한 중요성과 관심이 더욱 높아지고 있다. 이러한 사항들을 기초로 본 연구는 한국산업안전공단에 접수된 크레인관련 재해사례들을 다각적으로 분석하고 사고원인을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 연구를 진행하였다.

정신보건시설 종사자의 인권의식에 관한 탐색연구 (Study on Human Rights Awareness of People with Mental Disorders among Mental Health Workers)

  • This study with emphasis on protecting human rights of people with mental disorder investigated human rights awareness among mental health workers and identify factors affecting their awareness. Questionnaires were sent out to employees working in mental health facilities in all parts of the country and of those 1094 were used to analyze. According to the analysis, employees' human rights awareness was ranked highest in the areas of occupational therapy and lowest in the areas of admission and discharge. Those who are women, aged between 30 and 40, highly educated, with long tenure, employed as social workers and working at rehabilitation programs presented high awareness of human rights so did employees with license in mental health and training experience in human rights. The result also presented negative correlation between employees' human rights awareness and their prejudice against people with mental disorder. Through this study, guidelines will be set up to help employees acknowledge the importance of human rights awareness and raise their awareness to promote and practice human rights of people with mental disorder.

Employment and Wage Level of University Graduates in the Field of Clothing and Fashion

  • The purpose of this study is 1) to compare the employment status and wage level of "Clothing and Fashion" major (CF major) graduates with those from other majors and 2) to examine factors affecting the employment status and wage level of CF major university graduates. The data were pooled from the 2009-2012 Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey Data, conducted by Korea Employment Information Service. First, when graduates of CF major were compared with other majors in the same academic area-natural science and arts-, the rate of employment was higher for CF majors than that of other majors; on the other hand, there is no difference in the wage levels between those with graduates in CF majors and those with other majors. Second, we examined factors affecting CF major graduates' employment and wage level based on graduates' individual factors, university factor, and job preparation factors. Employment status of graduates in CF major was predicted by respondent's gender and university type, and work experience. The wage level of CF major graduates was significantly predicted by individual factors (e.g., gender and age, university factors (e.g., university type, university program, location), and job preparation factors (e.g., certificates, overseas experience of foreign language training, English test scores). The results of this study would provide a guide to direct university educational program in order to assess the current capabilities in the field of clothing and fashion.

Factor Affecting Poverty and Policy Implication of Poverty Reduction: A Case Study for the Khmer Ethnic People in Tra Vinh Province, Viet Nam

  • The paper aims to investigate empirical causes of poverty of the Khmer ethnic people and suggest policy implication to help the Khmer ethnic people escape poverty in Tra Vinh province and the Mekong Delta. The study has been conducted with direct interviews with 300 Khmer households living in seven districts and cities in Tra Vinh province and with the use of multivariate regression. The research results show that a number of causes that affect poverty of poor households include lack of capital for production, lack of means of production, poor health and lack of labor, large families, lack of job opportunities or unemployment, and lack of willingness to escape poverty and education. Thus, there should be poverty reduction policy for the poor househlods in the coming time. Based on the current situation and regression results, the authors propose a number of recommendations: 1) Focus on preferential loan policies for poor people 2) Provide occupational training programs for improving incomes for the Khmer ethnic households 3) Build up special infrastructure in the Khmer ethnic areas 4) Focus on promoting cultural and belief institutions in areas of the Khmer ethnic people and 5) Improve and build up healthcare clinics services and facilities.

정보보호인력의 직무만족에 관한 연구 : 대졸 초기경력자를 중심으로 (Factors Affecting Job Satisfaction of Cybersecurity Workforce: Focused on the Recent College Graduates)

  • Many organizations try to hire and retain a well-trained workforce to get their security level of IT assets and networks. However, most academic studies have focused on only how many workforces are needed to keep the secure function. We have to transit to other aspects of cybersecurity HRM studies because well-training workforces are not the problem of numbers but the quality. This study proves how the person-job fit and the work values impact job satisfaction of the cybersecurity workforce in early careers who graduated school recently and have a high turnover intention. The results of this study provide a lot of practical implications regarding job satisfaction of the cybersecurity workforce in an early career as follows. First, the major-job fit of the cybersecurity workforce doesn't influence job satisfaction, unlike other studies. Second, what graduates learned in college is little helpful in hands-on work, so retraining the cybersecurity workforce in an early career is very important. Third, the cybersecurity HRM plans have to center on realizing the self-realization of workforces to improve job satisfaction.

국내외 민간 방재조직의 특성에 관한 비교 분석 (Comparative study on characteristics of domestic and foreign civil anti-disaster organizations)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study is to investigate the actual state of activity on domestic and foreign civil anti-disaster organizations, related suggestions, and development plans. Methods: This study used the documentary survey research method and the technical approach method. Civil anti-disaster organizations' information was derived from detailed scholarly monographs, specialty publications, and previous studies of master doctorate dissertation. Results: Volunteer Fire Department and voluntary crime prevention groups show problems related to budgetary deficits and volunteer deficiency. In order to resolve these issues, laws must be enacted to guarantee interest and support. In addition, the Citizen Corps Active in Disaster (CAIND) organization requires a dedicated salary system to address the investment of its workforce and the cost of heavy equipment. Moreover, deficiencies were revealed regarding the lack of systems in support of occupational education and training. In conclusion, several weak points require close attention. Conclusion: The results of this comparative analysis study about the domestic and foreign civil anti-disaster organizations provide insight into identity materialization and concept establishment.
