초등학생의 창의적 인성과 진로인식 및 직업포부의 관계 (The Relationship Among Creativity Personality, Career Awareness, and Occupational Aspirations of Elementary School Student)

  • 본 연구는 초등학생 322명을 대상으로 창의적 인성과 진로인식, 직업포부간의 관계를 알아보고 직업포부에 미치는 창의적 인성과 진로인식의 영향에 대해서 검증하였다. 연구결과, 창의적 인성과 진로인식, 직업포부 간 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 창의적 인성은 진로인식과 직업포부에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 창의적 인성을 독립변인으로, 직업포부를 종속변인으로, 그리고 진로인식을 매개변인으로 보고 변인간의 관계모형을 구조방정식을 통해 검증한 결과, 변인간의 관계모형은 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 초등학생의 효과적인 진로지도 및 상담방법에 대해 논의하였다.

치위생학과 학생의 직업인성역량에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Occupational Personality Competence of Dental Hygiene Students)

  • Background: A study was conducted to check the occupational personality competency status of students enrolled in the three-year dental hygiene department and to understand the contents of vocational personality education to be prepared according to these results. Methods: For 240 students enrolled in the Department of Dental Hygiene in Area, Daegu, the College Student Occupational Personality Scale (OPSU) was administered. Results: The higher the major satisfaction (F=10.589, p<0.000) and the higher the major performance (F=3.704, p<0.01), the higher the vocational personality competency. The average occupational personality competency for job adaptation was 3.96±0.47 points (out of 5 points). As for the average for each sub-area, consideration was the highest at 4.51±0.42, and confidence was the lowest at 3.54±0.84. Among professional personality competencies, the average of each sub-area showed the highest positive correlation in the order of positivity (r=0.835, p<0.00), reliability (r=0.769, p<0.00), and community consciousness (r=0.767, p<0.00), and consideration (r=0.696, p<0.00) showed the lowest correlation. Conclusions: Personalized career and employment education should be provided in consideration of the individual occupational personality level of dental hygiene students considering the characteristics of the health and medical fields, and individual counseling should be provided in areas that are insufficient or supplemented. In addition, dental hygiene ethics education is necessary for the development of vocational personality competencies in the dental hygiene curriculum, and universities should spare no support for completing vocational personality education programs in preparation for the future society by using comparative programs.

보건의료종사자 맞춤형 직업인성교육을 위한 사례기반학습 프로그램 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of Case-Based Learning Program for Occupational Personality Education of Health Care Worker)

  • 기존 대학의 인성교육은 주로 직업윤리 교육이나 기초교양에 초점을 맞추어 이루어지고 있지만, 최근 4차 산업에 대비하여 인성교육 프로그램의 목적 및 방식이 변화되며 이와 관련된 직업인성교육 프로그램이 필요하다. 그러나 국내에서는 아직까지 보건의료종사자가 갖추어야 할 직업인성에 대한 교육 프로그램 개발에 대한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 사례기반학습을 기초로 하여 4차 산업혁명에 요구되는 맞춤형 직업인성교육을 위한 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하여 효과를 확인하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 일반 사례 및 직업 현장에서의 사례를 개발하고 직업인성교육 프로그램 효능 검증을 위해 연구 도구를 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발 된 4차 산업혁명에 요구되는 맞춤형 직업인성교육을 위한 프로그램은 1회(120분), 4회차 프로그램으로 제공되었으며, 단일집단 사전사후 설계로 2019년 11월 26일부터 2020년 01월 05일까지 대구시 소재의 방사선과 및 임상병리과 2, 3학년 학생 52명을 대상으로 수행되었다. 자료 분석은 평균과 표준편차, Paired t-test로 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 4차 산업혁명에 요구되는 직업인성교육을 위한 프로그램 적용을 통해 보건의료종사자의 핵심직업인성 영역인 책임, 정직, 배려, 협업, 소통, 역량에 대해 향상된 것으로 확인되며, 직업인성교육의 긍정적인 효과를 확인하였다.

The Effects of Personality and Attitude on Risky Driving Behavior Among Public van Drivers: Hierarchical Modeling

  • Background: Traffic injuries have become a significant public health problem in low- and middle-income countries. Several studies have examined the role of personality and attitude toward traffic safety in predicting driving behaviors in diverse types of drivers. Few studies have investigated risky behavior among public passenger van drivers. This study aims to identify the predictors of self-reported risky driving behavior among public van drivers. Method: A total of 410 public van drivers were interviewed at terminal stations in Bangkok. Hierarchical regression models were applied to determine the effects of demographics, personality traits, and attitude on self-reported risky driving behaviors. Results: The results indicated that drivers with a high education level, more working days, and high scores for normlessness and anger were more likely to report risky driving behaviors (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The personality traits and attitude toward speeding account for aberrant self-reported risky driving behavior in passenger van drivers. This could be another empirical basis for evidence-based road safety interventions in the context of public transport.

공과대학생의 진로결정 어려움과 정서·성격적 진로문제 분석 (Analysis of Career Decision Difficulties and Emotional and Personality Career Difficulties of College Students Majoring in the Engineering)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of college students majoring in the engineering on career decision difficulties and emotional and personality career difficulties. Data is consisted of 430 college students. We tested the research question by employing the PSM and the multi-regression model. The result showed that college students majoring in the engineering have difficulties in the information about self, the lack of information, and the outside control on career decision more than others. We suggested that career education and counseling of understanding themselves such as interesting, aptitude, and occupational value should be provided for students majoring in the engineering.

문화적 공감태도와 성격특성이 작업치료 전공 학생의 문화적 역량에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Cultural Empathy and Personality on Cultural Competence among Occupational Therapy Students)

  • 목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 작업치료 전공 학생들의 문화적 공감태도와 성격 특성이 그들의 문화적 역량에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하여 다양한 문화적 배경을 지닌 클라이언트를 대상으로 작업치료를 수행할 작업치료 전공 학생들의 문화적 역량 향상을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 본 연구를 위해 전라남도 및 광주광역시 소재 대학에 재학 중인 155명의 작업치료 전공 학생들을 대상으로 2019년 8월 20일부터 2019년 9월 20일까지 온라인 설문지를 통해 일반적 특성, 문화적 공감태도(SEE), 성격요인(BFI), 문화적 역량(CCAI) 설문지를 사용하여 설문을 실시하였다. 연구대상자의 일반적 특성과 문화적 역량의 평균을 알아보기 위해 기술통계분석을 실시하였고, 성별에 따른 문화적 역량 차이를 알아보기 위하여 t-검정을 실시하였다. 또한 문화적 공감태도, 성격요인, 문화적 역량의 상관관계를 알아보기 위해 상관분석을 실시하였다. 마지막으로 문화적 공감태도와 성격요인이 문화적 역량에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 위계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 : 본 연구 결과 문화적 역량은 성별에 따른 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났고, 문화적 공감태도와 성격요인은 문화적 역량과 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 문화적 역량에 영향을 미치는 요인은 문화적 공감태도(β=.357), 성격요인 중 개방성(β=.253)순으로 나타났다. 결론 : 본 연구는 작업치료 전공 학생들의 문화적 공감태도와 성격요인이 문화적 역량에 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로써 그들의 문화적 역량을 향상시키기 위한 교육 프로그램에 대한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

중소규모 사업장 고혈압환자의 치료순응과 관련요인 (Factors Related to Therapeutic Compliance of Hypertensive Patients in Small and Medium Scale Industry)

  • In order to evaluate the factors related to therapeutic compliance of hypertensive patients in small and medium scale industry, the questionnaire survey and the blood pressure measurement were performed on 138 hypertensive patients who were reported to have C or $D_2$ result of hypertension at the workers' periodic health examination from March to November 2001. The contents of questionnaire included the informations of factors related to therapeutic compliance of hypertensive patients such as, age, sex, marital status, income, education levels, scale, occupation, work duration, smoking and drinking habits, exercise, family history, stress and A type personality, employer's concern, organizational culture, health status, awareness, knowledge and attitude toward the needs of hypertension treatment, and experience of health education. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The proportion of those who were compliant to the treatment of hypertension was 41.3% of subjects. Among small scale industry less than 50 employees, the rate of therapeutic compliance group was 27.5% and therapeutic noncompliance group was 72.5%. Among medium scale industry more than 50 employees, the rate of therapeutic compliance group was 60.3% and therapeutic noncompliance group was 39.7%. 2. Among therapeutic noncompliance group, 95.1% of patients were aware of the fact that workers have hypertension, and 77.8% of patients got 6-10 marks of hypertension related knowledge. For health education, 27.2% were experienced and 34.6% said no intention to participate. And for hypertension treatment, 9.9% said no need to get the treatment and 44.4% said have no idea whether get treatment or not. 3. The significant factors related to therapeutic compliance of hypertensive patients in small scale industry were work duration, A type personality(anger), health status, attitude toward the needs of hypertension treatment, and experience of health education. 4. The significant factors related to therapeutic compliance of hypertensive patients in medium scale industry were age, occupation, subjective symptom, attitude toward the needs of hypertension treatment, and experience of health education. In consideration of above findings, it was suggested that in order to improve the therapeutic compliance in small and medium scale industry hypertensives, it be necessary to change attitude, perception, knowledge and treatment of hypertension by various methods such as effective health education and individually consulting programs by occupational health professional.

요양보호사의 대인태도가 의사소통능력에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Interpersonal Attitude on Communication Competence in Care Workers for Frail Elderly)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of interpersonal attitude (I+, I-, U+, U-) on communication competence in care workers for frail elderly. Methods: This study was a cross-sectional survey. The data were collected from 153 care workers for frail elderly using a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed using multiple regression with the SPSS/WIN 20.0 program. Results: The interpersonal attitude style of subjects was I+U+, and the score of communication competence was 3.53. There were significant differences in interpersonal attitude (I+, I-), and communication competence depending on age, education level, experience of personality type test (yes). Factors influencing on communication competence in care workers were interpersonal attitude (I+, I-, U+) and experience of personality type test with $R^2$ value of 48.5% (F=23.47 p<.001). The most influencing factor was I+ (${\beta}$=.36), followed by I- (${\beta}$=-.22), U+ (${\beta}$=.20), and experience of personality type test (yes) (${\beta}$=.16). Conclusion: It is needed to maintain the interpersonal attitude style (I+U+) of care workers. Continuing education program is needed for increasing communication competence especially for those fifties and over, and experienced care workers. Giving an opportunity for personality test is helpful to increase communication competence in care workers.

고전점성학의 성격심리 활용방안 (Personality Psychology of Classic Astrology)

  • 인간이 사회구성원으로서 가치 있는 삶을 영위하기 위해서는 우선적으로 자신이 타고난 성격을 알아야할 필요가 있다. 그것이 직업을 선택하는데 있어서 중요하기 때문이다. 고전점성학의 성격심리 활용방안 연구를 통하여 네이티브(Native)는 음양(陰陽)의 변화에 따라 성향과 성격심리가 다르게 나타난다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 인간의 행동은 타고난 성격과 주변 환경의 영향에 의해 결정되기 때문에 성격을 알면 직업의 선택과 변화 등을 예상할 수 있다. 그러므로 고전점성학의 성격심리 활용방안 연구를 통하여 성격유형에 따른 네이티브의 직업적성을 분류하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

멀티미디어콘텐츠 전공 대학생의 진로장벽이 진로관여행동에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Career Barrier on Occupational Engagement of College Student Majoring in Multimedia Content)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of career barriers on college students majoring in multimedia content on occupational engagement. Data was collected through a questionnaire survey from 446 students majoring in Multimedia content at D University in Pusan. The data were analyzed by using reliability analysis, t-test, correlations, multiple regression analysis, and hierarchical analysis with SPSS 24.0. The results are as follows. Among the career barriers, external barriers had a significant positive influence on occupational engagement, although indecisive personality, lack of job information, lack of self clarification had a significant negative influence on occupational engagement. In addition, the implications of the study on the basis of these results and the limitations and future research directions are discussed.
